La stanza che ci è stata assegnata in dependance era orribile, una stanza vecchia angusta e mai rimodernata. Abbiamo speso 265 a notte per una stanza che ne valeva al massimo 50. Inoltre non c’era neanche la possibilità di utilizzare un ascensore, scandaloso .la colazione era orribile, siamo arrivati alle 9 del mattino ed era praticamente tutto finito, la frutta era marcia . sconsigliatissimo

Great breakfast. Available parking. Walking distance from town. They had a small portable fan in the room that helped keep things cool.

La cordialità e la gentilezza del receptionist.. L'allestimento del buffet delle colazioni, davvero molto ricco.

La camera un po' piccola ma soprattutto molto polverosa e forse la mancanza di un tavolino fuori nel balcone.

Preis Leistungsverhältnis mangelhaft. Zimmer deutlich zu klein für den Preis. Die Duschkabine viel zu klein und gefährlich glatt.

The Serena in Cortina is close to the center and 5 min walk to the main Plaza. Clean hotel with renovated and old rooms. unfortunately I got an old room which was clean and comfortable, but nothing special. I am sure that the new rooms are great and would uplift my rating to 4 or 5 stars. breakfast was good. even though I had a room booking, the hotel charged for keeping my luggage in the storage room.

Posizione, gentilezza dello staff, comodità con il centro di Cortina. Ampio parcheggio. Ottima Colazione piena di sfiziosità e non solo.

Zentrale Lage, sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Mitarbeiter

Ich war im Dachgeschoss untergebracht. Die Fenster - generell die Einrichtung - sind in die Jahre gekommen. Der Straßenverkehr und auch die anderen Gäste, die bis halb 2h Nachts am Gang laut waren, haben mir leider eine sehr kurze Nacht beschert. Zimmer war sehr klein, aber durchaus nett.

La camera era ristrutturata molto bene, il bagno e specialmente la doccia erano frutto di un buon architetto. I caloriferi della stanza non si vedevano perché camuffati per estetica. In tutto l'albergo domina il legno ma è nelle stanza che c'è la sua migliore espressione. Anche la cena a menu fisso a 30€ è a buon prezzo: 4 piccole portate ma alla fine nutrienti e buone. La colazione è abbondante, internazionale e molto ricca.

Quando sono arrivato non ho trovato parcheggio perché erano pieni. Avevo chiamato due ore prima chiedendo se c'era disponibilità e me l'avevano confermata. Forse c'era ma era al coperto per 20€ al giorno (un po' caretto ma si è sempre a Cortina). Ho parcheggiato a 400 mt di distanza.

Erg gehorig en luidruchtige mensen die je ‘s avonds en ‘s morgens vroeg kon horen.

L'élégance de la salle restaurant et bar. Le parking gratuit La réceptionniste ( féminine) avait réellement un sens de l'accueil pour la clientèle. En revenant d'une randonnée, elle nous abordait avec gentillesse. Très synthétique. Celle qui nous a fait le check out également.

Le monsieur de la réception ne cherchait pas à aider. Impersonnel. Froid. Pas commercial. Ne sachant pas très bien parler anglais. Il se moquait un peu! Nous étions sous les toits. Très beau. Pas de clim chaud

Camera piuttosto stretta e bassa.

We booked a “recently renovated” junior suite. We got a room that is old and worn, the only new thing is the windows and maybe the mattresses. Complaints and asking for a different room - even in a lower category as long as renovated - did not help as they maintained to be fully booked. Why old and worn: old furniture, old bathroom, old light fixtures, scratched floors (ancient scratches). Peeling paint on the walls. And the definition of junior suite seems to be a third bed, not a sofa or at least a chair. The hallway to the room had nice new doors - until we got to our from the previous century.

Le restaurant et la literie

La salle de bain est mansardée; nous n'avons pu prendre une douche debout dans la baignoire.... La chambre ne disposait pas de réfrigérateur, pas de sachet de thé comme il est coutume d'avoir dans ce niveau de prix. Pas de vrai fenêtre, seulement une petite lucarne car nous étions sous la toiture.

Struttura bellissima in posizione eccezionale, 5 minuti a piedi dal centro. Parcheggio bello e comodo direttamente davanti l'entrata della struttura. I ragazzi/e in reception davvero gentili e simpatici, e pronti a risolvere qualsiasi richiesta. Colazione veramente buona e abbondante. Tornerò senz'altro.

The hotel was lovely just a tiny but old fashioned but facilities good and nice location

The shower was a little small and toiletries provided were very little. Larger soap and shampoo would have been nice as well as some body lotion at least

Comodo y funcional, probablemente en invierno es un tremendo refugio pero para vacaciones de verano le faltan cosas

Very outdated rooms. Bathrooms are 50-60 years old. No AC! Summers are hot even here!

Well-equiped room and bathroom, great breakfast, very helpful and nice service.

The pillows smelled stale, it got through the sheets and cases. We were exhausted, so we fell asleep anyway, but the smell was terribly intense.

Hotel na pěkném místě. Velice oceňuji ochotu personálu, když jsem na hotelu zapomněl ve skříni věci, ochotně mi je zaslali do ČR.

Vše bylo fajn, rád se sem ještě vrátím

Vennlig personale, god plass på rommet. Eget bad. Vi bodde i 4. etasje, den står for tur for oppussing, sa personalet. Likevel, vi likte den gamle stilen.

Localização e infraestrutura perfeita, vista maravilhosa. Tudo que se espera em um hotel nas dolomitas.

כשהגענו קיבלנו מנציג המלון הנחמד שתייה על חשבון המלון לכבוד האירוסין שלנו, זה היה ממש מרגש. ארוחת הבוקר מגוונת וטעימה מאד, החדר מרווח גדול ונעים, המלון עצמו נקי ומטופח. מיקום מעולה בקורטינה.

Kein deutschsprachiger TV Sender. 4 x bei der Rezeption welcher nicht helfen wollte oder konnte.

Schönes, ruhiges Hotel fußläufig ins Stadtzentrum von Cortina mit einer tollen Aussicht auf die Berge. Sehr freundliches und aufmerksames Personal. Gutes und vielfältiges Frühstück.

Die Tiefgarage war kostenlos.

So ziemlich alles! Aussen hui und innen pfui, Ich war im Dachgeschoß des Nebengebäudes untergebracht. Eine kleinemuffige Bude für 150€ pro Nacht, Das Bett, eine kleine Kule mit nicht einmal 1,80 länge, das Bad seit den 50er Jahren nicht mehr renoviert, schräge Wände, kein Fenster, uralte Amaturen, uralte Fließen, verdreckter Lüfter usw. Wir hatten uns noch das Tagesmenü im Restaurant bestellt, lauwarme Nudeln, seniges Fleisch - ein furchttbarer Fraß! Gehen Sie nicht in dieses Hotel, sie werden enttäuscht sein!

The lobby, dining area, and rooms were spacious, clean, with lovely decor. Our favorite part with outside - the whirlpool area was perfect after a long day of hiking to swim and then relax in the lounge chairs - felt like a resort!

חדר חדש נוף להרים מרפסת לנוף . מיקום מצויין וקרוב להכל כולל למרכז הכל ברגל . הצוות אחלה ידידותי . האוכל סביר בהחלט , ירקות גבינות( שמו גבינות ונקניק ביחד אבל ביקשנו בנפרד והביאו לנו בלי מירמור)קרואסונים , יוגורטים וכדומה.

התאורה בחדר קצת מעצבנת הכל חדש אבל מלא כפתורים ומנורות בכל מיני מקומות . אין שולחן במרפסת או בכלל בחדר. סבון בחדר במקלחת משמש גם כשמפו וגם כסבון גוף.

La cama no era cómoda

The hotel is simple but very pleasant and well maintained. My room was in the building next to the main hotel and had a beautiful mountain view with a very large balcony, which was definitely the highlight of my stay. The room itself was simple, but it was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed. The location is also great for exploring Cortina and the surrounding Dolomites.

Like many hotels in this area, there is no air conditioning. It would have been nice if the room had at least a fan for warmer nights. Since I had to keep the balcony door open, a few bees occasionally flew into the room because of the beautiful flowers around the property.

Dusche zu klein, man konnte sich kaum bewegen. Zimmer wurde gereinigt, obwohl Schild draußen war "nicht stören". Das finde ich unmöglich.

Stanza nella seconda struttura dell’hotel situata al primo piano senza ascensore. Terrazzino con vista montagne stupendo. Abbondante colazione a buffet. A piedi si raggiunge comodamente il centro in 10minuti.

Great service

Location is great, a couple mins walk outside of main high street which makes it a lot quieter but just as easy to be close to the action. The hotel has a great balcony you can get a drink from the bar and watch the mountains.

Breakfast had lots of options but considering most people are in Cortina to do exercise it would have been great to have had more nutritionally optimal choices such as porridge, bananas, peanut butter etc.

So quiet! Location was perfect! Even got an upgrade which was amazing :) Shower was really good!

La chambre est spacieuse, très moderne. Un parking est disponible gratuitement, le logement se trouve à 2 minutes à pieds du centre de cortina et central pour acceder aux differentes randonnées . Le petit déjeuner est copieux. Je ne peux que recommander cette hôtel.
