Food, tea, poor hygiene, no facilities of dental and hygiene kit, plus they took extra money 😮💨
Manner of the staff. Very good
Way to hotel. Too narrow for the car.
La proximité du centre historique de Bhaktapur. Le chauffage dans la chambre mi-decembre est agréable. Petit-déjeuner de qualité
Pas d'eau chaude sanitaire
Although hotel is a bit aged it was fine for a night. Host is very polite and accommodating.
Non-existing soundproofing and other guest's children screaming and running in the stairway.
La chambre était grande. La proximité de centre historique. La tranquillité. Le petit-déjeuner.
Staffs are super helpful and the stay here is always perfect with delicious and healthy breakfast included in the room price. Overall super satisfied
The room is nice, comfy bed, very nice hot shower. The staff is very helpful, and there is a washing machine. The wifi was OK most of the time.Good value for money.
The breakfast could improve a bit, don't expect too much. Although it's rather noisy in the morning and a little far from the square , I definitely recommend it .
The receptionist was warm and welcoming. The location was ideal, and the room, while basic, was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was definitely a highlight—an absolute feast that set me up perfectly for a long day of trekking.
The urine smell from the bathroom was strong. I could smell it in my room.
Breakfast was super healthy and fulfilling.

Basic amenities in the room were missing like soap, water etc Another room was given, the room I booked was with ac and tv but given another one with no proper amenities when asked they told it is already booked by others as well. Poor management. And charged over price. Breakfast was good.
A peaceful and welcoming stay in the heart of Bhaktapur! Hotel Bhaktapur Inn is a lovely place with a calm atmosphere, super friendly staff, and a beautiful garden to relax in. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and quiet — perfect for resting after a day exploring the city. The location is ideal, just a short walk from the main squares, but tucked away enough to feel like a hidden sanctuary. The hospitality here made me feel right at home. Highly recommended for travelers looking for authenticity and peace.
OK
Very good ..
Excellent
We loved the spacious room so much! We could've just stay but we already had booking in other places. Highly recommended, very good deal for the price, breakfast included! They have ac, it keeps us warm at the cold night.
Very nice and helpful staff and nice breakfast.

FOOD
Very nice room at good price, despite late booking. Breakfast decent.
Didn't get hot water for shower (I seemed to have this issue at most guest houses though, maybe due to lack of solar due to cloud)
Great room, good location, good value for money! Good breakfast !
It was all good
I liked the friendliness of the staff.
I didn't like the fact that they advertised airport shuttles (and didn't provide them for me because my flight was too "early") and 24h reception but when I left no one was there to see me out.
We liked the breakfast (milk tea, pancake, fruit, egg, toast), it tasted very good, sometimes there was variations to it. We had a nice big room with 2 fans, a couch and a table where I could do my computer tasks conveniently. The internet was very good (stable, fast, we could always do whatever tasks we needed, the internet was never a problem). The stuff is very friendly, always kind and helpful. I can definitely imagine booking the same hotel again in the future. It is very close to the bus stop (we came by bus from Kathmandu - takes around 1 hour and costs around or less than 100 npr per person). Bhaktapur is a very nice city (the smallest city of Nepal), definitely worth visiting. Make sure you try the "juju dhau", tastes very good.
We are low budget travelers and there is nothing that I could mention here. We really liked this hotel and it was a very positive experience for us.
Amazing location, staff really friendly and the breakfast included really good
Location
Cleanness!
The staff is well behaved, hotel location is near to darbar square. The room and bathroom are clean.
No proper parking area for cars or small vehicles.
Hotel is close to Bhaktapur Durbar Square, around 5 minutes walk. Close to the tourist bus station (literally 2 minutes). Helpful and friendly staff. Nice breakfast. Good facilities, clean and tidy.
It's not the hotel's fault - but it's located just inside the old city, so you need a tourist ticket to stay here (unless you are local). You will need to buy it anyway to see all the best parts of town, but bear it in mind. 1800 rupees for the ticket, it lasts a week. Worth it!
Clean, good breakfast, close to everything, good price
Very comfortable and big bed!! The room is also big and spacious. Small balcony. The staff is really friendly!
Good location, clean room, good hot shower, good breakfast and staff are very friendly, help what you need.
5 nights stay with friends , we needed to extend by one night. The owner ask me to move into another room for the last night. I booked the same room category. While similar in size it had no TV , water kettle, the shower head was dysfunctional, a noisy washing machine next to my room and the airflow not as good as my original higher floor room. Breakfast is good. The floors are dusty. A family lives on the upper floor with children drifting around the stairwell in the morning. The noise can be heard in every room below. The best asset is the friendly house staff , especially the house boy. Info update:You need to buy a 1800NPR ticket for the entire old city it’s valid 7 days in the past years it was just for the most inner city. That was new to me - overall a decent stay with room for improvement.
Really cool hotel

clean, hot shower, breakfast
Comfortable bed, clean room, good hot shower, perfect location. What deserves special mention is the exceptionally great staff. I was sick and the hotel manager looked after me so kindly, bringing me tea and soup to my room. I would like to thank him once again.
We spent 4 nights in Bhaktapur - it is a great alternative to Kathmandu!! Lovely staff- went out of their way to be helpful! (Including organising a taxi for 4am to the airport and getting up to see us off!!) Good breakfast included in our rate. Large comfortable room for our whole family. Quiet location just inside the old city (have to pay entrance fee but you would do this anyway when you come to Bhaktapur).
Staff, cleanes, location , breakfast.

The hotel vas very clean and nice, the people who works there are very happy and friendly, always with a smile in their mouth. 100% recomend It.
Staff were so helpful and nice,! Food in the hotel (specially veg mo mo) delicious. I spent there long time and if I'll be in Bhaktapur again for sure I'll choose again this place. Really close to squers and bus station where you can get bus to nagrakot. Thank you! It was great to stay with you 😁
Everything great
Very neat hotel in a side street of Bhaktapur. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. They did some laundry for a small fee. The room were spacious, clean and the beds were excellent! There was also a good hot shower.

very nice people running the place and it’s just located outside of the historical city in a nice local neighborhood.
for some reason my shower head was not working, but in the upgraded room they gave me because I was the only tourist there, so can’t complain, booked normal room and then got a very big one for free.
Great comfy and large room with balcony in a quiet location close to all the sights. Really friendly staff.
Water pressure in shower was a bit low but nothing to complain about.
Lovely spacious room. Great breakfast and helpful staff. The location is excellent. However, be aware that you have to pay the entrance fee for the heritage site before getting to the hotel as it is located just inside. This is not a problem, though, as it will last for your entire stay, so you would inevitably pay it at some point.
The bed and room were comfortable Hot water for shower all day
The hotel is located inside the bhaktapur cultural area, which foreign tourists have to pay 15 USD each to enter. It's fine if you're going to go there anyway, but if you just want to crash in the hotel for the night and then leave (like we did) then you have to pay an extra 15 USD each just to access the hotel, which makes the price not good value at all. When I told the staff that this should be stated on the hotel page, they laughed and said they don't know how to update the booking.com page
I like peaceful environment as well neatness
Service n beds
Cosy roof terrace. Quiet normal street still near Durbar square. Delicious breakfast.
Nice room, clean bathroom, modern furniture, very welcoming and kind staff, and fulfillng breakfast.
Our room was noisy because of the pigeons next door made so much noise all night, also the family on the top floor made noise until late night. (We stayed on the 3rd floor). The owner offered a room change earlier in the evening but we didn't know what's about so didn't asked. So they do their best, just take the chance if you can.😀
Very good breakfast, served at the rooftop. Hot water available for my thermos flask. Very friendly staff.
What a wonderful place. The room was extremely comfortable and was the cleanest one I stayed in during my whole month in Nepal. It is also in the perfect location. Just a quick walk away from all the attractions. The breakfast was delicious and filling, and the staff were excellent. The owner, Loxmi Koju, went out of his way to make sure I got on the right bus back to Kathmandu and upheld the spirit of hospitality that the Nepalese are famously known for. I will for sure recommend this place to anyone stopping in the lovely city of Bhaktapur.
