Não conseguimos utilizar a área de rooftop pela manhã, pois só abria início da tarde. O frigobar não estava gelando.

Acho que o lençol da cama nao tinha sido trocado quando eu cheguei. Havia alguns cabelos na cama que não eram meus. Mas acabei nem reclamando com o hotel. Só mais atenção com isso mesmo.

Breakfast very poor. Poor selection for lunch. Constant music day and night. Despite requests to lower volume at night it still went on full blast. The hotel pool was still not finished, the rooms lamp fittings didn’t work, lack of towels and again despite requests to improve no notice was taken

Reviewed Sep 3, 2026Très bon séjour à l’Hotel Selis. L’établissement est situé dans un quartier sécurisé et animé. Beaucoup de restaurants sont aux alentours. La chambre était très spacieuse et propre. Le rooftop avec jacuzzi est très appréciable. Petit bémol pour l’insonorisation : nous avons demandé à changer de chambre mais l’hôtel a été réactif.

Reviewed Aug 22, 2026Rooftop is top notch and better than the pictures. Breakfast was authentic and it had some variations to make things interesting. Mini market next door. Daily cleaning. Soundproof room. Stylish hotel design and decor.
Small tiny insects showed on various surfaces in the room and out, even at breakfast coffee machine and chocolate spread jar. It weirded me out and had to use insect repellent in bathroom and main room counter. Bed covers were bedsheets nothing more. Staff members don’t speak English. It wasn’t a problem for me as I can manage in Spanish. Anyone can enter and go to rooftop with no card needed for the elevator which wasn’t entirely safe in my view. All the above might be normal in a Medellín hotel. The positives outweigh the negatives.

No me gustó que en nuestra habitación habían hormigas, le dejé saber al establecimiento y lo único que dijeron era que lo sentían, pero nos encontramos hormigas caminando por todos los lados de la habitación

Reviewed Jul 24, 2026The hotel is in a great location, close to the main attractions, restaurants, and tour meeting points, while being on a quieter side street away from most of the city noise. The rooftop jacuzzi is a great feature. I highly recommend using it at least one evening, as the views are beautiful.
Breakfast could be more varied, as the selection is quite similar every day. However, there is a great choice of fresh fruit, which was a nice touch. One thing that surprised us was that the coffee provided in the room was not complimentary and had to be paid for. It would be nice if at least basic coffee were included in the room rate.

En cuanto a la hubicacion tengo dos cosas por decir: 1. buena en el sentido que quedaba cerca a provenza y 2. Mala en el sentido en que la calle en que queda el hotel te envuentras al lado un club nocturno.
No. todo muy bien. El personal muy amable, cordial y decente. La limpieza de habitaciones y zonas comunes muy buena.

Maybe outside to the left of the property there’s like a plastic cans collector spot where I saw street workers picking up recyclable material, it didn’t felt pleasant, but I didn’t mind as the days went on.

En el caso de la habitación que reservamos el baño era enorme y contaba con un jacuzzi doble que se agradecía después de un día de excursiones y paseos… personal super amble y educado
En realidad nada, solo comentar que el hotel está junto a una discoteca con bastante movimiento y un poco de ruido por las noches, pero las habitaciones están muy bien insonorizadas e incluso en la nuestra que daba a esa calle no se oía el rudo de la misma.

A região é um tanto barulhenta, embora a rua do hotel seja mais tranquila é possível se ouvir ainda sons durante a madrigada da vizinhança. A região é bastante movimentada interessante, porém há uma mistura bem intensa entre turismo familiar e turismo sexual. O café da manhã também poderia oferecer mais opções, achei fraco.

Los baños no tienen ventilación y los vapores, olores y gases se quedan encerrados en el baño y en la habitación, sino tienes una ventana en el baño, lo podrías solucionar con ventilación mecánica tipo extractores. Las veces que fuimos al Rooftop estuvo cerrado

Reviewed Jun 19, 2026Centrally located to a lot of restraunts and nightlife, and surprisingly quiet room. I thought we were going to hear a lot of night life noise (particularly since our stay coincided with a Colombia World Cup victory) but no - quiet the whole time
Parking. The hotel staff was able tonaccomidate us as a short stay, but if you want a longer stay or use of your car, plan for off site parking.

Reviewed Jun 14, 2026Breakfast was good. I never got a chance to go up to the roof for the jacuzzi's because it was raining. Next time maybe. I like the helpful staff when my safe was locked and the bathroom was very nice.
the only thing that was less was the amount of light through the window. Being on the second floor with bad weather, the room barely got any light.
