Alle Iglus waren Richtung Hauptanlage ausgerichtet und alles Laufwege führten vor den Iglus lang. Man hat sich schon leider beobachtet gefühlt und der Blick war nur nach oben schön, da man die Rückseite der Iglus gesehen hat.

The location is about 20 minutes from city center by car and you'll need Uber or taxi services to come and go

The staff were super supportive and amazing hospitality for everyone at the property. The area is amazing. The view with the lake in front of the glass hut was magical. The restaurant food was very good! We had the vegetarian dish and it was very delicious. a bit pricy, but very good. They had a husky farm and deer's onside that we were able to meet and greed when they were there. It was super cool!

The glass huts are fairly small, which was expected. But i had expected that there was a bigger inside common area, where we could be. There was only a very small inside area for us too use. We had the two huts by the river. While they were in a magical environment, one of the huts had a aircondition system that did not work properly. The reception helped turn it on remotely. But it either became very hot or very cold.

Nosotros cogimos el iglú junto al río, fue maravilloso la paz e intimidad que tuvimos. Pudimos ver auroras desde la cama, aunque obviamente se ven mucho mejor desde fuera. La cama era súper cómoda y había espacio suficiente para guardar nuestras cosas. La temperatura la puedes regular tú mismo desde dentro y se mantiene el calor perfectamente. Hay un inodoro pequeñito que es suficiente para tus necesidades básicas durante la noche si no quieres salir al baño grande que se encuentra fuera y es compartido. Dispones de una sauna privada junto al iglú, muy agradable para momentos en los que quieres entrar en calor y descansar. La ubicación del recinto es perfecta, hay una zona amplia que da visión amplia al cielo despejado para contemplar auroras, donde dispone de una kota con fuego para poder ir calentándote. El paseo entre los árboles nevados es muy mágico.

El grifo dentro del iglú no funcionaba bien, y como no hay ducha dentro del iglú, hay que ir a la zona compartida, si estás alojado como yo junto al río, queda bastante lejos andando (y con el frío recién duchado, no es lo que más apetece), si estás en el resto de iglús sí que lo tienes más cerca.

Das Menü am Abend war viel zu teuer. Preis-Leistung passt hier nicht zusammen. Ich gebe gerne Geld für gutes Essen aus, aber das war echt Abzocke.

Schöne saubere Hütten, die wie beschrieben für einen Glampingurlaub gedacht sind. Die Holzsauna ist super schön und das Personal höflich und schnell zu erreichen.

Alles ist auf eine Nacht ausgelegt und vegetarisches Essen im Preis Leistungsverhältnis nicht überdacht. Man ist sehr wetterabhängig und ohne gebuchte Aktivitäten nicht in der Lage etwas zu unternehmen

Perfekt placeret sted i et stille område uden larm. Skønt med deres sauna service, hvor man kunne bestille et tidsrum til at have saunaen tændt. Rigtig lækker morgenmad med friskbagt brød, kaffe samt samiske specialiteter

Skvělý zážitek, ikdyž je prostor v Aurora Hut trochu stísněný, má to své kouzlo. Jen je potřeba dávat pozor a nebouchnout se do hlavy (2x) jako my 😁

Beaux igloos sur un joli domaine. Petit déjeuner très qualitatif et personnel attentionné.

On ne peut pas choisir son igloo et certains sont en plein milieu et vue sur les autres, on est un me exposé dans ces bulles vitrées.

El baño. De ante manos deja claro que no tienen dicha y debes hacerte el aseo en la sauna, pero no deja claro que el water es “estilo camping” y no tiene agua, es con una bolsa y resulta muy incómodo

We arrived for a night in the igloo. Even before we arrived, we were in contact with the staff and they were very helpful and kind. The place is very beautiful. The igloo is a bit small, but it was still comfortable. We were able to see the Northern Lights right outside the room, and it was amazing. I highly recommend this place. We really enjoyed our stay and everything was perfect. ✨

To get to the shower and the restroom, you need to leave the room and go to the area near the reception.

Bella l’esperienza della doccia nella sauna e staff gentile.

La colazione non era abbondante, con il prezzo della camera mi aspettavo qualcosa in più. C’erano diverse cose per la colazione all’inglese, ma quasi nulla per la colazione dolce.

De vriendelijkheid van al het personeel is geweldig. Ook staat het hutje op een mooie plek naast de rivier. De activiteiten zijn ontzettend gaaf. Italiaanse dame hebben we smakelijk mee kunnen lachen, wat een leuke en gave sneeuwscooter tour!

De hut staat scheef, geen douche aanwezig, de rivierhutten hebben een oudere “caravan” als sauna wat dan ook de douche is. Dit is onderdeel van de traditional experience, maar de prijs is daarintegen niet traditional. De hut is erg klein. In totaal is het wel serieus overpriced, zeker na bezoek van gelijksoortige glazen hutten in Ruka. Ook is het restaurant menu (1 gerecht) iedere dag hetzelfde.

Výborná snídaně, milý a ochotný personál. WC v chatkách byl příjemný bonus. Privátní sauna se nám moc se líbila!

Vlhčený toaletní papír na WC bohužel zapříčinil to, že 2 ze 3 toalet měly ucpaný odpad.

Das es keine richtige Dusche gibt , das es eine Camping Toilette drinnen gibt und das direkt hinter dem Bett, nur mit einem Vorhang getrennt und das alles sehr eng und klein war

Everything was amazing!! We are so pleased that we stayed here. The igloos are cute and cosy. The private sauna was great. They have a beautiful little restaurant with delicious food. The staff were super friendly and accommodating. They give you a WhatsApp number so that you can message them instead of having to leave the igloo. We booked on for the husky activity and the snowmobiling. Both experiences were so much fun and our snowmobile guide was awesome. We will definitely be back to visit if we find ourselves in Lapland again.

It was a very unique and great experience to stay in igloo. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful: quick response and very attentive with good communications. Having sauna ready in the evening and morning was a bonus after a long explore outside in the freezing weather. I mostly loved the service, hospitality and enjoyed our stay here ;!very peaceful and relaxing. Tea, coffee were provided on the room. Would defo recommended to stay here for. Igloo experience.

-We didn’t like the breakfast as there were no option for hot dish and less varieties: it was all cold food. - wifi connection was not that great but staff took quick actions when escalated. Sadly we did not see the aurora during our stay.

Location is perfect, we got to see the northern lights from the room. Food was also amazing and the small room was more than enough for one night.

Sauna door could not close perfectly so the heat would go out a little bit. Nothing very impactful but worth noting.

It was perfect to stay, we even see northern lights from our igloo. The staff was so helpful everything went perfect for us. I definitely suggest to stay there.

Am besten hat uns die Night Snowmobile Tour die direkt von dem Village angeboten wird gefallen. Wir hatten ein ruhiges Zimmer wo niemand wirklich hineinschauen konnte, da es eher am Rand situiert war. Team war durchwegs sehr nett und sie versuchen einen jeden Wunsch zu erfüllen den man haben sollte. Vor allem Emma, ihr Service beim Abendessen war hervorragend. Alles zusammen eine 8.6/10 Punkten unserer Meinung nach. Für Menschen die was neues ausprobieren wollen. Totally worth it.

Sauberkeit hinter dem Bett, ist uns am Abreisetag aufgefallen könnte man verbessern, aber all in all wirklich Top . Just be aware, ein kleiner aber feiner Nachteil, dass die Huts nicht riesig sind (große Menschen müssen auf ihren Kopf aufpassen) und man keine richtige Toilette oder Dusche dort im eigenen Hut hat. Duschen und richtige Toiletten findet man neben der Rezeption.

Nice space, great area, the lake view was so nice! Has husky and reindeers at the venue which was aplus also. Sauna was nice, no showers more of a traditional bath in the sauna which was a first.

Might need more of a hot breakfast such as eggs and sauages and bacon.

Sehr schönes Iglu mit fantastischem Ausblick. Es war super gemütlich. Die Sauna mit anschließendem Sprung in den Schnee war sehr besonders.

Wir hatten das Abendessen Menu gebucht. Vor- und Nachspeise waren super, aber der Hauptgang lies doch zu Wünschen übrig. Für den Preis hätten wir mehr erwartet.

Aurais souhaité faire un spa dès notre arrivée mais il faut les prévenir 3 heures a l'avance car ils sont au bois... Du coup, si vous y allez, n'hésitez pas a leur demander de chauffer le spa pour l'heure de votre arrivée.

la ubicacion es perfecta para una estancia tranquila en la naturaleza. Si se tiene suerte, es un lugar ideal para ver las auroras boreales :-)

Een heerlijke locatie met direct naast de inglo een sauna die je ‘‘s morgens en ‘‘s avonds kon gebruiken. Hierin kun je ook douchen op de Finse manier. Het personeel is heel erg vriendelijk. Het eten is lekker. Ontbijt ook heerlijk. Scooter+ husky tocht vanaf het terrein in kleine groepjes. Makkelijk te bereiken met Uber.

We wisten dat het klein was dus houdt daar rekening mee. Toilet is zonder water/in een zak. Je kunt ook naar het toiletgebouw. Eten/drinken is prijzig.

Enjoyed the experience of staying in an igloo, loved the sauna, food was delicious at the restaurant and the staff were very friendly. Some lovely walks and some beautiful reindeers on the property with husky sleds going past often.

Breakfast on offer was basic, no public transport so have to take uber, a bit costly for the size of the igloo but you’re going hoping for the experience.

Bellissima esperienza, hotel in mezzo alla natura. Vista spettacolare, sauna privata che ci hanno acceso secondo richiesta. Allert per aurora ci ha avvisato quando era visibile ed è stata meravigliosa! Cena e colazione ottime come prodotti. Bagno in camera solo con cesso da campeggio non pratico, vi sono poi i bagni comuni vicino alla reception pulitissimi.

Peccato per il trasporto non disponibile per il giorno di ripartenza e colazione non era possibile farla all'orario scelto in quanto vi era un gruppo quindi, pur di farla dovendo ripartire abbiamo mangiato in un'area relax fredda. Staff gentile ha cercato di darci una soluzione e hanno sempre risposto ai messaggi.

La struttura in vetro in cui puoi vedere fuori l’ambiente circostante e l’ Aurora se le condizioni lo permettono è incredibile. Bellissima l’ubicazione in mezzo a questo bosco con vicino questo fiume ghiacciato. Divertente il fatto di poter dare da mangiare alle renne. Bella la sauna accanto all’igloo privata. Ottima e abbondante la colazione.

L’unico appunto che ho da fare è che quando siamo arrivati i vetri non erano scongelati e ci hanno messo parecchio a sbrinarsi con il sistema di sbrinamento automatico e comunque non era perfetto quindi è un peccato perché visto che la struttura è a vetri quando arrivi le condizioni devono essere perfette. Inoltre ci hanno fatto installare un’app che doveva suonare con l’aurora, ma non ha suonato per niente se ci fossimo basati solo su quello l’avremmo persa.

Das Frühstück in der Holzhütte am offenen Feuer war unglaublich schön. Auch das Abendessen kann man dort zu sich nehmen. Ein tolles Ambiente mit super freundlichem Personal. Wir haben sehr gut geschlafen in unserem kleinen Aurora Hut. Der Ausblick vom Bett am frühen Morgen in die unberührte Schneelandschaft war wie in einem Wintermärchen. Von der Ankunft bis zur Abreise war alles perfekt!

La chambre au bord du lac avec sa vue dégagée, elle est petite mais fonctionnelle. Le personnel est là pour vous y conduire en moto neige. Le personnel est très sympathique. Possibilité d’aller voir les chiens de traîneaux et les 2 rennes. Petit déjeuner autour du feu. La qualité et l’encadré des activités proposées Sauna personnel avec la chambre

Attention pas de douche dans la chambre il faut se laver à la finlandaise dans le sauna. Toilette sèche (sac plastique sans sciure) dans la chambre. Pas un problème mais il faut le savoir.

Une belle expérience, le personnel est adorable, le petit déjeuner et le dîner sont excellents, nous nous sommes régalés. Les igloo sont vraiment bien, original comme expérience surtout celui en face du lac gelé. Ils venaient nous chercher en motoneige, c’était très sympa, l’accueil vraiment nous avons été ravis

Le prix est quand même excessif, surtout que nous étions situés devant le lac où les motoneiges passaient, mais c’est un détail auquel on doit pas tenir compte. Nous payons surtout l’expérience, mais pas de regret

Mi é piaciuto tutto Igloo che ho potuto vedere la aurora boreale. La sauna privata .. é stato bello farla al rientro nella struttura La colazione buon sia dolce che salato..nel ristorante accogliente. Mi hanno chiamato per vedere le Renne per Ma il top del soggiorno è che ho preso igloo vista lago, più isolato .. quindi potevo stare con le tende aperte per ammirare la vista Hanno un ótimo servizio. Per le valigie loro ci portano con il moto slitta anche per la colazione. Altrimenti fai una stupenda passeggiata a piede di 10 min per arrivare dal igloo alla reception.. ci riandrò sicuramente

The setting was beautiful, the huts were so warm and cosy and the views were amazing, plus we had our own Finnish sauna, which the staff get ready for you at the time of your choosing. The little Finnish restaurant on site is so cute, it’s wooden with a amazing fire right in the middle. We had a fantastic stay at Nova Galaxy village, we would definitely recommend it.

There was nothing I didn’t like.

1. Staff were friendly, helpful and respectful 2. We gotta enjoy aurora views from our inside and outside of our unit 3. Views around the property are amazing

Понравилось абсолютно все 🙌Хорошая локация ,очень дружный персонал ,всегда готовы помочь и подсказать ,очень понравилось то что ,на территории гуляют полярные олени 🥹вид с капсулы прямо на лес ,есть сауна ,завтрак в уютном месте ,все продумано до мелочей ) хочу отметить девочку с ресепшен она с Греции ,очень дружелюбная,веселая 🙃❤️Рекомендую 😘

Не понравилось единственное то,что в капсуле био туалет ..это было не очень ((и капсула очень маленькая поэтому ну удобства были некоторые ..
