לצערי, החוויה שלנו במלון הייתה מאוד מאכזבת. רמת הניקיון הייתה נמוכה והחדר לא היה ברמה שציפינו ממלון כזה. גם השירות היה גרוע מאוד ואיטי בצורה מעצבנת. בכל פעם שביקשנו משהו, היינו צריכים להתקשר ולבקש שוב ושוב, לפעמים אפילו יותר מחמש פעמים, עד שבסופו של דבר הביאו את מה שביקשנו. באופן כללי, המלון חייב לשפר משמעותית את רמת הניקיון, השירות, מהירות התגובה והיחס לאורחים. לצערי, החוויה לא הייתה טובה ולא תאמה את הציפיות שלנו

האוכל- אין מה לצפות לאוכל טוב, הצטיידו במנות חמות, אין גם מסעדות וסופרים נוספים באזור אתה כאורח ממש תלוי במסעדת המלון שהיא לא טעימה. האינטרנט בגלל גודל המלון מתנתק הרבה ודורש מעברים בין רשתות שונות , המלון גדול וצריך לקחת בחשבון שיש הליכות מרובות מהחדר לבריכה לים לחדר אוכל זה ניכר

השהייה שלי במלון הייתה טובה מאוד, ומאוד נהניתי מהחוויה באופן כללי. אחד הדברים שהכי אהבתי היה השירות וקבלת הפנים החמה מכל עובדי המלון. הצוות היה אדיב, נעים ושירותי לאורך כל השהייה. במיוחד אני רוצה לציין לטובה את עלי, שעבד בניקיון החדרים בקומה שבה שהיתי. הוא היה אדיב, שירותי ודאג תמיד שהכול יהיה מסודר ונקי. במלון יש מגוון פעילויות ודברים שאפשר לעשות במהלך היום, כך שתמיד אפשר למצוא איך להעביר את הזמן. מאוד אהבתי גם את בריכת הלגונה, שהיא למעשה לגונה עם מי ים וחוף פרטי של המלון – מקום מאוד מיוחד וכיפי. מבחינת האוכל, האוכל היה טעים ובסך הכול נהניתי ממנו, אך לדעתי כדאי להוסיף קצת יותר גיוון ומבחר בארוחות. החדר היה נקי ומסודר, אך לדעתי החדרים זקוקים לשדרוג וחידוש, בעיקר מבחינת הריהוט ושאר האבזור בחדר. בסך הכול הייתה לי שהייה נעימה מאוד. השירות והיחס של הצוות בהחלט הפכו את החוויה לטובה יותר, ואשמח לחזור בעתיד

לדעתי החדרים זקוקים לשדרוג וחידוש, בעיקר מבחינת הריהוט ושאר האבזור בחדר. ודעתי כדאי להוסיף קצת יותר גיוון ומבחר בארוחות.

The inner lagoon by the pool is gorgeous. We even spotted a sea turtle swimming there. The staff is very friendly and available to help. It’s also a great location if you’re crossing from Taba, especially for an overnight stay before continuing south into Sinai.

The room was in pretty bad condition. The sheets were dirty, the glasses in the bathroom were shattered, and the sink was broken and became clogged with normal use. The food was also disappointing and generally not good.

Only 1 good point which is the staff who agreed to cancel the order with full refund.

The lobby elevator is dangerous. Once the doors close, you cannot stop it. I tried with all my strength to stop it, but it simply did not respond. The regular room elevator was out of service, so we were instructed to use the service elevator. This elevator has no door at all — you can literally touch the wall while it is moving. This is completely unacceptable and, in my opinion, a serious safety hazard. The lobby is hot like hell. There is no air conditioning, making it extremely uncomfortable to even stand there. The room itself was not clean and, unbelievably, there was no toilet paper at all. Under the sink, you could see the exposed tubes, which were absolutely disgusting. Seriously, at least clean them! I also went to the drinks corner to grab something, and I was honestly about to vomit from what I saw. The level of cleanliness and hygiene was shocking. There are many more issues, but the bottom line is simple: there is absolutely no way this is a 5-star hotel. In fact, the sign behind the reception bar clearly shows 4 stars. When I asked someone from the administration about it, he told me that the hotel was not given 5 stars because of the size of the doors. According to him, if the doors were a few centimeters wider, it would have been a 5-star hotel. Seriously? So apparently it has nothing to do with the outdated furniture from the 1980s, the disgusting restaurant, the uncomfortable bed, the lack of cleanliness, the terrible elevators, or the numerous other problems throughout the hotel. No — apparently, it's the door size. And here's a funny story. At checkout, while I was leaving, I decided to be a little positive and thanked the administration person for agreeing to cancel my booking without any problems. He then told me that he was surprised that I didn't like the suite I had booked! That statement says a lot about how disconnected the management is from the actual condition of this hotel. Don't let them fool you.

I had an exceptional stay and trip at Strand Beach Resort. The staff were consistently professional, kind, and incredibly helpful, making my experience truly special. A heartfelt thank you to ( Enjy )at reception.Her professionalism and welcoming presence stood out and added so much to my visit. I highly recommend Strand Beach Resort to anyone seeking comfort, hospitality, and unforgettable service.

really an oasis in desert with beautiful architecture. very nice and helpful staff. evening entertainment and spa. beautiful coral reef. tasty food.

nobody is care about reef - plastic cups on the beach and in water (but every evening someone picks them up) and somebody trying to enter to water just on top of corals (but there is nice and safe gate where) because no fence or warning signs that it’s forbidden. so don’t know for how long the reef will remain beautiful. no activities on water (kayak or sup boards will help). not enough tables in main restaurant during lunch and dinner and really not comfortable (to small for resort and bad organization of the food court).

Great location, comfortable room, beautiful beach, and good dinner. A special thanks to Karem from Housekeeping for his excellent service and attention, and to Diaa at Reception for being so helpful, welcoming, and professional.

The cleanliness around the pool area could be improved. It would also be great to have more attentive poolside service, with staff approaching guests directly to offer drinks, lunch, ice cream, and other refreshments.

Excellent hotel and great value for money! The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. We really enjoyed our experience and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

The hotel was peaceful, quiet, and not crowded, which made the stay very relaxing. There are several options for swimming, including the swimming pool, lagoon, and sea. Although the beach is rocky, the hotel has created a sandy pathway through the water to make entering the sea easier. It is not completely free of rocks and is still not the most comfortable entrance, but it definitely makes accessing the sea much easier. The reception staff were also very friendly, polite, and always willing to help.

Unfortunately, the All-Inclusive food and drinks were disappointing. The food selection was limited, and the quality and taste were below average. There are some better food options available to order separately, but these require an additional payment. The drinks were also disappointing. There were no cocktails or special drinks included. The juices were basic packaged juices similar to those sold in grocery stores, and they were kept at the bar without refrigeration in the heat. They were served with only a few ice cubes, so they often tasted very warm. Fresh juices and slush drinks were available only for an additional charge. Another major downside is that swimming is not allowed after around 6:30 PM. Guests are asked to leave the water completely, including the swimming pool, lagoon, and even the sea. The elevator was extremely slow and took an unreasonable amount of time, to the point that we used the stairs for almost our entire stay. The service also needs significant improvement. We tried calling room service and even ordering paid food to our room, but often nobody answered the phone. The reception staff were very friendly and always assured us that someone would assist us shortly, but the response from other hotel departments was extremely slow. The Wi-Fi throughout the hotel was very poor, and the entertainment and evening activities were limited and quite basic. Another important downside is the location. The hotel is very isolated and surrounded by mountains, with practically nothing within walking distance. There are no nearby restaurants, supermarkets, shops, or other places to visit outside the hotel. This means you are very dependent on the hotel for food, drinks, and entertainment unless you arrange transportation elsewhere.

צוות מדהים ושירותי מאוד מאוד. מנהל הקבלה דיאא מאוד מקצועי ומאוד אדיב. למלון חוף צמוד, בריכה ענקית ולגונה שניתן לשחות בה ולעשות קפיצות ראש . חדרים מאוד מאוד מרווחים ונקיים עם מרפסת גדולה. שירות חדרים מעבר לציפיות. יש מקרר בחדר ושירות חדרים יספק לכם 2 בקבוקים מים ליטר וחצי באופן יומי בנוסף לקפה , תה. ארוחות צהרים וערב טובות . מאוד ממליץ על מסאג וחמאם טורקי , סואנה ועוד... במשך שעתיים

ארוחת בוקר בסיסית ביותר ( הבנתי שכך בהרבה מלונות במצרים ) ובהחלט יש מה לשפר . מים מוגש בכוסות ולא בבקבוקים כמו בארוחת צהרים וערב

ארוחת הבוקר יחסית טובה לא מעבר לכך , הנס קפה של הבוקר על הפנים החלב היה ממש .. גרוע ביותר

האוכל לא טוב, ללא מבחר לילדים תקופה של חופשת קיץ גרוע ביותר רמת הניקיון במלון 0 הכל לא נקי , סגרו לנו ברזי מים חמים ביקשנו שינקו את החדרים ללא מענה

We stayed at Strand Taba for two nights, booking a total of 5 beachfront rooms on the second floor (in the building right next to the saltwater pool). To be completely honest, we couldn't take it anymore and checked out early at 5:00 AM. This wasn’t my first time visiting this hotel or the Taba Heights area, but it will most likely be my last time at this property. The Rooms & Cleanliness: * Extremely outdated and dirty: Upon check-in, the rooms were not cleaned at all. We found empty plastic cups, dirty towels on the floor, and dust everywhere. * Bedding: The duvets/blankets were dusty and full of sand—when you lie down, it literally feels like you are sleeping in the middle of the desert. * Maintenance issues: Across all 5 rooms, we faced numerous problems. The safes didn’t work until maintenance came to fix them, the toilet flush was leaking, and the air conditioning was broken in two of our rooms. * Housekeeping: When I requested the cleaner to clean again, he seemed visibly annoyed, and the rooms were still not properly cleaned afterward. * The balcony: It was in terrible condition—literally covered in sand, dirt, and insects. * Missing amenities: There were no towels initially. When requested, they took a very long time to arrive. Basic toiletries like soap and shampoo were completely missing. Dining & Service (The Worst Part): * The food: Easily the worst part of the stay. I have stayed at many hotels across Taba and Sharm El-Sheikh and know what to expect, but the quality here has plummeted drastically. The food was tasteless, repetitive, and unappetizing. * The service: Most of the waitstaff were young, inexperienced, and unprofessional (with a few exceptions). They were arguing among themselves right in front of guests over whose responsibility it was to clear and clean the tables. Atmosphere & Reception: * Nighttime vibe: In the evening, almost all lights are turned off, making the entire property excessively dark.

Very great place, felt like a king for the time I’ve stayed here, the staff and the attractions are perfect specially Ali from the room service and Yasser from the lobby bar and also Miriam and engy from the reception was better than I’ve experienced in top euro hotels. I was in room 2257

אני יכולה לכתוב שיר על האנשים של הצוות במקום הנפלא הזה . אני ומשפחתי הרגשנו כמו יותר ממשפחה היו לנו דאגו לנוחיותנו בצורה מדהימה החל מהמנהל תאמר עד האחראים האחרים שיבלי סודקי פתחי חמאסה וכלל הטבחים והמלצרים החדרנים ועובדי הבריכה והברים ..בקיצור לא יאומן הימים שבילינו איתם עד שהיה מאוד קשה לנו להיפרד מהם ..חוזרים בקרוב ❤️

У меня в номере не убиралась вообще,за 5 дней 1 раз спрашивали если убрать,пол грязный с самого начала как мы заехали ,в душевой плесень,попросила в первый день убрать,просто растерли грязь по полу. Матрасы очень не удобные ,на утро все бока болели

The stay at the hotel was a pleasant surprise. At first we were worried about the possibility of all-inclusive, but in reality it was decent, a wide and beautiful variety both in the dining room and at the bar by the pool. The attitude of the employees everywhere was amazing, they answered every question and request, even if it was right on the beach.

The public spaces, hallways and stairwells are very unclean.

تجربتنا في الفندق كانت أكثر من رائعة ❤️✨ المكان كان جميل جدًا، مرتب ونظيف، والأكل كان لذيذًا ومتنوعًا، لكن أجمل شيء كان حسن المعاملة والاهتمام من جميع العاملين. شكر خاص لكل شخص ساهم في جعل إقامتنا مميزة، وبالأخص عبد الرحمن من فريق البرامج عند البركة، ومحمد عامل الغرف، وسارة، لوجي، شهد، وباقي الطاقم جميعًا. 🌷❤️ كان واضحًا أن كل واحد فيكم يقوم بعمله بمحبة واهتمام، وهذا الشيء فعلًا فرق معنا كثيرًا. شكرًا من القلب على الخدمة الرائعة والابتسامة الدائمة، وإن شاء الله تكون لنا زيارة قريبة مرة ثانية. 🌹⭐

הצוות שירותי מאוד, יעשו הכל כדי שהתייר יחייך. מגדילים ראש עוזרים לפני שמבקשים מהם. האוכל השתפר ברמה קיצונית . פעילויות בבריכה כל הזמן. עיצוב המלון- שמרו על איכות וצבעים , המסדרונות צבעוניים ולא שחור לבן. הנופים מהחדרים

חסר אטרקציות כמו אופנועי ים, בננה, סירות. אין מבחר בחדר האוכל (האוכל שיש טעים אבל אין הרבה סוגים של אוכל) החדרים קצת מיושנים , עיצוב ישן כאילו לא השתנה אף פעם , למרות שזה גם מיוחד .

ארוחות טובות ודי מגוונת. חדר אוכל מלוכלך-הרצפה. כסאות תינוקות מלוכלכים. לא תמיד עזרו עם מה דביקשתי. היו ארוחות שהאכלתי התינוק בעגלה כי לא הגיע כסא האוכל של הילד ועד שיביאו ועד שיזוז. זה אלמנט חוזר, עד שזזים. צלחת טייק וואי לקחת לחדר, שעה עד שחוזרים מירכתי המטבח עם הדבר המדהים שנקרא צלחת חד פעמית

ניקיו, תת רמה. באים, מסדרים מצעים, מרוקנים פחים אולי וזהו. חושבת שאפילו השקית של הפח נשארת ורק מרוקנים. צריך לשלם כמה דולרים למנקה שיואיל לנקות-ישים חומר ניקוי באסלה- יסדר קצת. יחליף מצעים שהריחו מניקוטין מתוק. אין ניקיון נורמלי בלי כסף. אמרו כן כן ולא עשו דברים שביקשתי, עד הכסף. דיברתי עם אורחים אחרים. ככה זה. אין שנת צהרים. המוזיקת טראנס מהבריכה באוקטבות מזעזעות. לא משנה להם שזו שנת צהרים ואנשים רוצים לנח ובטח שתינוקות חייבים לישון. הילד קם איזה צהרים בבכי עז. התעורר מהמוזיקה מחרישת האוזניים. מעליות כל פעם לא עבדו בתורות. אף פעם לא כולם. ואז לך תתרוצץ ותלך למעלית מהמרוחקת. החדר הראשון שקיבלתי היה בלי אורות ובלי מזגן. במקום להחליף לנו מיד, שלחו אנשי מקצוע. זו כבר רפיסות מוחין. הגענו בצהרים מאוחרים, התינוק צריך לישון ואני צריכה לקבל את פניהם של העובדים שבאו לתקן. דרשתי לעבור חדר. מוחמד, פקיד הקבלה, אחראי להפקה הכושלת הזו. גם הגדיל ראש ובמקום מיטת תינוק שביקשתי עוד בהזמנה, הפריד מיטה זוגית ל2, כי תינוק בן שנה יכול הרי לישון במיטת יחיד גבוהה, בלי מעקים, ובלי ליפול על הראש. מי ביקש ממנו להגדיל ראש ולצאת בהפקות עצמאיות? סליחה, אבל איש טיפש. איש קבלה אחר נרדם מול העיניים בכל משמרת בוקר. דיסור איאי וכבש. שיכור או מסומם. אז מה היה לנו? מלוכלך בחדר, מלוכלכת רצפת חדר האוכל, להתקשר לריספשן שלא שולחים אף אחד שעות. או מי שנשלח, לא מגיע. הטעות הייתה שהדולרים לא הוזרמו כשהגענו ישר. אורחים אחרים חנכו אותי בנושא. אגב, מועדון הילדים זה דבר עלוב מאוד. מלוכלך גם. בשנת 2026, הייתי מצפה לגימבורי נחמד. במקום זה כמה צעצועים ספורים וכסא שולחן ודפי צביעה בקיצור, מלון פאתטי. להוסיף עוד קצת כסף וללכת למלון עם תרבות אירוח ולא חארטה.

הכל היה ממש מושלם,היה כיף ברמות, מציע לכל מי שבא לשם לקנות שנורקל ולצפות בדגים המעלפים שהים הזה והחוף שלהם מציע.

الفندق كان أكثر من رائع، من أجمل الفنادق التي ممكن الواحد يزورها. ✨ المكان فخم ومرتب ونظيف جدًا، والديكور جميل ويعطي إحساس بالراحة والرفاهية من أول ما تدخل. الغرف واسعة ومريحة، والإطلالة جميلة جدًا، وكل التفاصيل في الفندق تدل على الاهتمام والذوق. الموظفون كانوا محترمين ومتعاونين جدًا، والخدمة ممتازة وسريعة. أكثر شيء أعجبني هو الهدوء والنظافة والأجواء الجميلة التي تجعل الإقامة مريحة وممتعة. بصراحة، الفندق يستحق التجربة وبكل تأكيد أتمنى أرجع له مرة ثانية. 🤍✨المعامله رائعه جيدا من شبلي وفتحي وكل الطاقم رائعون

멋진 뷰와 잘 갖춰진 수영장, 잔잔한 해변을 즐겼습니다. 방과 욕실이 넓어서 쾌적했어요. 정원도 아름답고, 직원들이 친절합니다. 대체로 우리는 아주 즐거운 휴가를 보냈습니다.

I booked what was advertised on Booking.com as a 5-star hotel. However, when I arrived at the hotel, I was extremely disappointed to discover that it is actually presented as a 4-star hotel. I immediately informed the receptionist that I felt I had been misled and that the information provided at the time of booking was deceptive. What made the situation even worse was her reaction: instead of taking my complaint seriously, she laughed dismissively and told me, “No, it’s a 5-star hotel.” I found this response very disrespectful and unprofessional, especially after paying for and expecting a genuine 5-star hotel experience

We stayed in Eilat as a group of 5 adult women. We would like to thank Dima personally! He always greeted us with a smile, was very patient and understanding. He was always in touch with us and if we needed anything, he immediately helped and took care of it. It’s a very cozy and pleasant place. We really enjoyed our stay. Thank you for everything! 💛

The staff was extremely nice and welcoming, always asked if we needed anything and made sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. the view was amazing I had a take pictures everyday, nights at the beach were also so nice and relaxing. definitely recommend if ur looking for a get away and relax trip.

The cocktails could be better but they weren't bad.

Pool

I paid for all-inclusive but they have these strict rules on everything. They only offer Stella beer but won’t offer you a full bottle. They would put them in these small sample cups that you put your meds in for a patient. They also pour you OPENED beer bottles that have been sitting around!!! Anything else such as fresh juices, ice cream or even ordering outside 10am - 10pm, is chargeable. I felt like I was wearing the bracelet of shame and had to pay for most things anyway. When I spoke about it to the guest relation, they said it’s hotel policy with a smug smile. So even though I did enjoy some stuff, I made a “policy” to rate everything negative. The animation team only showed up on our last day, no activities and music wasn’t vibing.

המלון גדול , החדרים ממש מרווחים וטובים בריכות גדולות תמורה ממש טובה למחיר האוכל סביר

ממש ממש הפריע לי שכל רגע ניגשו לנסות להציע שירות נוסף בתשלום כמו תמונות , טיפולי ספא ומספרה ממש מפריעים ומציקים במהלך כל החופשה והורס את המנוחה .

האוכל בחלק מהימים היה ברמה נמוכה ובחלק מהימים היה טוב לכן טעון שיפור , האלכוהול בבקבוקי פלסטיק סחורה מצרית לא הכי איכותי.

מלון מרווח, יפה, מטופח מאוד, גם החדרים וגם הגנים, הבריכה תמיד נקיה, עובדים מסביב לשעון לשמור על סדר וניקיון. מרגיש תאילנד בחיי. מחיר מצחיק לעומת התמורה. האוכל היה מעולה, מגוון, טרי וטעים מאוד. המלצרים לא הפסיקו להסתובב סביבנו ולהציע עזרה. גם צוות הבריכה מדהים ומסייע. בכל מקום שהלכנו כולם ץמיד היו חייכנים ושירותיים.

התמוהות באתר לא משקפות את המלון, המלון נראה פי 100 יותר יפה.

Очень вежливый персонал. Очень чисто. Соотношение цены и качества. Еда была средняя, но для такой цены я считаю что в принципе нормально. С удовольствием приеду ещё.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The team was incredibly friendly, professional, and always willing to help. The food was delicious, with a great variety, and everything was fresh and clean. The hotel itself is beautiful, relaxing, and well maintained. I truly enjoyed my stay and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a pleasant vacation. We had a wonderful stay at the hotel and truly enjoyed every moment of our vacation. The room was always clean, comfortable, and cozy. A special thank you to Masoud from housekeeping. He did an excellent job every day, keeping our room spotless. He was friendly, attentive, and very professional. We really appreciated his hard work and kindness. The swimming pool was absolutely wonderful, and the beautiful, well-maintained green gardens made the hotel feel peaceful and relaxing. The restaurant staff were always attentive and welcoming. We especially loved the delicious coffee, available all day, and the bottled beer with its unique, smooth taste—I already miss it! 🍻 The sea was another highlight of our stay. It was amazing to swim with colorful fish right by the beach. Thank you to the entire team for making our holiday so enjoyable. We would be happy to come back again!

The only suggestion we have is to offer an official hotel transfer. We think it would make the guest experience even better and more convenient.

קודם כל השירות היה ברמה גבוה מאוד!!! הייתי בהרבה מקומות בעולם ותודעת שירות כזו בהרבה זמן לא נתקלתי. העובדים היו מקסימים מהעובדי ניקיון, עובדי הקבלה ועד לעובדי המסעדה. האנשים היו שווים את כל החופשה. הגענו לסופש יום הולדת לבן זוגי, ומאז שהצוות שמע שיש לו יום הולדת לא הפסיקו להגיע הפינוקים (עוגת יום הולדת לחדר, סידור החדר עם פרחים וארגון שולחן יום הולדת). מי שמגיע חייב לעשות את הספא במלון, שעתיים בגן עדן. בקיצור ממליצה מקרב לב! אני אתגעגע לעובדי המלון מאוד!

מגוון האוכל, המיקום (קרוב ורחוק מהגבול), השירות מעולה. בריכה לכל הגילאים חוף הים פרטי . מושלם לחופשה בטן גב אין צורך לצאת מהמלון.
