Θα ήταν πολύ χρήσιμο να υπάρχει στο μπάνιο κάποιος χώρος ή κρεμάστρα για να κρεμάμε τα ρούχα μας. Επίσης, θα ήταν καλό να παρέχονται μεγαλύτερες πετσέτες μπάνιου, καθώς και ένα μικρό σκαμπό ή μαξιλαράκι για να μπορεί κανείς να κάθεται. Μικρές αυτές προσθήκες θα έκαναν τη διαμονή ακόμη πιο άνετη.

Reviewed Aug 24, 2026Excellent location, within walking distance of Myeongdong and Namsan (N Seoul Tower). For a short stay just to have a place to sleep, it’s fine. There is a shared kitchen where you can easily prepare some ramen for dinner or make yourself a coffee.
Although the price is very affordable, the room and bathroom are very small. The room was on the third floor, and the stairs were very steep. Guests are required to remove their shoes at the entrance, so carrying luggage up three floors without shoes was quite uncomfortable. In addition, other guests leave their shoes on the stairs, which made it difficult to go up without accidentally stepping on them.

Reviewed Aug 21, 2026Alojamiento situado en una buena zona de Seúl, muy cerca de restaurantes, mini markets y de la zona de tiendas y de comidas callejeras. El dueño fue súper amable y simpático, explicando todo de forma clara. Tiene una zona de cocina comedor común que viene muy bien si quieres comprar comida y comer (o preparar) allí. También cuenta con zona para lavar la ropa de forma gratuita.
La habitación algo básica. No tiene ascensor y tienes que subir las maletas por las escaleras.

Da tenere in considerazione la salita per raggiungere l'alloggio. In generale gli spazi comuni non erano molto puliti, e sia la stanza che la struttura avevano mobilio e complementi un po' vecchi. Comunque nulla di grave ma richiede un po' di spirito di adattamento se si è abituati a stare in hotel.

Reviewed Jun 22, 2026La WIFI nunca se conecto en la habitación, el TV es por pago, así que si quieres ver, ya sabes, es un sitio muy bien ubicado, lo malo es que no hay administración todo el tiempo, en las noches se escuchan las conversaciones, risas y ronquidos de los vecinos así te quedes en habitación individual.
Ruidos en la noche no se podia descansar bien, de los mismo huespedes.

Reviewed Jun 14, 2026My room was more of a suite and the dispenser came in very handy with me arriving so late. Self check in was easy. Owner was very friendly & helpful. Allowed me store my luggage a full day prior to check in while I made a quick trip to Jeju. Accommodation was less than 10minutes walk to Myeongdong making it so convenient.
An alternate entrance will be great to help navigate with luggage when on the other side of the building.

There is a common kitchen area with complimentary tea and coffee, laundry is available at no extra charge, drying racks are available, you can fill up your water bottle with filtered water in the kitchen, cutlery, microwave is also available, are was calm and you can rest well.
Only small towels available, no big towels, bathroom and shower room is in the same space and is small.

Det er lidt at en bakke at skulle op af med bagage, men ekstremt nemt når man skal videre igen. Jeg havde et værelse med enkeltseng, og kunne godt have brugt et gardin, ikke pga privatliv, for man kunne ikke se ind, men pga lyset.

Reviewed May 27, 2026The location was very convenient for a stay in central Seoul. A short walk to the Metro, shops and restaurants. The hill was steep but not a problem! A quiet spot in a lively area. The owner was very thoughtful about the check in instructions and giving clear directions. My room was small but clean and quiet at night. The wifi worked well. There was a useful shared kitchen and there was a friendly hostel atmosphere.
During the daytime any other guest activity such as banging doors was very loud in the room. A chair in the room would useful. A shower that soaks the whole bathroom floor is never great.

Tesis içerisinde asansör yok o yüzden yokuşla valiz çıktıktan sonra üst kat odaya da kendiniz taşımak zorundasınız. Odaların genişliği gayet güzeldi. İşletmeci çok güler yüzlü ve anında geri dönüş yapan birisi. Tek başına konaklama yapacak olan kişiler içinde güvenilir. Ara sokaktan yokuş çıkıyorsunuz ama hiç korkutucu vs değil

La camera necessita di una pulizia più approfondita, ma soprattutto il letto è scomodo, così come i cuscini alti e duri. Il materasso è molto duro. Viene fornito un topper di plastica come fondo (niente lenzuolo, solo coprimaterasso sotto) e un piumino con copripiumino, sempre plasticoso, che crea uno sgradevole effetto serra nel letto.

Konumu çok yokuş 😭 ve 2 adet tek kişilik yatak yan yana koyulduğu için odayı baya daraltmış :(

The myeongdong subway station is just 5 min walk from here and there are lots of convenience stores and restaurants within 1-2 mins of the property. On top of that the host is really sweet and cooperative. My card got declined multiple times because of international usage issues but he was very understanding and didn’t cancel my booking. He waited till the other day so I could figure out the payment issues. He also responds very promptly. True specimen of Korean hospitality.

Localização não ajuda muito porque fica numa ladeira bem íngreme. Quem está com mala grande/pesada sofre um pouco para chegar lá.

Reviewed May 9, 2026Die Lage des Guesthouse ist optimal für das Viertel Myeongdong. Für Senioren mit Gehproblemen ist es jedoch nicht empfehlenswert, da man einen Hügel hinauf gehen muss. Die Zimmer sind zweckmäßig und sauber. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett, wir dürfen sogar die Koffer bei ihm für eine längere Reise stehen lassen.

Alle Geräte, die man eventuell brauchen könnte, vor allem wenn man mit kleinem Gepäck reist, waren vorhanden: Waschmaschine, Trockner, Föhn, Mikrowelle und Gemeinschaftsküche. Das Bad ist für Europäer eventuell etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig, war aber sauber und hat vollkommen ausgereicht.

Reviewed May 2, 2026海外のゲストハウスにしては、かなり綺麗にしてくれていたと思います。 電源について、韓国タイプの延長タップを用意してくれていたのと、Aタイプへの変換プラグも1つ置いてくれていました。 セルフチェックインですが、国籍に合わせた言語で分かりやすいプリントをフロントに置いてくれていて、迷わず部屋まで辿り着けました。 朝にオーナーさんと出くわしたのですが、名前を覚えてくれていてびっくり！！ ひとりひとりを大切にしてくれていると感じました！
明洞駅から南へ10分弱、かなりの坂道を上がって行きます！ 段差はないのでスーツケースでも問題ありませんでしたが、ちょっと大変です。 施設内はエレベーターがないので3階までスーツケースを持ち上げました。
