Unfortunately, my experience at this hotel was very disappointing. From the moment I arrived, the service was not what I expected from a professional hotel. The room was not properly prepared and the overall cleanliness and maintenance were far below an acceptable standard. The staff were not helpful or welcoming, and when I raised my concerns, I did not feel that they genuinely cared about resolving the problems. I’m stay room at 43,44/ September For the price paid, I expected much better service, cleanliness, and professionalism. Instead, the experience was stressful and frustrating. Nothing the same information from online what they provided I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and improves the hotel’s service, staff attitude, cleanliness, and overall guest experience. I would not recommend this hotel based on my experience. If you tell me what exactly happened at the hotel, I can make the review much stronger and more specific, while keeping it professional.

My stay was enjoyable, mainly because of the staff’s friendliness and professionalism. They made a clear effort to provide good hospitality and keep guests comfortable

Food was good, very friendly staffs

Rooms were not clean and lots of broken items definitely need upgrades. We booked both the tents and tree house for our Family. Paid $92 per night tent which should have been like $30 we rented where else and no privacy. There's also stain on the comforter.

I really like about location and weather and staffs friendly.

The tent is very small compared to the price and facilities is not clean enough and no have Toothbrush , hair comb, Toothpaste.

The Resort was generally pleasant, with beautiful natural surroundings and a quiet atmosphere. The rooms were comfortable and clean, fitting well with the natural setting.

L'emplacement exceptionnel, la vue par temps clair est incroyable. Le personnel est très sympa. Pour moi c'est un incontournable pour qui visite Kirirom.

The view of the mountain was amazing.

Some neighbours can be a bit inconsiderate, still up talking and being noisy past midnight.

The staff were attentive when approached and always remained polite and professional. I appreciated their respectful behavior and warm attitude.

The team could be a bit more proactive in checking on guests instead of waiting to be asked for help

位置、卫生都不错。

山上晚上有点凉，洗个热水澡是种非常好的解压方式，但洗一会就没有热水了，一个人洗澡都不够，外面虽然有浴缸，但也只是个装饰，只能放一分钟的热水，放满浴缸都是冷水，根本没法洗，而且水很黄，这方面体验极差，希望有待提高。

Absolutely fabulous location, outstanding staff very helpful and kind and especially from peseth in the restaurant who could not help enough! I will definitely return And I will not forget this place! Highly recommend

No breakfast buffet on the second day. And it was difficult to order the food and drinks that were available from the buffet the day before.

I have enjoyed. The team was respectful, welcoming, and made a good effort to ensure guests felt comfortable. Their positive attitude added to the relaxing environment.

Staff availability at certain times, as it was sometimes difficult to find assistance immediately. Still, the overall service experience was positive.

Teenagers with music after 10. Cold pool

The infinity pool overlooking the mountains and area to eat outside near the bonfire felt great for camping adventure. Loved the treehouses that could accommodate up to 3 people and the cute bus room made the property unique.

Location and surrounding scenery are spectacular and certainly the best place in Kirirom with many different style of accommodation in different resorts all connected to each other. Hot water in the shower and the outdoor tub was certainly a welcome feature in rainy weather with 20 °C cool days. Staff was helpful and friendly.

The price for food in the restaurant and coffee shops is high for a mediocre quality and taste. No other options so I would consider taking food with me next time. As it is in the middle of nature and the room (converted bus) wasn't completely sealed, we got frequently visited by mice every night.

The locaiton was perfect with mountain view... It was very crowded with very basic breakfirst menu, it is not worth with the price charged.

The rool facility was not really good. I understand as it meant for camping but we expect a cleaner/nicer bathroom.

We book on booking.com so they do not give us a mountain view room.they are prior to who come and book directly with them.that I feel bad they should treat all the same way.

The tree house is so shaking and the floor got broken The door can’t lock I feel unsecured. Hope they built the room stronger with good material and have a lot activity to do there. Thank you

Perfect Location

The leaking AC and roof. A little critter also decided to wake us up and eat our goodies. The bathroom smells a bit. The towels and robes had a damp musty smell. No biggie since it's up in the foggy mountains but accommodations should be well kept for the guests.

Too noisy, crowded. Local people bringing big speaker and loud music which is ruin the relaxation mood. The resort should restrict on the time that speaker could be play, not from 7am
