L'emplacement est magnifique. Le concept tente panoramique rigide avec salle de bain et toilettes très bien. La piscine bien située face à la montagne, près du restaurant. Le service du restaurant et qualité de la nourriture. Réactivité du personnel pour essayer de trouver des solutions, rongeurs, nettoyage piscine.

Dommage que les tentes ne soient pas vérifiées régulièrement car des rongeurs, souris, rats, ont rongé des parties de la toile et pénètrent la nuit dans la chambre. Ce qui crée un réel désagrément quand on vient profité d'un hébergement de standing. Par ailleurs, l'eau de la piscine était verte et grasse à notre arrivée. Il faudrait veiller à son entretien quotidiennement. Nous aurions apprécié que les matelas des transats soient installés dès l'ouverture de la piscine sans avoir besoin de réclamer. Il faudrait que les serviettes de bains soient mises à disposition dans un espace près de la piscine. Que les clients n'aient pas besoin de les réclamer.

The resort has a very friendly and calm atmosphere, and the staff contributed a lot to that experience. They were courteous and pleasant to interact with. I felt welcomed from the beginning of my stay.

The location is absolutely world-class. The old rooms have huge balconies overlooking the forest. The climate is beautiful, the peaceful natural setting is wonderful, and the views over the valley are spectacular. The management were really understanding and helpful. When we complained about the loud music late at night they took action. In our room (an old one) none of the power sockets were useable, but they helpfully brought us an extension cable.

This was our 7th stay. We love the place. BUT: This time was "High Season" for visitors, even mid-week and very busy. Large groups, office outings, large families, school reunions. Many use the setting as a background for selfies. They get drunk, scream and play loud music after midnight. The restaurant at Romhaey is not nearly as good as at Romdoul. The owner could do more to emphasise the unique peacefulness and beauty of the position, the forest, the birds and animals and the natural surroundings. Not build badminton sheds, swimming pools and concrete box rooms. They are ugly, out-of-place and under-used. The extraordinary pine forest is full of plastic litter from picnics.

Loved the fresh air and the cute rooms as well as the super friendly and helpful staff. Reception facilitated everything we texted them about within 10 minutes.

The hotel is placed in very nice place in mountain with great view and clear air. Good place to get a rest and relax.

Wasteful use of electricity with blazing lights all night long all over the resort. Cheap and ill-fitting bathroom facilities. Weird choice of decoration.

Le logement : premier logement impossible d’ouvrir la porte. On a dû attendre un moment (20min) avant qu’il nous trouve une solution. On a changé de bungalow. Propre mais les toilettes se sont vites bouchés et nous nous sommes trouvé sans eau pour se doucher et se laver les dents. On a dû attendre un moment avant que cela revienne. Nous avons demandé un geste commercial pour les petits problèmes qui nous ont retardés dans notre emploi du temps, on nous a répondu non.

The resort is clean, comfortable, and surrounded by amazing mountain views. I loved how peaceful it was at night, and waking up to the sound of nature was incredibly refreshing. The staff were friendly, everything felt well taken care of, and what I love most is that it’s conveniently close to Phnom Penh—making it the perfect quick escape from the city

The view from the deluxe family mountain room was incredible and its a peaceful escape from the city. The shower room was nice and the room was a good size.

So many rats got into our rooms while we were sleeping and left rat droppings everywhere, there were several cracks and holes at the base of the tent and by the door that allowed them to get into the tent which could have been rectified by the resort but hadn't been. Staff didn't clean our room at all for the three nights we were there. For the price of the room, it felt like it should be should be more of a resort with the rooms cleaned daily but instead it was more like a self catering room that you were supposed to clean. A lot of the stalls and shops on site were also shut while we were there and there were not many activities on offer which made it quiet with not much to do.

A great location for views of the mountain and fresh air in natural surroundings. The breakfast buffet includes a variety of options both Western and Asian. Family friendly place with responsive, helpful staff.

This place is exceptional. One of the truly remarkable locations in Cambodia. Quiet and little known. I fear for its future as it needs visitors but inevitably this will change the quiet beauty of Kirirom.

Unclear what the developers’ vision for the resort is. But currently it is wonderful.

the serenity is superb. The room design was wonderful. The surroundings and walk area were really good. Lot to enjoy and to have fun.

Breakfast does not have much of vegetarian options. Probably need to think of having more vegetarian options. Also google map shows one location but it goes further to reach the spot.

The location is absolutely stunning — perched on top of a mountain with breathtaking views and unforgettable sunsets. The tent design was unique and well thought out, with two separate bedrooms and a bathroom with a shower. We were pleasantly surprised to find air conditioning in the bedrooms, which made the stay more comfortable. The staff were incredibly friendly, attentive, and genuinely tried their best to make guests feel welcome. When the resort is busy, the breakfast buffet is excellent — varied and delicious.

However, during our second night stay, there were only a few guests, and breakfast switched to à la carte. Unfortunately, most items from the menu were unavailable, and what was offered was extremely limited. Since we’re not big fans of the local-style breakfast options, we ended up not having a proper meal in the morning at all. This significantly affected our overall impression. One night, a rat managed to get into our tent and stole a pair of socks from an open suitcase — it also badly chewed a pair of pants, making them unusable. Ants were also a constant problem — we found them on the beds, walls, and throughout the tent. A major issue was the mold on the ceilings in both bedrooms, which came with a very strong and unpleasant smell. This made it difficult to fully relax, especially at night. Evenings were sometimes loud, with music playing and noise from neighboring guests disrupting the peace. While we truly appreciated the beauty of the setting and the efforts of the staff, the lack of a proper breakfast, pest issues, and mold unfortunately left us disappointed after what could have been a very memorable stay.

Overpriced especially during peak periods

The buffet breakfast was excellent. It set us up for the whole day! Unfortunately, on the last morning, there was only an a la carte service, and we had to pay a little bit more, possibly because there were not enough people staying there. The location was wonderful and was the reason why we booked in the first place. The staff checked our room before we departed and returned a T-shirt that had dropped down outside off the railing. This was much appreciated!

There was a bit of rubbish lying around which we felt a more assiduously trained staff would have picked up. The chalets were very close together, but we were not really disturbed by any noise, probably because we were there midweek and occupancy seemed relatively low. Nevertheless, I think the resort should consider a 'curfew' from, say, 11 p.m. We would have liked to have had the option of opening a window at night and using the fan, (which was too strong anyway), instead of sleeping with the air conditioning on, (which is rather stuffy).

The location is extremely windy and loud at night. On the 2nd night there were several loud parties around our room, the music went on past midnight. I spoke to security and they came up but were ignored by the other guests. I had no sleep and asked for a refund, we were told no. I will never recommend this place and will never stay here again,

the ''bubbles'' are nice but offer zero sound insulation, so you'll hear people talking loud (as there will most likely be some). when we were there, some people were playing very loud music, which is supposed to be forbidden. but we had to ask staff twice for them to do something about it.

Шатёр оказался очень комфортным: просторный, с собственной ванной комнатой, кондиционером и удобной мебелью. Особенно понравилась терраса с видом — там здорово завтракать или просто отдыхать на свежем воздухе. Отель расположен в сосновой роще, где приятно прохладно даже днём, а воздух — невероятно чистый. Из развлечений: есть отличный бадминтонный корт, можно взять квадроцикл и покататься по окрестностям. А если что-то нужно — рядом на горе соседний отель с супермаркетом и рестораном. Очень рекомендую тем, кто хочет уединения, природы и при этом хорошего уровня комфорта. Если вы на машине, следуйте указаниям персонала отеле о маршруте, так как google карты не знают правильной дороги.

WiFi was not working. A serious problem. Staff on check out mixed up our things, delayed our departure, and kept two items. Really unhelpful.

Clean room and comfortable bed. Staff were very helpful and moved us rooms as we had noisy neighbours. It is a resort hotel and we did not expect this. Apparently it is only a year old and is thus still lacking facilities and activities which were on offer were overpriced. This resort is mostly for the locals to party and some of the common areas were a bit tacky. Apparently weekends are really busy and we were glad to be staying mid week. In all we were disappointed by what was on offer once at the place, but cannot fault the staff for it. So we spent our day relaxing by the pool. Also check transport there and back. Buses will drop you off and pick you but only to and from Phnom Penh which was not our intended next stop so only choice was expensive taxi.

Clean and cool air in just 2 hour drive from Phnom Penh: A great place for hikers with plenty of trails around the area. Back inside resort: Very clean room environment. Not one mosquito is found; despite there is plenty of non harmful bugs, butterflies and birds. Spacious and quiet, no noisy music as they ban use of speakers. Lights in the public area will be out at 11pm. That let us enjoy the magnificent starry sky. Good service and helpful staff. English speaking staff is available on telegram and at reception counter. Restaurant quality is good and they have a mart, though a bit more pricey than in the city. But that means next time I won't need to bring too much food on ourselves.

До глемпа нужно идти пешком, либо подвозят на электротележке. В ресторан идти довольно далеко и в горку. Еда в ресторане спефичная кхмерская.

Before and during the stay the staff was very helpful and friendly. Mountain view was great and the place was clean and comfortable. There was also a guarded parking space. Breakfast was included in a nearby restaurant and very good. Lots of choice and tasty too. I would definitely go back.

Door handles were a bit tricky to manage, but it was not a problem.

The views from the room and balcony were amazing! The shower (hot water and water pressure) was perfect. Staff was very helpful and tried his best to solve any issue that arises. The food was great! Room delivery service free of charge.

There were moulds on the bedroom wall and ceiling. The manager tried his best to find the better room for us. Thank to him we were able to stay for 2 nights.

The location of the resort is the best. The view is good and the breeze is good. The bed, bathroom, hot water, etc. are satisfactory. Electricity is convenient. The mart facilities and restaurant are well-equipped. The breakfast is also satisfactory.

Please tell me exactly how to get to the resort from the highway. It is difficult for foreigners to find. There is no refrigerator in the room.

Nature and adventure at the top of Kirirom! A great place to enjoy trekking, mountain biking, fresh air and beautiful views across the mountain. Glamping pods and converted buses were clean and comfortable.

Food is delicious. Nice location with pine tree forest and mountain landscape. Comfort bed and hot shower is available. Nice and friendly staff.
