Catastrophique Venu faire un road trip en moto, à chaque réservation je m’assure d’avoir un parking sécurisé à l’hôtel. Pour cet hôtel, On nous répond que oui. Arrivé sur place, pas de parking et on nous dirige à 1km mais ce parking n’accepte pas les motos, puis un autre même topo et le dernier à 20 km de l’hôtel 😔 une blague. Je préviens l’hôtel qui nous répond « Tous les véhicules peuvent accéder aux parkings ; il pourrait s'agir d'un malentendu ou d'un manque de compétences linguistiques. » effectivement, super communication. Grosse galère en perpective. Je suis reparti direction Bulgarie et dormi ailleurs. Peut-être un bel hôtel mais personnel non serviable

Totul a fost minunat. Cazarea este aproape de atracțiile turistice, foarte curat, nu a fost gălăgie. Personalul foarte amabil și dispuși să ajute mereu.

L’hôtel est bien situé, dans un quartier agréable et pratique pour visiter la ville. Dans l’ensemble, c’était propre et simple, mais sans plus. Bon hôtel pour un court séjour si l’emplacement est une priorité.

La chambre était assez petite et située au sous-sol, avec une toute petite fenêtre.

Le prix très attractif (divisé par 4 grâce au statut Genius) Proximité des transports (T6 à 2min et bus à 5 min) donc facile de se déplacer (avec certains points d'intérêts accessibles en moins de 30 min de marche). Plein de restos à tous les prix (plus raisonnables que sultanahmet) à quelques pas, ainsi que des markets ouverts tard. Vue sur la mosquée bleue ! La réceptionniste est très gentille, disponible et réactive, malgré la barrière de la langue. Ménage fait tous les jours. Appartement fidèle aux photos.

La chambre était au 4e étage sans ascenseur avec un petit escalier en colimaçon donc très peu pratique pour des bagages et personnes à mobilité réduite. Il faudrait le préciser dans l'annonce. Deco un peu kitsch (eclairages assez éblouissants ) mais soignée et fidèle aux photos. Lit moyennement confortable (un peu mou pour nous).

시설이 좋고 직원분들이 친절합니다.방도 매일 청소되고요.위치도 바로 앞에 역이 있어서 괜찮아요.다만 많은 여행객들이 생각하는 트램은 아닙니다.무엇보다 숙소 바로 앞에 유명한 카이막 집이 있어 그곳에서 아침식사를 할 수 있습니다!

바로 옆이 식당골목인데 저녁부터 운영을 하는 식당들이라 소음이 있을수 있습니다. 제 방은 방음이 거의 안됐네요😅 전 괜찮았지만 잠귀가 밝다면 힘들수도 있겠습니다

El trato que recibimos fue fenomenal, nos sentimos como en casa, no suelo hacer reseñas pero esta merece la pena, el hotel está en una zona con locales y sitios muy baratos para comer y comprar cosas, que después de lo que han subido los precios en Estambul se agradece, si algún día vuelvo a Estambul volveré a elegir este lugar, gracias Ekrem un abrazo 🫂

Locația lasă de dorit , hotel între niște ghetouri , nu are biciclete cum spune , nu are loc de parcare . Intră în fiecare dimineață în cameră chiar dacă nu ai pus pe ușă ca trebuie să faca asta .

Everything was perfect! The accommodation was clean, comfortable, and in a great location. The hosts were friendly and helpful, and everything was exactly as described. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely come back again. Highly recommended!

Tout. L'équipe était adorable et aux petits soins. La chambre était confortable, propre, plutôt bien isolée du bruit malgré l'âge de la bâtisse. On a très bien dormi chaque nuit. L'emplacement est top avec le tram à 5 mètres.

Rien, on retournera ici quand on reviendra à Istanbul.

Die Unterkunft war schön, gemütlich und modern. Der Checkin war freundlich und nach dem Checkout konnten wir unser Gepäck noch da lassen. Die Lage ist einfach super (in der Nähe des Restaurants Nasip Et) und der Preis war auch fair. Perfekt für Sightseeingtour und für Foodies, da es unzählige Restaurants ums Eck gibt.

The room is very clean and Staff are helpful and friendly. the hotel is close to many amazing places to eat, a train station and the sea.

The staff were exceptional and provided a perfect example of genuine Turkish hospitality. They were warm, welcoming, and made us feel at home throughout our stay.

The only minor issue was the narrow staircase, but that's completely understandable, as it's typical of many buildings in Istanbul.

Ich hatte ein tolles Zimmer mit Ausblick auf die Moschee. Es war sehr sauber & ruhig, die AC funktionierte super, das Bett war sehr gemütlich & bequem. Auch das WLAN lief problemlos und Ekrem war sehr nett & hilfsbereit! Viele Läden & Restaurants in der Nähe, auch zum Meer ist es nur einmal über die Straße. Kann ich absolut empfehlen.

Wasserabfluss in der Dusche leider nicht gut, sodass das Wasser am nächsten Tag noch in der Dusche steht. Hat mich persönlich aber nicht weiter gestört.

Wir hatten einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt und können das Hotel auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen. Die Lage ist sehr gut, da man die Bahnstation Kumkapı innerhalb weniger Gehminuten erreicht. Von dort kommt man bequem nach Sirkeci und kann viele Sehenswürdigkeiten auf der europäischen Seite Istanbuls gut erkunden. Das Hotel war sehr sauber, gepflegt und angenehm. Im Zimmer gab es einen Minikühlschrank sowie eine Klimaanlage, was besonders bei warmem Wetter sehr praktisch war. Auch in der Umgebung gibt es mehrere kleine Geschäfte und Restaurants, die man schnell zu Fuß erreichen kann. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir das freundliche und hilfsbereite Personal. Eine Mitarbeiterin hat uns während unseres Aufenthalts sehr unterstützt und uns sogar bei persönlichen Angelegenheiten nach besten Möglichkeiten weitergeholfen. Der Service war wirklich außergewöhnlich und wir haben uns sehr gut aufgehoben gefühlt. Insgesamt waren wir mit unserem Aufenthalt sehr zufrieden und würden dieses Hotel jederzeit wieder buchen.

I’ve been meaning to leave a review of this hotel for a long time, but I didn’t have the time until today. We stayed here about 20 days ago, and it was a wonderful experience. The hotel is very cosy, safe, and welcoming. The receptionist, Sanam, was incredibly kind and helpful. She assisted us with everything we needed, and I’ll never forget her kindness. If you’re looking for a beautiful, comfortable place to stay at a great budget-friendly price, I highly recommend this hotel. The photos accurately reflect what you’ll find in real life.

The owner was extremely rude and unprofessional throughout our stay. Better communication and a more respectful attitude toward guests would have made a significant difference.

位置离T6 Kumkapi火车站2分钟，出站左手边小巷。比较好找。 离老城区主要景点半小时步行以内。生活便利。 女员工人非常认真和nice。 房间很干净，天天打扫。

我住的房间窗户很大，遮光窗帘不能全部遮住。旁边的清真寺唤礼声音较大，需要隔音耳塞。—或许这在这座城市是普遍的。 排气扇的声音有一点点响。

Дуже радушний персонал, швидко вирішував всі мої питання. Дівчина Санам навіть позичила мені турецьких грошей, бо я не мала змоги вночі їх купити. Також без питань випрали мої речі🙃 Номер невеличкий, та дуже зручний і охайний, де було все необхідне - чайник, холодильник, ТВ, КОНДІЦІОНЕР!!! в літку в край необхідна річ! Також рушники і посуд і мило і шампунь, Для мене, яка подорожує з мінімом речей, дуже важливо мати все у номері😊 Все було відмінно, дякую за щиру гостинність!💗

Трохи напряжно на 5 поверх дертися пішки, АЛЕ краєвид з вікна на море і Блакитну Мечеть це оплачує!

Das Hotel liegt in einer sehr kleinen Straße. Gastgeber sind freundlich und zuvorkommend. Auf unsere Anfragen wegen Umtausch von Handtücher oder zusätzliches Toilettenpapier wurde eingegangen. Ich hätte mir gewünscht das es von alleine passiert ohne die Bitte.

Was mich als einziges gestört hat das wir nicht unsere Zimmer die wir gebucht haben auch bekamen. Dazu müsste noch zuzahlen obwohl ich es nicht verlangt habe das wir andere Zimmer bekommen. Außerdem mitten im Aufenthalt wurde einer unsere Zimmer belegt so das wir nochmal die Zimmer ändern müssten. Der Rest hat gepasst. Obwohl bis zum nächsten Bus oder Tramstation muss man vom Hotel ca 15min bergauf laufen. Kondition erwünscht.

The staff was very friendly and always willing to help. The location is great, about 15 minutes from the historical sights like the Blue Mosque and close to the sea. The price was low, you would almost think there had to be some hidden problem, but I couldn't find any. I'll stay here again if I visit Istanbul!

I had a 2 person room, but there were beds for 3. This took up some space that could be used for a sofa or chair, but this seems to be a common trend in Turkiye. I guess I was unlucky with the view, no sea or city but a back-alley. This was no problem for me however.

Personel was wonderful, helpful and caring, room was in very good standard and the localization was excellent.

Das Personal war super sympathisch und hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden immer wieder buchen, sobald wir in Istanbul sind. Es war auch super Zentral, weil nur wenige Meter entfernt ein Bahnhof ist. Wir sind nur zwei Stationen weiter und waren schon bei Sirkeci und konnten dann zu Eminönü usw.

В нашей комнате было все необходимое.Вообщем очень ответственные люди.Расположение отеля это отдельная любовь,набережная в 5ти минутах от отеля как и железнодорожная станция Кумкапы, многие достопримечательности в пешей доступности. Теперь Инща Аллах только к ним!

Preisgünstiges Hotel ohne Frühstück und Lift. Sehr sauber, freundlich und Modern. Achtung: Bei der Treppe sollten größere Personen Aufpassen und sich nicht den Kopf anschlagen. Durch die Lage im Ausgehviertel mit vielen Restaurants und Läden natürlich nicht so ruhig bei Zimmern zur Strasse. Innert 20min zu Fuss bei der blauen Moschee.

A wonderful stay here at Feycem Suites Hotel! If you are coming to Istanbul I highly recommend you stay here. The room was so comfortable and very well equipped with air con, coffee and tea making facilities and very modern decour! Plenty of restaurants and shops around the corner yet such a peaceful location. The owner Ekrem is a gentleman and makes sure you have everything to make your stay a most pleasurable experience! The lady on reception is an angel always there to welcome you each time you walk through the door! I had a lovely time during my stay; the place is very comfortable, quiet and clean. I also had the most beautiful view of the Blue Mosque from my window. The staff are very very nice, and the lady SANAM is particularly kind.

While I only stayed for one night I was in good hands, prior to arrival I had gone through multiple different cancelled bookings and locations that didn’t exist, the minute I stepped foot inside I was looked after, the bed was extremely comfortable, the shower hot, and the view of the blue mosque, magnificent, recommend!

It is a 15mish walk from the metro, so keep that in mind for many luggages.

I stayed at Feycem suitesHotel after driving from Bulgaria and I’m really happy with the experience. The owner Ekrem is a very nice guy — he helped me a lot with arranging parking, sorting out my toll payments, and many other things. The staff was also very helpful, always smiling and welcoming, with a really nice vibe. The hotel is new, extremely clean, and very cozy. I felt comfortable and at home, like staying with friends. The location is great too — close to the main attractions and nice restaurants. If I could give 20 stars, I would! It’s very affordable and at the same time feels like a five-star place. I would definitely come back and recommend it. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Местоположение: Очень легко найти - отель расположен буквально в 50 метрах от станции городской электрички и автобусной остановки Kumkapi. До ТПУ Yenikapi - 10 минут пешком, причем по велодорожке, проложенной вдоль ЖД, без спусков и подъемов. То есть с багажом дойти без проблем, такси не надо. Рядом - красивые аутентичные кварталы и большая ресторанная зона, магазины и тд. Голубая мечеть в 15 минутах ходьбы. Сам номер оказался на удивление просторным, комфортным и красивым. Имеется телевизор с русскими каналами и возможностью подключения флешки. Окна во двор, шума нет. Кровать роскошная! Менеджер Экрем всегда доступен на вацап. Большое спасибо русскоязычной сотруднице Санам за ее улыбку, доброжелательное внимание и искреннее стремление помочь по всем вопросам. Когда второй раз поеду на Фатих, выберу именно это место!

В отеле нет лифта, лестница вверх довольно крутая - так что вряд ли подойдет для пожилых.

First of all, Ekrem bey the owner of the hotel is very friendly. The working staff as well. The hotel is 1 walking minute to Kumkapi tramway station with direct connections to Sirkeci and Yenikapi. The historical and touristic places are reachable within 10 minutes on foot. The room was spacious and clean. There are many nice restaurants and cafes in the near area. Thank you Ekrem bey. Близкое расположение к историческим местам, куча хороших кафешек, магазинов, а так же доступность транспорта и аж наличие двух церквей рядом. Очень вежливый персонал, мы столкнулись с русскоговорящей девушкой, которая прекрасно к нам относилась и была душкой ей отдельное спасибо

Близкое расположение мечите к отелю, которая утром может разбудить на зов молитвы, но потом к ней привыкаешь. Иногда почему то при уборке выключали холодильник из розетки + постельное бельё меняют только раз в два-три дня
