Everything, the staff was excellent. Glen was the bomb.
I didn't have any complaints. Everything was good.
Very unique rooms, and the staff was absolutely amazing. They were very accommodating and friendly. The prices for food were very good for the value and DELICIOUS. The chef is great at what she does. The bartenders were a delight and made our time there pleasurable. Glenn and Jason were great!! They communicated so effectively. Also, They offer a shuttle to take you places and free pickup from the ferry. I would definitely stay here again
We had a lot of mosquitoes and bugs in the room. I know it was part of the location and expected, but it was a bit excessive amount of them. More entertainment would be a definite plus
We arrived at the hotel to find it was CLOSED for renovations. There was a young lady on site who informed us that Booking.com. should not have authorised the booking. However, my concern was where do I stay for the night? Just my daughter and myself in a place where we knew nobody. Thankfully I managed to find an alternative accommodation at short notice. Everywhere else was fully booked. Shambles
Amazing views. Quiet and peaceful location. Short drive to town. Wonderful staff and good food.
It could use a little TLC around the property.
We always come here whenever we reach Beqaui. It is a very nice hotel a bit off the beacon path with plenty of modern amenities.
Not much to complain about though more shuttles to the attractions would be nice.
Quiet
Very relaxing & good service
Affordable, with fantastic views. The free continental breakfast is good for what it is, and the staff were friendly throughout my stay. One staff member even helped me at a local shop after she had finished work, which I really appreciated. The shuttle bus is useful given the hotel’s secluded location. Jason was excellent: very friendly, helpful, and a great example of Vincentian hospitality. There was a small, unavoidable issue with the water on the first night of my booking, but Jason arranged for me to stay in a local villa, which was fantastic.
One staff member came across as cold and unapproachable. When I asked a question, their body language seemed visibly irritated, and they did not appear to interact with me in the same way they did with other guests. They never smiled and came across as somewhat condescending. However, this felt like an outlier compared with my interactions with other staff members, so I would not base my overall experience on this alone.
Located up in a hill , very quiet and with a stunning view of the bay, it is a well maintained hotel with a good restaurant, pool, little gym and a game room. Room is clean, simple but with a stunning view of the bay that worth the stay. We ate at the restaurant that is ok. Also breakfast is tasty. We had a car so easier to come and go, otherwise you need a taxi
Lovely property…
The view was amazing, the staff are warm and friendly, the food is tasty and fresh, the shuttle service is very convenient!
We didn't like the room we stayed in this time as it was under the conference room which got a bit noisy in the morning
Location not as advertised. 10 mins drive on difficult road to access anything. Rooms very dated. Pool much smaller than impression given on site. Breakfast same every day with little choice.
Great view of the sea and the staff was very helpful. Food is very tasty.
Location is far from the wharf, but there are shuttles and the staff is accommodating
Nicely decorated apartments, with somewhat comfortable beds. Great location for amazing views, somewhat further from the main area (there is shuttle bus so no worries)!
Clean, tidy, varied choice of food options.
Staff were not friendly or helpful. Food quality was average.
We left before the restaraunt was open but Sophie arranged to have a delicous breakfast of fruit and yogurt packed for us the night before. All the staff were very friendly and helpful.
We liked the first room Cyril gave us - eccentric but charming. After we'd unpacked and were resting (3 hours later after an exhausting week sailing) he told us he'd made a mistake and then moved us to a room much, much worse than a Travelodge, Thin sheets made of rayon, a kettle you had to unplug through a hole in the table in order to pour it. Cracks across the wall. A fridge that didn't shut. An air conditioner that wasn't connected to the remote. Furniture made of wire. And they accused ME of disrespect. The reason why he made the mistake was because of the extreme and rampant sexism that permeates these isles. I made the booking but he asked my husband if his name was William. (It is). He ignored me, my booking and my name because I'm a woman - hence he gave us a room for a different William.
The lack of grasping that we should perhaps be compensated for this horrible shock simply didn't permeate. I knew immediately that I wouldn't want to stay and so got him to agree immediately that should we not want to stay 3 nights, we could be refunded. The next day, half-naked by the pool, I caught him walking into the dining room just to confirm that this would be the case if we left the next day. A simple yes or no. He denied he'd agreed to this and tried (half naked) to get me to go to the office, which I refused. There was no sense at all that we might be owed and he did everything in his power to try and control and manipulate me. Because there's no concept of sexism, feedback, accountability or customer service, he simply obviously couldn't listen to me because I'm a woman. I'm quite sure that the default assumption would be that I'm racist. He wouldn't answer me and I wouldn't budge. He shouted over me and I shouted louder. He told my husband he was appalled by MY lack of respect. They don't know the meaning of the word. No one is in at this hotel and it's a study in alienation. 400 years of slavery has left everyone believing that the first sign of conflict is racism while concurrently, the leap towards the equality of the sexes has failed entirely. Also, don't go for the free breakfast. This was seriously the worst breakfast I've ever had in a hotel. Hours old scrambled (?) egg, no prepared fruit, coffee made with tepid water and not allowed to brew, long life orange juice, tasteless tomatoes and margerine that coats the roof of the mouth and can't be removed. They don't lay the tables either. We never got the refund he said he'd put through. Cyril accused us of not paying for our meals (he went and checked at the bar!). We wrote to Jason the manager. He said he'd get back to us. Nothing.
I’ve been coming here for years and brought many friends and family here. (We’re coming with more friends and family in April again. The views are fantastic, makes the rather bumpy way up more than compensated for. The staff are as always very friendly and accommodating.
I think the pool sunloungers could really benefit from parasols. ( I’ve mentioned this a few times in my feedback) You just cannot lie on them, because the sun is shining on them all day.
Very good

Trevligt välvårdat hotell trevlig personal
Frukosten var bedrövlig
The location is amazing and I’m sure this hotel was once a hidden gem but sadly its dazzle has long gone.
It’s more “the experience”. I have so many things that I not only didn’t like, but were quite truly Fawlty Towers’esc’ ( look it up if you don’t know what I mean!) you then have an idea.
Ils m’ont débités 2 fois ma réservation et ne me réponde pas
Ils m’ont débités 2 fois ma réservation et ne me réponde pas
Honestly, everything was awful. There was nothing about this stay that I would consider positive. If you somehow manage to get there before the sun goes down, you might catch a decent view — it was a waste of $147 USD.
Do not stay here. I booked this hotel because it was advertised as being near the shore. It is not. It is up in the mountains, nowhere remotely close to the beach, and nothing like the impression given when booking. I felt completely tricked and deceived from the start. The room was unacceptable — clogged shower full of someone else’s hair, broken shower handle that posed as a dangerous hazard due to the protruding metal rod, dirty towels that looked like skid marks of unknown origins, broken, distorted TV speaker, and no phone to contact reception. And the cherry on top, no tissues, napkins or anything to wipe your hands or body with. Basic cleanliness, safety and maintenance were and are clearly not priorities of this hotel. At check in and checkout, the receptionist seemed like she didn’t want to be there — cold, dismissive, and completely uninterested when I tried to explain the issues. No apology. No accountability. Just indifference. The most terrifying part of this experience was Glenroy Charles, the shuttle taxi driver of this amazing hotel. He was aggressive & threatening, while driving, looking at me, not the road and yelled that he would throw me out. He was swerving and made me feel completely unsafe. He yelled at me for most of the ride even after I asked him if we could ride in silence. He was accusing me of not paying a $50 USD sir charge for late check out that had been waived by the Hotel Manager because I was completely appalled by the conditions I was forced to stay in. The night prior, I had every intention on paying this ridiculous fee of $50 (simply to checkout 1.5 hours later), however, upon waking the next morning, I was quickly reminded why I hated this place: the disgusting, make-shift swimming pool of a shower, still hadn't drained due to the past guests' human hair clogging it. This was a hostile, misleading, and potentially life threatening experience from start to finish. Do not stay here. Booking.
The location with such a view is amazing it's really lovely sitting in the hill so high .
1. So I had ask about Early check in which was approved via the chat I had on here with customer service Representative, as I arrived in Bequia on the ferry like 3hrs early and didn't mind checking in 1 hr early so I ask in advance before coming. On arriving at the hotel that's when I am being told there is a fee of 50USD for the early check in . Mind you I may not of mind paying but it was never mentioned no where in my prior conversations so I was really disappointed with such & didn't get the early check in . Mind you I have book this hotel 2 times on 2 different occasions. I send my ex for his birthday there in Oct 31-Nov1st ,2021 and I had send my sister with her husband for her birthday in December,18th-20th 2021. And now it was my turn after returning home after 5yrs I hope was to have better beginning experience. 2. The bathroom shower is built weird my personal opinion, how can the shower be facing the shower door instead of one of the walls as a normal shower🤔🤔 3. A microwave would be nice in the room my personal opinion. And adding atleast a bottle water in the fridge would be nice instead of an empty fridge. Think of your customers feedback and consider. I have went to other places just that majority of my bookings in on AIRBNB. Just sharing my feedback.
The hotel was overall comfortable and clean, even if the room was quite basic and not matching the pictures. The shuttle service to the port was convenient, although the latest one was at 7pm.
The hotel location is quite far from the town center/beaches/ferry port. It is possible to walk up but it takes around one hour. The complimentary breakfast is quite limited (eggs, bread, juices, cake, yoghurt) and items tend to finish if you visit after 9am. The hotel does not have a restaurant, but food items can be ordered for delivery to the room. No staff was present at the hotel after around 8pm, and there was anywhere to buy some water/drinks.
The views from the room are majestic!.

I love the location, lovely for a peaceful getaway
The egg could’ve been better
The view! The combination of sea and sky 🤌🏽
I had an amazing time, never thought about the things I didn’t like.
We stayed in the Canouan Suite (room 8), described as a King Room with Sea View, for 5 nights and we had a fantastic stay. The room itself was large and spacious, but there was also an ensuite bathroom and dressing room which was almost as big. And the sea view from the balcony was just "WOW"! The bed was large and very comfortable, the shower was great, and the WiFi worked perfectly for us, both in the room and around the hotel solarium. There was a large safe, a full size ironing board and iron, excellent quality towels, and a small clothes line in the shower for drying your laundry. The staff were fantastic and couldn't do enough for you. The breakfast was tasty and the food from the restaurant (we ate there three nights) was decent quality and not badly priced. They offered a complimentary pick up from the ferry, which was great, and they also provided free shuttle buses to the port and back several times during the day - the alternative being a 45 minute walk (not all downhill) to Port Elizabeth, which you wouldn't choose to do more than once in the heat!
The curtain in our room on the balcony window was not designed to keep out light. It was more a net or a voile and meant that we woke up as soon as the sun had risen. Future guests would probably appreciate the option of a thicker curtains and a longer lie-in!
poor
nothing
The location was great. The food was lovely and the staff were friendly and helpful. The room was very comfortable and had a perfect view of the sea.
Needed a full length mirror in the room.
Beautiful location and well hidden away. Was a welcomed surprise when we arrives
Location, rooms. The views are incredible. The food is really good too. I like the new buffet-style breakfast too, although missed the sausage and bacon on the 2nd day of my stay. I have been coming for years and am never disappointed.
Still no parasols, so it’s impossible to sit/lay around the pool, as the sun is so strong.
Nice staff. Room was nice with good view
Breakfast was awful. No variation. Fruit platter was one apple! There was no shared kitchen, spa, yoga all of which were advertised when we booked. The hot tub was broken
The staff at reception were wonderful and very helpful with any questions we had. Our room was fantastic. The free shuttle service is great.
The only thing that could have been better was the water pressure in the shower, it was quite weak. Other than that, no complaints at all!
I came to Bequia on the last boat down, and there was the Spring Hotel transportation waiting on me to guide me to the Hotel. Thank God because I have no sense of direction even with Google Maps. It took about 15 minutes to get to the hotel, which is so secluded and private. As I arrived, there was a staff member ready and willing to take my bags to the room. The room was clean and had a mini fridge, a porch, TV, a safe and both bath and pool towels. They had arranged to spell out happy birthday on the bed for me and even pick up a cake from the boat and place it in the mini fridge. The staff and environs at Spring Hotel were exceptional. They make you feel at home! I would definitely return.
Amazing views, they offer a shuttle service to and from the beach. They offered me an early check-in, there's a good restaurant.
Luxurious and spacious suite, the canouan suite. Excellent professional and friendly staff. Fresh food and plenty of choice, excellent staff…must mention conch fritters. Visit leeward side in a few minutes, stay here on the windward side and be cool in bed and relax, not a single mosquito seen all week, high and breezy and cool. Town is 5 minutes drive away. There’s a free shuttle too!
Everything was perfect!
A perfect view! The room is spacious, nice and clean. The hotel is far from the beach, but we loved that they offer a shuttle free of charge, and they took us to the terminal and back to the hotel and we walked to the beach. Excellent customer service! The staff treated us very well and made sure we had a pleasant stay

Nice and cozy perfect for family food is great love the potion sizes and the staff so great the room was great also
The staff were lovely. Big rooms and yummy breakfast
There was a copper bowl of stagnant water below our room which meant a lot of mosquitos. Got bitten quite badly.
Stunning views, great staff, great location, great food and drink.
Our honeymoon stay at Spring Hotel was phenomenal! The staff were welcoming, the service was 10/10, and the views of the sea and lush greenery were breathtaking. On our wedding night, they decorated our bed and gave us a complimentary drink, such a sweet touch. The food was incredible (the chicken wrap and fish wrap were chef’s kiss delicious!), the bartender was awesome, and our driver David was terrific. We would definitely come again!
They have the best pool, absolutely stunning! I can’t swim, so I couldn’t enjoy it fully, but that’s just me. Honestly, I have no negative comments at all about my stay.
I was grateful that the hotel was open and this off-season time when so many other hotels were closed.
Overall, had a great stay. Many of the pictures on the hotels website as well as bookings.com. We’re very dated and some of them didn’t exist anymore as there have been changes.
Front of house staff unwelcoming and as a guest felt like an inconvenience to them.
Everything about this stay was exceptional, but the customer service truly stood out. The staff made us feel genuinely welcomed and cared for throughout our visit.
Nothing at all—my only regret is that I didn’t stay longer!
The Quietness Caesar salad ♡♡♡
Breakfast was included with booking.com and perfectly substantial.
Swimming pool was a little rough on the lining which was abrasive on the skin. Both my son and I scrapped ourselves.
Really serene location, staff all friendly. Felt truly relaxed here.
Nothing to fault
The inclusive breakfast menu needed more options added....too limited The location ...the drive off the main was hideous and more marking are needed for directions to the hotel
Water heater is needed for the shower
Cool and breezy
This hotel was fantastic! The staff were super friendly and helpful, making our stay so enjoyable. Our room had a great ocean view, which was an absolute treat. We'd definitely recommend it!
The bathroom did not have airfreshner!
I think the breakfast option could be widened, and people encouraged to explore the additional options for a small fee. I didn't discover the hash browns til the last day... I would have ordered them every day had I not been told we could only have the continental.
The food was nice, but not exceptional... the pina coladas were unbelievably good. Encourage people to find and use the strongest 'deet' anti mossie spray if they don't want to be bitten.
The shuttle man was very flexible, helpful
So far from beach , room was not cleaned one day , shower gel not topped up , no wardrobe as the room small and narrow
Small layout, comfortable and characterful rooms, quiet. Good shuttle service, friendly accommodating staff
Limited breakfast menu for bed and breakfast option
View from the terrace was exceptional, nicely furnished room, good restaurant at decent prices, transport to and from beaches few times a day. We really enjoyed the stay there. Hope will have the chance to come back for a longer stay sometime.
The setting and views were wonderful. Very relaxed atmosphere, Glenn couldn't do enough to help with his shuttle rides. Would definitely recommend
A little out of the way and had to arrange things around the shuttle, however this was very reliable which made it easy.
