Reviewed Aug 31, 2026De hele ruime kamer. lift aanwezig .Romantische inrichting, volledig, fijn en uitgebreid ontbijt voor slechts 8 euro.. Fietsen konden veilig staan en ijskastje met flesje Gavi wijn was aanwezig..lekker wijntje! Ligging midden in de stad Gavi , alles dichtbij..
Dat we voor het flesje water moesten betalen dat normaal in elk hotel gratis wordt aangeboden . Het was ook de eerste keer dat we voor het stallen van onze fietsen moesten betalen ( 10 euro)

Il manque une bouilloire dans la chambre et peut être des rideaux plus occultant. ;) Nous avons eu la joie de vivre un événement de l’école en face sur le parking de l’hôtel. C’était assez bruyant tard dans la soirée mais je suppose que ce n’est pas toujours le cas.

Le petit-déjeuner est délicieux, avec un large choix de produits de locales. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour et recommandons cet établissement sans hésitation !

The owner called us when passed the expected check-in time and offered alternative accommodation (it was fully booked on our actual date) without extra costs. The location of both were perfect. Owners/managers were extremely helpful and flexible. They didn't have to offer us anything but they did. The alternative one is very clean and bedding is comfortable. We found free parking on the street. We had a very relaxed and nice evening, will definitely come back on our next visit.

Close to the motorway. Very friendly staff and delicious breakfast with local specialities. Great wine area for Cortese wine.

Grande disponibilita' dei gestori nell'accogliere le nostre richieste. La nostra camera, una familiare deluxe, era molto spaziosa e confortevole, organizzata in ambienti dotati di porte interne. Cura dei dettagli. Ottima colazione internazionale, con torte squisite fatte in casa e prodotti del territorio. La posizione centrale e' perfetta per visitare Gavi. Consigliatissimo!

Reviewed Jul 5, 2026Have stayed here many times and with convenient parking, comfortable rooms and beds and a great restaurant within walking distance it makes a perfect overnight stop. Staff, as always, very friendly and helpful.
The breakfast room has been moved and there is no longer the opportunity to sit outside. Also, we felt, that the standard of breakfast was not as friendly or as good as before.

Душ! Работает как кран в аэропорту. Только по нажатию секунд на 20-30, потом сам выключается, и надо нажимать вручную заново. Вода после этого течет опять холодная и под конец 20-30 секунд нагревается. Душ и окно в ванной в черном плесени очень сильно

Reviewed May 18, 2026A spacious comfortable room which was spotlessly clean. Great to have a kettle and comfortable sofa. Friendly and helpful staff and a good breakfast with fresh food and local treats.
Our room was next to the lift. This would not have been a problem if noisy guests hadn’t arrived very late and used it several times.
