Deve essere rivisto il sistema di tendaggi nella camera 3, in quanto al sorgere del sole la camera è illuminata a giorno. Sarebbe utile inserire suo vetri delle tende veneziane o dei tendaggi veramente coprenti ed ancorati al soffitto.

Reviewed Aug 27, 2026La struttura è molto bella, molto centrale a Gavi, di fianco alla chiesa. Proprietario gentile e fornisce istruzioni dettagliate. Bello poter uscire a piedi per cena di sera senza preoccuparsi di dover guidare. Molto comodo il parcheggio.
Letto scomodo. Segnalo per chi ha il sonno leggero che dormire con la finestra aperta può essere difficile perché anche di notte capita che gente passi parlando ad alta voce. In generale con qualche attenzione ai dettagli in più sarebbe un 10.

Reviewed Aug 17, 2026Location eccezionale per la.posizione centrale in Gavi ma con parcheggio riservato vicino, per i servizi offerti, per l' abbondante colazione in ambiente piacevole e ben distribuita tra gli ospiti. Anche il check in è ben organizzato. Tony ci ha regalato la sua compagnia e l' affabilità, doti particolari dell' oste che si cura sei suoi ospiti. Un luogo dove ritornare con estremo piacere!

Reviewed Jun 28, 2026Toni’s B&B is lovely and there is nothing you could want improved. Our room had a terrace and it was great to relax on it in the afternoon. It’s right in the centre and next to all the restaurants and bars. There’s lots to choose from. The Fortessa is impressive and the designer outlets at Serravalle only 10 minutes drive. The National cycling museum at Novi Ligure and Coppi’s home and museum are close. Really interesting if you are into cycling as we are. Also, of course there are lots of wineries to visit. It was hot when we were there but the air conditioning is excellent and kept us cool. Toni is a wonderful host and couldn’t do enough for us. A real gem. The parking is easy and underground so your car is kept nice and cool. It’s only 50ms from the B&B so the bag transfer was very easy. If we are back in Gavi one day we will stay again.
Nothing, it was a perfect visit.

Reviewed May 8, 2026Central location, a very short walk to restaurants and bars. Comfortable bed, good quality bed linens. Quirky layout, good size bathroom with plenty of hot water. A kettle and fridge access. Dog friendly. Secure parking. A trip to Castello Grinzane Cavour and Barolo.
Carrying belongings up and down the stairs. Lack of comfortable seats in the room, stools were the option.

Breakfast was rich and excellent, even though we couldn’t fully enjoy it because we were running late (I only tried a piece of focaccia and it was delicious). Great location, close to the city center and to the restaurant we had booked. The parking option was also very convenient.
A small inconvenience involved the presence of our dog. The guests in the adjacent room immediately reported the very first bark to the host (even though the dog had been mentioned in the reservation), which left us feeling disappointed and a bit irritated. No criticism toward the host, who was very understanding and genuinely apologetic about the situation.

Reviewed Oct 25, 2025Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und entsprach genau der Beschreibung. In der Nähe gibt es einen sehr guten, kostenlosen Parkplatz, der zum Gastgeber gehört – sehr praktisch! Der Gastgeber Toni war äußerst freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ich kann die Unterkunft nur wärmstens empfehlen!

We loved the room with the balcony, it was very nice, however were moved as put in there accidentally !! We hadn’t booked it! Good aircon, so very comfortable temperature. Very clean. The breakfast room was very nice, a really lovely breakfast offering, delicious bread, with lots of choices. Nice boiled eggs. Easy and very tasty. Bed was comfortable and a decent bathroom with good shower. Great parking! Lovely hosts, very friendly and helpful.
The town! Was expecting more from Gavi, sadly it really didn’t deliver.

L’unica cosa negativa è che mancano delle tende oscuranti. Appena sorge il sole la stanza si illumina totalmente.

Breakfast is very basic , and realized the next room had a bit different options that I would prefer to eat( they had the pricier room than ours) .

La terrasse et la vue je n’en parle meme pas c’est absolument magnifique et reposant. La petite cuisine juste à côté avec le petit déjeuner et le frigo à disposition rends le lieu encore plus intimiste et agréable.

Spacious and comfortable, featuring two rooms and a large, well-equipped kitchen with everything you might need – tea, coffee, and more. Lovely bathroom, perfectly clean and tidy. Even an ironing board was provided, and there was an option to purchase wine if desired. The host kindly left us a small welcome treat, which was especially nice as we arrived late. Communication with Toni was excellent, with clear instructions on how to find and access the property. Large, secure underground parking. Through the window, we could beautifully hear the gentle murmur of the river. A Truly wonderful place – highly recommended, especially when traveling by car.

Das Zimmer befindet sich in einem Block mitten im Dorf. Am frühen Morgen wird man leider schon von der Abfallentsorgung geweckt.
