The facilities and room were clean.

Breakfast was the same everyday. Limited spread for a 5 star hotel. TV was not working for a few days in a row despite technicians coming down. It wasn't fully rectified until I had to express my dissatisfaction to the staff. Uber drivers kept cancelling on us because the hotel closed the entrance for construction.

It takes a lot longer than expected to travel to and from the airport to the Leela Hyderabad.

Requested around 100 Times to issue Tax invoice, but no proper response from the team.

Oh the wife and I checked in at 4 am in the morning after an overnight flight... so we were just ready to get to our room shower and hit the bed. The front office staff were excellent and they completed the checkin formalities within a few minutes and even upgraded me to a suite !! However as soon as I reached my room I wanted to take a dump before showering and to my horror the flush wasn't working !! It was such a terrible situation at 4 in the morning... my wife couldn't even enter the washroom due to the awful stink... so none of us were able to shower. No one was picking up my call in guest services / housekeeping. Finally I had to walk down to the reception and luckily the front office guy was able to get hold of a plumber who came up to the room and fixed the issue. By then we had lost an hour and it was 5 in the morning !! But apart from this isolated incident, everything else was just excellent. One more thing, the property is undergoing some renovation work due to which all the windows of my room were blocked with thick plastic... there was no mention of this at the time of booking !!

We upgraded our room to Firoz Suite for a 10-night stay at a very affordable price, and we were extremely happy with our choice. The room was exceptionally clean and spacious, with beautiful, modern furniture. Since the hotel was established less than two years ago, everything still feels fresh and new. The staff were amazing throughout our stay, and a special thanks goes to the housekeeping team—Shrid, Abijeet, and Ruminka—for their excellent service and attention to detail. Our overall experience was truly remarkable, and the view from our hotel room was absolutely amazing. We had a wonderful and comfortable stay and would definitely recommend this hotel.

The hotel is quite new. The room was large and well-appointed and clean. Very friendly and helpful staff. We had dinner at the Adi restaurant and it was top class- excellent... The breakfasts were also excellent with wide, all fresh choices....

The hotel transport, like I believe in the other similar class hotels in Hyderabad, was atrociously expensive. The ride on an SUV from the Hyderabad Airport to the hotel cost us Rs 5,900 (incl taxes) compared with an Uber XL (similar sized) would have cost us Rs 800 or less! Further the hotel car drivers seemed more interested in upselling to us shopping and restaurant options.

The hotel is lovely. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Very comprehensive fitness centre open 24/7 - we didn't get a chance to use it but impressed there was a steam room and sauna available. breakfast buffet had many items available and lots of water in the room which was consistently replaced as part of the minibar. Overall a really great hotel, clean and with all the amenities needed for a very comfortable stay

The location wasn't quite as good as i hoped. I booked the area based on some online research but it was a little far away from where we ended up spending most of our time and it was also challenging to order ubers / taxis to and from the hotel. Seemed to be too far for most to want to travel. Not a deal breaker by any means but something to consider

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location is excellent and very convenient, and the service from all the staff was outstanding. A special thank you to IT and Payal for going above and beyond to help me scan my medical documents. Even though the hotel didn't have a CD drive, they made every effort to find a solution and successfully helped me access and scan the files. Their kindness, professionalism, and willingness to assist made a stressful situation much easier. Thank you to the entire team for the excellent hospitality. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again.

Excellent location with big spacious rooms. Fantastic in room amenities in the Team&Coffee section and the mini bar. The breakfast has a decent selection of food and the staff is courteous. Love the Tishya range of amenities!

Everything was great. I just feel that the C/in and C/out process could have been efficient if the front desk was fully staffed.

No body bothered to explain the facilities of the hotel to ensure the guest feels at home. Food quality in the breakfast was just a repeat on every day. Staying more than a day at this property will get anyone sick mentally.

The food quality was not up to the class. Eg. Hyderabadi biryani was not like a typical Hyderabadi Dum Biryani.

The location is brilliant. Lots of nice cafes near by. Hotel is extremely clean and the sheets and towels are new. The restaurants in the hotel are great as well. The pool is very nice and has a nice view as well. Breakfast was Amazing ! The library bar serves some great cocktails.

Phenomenal customer service. Great staff. Very polite and respectful. Willing to help anytime. Always smiling. Went out of the way to keep patrons happy. Gym is very well maintained. Sauna and steam room are very well maintained.

We had a wonderful stay at The Leela Hyderabad. We celebrated our marriage anniversary along with our one year old kid at Leela. The property is beautiful, the ambience is calming, and the overall hospitality truly stands out. Upon requesting, we also got complimentary room upgrade at free of cost which is truly appreciated. A special mention to the housekeeping team especially Veera and Navagata for their exceptional service. They were incredibly attentive and ensured the room was spotless and comfortable at all times. What impressed us the most was their willingness to promptly clean the room even in the evening upon request, with the same level of care and professionalism. Our child liked the soft toys presented by the housekeeping team. Swimming pool was well maintained and was fun. Their dedication, politeness, and attention to detail made our stay even more pleasant. Truly appreciate their effort, thank you for making the experience so comfortable and memorable for our family!

Dinner buffet at Solcito could have been better with more options. Welcome drinks were not served even though requested. Also not providing a bathtub even in upgraded room feels like a miss.
