I stayed for 20+ days. The staff was excellent!! Specially the day team! Ramakrishna - Housekeeping was very honest and diligent. GM- Abhishek was amazing. Other Managers- Rick and Robin were very accommodating as well.

Had an amazing stay at Hyatt Place. The staff is very well trained and highly professional. The suites are designed very spaciously & cater to the business needs as well. The buffet options are amazing & quality is well maintained.

I had a wonderful stay at the Hyatt and truly enjoyed every aspect of my experience. The front office, housekeeping, security, kitchen, and food & beverage teams were all exceptionally helpful, professional, and genuinely focused on providing excellent guest service. Every staff member greeted guests with a warm smile, creating a welcoming and friendly atmosphere throughout my stay. I was also very impressed by the hotel's overall presentation and high service standards. I had the opportunity to meet the General Manager and noticed him on several occasions in the arrival and breakfast areas, actively engaging with both guests and team members. His visible leadership, commitment to guest satisfaction, and dedication to motivating his staff to maintain exceptional service standards were evident and greatly appreciated. It was clear that the entire team takes great pride in delivering an outstanding guest experience. Unfortunately, I cannot recall all of the staff members' names, but I would especially like to recognize the front office and housekeeping teams. They consistently addressed me by name, were always courteous, attentive, and eager to assist, making me feel genuinely valued throughout my stay. Their personalized service made a lasting impression, and I sincerely appreciate all of their efforts. Every staff member wore a smile that made you feel genuinely welcome. A special thanks to the incredible restaurant team. Restaurant Manager Saurabh deserves special recognition—an absolute gentleman who went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. I had a concern with spicy food, and without me having to remind anyone, Saurabh ensured my meals were prepared according to my preference every single day. I honestly didn’t expect that level of personal attention, and it meant a lot. My sincere appreciation also goes to Deepanjali, Deepranjan, Chef Rick, Chef Riya, and all the wonderful young trainees, especially Nefin. Every interaction was filled with warmth, kindness, and professionalism. You all made every meal a delightful experience. A big thank you as well to the reception team—Hrithik, Madhumita, Suman, and everyone else whose names I unfortunately couldn’t remember. Every one of you was courteous, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile. I also don’t want to forget the amazing housekeeping team. A very pleasant stay as always. I find that the hotel treats me as a family member and I reciprocate the same sentiments. The ambiance is great and the quality of food both in the restaurant and in room dining is excellent. The rooms are comfortable, clean, spacious and quiet.

It was first visit too the property location is very good opposite too GVK mall and in the heart off the city check in process was very smooth room was ready they gave us fruit basket in room as gesture very good hospitality by the team humble staff was always available on one call quick service breakfast was very good multiple option good live counter option I had order masala pesaratu which was very good in taste delicious breakfast good options definitely visit again

Hospitality, Staff over there isn't trained. Most of them are trainee and they tried to pull extra money from me apart from the booking.com amount twice when I asked for the clarification. They said it’s their fault and pretend that system was charging extra. So that was the reason. This happened twice I lost my cool and I was embarrassed. When I was frustrated they didn't treated me good my entire stay

being a long stay guest , globalist and a traveller this review is going to be long. starts with food , master chef mr rick , his bengali food festival along with other indian states cuisines are to look forward for . cdc mr deepak chef’s bhuna sabji with olive oil and ragi roti, etc etc . his expertise in health food su chef mr dev an expert in indian cuisine on your table judging your pallet and then pampering you. ms pooja and ms shivangi the bakery chefs know their bakery which very few around know as they do ex their korean buns ( oooffff) the red velvet cake , the mango cheese cake etc etc etc etc. ( baklava , do not miss it ) chef mr mohinder is an indian cuisine expert. do try him. chef mr rais mr chetan mr satyvrat chef mr mohsin are their to pamper you with various cusines the ird incharge mr robin will be working like an associate and showing his concern for you, his deputy mr saurav singh ( with his family from the army ) is disciplined , knows every table around. he knows your pallet the most. the associates prasanjit , rafik , sarat, rajiv, sharukh, palas, ms deepanjali ms reba ma yancheng sherpa are all stars of hyatt place and make you very comfortable at the ird. each expert in making fresh chai with indian flavours the housekeeping with ms pooja and mr ashish are the fore runners for me to choose hyatt place ms payal the reception incharge will never forget you as a corporate and your choices all the above is with gm mr amit paul he is all around the property personally inspecting all his departments, also has time for the guest with his killing smile my place, Hyatt place, Hyderabad India

Power outage, it’s a 5* property, doesn’t have a generator or inverter to maintain the uninterrupted electricity. And elevators are under maintenance during the rush hours. Breakfast not so good, does not have enough no of dishes. It be over 150 if international cuisine.

We enjoyed family dinner at Gallery Cafe in Hyatt place. Ambience was wonderful and staff was great. Specially Mr. Presenjit and Riba were great help. We tried alacarte and food was delicious.

Overall, my stay at the hotel was very good and I was satisfied with the service and hospitality. However, I would like to mention a couple of minor issues regarding the room maintenance. When I visited the bathroom and opened the toilet lid/cover, I noticed one or two body hairs attached to it, which affected the cleanliness impression of the bathroom. Also when it comes to breakfast they have fewer options compare to what I have seen to other hotels of the same level. There were few options that I can see on someones else plate white skin guy but when we ask we were told it's not available. Additionally, one of the reading lights in the room was not functioning. Apart from these small issues, everything else during the stay was comfortable and well managed.

A home away from home.! The warm welcome, impeccable cleanliness, and thoughtful amenities made our stay truly memorable. Spacious, well-furnished rooms offered comfort and peace after long journeys, while the attentive staff anticipated every need with genuine care and professionalism. Delicious home-style meals and serene surroundings added to the perfect experience.

It's the best place to stay for either business trip or a family trip. I find all the hotels same but what make difference is people working there. Hyatt Place team is an amazing, they will look after you so well that you won't miss your home.

Breakfast: Excellent service; this was really impressive. Food was good especially considering the gas shortage and how they pivoted. Room: overall good Swimming pool: Good for the time I had. Really good service here too.

Noise Disturbance: On one of the days, an event produced excessive noise levels exceeding 95dB. When I contacted the front desk, the initial response was dismissive, with staff stating the volume would remain until the event concluded. While they eventually agreed to lower the sound, the reduction was only temporary, and the volume quickly returned to disruptive levels.
