Good location for walking around

The car can’t come in , need to take suitcases to walk to hotel , the car will be difficult to pick up, the room is too small even i booked the biggest one , the room don’t have hot water to drink tea or coffee , the toilet is small everything is small , if you have big suitcase will be difficult , breakfast need to come to another place and not delicious as comments , i think this is a guest house not hotel

Μόνο η τοποθεσία και το ευγενικό προσωπικό.

Χρησιμοποιώ την πλατφόρμα πάνω από 10 χρόνια και είναι η πρώτη φορά που κάνω αρνητική κριτική ! Σε σε αυτό υπεύθυνη είναι αποκλειστικά και μόνο η booking.com. Παρουσιάζει το συγκεκριμένο ως ξενοδοχείο ενώ πρόκειται για τέσσερα μόνο δωμάτια τα οποία έχουν φτιαχτεί στον ημιώροφο ή αλλιώς πατάρι ενός εστιατορίου !! Πέρα από το ότι το δωμάτιο ήταν στενό και δε χωρούσες ούτε τα πράγματα σου να αφήσεις, ήταν χαμηλοταβανο! Σχεδόν μόνο 2 μέτρα ύψος! Λογικό, αφού όπως είπα είναι το πατάρι του εστιατορίου και δεν προορίζεται για κατοικία! ..Δεν υπάρχει ηχομόνωση, οι τοίχοι ήταν βρώμικοι, δεν υπήρχε ζεστό νερό για μπάνιο, και η θέα αυτή που βλέπετε στις φωτογραφίες! Άθλια!!! Δεν περιγράφω για την κατάσταση που ήταν οι κουρτίνες..( βλέπετε τις φωτογραφίες) Η booking.com το παρουσίαζε στην πλατφόρμα ως ευκαιρία, από 200 ευρώ περίπου μου το έδινε στα 60 ευρώ περίπου επειδή είμαι genius member και επειδή υποτίθεται ότι το "ξενοδοχείο" είχε προσφορά! Η booking θα πρέπει να είναι πιο προσεκτική και να αξιολογεί πρώτα τα καταλύματα πριν τα κατηγοριοποιήσει. Αυτό δεν είναι ξενοδοχείο αλλά ενοικιαζόμενα διαμερίσματα! Δυστυχώς, αυτό που αντίκρισα ήταν κατώτατο των προσδοκιών μου! Εάν είχα την επιλογή να μην κάνω διανυκτέρευση στο συγκεκριμένο "ξενοδοχείο" θα το έκανα, αλλά δυστυχώς, για κακή μου τύχη έφτασα πολύ αργά στην Κωνσταντινούπολη και δεν είχα αυτή τη δυνατότητα τελευταία στιγμή.

El hotel tiene una ubicación excelente, puedes ir andando a todas partes. El día que llegamos olía mucho a tabaco, alguien había fumado en la habitación o en las escaleras de la ventana. El desayuno no es extraordinario, es buffet pero si vas más tarde de las 08:30 ya no hay casi nada y tampoco reponen.

Zimmer einfach, sehr sauber, Geräte in einwandfreien Zustand (Föhn, Klimanlage, Dusche), Frühstückbuffet war alles vorhanden, Hr. Servet von Reception sehr um den Gast bemüht, habe nichts auszusetzen.

Η τοποθεσία του ξενοδοχείου ήταν καταπληκτική! Ηταν η δεύτερη φορά που επισκευθήκαμε στην Κωνσταντινούπολη επομένως θεωρώ ότι μπορώ να είμαι κατατοπιστική. Ηταν όλα κοντά μας, κλειστή αγορά, αιγυπτιακή αγορά, Αγία Σοφία και Μπλε Τζαμί. Η Εμινονού που είναι το λιμάνι και η γέφυρα του Γαλατά ήταν ακριβώς από κάτω μας. Ακόμα και ότι δεν ήταν, ήταν δίπλα μας όλα τα μέσα. Η γειτονιά έχει ζωή με αποτέλεσμα να μην χρειάζεται τα απογεύματα που θέλαμε να χαλαρώσουμε να πάρουμε κάποια ταξί ή μέσον μεταφοράς για να μεταφερθούμε. Οι ρεσεψιονίστ ήταν εξυπηρετικοί ιδιαίτερα ο κύριος που ήταν το πρωί ακόμα και αν δεν μιλούσαν αγγλικά. Το πρωινό ήταν οκ και το δωμάτιο αν εξαιρέσεις την καθαριότητα ήταν μια χαρά.

Αυτό που θεωρώ ότι ρίχνει πολύ το κατάλυμα είναι οι καμαριέρες. Κάνουν πολύ επιφανειακή δουλειά και ακόμα και για αυτήν πρέπει να τις κυνηγάς. Είχαμε κλείσει το οικονομικό δωμάτιο το οποίο ήταν πάρα πολύ μικρό. Μπήκαμε μέσα και τα σεντόνια και οι μαξιλαροθήκες ήταν πενταβρωμικα. Εννοείται ότι πήγα στη ρεσεψιόν και το ειπα. Μου είπαν μόλις γυρίσετε θα έχουν αλλαχθεί. Γυρίσαμε, τα σεντόνια δεν είχαν αλλάξει και κατέβηκα ρεσεψιόν με φωτογραφίες. Εκεί ο ρεσεψιονίστ μας έκανε αναβάθμιση δωματίου σε μεγαλύτερο. Ήταν καλύτερη η κατάσταση αλλά μαξιλαροθήκες δεν είχαμε, κοιμηθήκαμε 5 μέρες σε γυμνά μαξιλάρια και οι πετσέτες που ήταν στο δωμάτιο μύριζαν μούχλα. Δεν μιλάω για σημεία όπως παράθυρο, καθρέπτες, περβάζια και φωτιστικά αυτά ήταν πολύ βρώμικα. Μιλάω για βασικά πράγματα. Ενώ είπαμε για τις μαξιλαροθήκες δεν μας έβαλαν ποτέ. Την επόμενη μέρα που μπήκε η α καθαρίστρια μας άφησε μόνο μια πετσέτα. Το είπα στη ρεσεψιόν και μας έδωσαν. Γενικά για το οτιδήποτε θέλουν λίγο κυνήγι. Αν άλλαζαν οι καμαριέρες το ξενοδοχείο θα ήταν άψογο!

The cheapest room is very small and was not in a good condition, however the next or upgraded room was perfect.

La pulizia...sono abbastanza scioccata perché al nostro arrivo gli asciugamani erano sporchi. Il secondo giorno sono stati cambiati ed erano di nuovo sporchi. Sono stati sporchi per tutto il soggiorno... Anche le lenzuola non erano pulitissime. Il bagno aveva il rotolo della carta igienica già iniziato e allo stesso modo non era molto pulito.

רמת הניקיון במלון פשוט מזעזעת החדרים מלוכלכים מאוד, יש דברים שבורים ולא תקינים בחדר והשירות והיחס מצד הצוות היו פשוט מחפירים. זו ממש לא הרמה שמצופה ממלון, ואנחנו מאוד מאוכזבים מהשהייה שלנו כאן

The hotel is located in a very lively area, at the heart of Sirkeci. Very close to Sirkeci tram station and Eminonu ferry lines.

• The hotel is not easy to locate. The hotel entrance goes through the tables of a restaurant! • The room is incredibly cramped! You have to walk sideways to get around the bed and reach the closet or the bathroom. • After you enter the room and put the key card in plac, it takes about ten minutes for the air conditioner to start! • No minibar (Booking.com stated there is one)! • No kettle. • No room service. • No cloth hangers in closet. • No soap on bathroom sink. • No ventilation in bathroom! Take your shower and get out ASAP or you could suffocate! • You have to walk to a nearby hotel to eat your breakfast. The breakfast area is not air conditioned (in Istanbul August)!!! • Every evening when I return to my room the lights are out. The first time I called the receptionist and he came and fixed it. Another time he didn't answer the phone and my wife had to get down twice to get him (he was careless enough to ignore her first request). He had to play around with various switches to get the lights to work, trying to justify what was obviously an electric fault.

The hotel is very nice , cozy, and very close to tram station and to metro. Stuff are very helpful, specially Mr servet and Suleiman. Roo.ms are clean.

Close to the metro and walking distance to sites and Bosporus. Good hot shower. The breakfast was at a different hotel just around the corner and was a reasonable spread.

There was no bedding or towels and when we asked for bedding we didn't get any. The room was very small, barely enough room to move about. The curtains did not cover the window so no privacy.

Izjemna lokacija. Blizu so vse povezave javnega potniškega prometa. Osebje je bilo prijetno.

Soba je precej zmatrana. Potrebna je prenova kopalnice. Niso bili dosledni s čiščenjem sobe, menjanjem wc papirja in brisač. TV na pol visi. Zavese so se snele. Zajtrk dokaj povprečen in jajc hitro zmanjka.

Same breakfast everyday. And when it finished pot staff didn’t bring again I asked staff to bring new one but they don’t even bother. Room wasn’t clean enough. They left toilet dirty. Don’t put towels more than two if you are three persons. They don’t give you sleepers. No water and kettle in the room for tea or coffee.

Everything was excellent!The rooms were clean and cleaned every day.Everything in the hotel was in good condition. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming.A special thanks to the guys at the reception they were always kind,helpful,and made us feel comfortable throughout our stay.One of the men at the reception also spoke russian,which was especially helpful because my parents don’t speak english. The hotel’s location is perfect.Everything you need is within walking distance,which made our trip very convenient. We truly enjoyed our stay here.By the last day,we honestly didn’t even want to leave.We would definitely love to come back and highly recommend this hotel!

Все было прекрасно. Хорошее расположение, рядом метро и трамвай. Все исторические места рядом. Завтраки хорошие порции, все вкусно. В отеле чисто и комфортно. В гостинице есть ресторан, можно отдельно ужинать. Тоже очень веусно готовят. И цены очень хорошие. Очень рекомендуем.

Las habitaciones que son muy pequeñitas y que la TV cuando llegamos estaba de lado, casi para caerse y la baje y puse en el suelo porque el soporte estaba mal empotrado le hacían falta arandelas. Lo fui a comentar con el de recepción y muy amablemente lo reviso y fue a comprar las arandelas y las coloco y quedaron bien. Pero cuando puso la TV estaba rota la pantalla no se cuanto tiempo llevaba así y no nos la cambiaron y no pudimos ver nada en la TV durante el tiempo de estancia. A las almohadas por lo visto no le ponen funda, y el protector q dejan es super pegajoso y eso hace incomodidad. Al hacer la limpieza no pasaron ningún cepillo en el colchón y en media noche sentimos que algo nos molestaba en la espalda y eran unas ampollas de suero fisiológico oh de lágrimas artificial, el cubre colchón estaba muy sucio o amarillo. Al siguiente día quitamos todo y lo tiramos al suelo para que nos cambiarán todo.

Very good location.

Poor quality sheets on the bed. Pillowcase was absent. There was no shower door, so I had to be very careful in order not to make the floor wet. Also, the ceiling is very low and anyone higher than 180 cm can easily bump it frequently.

This is our second time staying at the hotel. The hospitality and helpfulness of the staff was still outstanding. We really enjoyed our time here again. We will definitely book accommodation here again next time we visit Istanbul.

During the summer high season, the breakfast area seemed a bit limited compared to our previous winter trip. We had to wait for a table, even though we arrived on time. Fortunately, the food selection was constantly reloaded.

Th elocation is really hard to beat: smack in the middle of the old town, half a block from the tram line and less than 10 minute walk from the HAVAIST bus from/to the airport. The manager (owner?) is also extremely nice. Other than that, this is a basic accomodation, but that is precisely what I needed and the price was bery hard to beat.

It appears the room used to be a smoking room in the past; there was some lingering smell that I am familiar with from staying in old American motels. It was faint enough so that I would stop smelling it within minutes but could definitely sence it upon every entry. Then again, seemingly everyone smokes in Istanbul, so I am not really surprised.

We booked the hotel just for our last night in Istanbul before flight back. When we arrived the first recepxionist told us there was a small problem with the room—the air conditioner had broken down. He offered us a better room, but we had to wait an hour for it to be ready. After that, the room still wasn’t available. They said they were cleaning it. The receptionist from the next shift arrived; he spoke English much better and was the only good thing about the hotel, aside from the location. He was very embarrassed by what was happening, since there were neither clean towels nor sheets. At the end, the better room offered before, was not available for some reason. He went to the laundry somewhere around, himself to get them. He was very helpful in trying to solve the situation, since I had already asked for a refund and wanted to go to another hotel. We waited for over two and a half hours, and the manager offered us a 5-euro discount on a taxi! But I didn’t even booked a taxi with them! The room is very small, and the single bed was a fold-out and very uncomfortable. Anyway, it wasn’t a good stay at all. I just appreciate the employee’s thoughtfulness.

Si trova in un'ottima posizione dove è facilmente raggiungibile il centro della città.

L'aria condizionata perdeva acqua sul pavimento ma non è stato possibile intervenire o cambiare stanza, quindi abbiamo dovuto dormire con la finestra aperta col caldo e forti rumori.

Pleasant staff. Clean rooms. Excellent location. Near all major attraction and transportation. Easy to find.

A hotel sétányi közelségre volt több nevezetességtől, szemben zöldséges, naguon közel több közért, villamosmegálló, 5 percnyi kellemes sétára volt a Bosporus. A környéken rengeteg étkezde, kávézó található. A személyzet nagyon kedves, a reggeli bőséges és finom, bár ottlétünk alatt kávét nem tudtunk inni, mindennap rossz volt a kávéfőző. A szomszéd kávézóban viszont pótoltuk. Nagyon jól éreztük magunkat, visszatérünk!

Nada ,tuvimos problemas íbamos 6 personas y a dos hubo un escape de agua en la habitación ,y las dejaron en la calle ya que era imposible alojarse,tuvimos que buscar otro hotel y no nos devolvieron el dinero.En otra habitación , el aire no funcionaba y ni caso ,no nos dejaban toallas

Das erste Zimmer im obersten Geschoss war von Schimmel befallen. Uns wurde am nächsten Tag dann ein anderes Zimmer gegeben. Frühstück im Nachbarhotel, sehr wenig Auswahl, keine Butter oder Margarine.

Aanvankelijk kregen we een kamer op de tweede verdieping, maar toen we om een ​​andere kamer vroegen, werd deze direct omgewisseld. De kamers waren schoon, de badkamer zag er gloednieuw uit en het personeel was vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Er werd dagelijks schoongemaakt en er waren elke dag schone handdoeken. Het ontbijt was voortreffelijk; ik heb er echt van genoten. Heel erg bedankt voor alles, het was geweldig. Ik raad het iedereen aan.

Ми часто буваємо в Стамбулі, але зоб так зустрічали та так приймали, у нас ніколи не було. Ми приїхали о 6.00 ранку. Нам запропонували сніданок( в цей день він не входив) , а потім заселили в номер. На протязі 3х днів всі питання вирішувалися в скоросному режимі. Плвернемося ще, обовʼязково🙏

L'emplacement de l' hôtel est super bien placé et le personnel est très sympathique. Le second jour qu'on est arrivé à l' hôtel le climatiseur est tombé en panne et Mr Servet nous a tout de suite changé de chambre.je retournerai sans problème à cet hôtel.

I booked a room for 6 nights and found the location very convenient as it is very close to the main attractions in town. Members of staff were very welcoming and helpful.

The room was dated and would benefit from renovation. I would say that cleaning should also be improved. Room wasn't very big so I would recommend this hotel for shorter stays.

Od smještaja do čistoće svaki dan naša divna teta je mijenjala posteljine i čak mi je znala posložiti odjeću koja ostane u lošem stanju .Osoblje na recepciji uvijek prijatni i puni poštovanja prema nama.Dorucak bogat i raznovrstan .Objekat je smješten tako da vam je sve dostupno..Hvala Hatay i vidimo se zaista ponovo, prezadovoljna sam.

Quarta muito pequeno, o quarto é do tamanho de uma cama de casal aí tem a cama e um espaço ao lado com um espelho, e na frente da cama o banheiro….

Sirkecinin merkezinde her yere yürüme mesafesinde. Resepsiyon daki Servet bey çok ilgili ve samimiydi. Küçük oda rezerve etmemize rağmen servet bey nezaket ile bize büyük odayı verdi buradan kendisine teşekkür ediyorum. Yine gelirsek burada kalırız.

Ein schmales Hotel das von außen etwas in die Jahre gekommen scheint. Die Zimmer sind klein aber modern und schön eingerichtet. Die Lage ist SEHR zentral. Mittendrin statt nur dabei. Trotzdem abends weniger laut als man erwarten würde. Für den Preis wirklich ein schönes Zimmer.

Das Frühstück, das im Nachbarhotel stattfindet war eher kein Highlight.

Вечером шумно под окнами. Лифт ходит только до 5 этажа, трехместный номер был на 6 — пришлось чемоданы тяжелые самому потаскать по лестнице.

Soba bi mogla biti za nijansu veća, ali sve ostalo je zaista na odličnom nivou!

Im Herzen Istanbuls, Fatih, dem historisch bedeutendsten Ort mit voller Flexibiliaet zu Zügen, Bussen und Faehren. In einer antiken Gasse, in sehr alten Gebaeuden und dennoch komfortablen Zimmer. Es ist laut und lebhaft auf den Straßen, so wie es sein sollte. Alle freundlich, alle am lachen, quatschen, fragen nach allgemeiner Zufriedenheit. Wir haben uns sehr willkommen gefühlt. Das Hotelpersonal an der Rezeption als auch der Reinigung ist sehr kommunikativ und bemüht. Unseren Extrawünschen wurde direkt nachgegangen. Zimmer und Bad wird jeden Tag gereinigt – absolut sauber, keine Beanstandungen.

Die Frühstückszeit könnte verlängert, als auch stärker betreut werden, da Gäste viel Unordnung bringen.

Hotel je na idealni lokaciji, v neposredni bližini T1, Marmaray, Topkapi, Aya Sofia, Modra mošeja, Bazilika Cisterna, Yeni Camii, Galata most itd.

Нам очень понравилось пребывание в этом отеле! Когда мы прибыли, хозяин отвёл нас на завтрак. Хотя нам он был не положен. Большое ему спасибо! Вообще все служащие очень приятные и дружелюбные, как-будто это наши родственники, а не чужие люди. В отеле идеальная чистота. Удобные кровати. Новая мебель. Приятнейшее постельное бельё. Удобное местоположение. От всего сердца рекомендуем данный отель.
