המיקום נהדר ממש על הים, החדרים נקיים ומבריקים מרגיש שהכל ממש חדש, עיצוב נקי ומינימלסטי, הכל מאוד איכותי.בעלי הבית או מי מטעמם נתנו מענה מהיר. יש חשיבה על כל פרט חוויה טובה מאוד.

עבורי החדר היה מאוד חשוך גם חלונות קטנים יחסית וגם תאורת קיר חלשה . גישה לים מול המלון הייתה משדרגת פלאים את חווית השהייה בו. כמה מדרגות קטנות שניתן בעזרתן להגיע למפלס החוף בלי צורך ללכת או לסוע לחוף קרוב גם המעבר לקומה ראשונה דרך המרפסות בקומת הקרקע פחות מוצלח

Η θέα με το ηλιοβασίλεμα ήταν απίθανη🧡!!

The view from the room was amazing! Very clean, modern, comfortable room. We wish we could have stayed longer.

The drive up to and out of the parking area is very steep.

The location , the sunset and mrs. Sofias handmade cookies were perfect!! The room was very clean with Minimalist Aesthetic , which i liked a lot. The staff was polite and friendly.

Όλα ήταν τέλεια. το δωμάτιο ήταν πεντακάθαρο , η θέα φανταστική και το προσωπικό εξυπηρετικότατο. τι να πώ για την οικοδέσποινα Κα Σοφία. Ηταν ευγενέστατη από την πρώτη στιγμή και με το χαμόγελο . extra bonus τα απίθανα σπιτικά κουλουράκια της!!

- staff replies with AI generated messages. I asked where to park (before receiving info over the property) and they replied “where law allows it” long story short. They did provide info in the end but any communication outside of ordinary protocol is difficult - AC works but it’s strong even at minimum and bothers at night - uncomfortable beds with bedsheets that just don’t stay put - sketchy neighbors and tbh sketchy management or owner for the little interactions we had - insects started coming in on day 2 - it is very minimal and it’s not cozy nor we felt at home - complete lack of privacy, balcony is shared and either you have zero privacy and full lighting which is anyway poor or privacy but complete darkness - for a room costing 300+ EUR a night you expect and demand much more than this. I don’t recommend this place,

Όλα ήταν όπως τα είδαμε στις φωτογραφίες, υπέροχη θέα, όλα καθαρά, πολύ εύκολα προσβάσιμο κ το προσωπικό ευγενέστατο.

the AC

everything was off for the price - have to climb stairs for bed - nothing to really cook - ridiculously small living room - very dark room - the outdoor space is outside the flat, and in common areas. And the AC fan blows directly to it - not because of the hotel per se, but the flat is surronded by two familly flats, and they make a lot of noise (childs crying etc) - no reception. We manage to get the key thanks for the cleaning lady because the host was unresponsive - they is just a small couch to sit (if one lay down, the other cannot sit), we had to take some other furnitures to act as chairs Photos are misleading, showing very light and large spaces, which is wrong. Ultimatly, it was not a bad experience, but very disappointing for the price. I'd have be okay if the price was half.

Είχε ηχομόνωση σχετικά με τα αμάξια που περνούσαν κάτω από τον δρόμο κλπ όμως το δικό μας κατάλυμα χωριζόταν από έναν τοίχο με το διπλανό με αποτέλεσμα να ακούγονται τα πάντα . Το πρωί ξυπνούσα με το ξυπνητήρι των διπλανών !!

Great location. Really comfy beds. We met the owner and he was incredibly friendly and accommodating, he gave us some brilliant recommendations and some lovely wine. Great shower too.

The only thing I could suggest to improve the accommodation would be a full length mirror in the bedroom. There is a mirror on the bathroom but it’s not full length.

The location was excellent. Outlook out to sea was beautiful. Room was nicely furnished with some thoughtful touches like welcome biscuits and a bottle of wine that could be enjoyed on the balcony.

The location was excellent, and the sunsets were absolutely stunning! It’s very close to the famous Limeni center—just a 5-minute walk to all the restaurants and shops. We really enjoyed our stay.

Just there was not enought light in the room.

Very small room with a tiny staircase leading to a sleeping pad. Felt small for what they charged.

Τα κρεβάτια δεν ήταν πολύ άνετα, όταν μπήκαμε το πάτωμα ήταν βρεγμένο και την δεύτερη ημέρα ενώ είχαμε αφήσει τις χρησιμοποιημένες πετσέτες στο πάτωμα του ντούζ, δεν αντικαταστάθηκαν.

Gorgeous view, private parking on site, only 6? Units in the place, nearby to great restaurants and beach to swim, also for the drive to deep mani it was very convenient. It’s literally like probably less than 5 mins to either town on either side. plus Aeropoli right there. We ate dinner in Aeropoli, and others in Neo Itilo daily (breakfast and coffee at the hotel there in the cafe patio- with ocean view and very chill), didn't even have time to eat in Limeni actually when that was the original plan because we ended up eating in the Mani peninsula while driving. *Came back to add, they had emailed me about the water, so I was worried, but the water was hot and water pressure was great! Thank you for giving good water pressure - so I have no idea why they said that, perhaps in the winter is it different, idk. Also I stayed on the ground floor, and yes, the other patios are right there, but thankfully everyone staying at the same time as me was considerate, and it wasn't an issue. They also have a little swim rack outside for drying swimsuits. Maybe the upstairs, or bigger units are bigger/nicer, but honestly what I had was enough for basically only sleeping there. There is a good breakfast/coffee/dinner available very closeby, and the swimming turned out to be one of the highlights. There are beach bars with chairs, but I didn't use that. Honestly, I needed more time to fully explore everything in Mani, and also allow for swimming time morning and evening. I came in mid-end June and stayed 2 nights. I would stay 3 or 4 nights next time to allow for swimming/relaxing time as well as exploring.

The driveway is something. Be prepared for some yelling with your spouse lol, but in the end it is doable and actually not that bad since there’s only like 6 cars (so we never encountered someone coming the other way). Also please know this whole area has a lot of cliffy situations so in the grand scheme of things it is going to happen nearly everywhere here. The only other points of what I would say I didn’t like is the bathroom is very tiny (to the point the toilet trash can had to be moved to in the way). If you're reading this from outside Greece and never heard of toilet trash, in Greece they have tiny pipes, and simply can't handle toilet paper. So you must put your used toilet paper into the little trash can. Be a good visitor and just do it properly. It doesn't have to be gross and they take it away daily. It is in everywhere in Greece, not just this hotel. It actually isn't much of an issue, I thought it would be bad, but its not really. I agree with the shutter reviews of the other reviews (the door/windows open but and you can open the shutters without opening the glass door, but there is no screen and no other way (like blind/curtain) to make some privacy. The only way to really enjoy the view is sit outside (at least for the unit i had). But didn't stay there long enough to make it a big deal. We honestly left them open and closed it for changing only. For me they just should air out the units more for humidity better or get a filter fan, and give more towels so you can deal with it (nothing seemed to dry quickly compared to other places). But the house cleaning lady is kind and comes daily so you can deal with it. And a note for future guests: go from the parking lot around the path around the building (in front of all the patios to the back of the building and you'll find the doors). I would like a bigger swim drying rack outside for all the swim wear and towels needed to dry out. I would overall stay there again.

Απίστευτα όλα. Η καθαριότητα του δωματίου ηταν τέλεια. η θέα πραγματικά κόβει την ανάσα. ένας υπέροχος χώρος τον οποιο σίγουρα θα ξαναεπισκεφτούμε. Στα θετικά του ότι το Λιμένι είναι δίπλα και πήγαμε με τα πόδια αποφεύγοντας να πάρουμε αυτοκίνητο .

Μεγάλο πρόβλημα με την πρόσβαση στο δωμάτιο που γίνεται περνώντας απαραιτήτως από τα μπαλκόνια όλων των άλλων δωματίων ανεξαρτήτως σε ποιο δωμάτιο μένεις. Παντελής έλλειψη ιδιωτικότητας με αποτέλεσμα να μην μπορείς να απολαύσεις την φανταστική θέα. Μεγάλο κενό κάτω από την εξώπορτα που επιτρέπει την είσοδο στα έντομα. Απουσία αποθηκευτικών χώρων.

Le reveil avec cette vue imprenable sur la mer est un atout indéniable. A seulement 5 minutes à pieds du village de Limeni c'est un endroit parfait pour découvrir les environs.

Le matelas un peu rigide mais convenable pour quelques jours.

Its location to Limeni centre. It was exceptionally clean and modern. Beds were very comfortable. Nice bed linen. Fantastic views of the ocean.

The fact that people from other apartments could walk in front of your room and unless the shutters were completely shut, there was no privacy. Blinds or some form of voile curtain would solve this. Also there was no full length mirror in the accommodation.

I loved everything about the property. The location was fantastic, and the view from the room was absolutely outstanding. Everything was spotlessly clean, and the bed and pillows were extremely comfortable. The room was also very well equipped we had everything we needed for a perfect stay. I would definitely return!

Honestly, there was nothing I didn’t like about the property. Everything exceeded my expectations, and I had a wonderful stay.

The property was very nice, but still things pending to be done.

The room is cleaned every three days, as per management company policy without mentioning it. We requested for exception to have clean sheets and they denied. The amenities provided are very limited. They claim the property to be boutique hotel but they didn’t provide even sleepers. If you keep the window open, there is a lot of dust and soil in the room, and with the lack of daily cleaning, it is becoming very dirty within a couple of hours.

Όλοκαινούργιο κατάλυμα με τρομερή αισθητική και υπέροχη θέα! Το Λιμενι βρίσκεται στα 2 λεπτά με τα πόδια, και το δωμάτιο είναι ακριβώς όπως πρέπει. Όλα είναι λειτουργικά και άνετα. Το ηλιοβασίλεμα από το μπαλκόνι είναι μαγικό . Το προσωπικό φιλικό και εξυπηρετικό.

Πρόκειται για νέο κτήριο (2025), οπότε όλα ήταν καινούργια και σε εξαιρετική κατάσταση. Πολύ άνετο κρεβάτι, ευρύχωρος και προσεγμένος χώρος, με παροχές όπως προϊόντα μπάνιου και κάψουλες καφέ. Η θέα ήταν καταπληκτική, ακριβώς πάνω από τη θάλασσα, με υπέροχο ηλιοβασίλεμα που απολαμβάναμε από τη βεράντα.

Καθώς πρόκειται για νέο κτήριο, δεν έχουν ολοκληρωθεί πλήρως οι εργασίες πρόσβασης, με αποτέλεσμα ο δρόμος προς το κατάλυμα να βρίσκεται ακόμη υπό κατασκευή. Ευτυχώς, λόγω χαμηλής πληρότητας δεν υπήρχε ιδιαίτερη κίνηση. Στο σημείο υπάρχει και μια επικίνδυνη στροφή με περιορισμένη ορατότητα, όπου θα ήταν χρήσιμη η τοποθέτηση καθρέφτη για μεγαλύτερη ασφάλεια. Επιπλέον, το σήμα κινητής τηλεφωνίας εντός του δωματίου είναι περιορισμένο, πιθανώς λόγω της κατασκευής (πέτρα), αν και βελτιώνεται στη βεράντα. Μια ενίσχυση σήματος θα ήταν ιδιαίτερα χρήσιμη, καθώς και στον χώρο εισόδου δεν υπάρχει καλή κάλυψη. Επίσης, δεν υπήρχε διαθέσιμος κάδος απορριμμάτων σε κοντινή απόσταση, κάτι που δυσκόλευε την απόρριψη σκουπιδιών, καθώς απαιτούσε μετακίνηση με αυτοκίνητο. Τέλος, παρότι η καθαριότητα ήταν καθημερινή, η αλλαγή λευκών ειδών γίνεται ανά 3 ημέρες (σεβαστό). Στη δική μας 4ήμερη διαμονή δεν πραγματοποιήθηκε τελικά καμία αλλαγή, λόγω σύμπτωσης με αργία. Ίσως θα μπορούσε να υπάρξει μεγαλύτερη ευελιξία σε τέτοιες περιπτώσεις.

Εξαιρετική τοποθεσία, άνετο και όμορφα διακοσμημένο δωμάτιο, άριστη επικοινωνία με την εταιρεία που διαχειρίζεται το κατάλυμα.

Για να πάνε στην είσοδο του διαμερίσματός τους, οι επισκέπτες περνούν μπροστά από τα μπαλκόνια των άλλων δωματίων - δεν θα υπήρχε ιδιαίτερο πρόβλημα αν υπήρχε κουρτίνα στην μπαλκονόπορτα που βγαίνει στο μπαλκόνι. Επίσης, ο καθαρισμός έγινε μόνο μία από τις δύο ημέρες που μείναμε εκεί. Όλα τα υπόλοιπα ήταν τέλεια!

What not to like about this place..it’s very beautiful, you can enjoy an amazing sunset view, it’s clean everyday if needed, the staff it’s kind and helpful. It’s a very beautiful location to explore Mani.

Everything was great, the only suggestion I can give is to check with the hot water because we had to wait for several minutes and it’s also a waste of water when it happens. And also the emergency exit luminous sign is very bright the all night, it would be better to have a smaller one.

Location was perfect and the hosts were spot on veery attentive to our needs and even anticipated any issues before they arose. Would recommend hands down. The bed was very comfy and you had everything available to you. Even an EV charging station if you have an EV.

The only thing I didnt like is the shower, I miss a door or a curtain but it seems its the norm nowadays. The bathroom floor gets just too wet with the open shower. Besides that, everything was fantastic.
