What a wonderful welcome, to a beautiful place... Johannes and Sabrina thank you. You have a little piece of heaven. The setting is amazing, a little above Limeni and a short walk into it. The views are mesmerizing, and the design and completion of the 5 apartments are second to none. Everything you might need is considered, and your hosts are welcoming, approachable as well as helpful in advising on favourite beaches, places to see and eating spots. The apartment (we had number 1) was superbly decorated, to a very high standard, and had everything you could need (including iron and ironing board on request, thank you Johannes!), whether you wanted to stay in to cook and dine, or just chill and relax by the infinity pool or on the veranda, where breakfasts were enjoyed. It's a short drive to Areopoli where you have supermarkets, bakery, butcher and more. Our hosts, along with supplying very comfortable rooms, beautiful bathroom (and separate toilet as well), a well stocked kitchen and bluetooth table speaker (and television if you're so inclined), also supplied towels for the pool which were welcomed. Thank you too, Johannes and Sabrina, for our welcome basket, it was very appreciated. A place worth visiting, again and again...

There was nothing to dislike, unless you're someone who wants to find something to randomly complain about, as it is all quite perfect.

I can't imagine a better place. Limeni is the most beautiful little town in the Peloponnese, and this is the perfect way to experience it; you're a little outside the village but it's an easy walk, and the property is secluded, with stunning views and every possible comfort. The pool was beautiful, and the host incredibly friendly and helpful. Hope we can come back. If you can manage to snag this, don't think twice.

Prachtig verblijf met een fantastisch uitzicht. We werden fijn ontvangen door Johannes en konden meteen genieten van een lekker flesje wijn. De kamer is heel proper en fijn ingericht. Het zwembad is fijn om te ontspannen na een daguitstap. Alles was perfect. De streek is zo mooi, we hebben hier een ontzettend fijne vakantie gehad. We komen zeker nog eens terug naar dit geweldig verblijf!

Dans un cadre magnifique, ce studio est très confortable avec des prestations de grande qualité. Tout y est, y compris un petit cadeau de bienvenu. La piscine est fantastique et les aménagements extérieurs sont très beaux pleinement intégrés dans l'environnement. Johannes est un hôte sympathique, disponible et attentionné à nos besoins. Et en plus il parle très bien le français;

Ein ganz tolle Unterkunft. Auch perfekt zum arbeiten. Schöne Aussicht und herrlicher Sonnenunterg inmitten der Natur. Man ist eingebettet in den Bergen und hat eine fantastische Aussicht auf das Meer. Johannes ist ein super hilfsbereiter, fürsorglicher und liebevoller Mensch! Es gibt keinen besseren Gastgeber. An alle die diese Rezession lesen...geniesst euren Aufenthalt dort, denn ihr werdet sicher buchen und es euch nicht entgehen lassen:)

Sehr schöner Blick und außergewöhnlich guter Service. Auf alle Fragen wurde super schnell reagiert und Johannes war extrem aufmerksam.

The location was great, the view and the amenities too. Clean and quiet, the host is kind and responsive.

The only thing is that when you are on the top floor and someone from the bottom takes a shower upstairs, the water becomes cold. Apparently the installation itself is made that way. But if you don't coincide, there is plenty of hot water.

Die Lage der Unterkunft oberhalb des Ortes Limeni, der selbst klein aber fein ist und einen unglaublichen Schwimmspot bietet, ist wirklich sehr schön und auch Areopoli ist nicht weit, um Einkäufe zu erledigen. Unser Gastgeber hat uns nicht nur herzlich empfangen, sondern war auch sonst immer und kurzfristig ansprechbar. Eleonas Limeni ist liebevoll angelegt und äußerst gepflegt.

Eine Unterkunft mit Liebe zum Detail und einem sehr engagierten und hilfsbereiten Eigentümer Johannes. Eine super Lage mit tollen Ausblicken, mit tollen, nahen Ausflugsmöglichkeiten und fussläufigen Stränden, Tavernen und Cafés. A Place to be.

Our host was incredibly friendly, helpful and available. The property was beautiful, well kept and the outdoor area was spacious. The pool area has lovely views, as did our outdoor space. Highly recommend staying here.

Perfect location, a short walk from beutiful Limeni but offers privacy with amazing views. The rooms were clean, with modern design. Johannes was a great host, offered a map with great spots to visit. Definitly a place to return to

The rain, other than that it was perfect

The property is beautiful and the views are amazing. Loved the pool area and small touches like the outdoor bar area. We had villa number 1 right at the front by the pool and it was excellent. Really comfortable bedrooms and well equipped kitchen. The welcome wine was also delicious. It was an 8 minute walk down into the town which is a great balance to get the views and privacy but also be close to the bars and restaurants. Areopoli is also a short drive. Thank you.

Johnannes was the best host and Eleonas was the most beautiful place in Limeni! From the very first message and meeting Johannes I knew I had made the right decision in booking Eleonas. Johannes was a total stranger when we first met and by the we left he had become like a member of my family. He went above and beyond for my family and I during our stay. I wholeheartedly recommend Johannes and Eleonas! Don’t waste your time searching around Limeni you wont find a better host or place. Just book Eleonas you wont regret it! Thank you Johannes!

location, pool, has everything you need for a long stay, clean and modern, furnished very well, friendly staff who gave great recommendations for the area and checked in on us to make sure we had everything we needed. this was one of the best, most comfortable places we stayed in the Peloponnesse out of 15 other places we stayed during this trip. it is self contained so hard to compare to staying in 5 star resorts with breakfast and all foods supplied, but i really enjoyed the feeling of staying in a luxury home away from home. doing a bit of our own cooking was nice as well and eating on a stunning balcony.

it was all perfect. the owners have thought of everything to make this a luxury home away from home stay. I only stayed 3 nights but wish I stayed for at least a week.

The houses/apartments are aesthetically impeccable, very comfortable, fully equipped, and spotlessly clean. The location is particularly convenient -just a breath away from Limeni, yet away from the noise and hustle- with a stunning view of the bay and the surrounding mountains. Johannes is an excellent host;he is very polite, helpful, and accomodating, and shows genuine passion for what he does.

We were a family of five with three teenage boys and spent four wonderful nights here — we could have easily stayed longer! The accommodation is beautiful, with charming stone walls, blue shutters, and tasteful décor throughout. There’s plenty of storage in both the bedrooms and bathrooms, which made everything feel very comfortable and easy. The shared infinity pool was a great bonus and we loved the honesty mini bar — such a thoughtful touch. Johannes was always on-site and available for anything we needed. There’s a reason this property is rated so highly — it’s because it truly is perfect. We absolutely loved our stay and are already missing the amazing sunsets.

While I knew at the time of booking, it would have been great to have a washing machine in the apartment — it’s the only thing we missed.

It was two extraordinary days in an extraordinary place ... Johannes is an amazing host and realised an exceptional project in an exceptional location, taking care of all our needs and many questions .... Looking forward to return with more time!

The property is picture perfect, stunning views and fantastic accommodation which too was architecturally beautiful. Johannes the host is the most attentive person I have ever dealt with and has communication skills many others could learn from - always one step ahead he even arranged for us to have our room early knowing we were driving in from nearby. A lovely person in general, he is always there with a smile making sure everything is to your expectation and beyond.

Location, host and room were amazing. Mix of traditional and modern. Feeling of being in the montain and sea at the same time. The garden blends with the nature around and the swimming pool with the sea. Sunset is spectacular from the room and swimming pool.

Absolutely amazing place. Easy walk into Limeni (although it’s 10 minutes up hill on the way back). Bucket list goal achieved as we swam with the turtles. Great restaurants. We also loved Areopoli - beautiful old cobbled town at the top of the hill (5 mins in a car) Would highly recommend and hopefully stay again soon.

Our stay was truly magical. The location is simply stunning, with a breathtaking view over Limeni Bay. It’s a very special place—peaceful and full of charm—just a few minutes' walk from the beach at Limeni. Johannes was a warm and welcoming host, and the apartment was perfect in every way: clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed. This is one of those places that stays with you long after you leave. We’ll keep it in our hearts for a long time and hope to return one day.

We stayed at Eleonas Limeni for 3 nights, and it was absolutely amazing! The whole experience was laid-back and relaxing. The rooms are beautifully designed, clean, and very comfortable, with a lovely atmosphere that immediately puts you at ease. The pool area is a true highlight with stunning views overlooking the sea. (Sunsets from the balcony was the best part!!) The location is ideal. Just a short 5-minute ish walk to Limeni. It’s close enough to enjoy all the charm of the village, but far enough away to escape the crowds and really unwind. Johannes, the host, was incredibly kind, helpful, and genuinely welcoming. He made sure everything was perfect during our stay and gave us great tips for the area. We loved it!

A beautifully and thoughtfully designed place with a stunning infinity pool and comfy loungers. Our flat was very spacious, and the views are stunning. The host (Johannes) is charming and made us feel welcome with our flat already stocked with coffees and small snacks, and with helpful recommendations of the nearby area.

The only downside (which is not a criticism of the property design or hospitality) is it is above a road with moderate traffic. This detracts slightly from your sense of relaxation at the pool, but you can’t hear anything in the apartments. If a road doesn’t bother you, this place is pretty perfect.

It is perfectly located, you’ve got the sea at 5min by foot or the pool of the place if you are tired. Prime location with a magnificent view on the sunset. Nice balcony only slight biggie was that our room didn’t have full view of the sea blocked a bit by the roof of the apartment below .. but that was minor … all other rooms seemed to have uninterrupted views ..

Johannes and his wife have built an extremely beautiful place. They are very welcoming and their attention to detail is incredible, right down to the scented towels!! The place was spotless and their taste in design is amazing. Couldn't recommend it more.

The only thing I can think of is that the property is less than a 10 minute walk downhill to Limeni. But that's what you get when you don't book in Limeni itself. As long as you have no mobility issues, it's an easy (and beautiful) walk.

The villa is simply perfect. The apartment is very spacious, with everything you need and furnished down to the smallest detail and with good taste. From the terrace you enjoy a breathtaking view of the Limeni bay which can be reached by foot in a few minutes. Mr. Johannes is also a perfect host: very kind, very attentive and always available to give you advice. We will definitely be back!

The host Johannes made us feel very welcome when we arrived. The accommodation exceeded our expectations in terms of the quality, cleanliness and location. I very much like the fact that Johannes Has developed a very useful guide that can be accessed online that provides details of best restaurants, beaches and historic sites to visit whilst in the area. We had a great time and loved Limeni. I was very much recommend staying at this particular location as it is a great location for visiting various beaches and restaurants.

Our stay at Eleonas Limeni was the crowning jewel of our trip to Greece. Situated near Limeni, above the town and within walking distance of Dexameni Beach, this hotel complex offers an unparalleled experience. Every suite boasts marvelous views, surpassing even those in the town. My girlfriend and I made it a point to return to the property each evening to witness the breathtaking sunsets. The beauty and aesthetics of the property left us in awe, and it is evident that everything is meticulously maintained and looks brand new. The serene atmosphere truly embodies the mottos of calmness and joy. The property is equipped with all the essentials, and if something is missing, Johannes, the owner, is always available to assist. His hospitality and genuine nature made our stay even more special. Special kudos to Johannes for being an absolutely amazing host and person. This place is a perfect 10/10, and I can't think of anything to improve. If you have the chance, book your stay here. It’s an experience you won’t regret.

We were amazed by the beauty of the buildings and how well they are designed to match the local aesthetic. The view of Limeni Bay is incredible. The suites (we stayed in Suite 4) are modern, equipped with everything needed, clean, and comfortable. A huge plus is the welcoming presence of Johannes, the host and owner of Eleonas, who checked us in and assisted us throughout our stay. We were delighted to find a personal welcome note, a bottle of local wine, and some tasty goodies waiting for us in the room. Highly recommended for a memorable stay in Limeni!

Brand new, sparkling clean, beautifully designed, high ceiling, huge balcony, gorgeous views of the sea and mountains, comfortable bed and furniture, quality linens, well stocked kitchenette, excellent cookware and utensils, luxurious shower, fabulous pool, peaceful surroundings, beautiful property, good wifi, very private, spacious parking, kind, attentive and responsive owners, delicious welcome treats, easy walk to the village of Limeni and an easy drive to the town of Aereopoli. Simply perfect in every way-- I didn't want to leave.

Very well located - 10 min walk distance to the beach and restaurants of Limeni without the trouble of searching for parking spot. 5 min drive to Areopoli (largest village in the area). Positioned in a cool spot and surrounded by Peloponnese flora. Loved waking up to the chirps of the birds. Super clean pool area with great sunset views. Everything in the property is brand new with state of the art amenities, electronics and materials. I suggest this to both folks that like to dine out and folks that wanna to cook their fancy omelette with locally sourced eggs, olive oil and syglino.

Everything was perfect. Johannes is a great host and it has been a wonderful time thanks to his kindness and reactivity. The little beach in the village is perfect for a quick swim and the infinity pool is just mind blowing, alongside with the view on the bay. The design of the place is well thought of and everything is perfect, even in the smallest details. We highly recommend.
