It’s excellent, the best

Very upmarket feel to this place. Lovely clean well appointed room. Fantastic breakfast. Staff were friendly, professional and couldn’t do enough for you.

Location is a little outside the center

Dies ist ein recht neues Hotel (2-jährig) und alles funktioniert. Die Zimmer sind klein, aber das Badezimmer ist modern und angenehm zu benutzen. Die Lüftung ist angenehm leise. Das Restaurant bietet gutes Essen - sowohl das Frühstücksbuffet, wie auch Mittag/Nachtessen. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Die kostenlose Tiefgarage ist ebenfalls ein Plus.

Leider kann man nur ein kleines Fenster ein bisschen öffnen. Aktuell (September 2026) existiert leider eine Grossbaustelle direkt neben dem Hotel, welche unüberhörbar ist.

When there was someone having a superloud videocall in the restaurant staff just walked by him so that I finally had to ask the guy to turn down the volume, while I feel staff should have done something way earlier

We absolutely loved our stay! So stylish and so very different to the usual. Even the labels on the toiletries were amusing. There was also an old fashioned telephone. Very comfortable bed and pillows and large bath sheets. A large Smart TV where we could cast our favourite streaming services. The breakfast was extensive with plenty of choice. (Best to arrive after the tour buses have left.) It was just luxury all round and the staff were lovely and friendly. There is a rooftop bar, however no food was being served during our stay. There is also another bar on the ground floor. I was delighted by the red baby grand piano which is the same make as mine and even played an Irish tune on it. A wonderful stay and we felt very spoilt.

A very tiny thing was the lack of hanging space for wet towels. We were a little disappointed that they were replaced after only one night, which was not necessary and not great for the environment.

The hotel felt cold always a door open and a draft . The food wasn’t worth the price , breakfast was Luke warm each morning , but a good selection of food you seemingly had to be up at 7am to get a hot breakfast as the food was left under lamps , the lunch menu was ok but I’ve had better, at check in nothing was explained to us on how things are in hotel ,

Neues Hotel mit guter Ausstattung wie zum Beispiel Bademantel im Zimmer und eigenen Parkplätzen in der Tiefgarage. Sehr gute Auswahl beim Frühstück, ruhig und gut ausgestattete Bar.

Zu Stoßzeiten am Morgen gibt es wenig Plätze im Restaurant und es liegt etwas außerhalb der Stadt, die man zu Fuß leider nicht erreichen kann, sondern man ist auf den Bus angewiesen.

Das Hotel ist super modern und die Zimmer sind sehr gut ausgestattet, ausreichend groß, mit einer super Klimaanlage, toller Beleuchtung, einem Kühlschrank und einem modernen Bad. Das Frühstück ist auch sehr umfangreich und lecker. Auch der Frühstücksbereich ist sehr schön eingerichtet. Insbesondere sind auch die Mitarbeitenden sehr nett und freundlich. Die Lage ist auch gut und man erreicht die Innenstadt mit zwei verschiedenen Buslinien.

Die Regendusche führt zu einer kleinen Überschwemmung im Bad. Außerdem fehlt es an guten Möglichkeiten die Handtücher aufzuhängen. Ein paar mehr Haken im Eingangsbereich wären auch gut um dort direkt die Jacken aufzuhängen. Außerdem gibt es im Badezimmer keine Steckdose was das Haareföhnen dann auf den Flur und den dort vorhandenen Spiegel verlegt. Das sind aber wirklich nur ganz kleine Kritikpunkte.

Hôtel tout neuf avec une super déco un peu excentre du centre de Galway. Grande chambre très calme. Superbe Salle de bain avec grande douche: très agréable. Petit déjeuner compris dans le prix de la chambre avec une grande variété de nourriture : buffet très complet. Il y a également 2 restaurants sur place. Très bon rapport qualité/ prix Parking inclus

Un peu excentre, il faut avoir une voiture mais sinon hôtel top!

Non sono rimasta per nulla soddisfatta

1) posizione hotel lontana dal centro (30 minuti a piedi per chi è solito camminare, anche speditamente), senza un servizio navetta per clienti; 2) per I costi pagati, non c'è una spa o una gym dove rilassarsi; 3) pulizia camere e stoviglie discutibile; 4) personale con risposte standard non adatte al caso. Sono stata inseguita due volte al tavolo della colazione, la mattina appena sveglia, per un problema (loro) di mancata registrazione della carta di credito che chiedono durante il check in. Il servizio colazione va bene se ti svegli alle 7, appena apre. Se ritardi, non i vassoi e i cesti frutta non vengono riempiti nuovamente e mi è stato detto che loro provvedono sempre a farlo (negando, quindi, ciò che ho visto di persona). Il personale addetto all' accoglienza colazioni, nel mentre, pulisce e spazza, quindi il discorso igiene è assai relativo. Mi è stato riferito che "è bello che un manager possa fare anche un servizio più basso". Ho risposto che questa risposta può accontentare una dinamica interna di collaborazione tra dipendenti di una stessa azienda, ma non per un cliente pagante. Altrimenti sarei andata ad un due stelle. Tutti fanno tutto e non è questo il servizio che un cliente si attende da una struttura a 4 stelle (che non costa poco per ciò che offre). Nelle foto, quella mosca è rimasta in camera sotto la scrivania per ben tre giorni. La banana è nera. Non consiglio questa struttura, ci sono altri alberghi anche con spa e centrali a 4 stelle od anche a Limerick, poco distante da Galway.

Die Lage war super, um Galway zu erkunden. Das Zimmer war schön gross und mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Das Personal war sehr professionell, freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstücksbuffet liess keine Wünsche offen. Wir waren mit unserem Aufenthalt mehr als zufrieden und empfehlen das Radisson RED gerne weiter.

Very clean, lovely staff, good bar and good restaurant. They have a 24 hour reception.

Location is kind of poor for if you don’t have a car and if you want views? This will get you neither. You need a car and to drive away from here for a Galway time. As a place to rest though, very nice.

Breakfast was fine- location was 40 min walk from city center

We waited for 10 mins at the reception desk- the woman on the desk was taking a long call from a client who was asking lots of questions about the food menu -she did not look up or say I''l be with you as soon as possible which seemed rude. She eventually hung up the call in order to make another call right away to try to get answers from the kitchen. I asked if we could just check in and she said we could do it at a kiosk- as she had to make another call - luckily for us no one in the kitchen answered so we finally got to check in. Also the sink was draining slowly in the bathroom and there was no body wash in the dispenser in the shower

Lovely decor and ambience. Spotless clean. Luxurious feeling. Great bed, Lovely bathroom.

Looking out onto an industrial estate and could be a little far from the city centre for some people
