It's a long list but keeping it crisp Cleanliness is not a priority - not recommended for a family at all Bedsheets and pillow covers were stained and looked unclean. Pillows looked 10 years old with brown stains. Bathroom was cleaned to the bare minimum - soap dish had old soap and soap residue No additional amenities - no iron box, no laundry, not even a dustbin in the room.

We booked 2 rooms here. Inspite of going to the property the day before and on the day of arrival and confirming the rooms, on arrival we told that we would have to adjust in one room. When we protested they finally gave us 2 rooms, out of which one had heavy seepage, torn and dirty linen. The intercom and television did not work. They dont have water bottles even on a chargeable basis. Towels had to be begged for.

Reviewed Jan 19, 2025Very close to the beach. The surrounding is quite calm. Very close to the main road and a police station as well, so a safe spot. Have got open parking space opposite to the guest house. Our room also had a lovely small balcony
1. There was lot of dust all around. On the bed, doors, table, window panes. Seems like it was never cleaned. 2. AC was there but remote wasn’t provided 3. Bedsheets and pillow covers weren’t clean. 4. Lot of mosquitoes. 2nd night was a nightmare to sleep, although we didn’t opened the balcony door or windows. There was mosquito blood on wall as well, perhaps someone also faced same issue and splattered the mosquitoes on the wall! 5. A minor inconvenience but when we reached the staff were clueless about our booking. I had to show the proof of my booking. However, when I had called them earlier in morning while we were on our way they had confirmed our booking. This confusion after we travelled for so long to reach gave us anxiety.

The room is good, location is good but certain amenities are needed for ex bathroom needs an exhaust fan , there is no cloth rod reachable . The present cloth rod for hanging our clothes is just beneath the heater and very small. No night lamp , no mosquito coil . The AC is too small for the room
