Great little guesthouse and the staff were really lovely. It's family owned and they all pitched in which made the stay feel even more homely. Close to everything and the room was large and clean, the bathroom was a bit outdated but that was not a problem at all. The location was perfect, not right in the heart around the noise and just perfect for walking everywhere It really was a wonderful place to stay, I'll definitely be back.

Le calme

The property is in a great location if you want to walk to any restaurants or the river. The rooms are nice, comfortable and clean. Overall was a pleasant stay but you are getting the bare minimum.

The rooms are cheap so you can’t complain much but here’s a list of some things that could be slightly better: 1. The lady who was always downstairs was friendly but didn’t speak any English which wasn’t very helpful when we wanted information or help with something. 2. The WIFI didn’t work or reach our room which is a bit annoying when trying to book or plan things for the future. 3. There was nowhere to refill your water bottle but you get a free small water bottle per day if ask. 4. There is no room service but again the rooms are cheap so it’s fair enough I guess.

The location is in the city right near the river so it is convenient to find. No breakfast though!

The room needs extra effort to clean and keep the smell good. They should use some fragrant to make the room smells better.

Was ok decent place for one night.

Very steep stairs wood and metal railing. Not safe at all if going up with luggage. There is no elevator. I cut my toe deeply from the stairs. Very unpleasant

Die Unterkunft ist ruhig und zentral gelegen. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber, hatte ein bequemes Bett, Klimaanlage und eine gute Ausstattung sowie Ablageflächen. Die Gastgeber sind wunderbare Menschen, immer verfügbar und hilfsbereit. Wir haben dort außerdem unkompliziert und sehr günstig einen Roller gemietet. Es war alles perfekt!

Se trata de un pequeño hotelito regentado por Nhep y su familia, quienes lo cuidan con esmero. Destaco su limpieza (sábanas y toallas huelen muy bien), buen estado de las instalaciones, dimensiones muy holgadas de las habitaciones, una ubicación muy céntrica y gran simpatía del personal. Además, todas las habitaciones disponen de AC, hecho fundamental para esta zona del mundo donde las noches son extremadamente calurosas.

Por poner algo para mejorar, sería muy práctico colocar una repisa o mesita (ó 2) a los lados de la cama para colocar las gafas, el móvil...

Everything was super clean and comfortable, and the owner was very kind and helpful as well. We rented a scooter for a great day out around Kampot (only $6), and they also helped us organise our bus to Vietnam, which made everything very easy. The location is very central, so it’s easy to find good food and explore the area. Despite being in the centre, it was very quiet during the night, so we had a really good sleep.

Very nice owners and a clean room without any issues! There was also the option to use a laundry service (1$/kg) and to rent a motorcycle for 7$. We used both and it was perfect.

Pour une visite de kampot et alentours cet hôtel est très bien et de bon rapport qualité prix. Le personnel est gentil et accueillant. Les chambres bien équipées et lits confortables. Chaque chambre à un accès sur un balcon commun extérieur et l'hôtel propose des scooters en locations pour 6 dollars. La salle d'eau est fonctionnelle et le logement est propre.

Il y a un petit bruit extérieur lié à l'école en face de la rue mais pas du tout gênant la nuit ! Manque juste du gel douche dans la salle d'eau et ça serait parfait.

Guesthouse très bien situé à proximité des restaurants, du cœur de la ville. Calme pour dormir. Possibilité de louer un scooter directement sur place! La gentillesse des propriétaires.

Lovely guesthouse run by the friendliest family! We rented a bike for 2days and each night had quick cuddle a with little black cat 🥰 room was clean and very comfy and if we needed any help, they made sure they were available

Accueil chaleureux, le personnel est tres gentil! la chambre n'était pas trés grande mais les lits sont confortables. L'hôtel est bien situé, pas loin de la plage et des restaurants.

The room was a good size with a comfy bed. The guesthouse is a 5 min walk from the river but is in a nice and quiet spot. The hosts are super friendly and I was lucky that my room was ready early as I came in on a sleeper bus:)

Great Guesthouse 5 minutes walk to the riverside restaurants and bars but in a quiet, peaceful area. Comfortable rooms with TV, AC, kettle. Friendly owners who will try and help you with anything you need. Highly recommended

Nice clean room, comfortable bed. The host was very friendly and welcoming, ensured any requests that I had for washing clothes and hiring a scooter were taken care off. More than happy to answer any questions.

Good communication prior to arrival. Clean bedding, good shower and A/C. Short walk to river front and restaurants/bars. Scooter hire available. Quick resolution to some confusion at check-in.

Lovely couple running the hotel that will go out of their way to help you. The room is spacious and comfortable, but it does have a funky smell of damp.

Host is awesome. Homestay is nice and clean. The owner has an outside bed and sleeps in front the rooms and motorbikes for crazy unnecesary (super safe area) awesome security. Owner is great, place is great. Thanks!

Mr Nhep is very kind and helpful. His stay is in great condition. Great place to rest. Aircon works amazing. Clean, spacious, and have motorbikes for rent for good price. He even helped us arrange trip from Kampot to our next destination, even though we didn’t buy it from him.

Great staff who were really helpful and attentive. Nice little touches too like flip flops for the bathroom and proper green tea leaves with the kettle. No frills, but very good value only a short walk from the market.

Excellent and kind host

We really enjoyed staying here. The staff is very kind and ready to help whenever needed. The room was clean and well equipped, with good air conditioning, an electric kettle, good curtains that block out the outside light and hangers to hang our clothes and towels. There was even a face towel, something that we haven't seen during our two months of travel in Southeast Asia. We really appreciate that. Also, it's possible to use the fridge on the first floor of the guesthouse.

An absolute gem of a place! Remarkably priced. Memory foam mattress - can’t go wrong. Owners are so kind and caring. Sorted us with scooters and boat trip to Koh Rong. Room was a nice size. Nice area too, a short walk out of the centre. It’s always an honour to stay at places where the owners show such care for their job!

This is a fabulous little Guesthouse, situated in a quiet area, only a 10 minute walk from numerous bars & restaurants. The rooms are a good size, with a huge double bed & good en-suite shower. Kro Nhep is spotlessly clean & an absolute bargain!

Really lovely family running the hotel. Bed was comfy and the room was clean. Great location 5 min walk from the night market. Did our laundry and clothes came back ok. Very good for the price.

Room didnt get cleaned during our 3 night stay

Comfortable room only a short walk to the river. The owner found a small refrigerator for us, as we were booked for 5 nights.

There are "no mini refrigerators" in the rooms, desite them being listed on their page on booking.com. They only put one towel and one water in our room and it was never cleaned in the 5 days we stayed there. There is a children's school next door, which is noisy during the day.
