1er nuit dans une chambre dont la baie vitrée donne sur le couloir et pas de fenêtre extérieure. Chambre à éviter préférez les chambres du bout.

Hotel im Zentrum. Das Personal war äußerst freundlich und hat mir bei allen geholfen. Da weniger Gäste im Haus gewesen sind, habe ich ein besseres Zimmer für den gleichen Preis bekommen. Roller mieten war kein Problem und hat alles super geklappt.

Staff were efficient, friendly and professional.

Lovely big comfortable room with a great shower. Location was a 10 minute walk to the river, bars & restaurants.

The swimming pool is next to reception so doesn’t get very much sun, so very cold with nowhere to lounge. The breakfast didn’t have a lot of choice.

Lovely staff. Always helpful and friendly. They upgraded us to a junior suite which was fabulous. The room had a balcony and a superb view over all of Kampot from the sixth floor. Everywhere was very clean. The view from the seventh floor dining room for breakfast was stunning! The food was great. Swimming pool is small but nice. Good quality security box in the room. Everything was very efficient and it's central location is perfect - not right on the riverfront so it's calmer and quieter at night. We had a superb stay here - a grand experience indeed!

There was no room around the pool to relax, just a metal chair to sit on. Not sure what can be done as there just isn't space. It's a nice swim but I would have liked to lie down and read my book afterwards. Not a big problem!

Chambre spacieuse avec lits jumeaux 140cm et balcon, propreté de la chambre, les serviettes sentent vraiment trop bon, peignoirs et claquettes Vraiment un superbe hôtel. Emplacement plutôt bon, location scooter à la réception (Nous n’avons pas testé le petit déjeuné la bas).

Il manque juste un peu d’espace autour de la piscine et notamment des transats mais c’est pas grave

I booked to stay here for 5 nights, I was offered an upgrade on my room, but as a solo traveller I didn't need it. The reception staff are very welcoming and the domestic staff are extremely friendly, lots of smiles. The pool is fairly small but ideal for cooling off. WI-FI is great. Its only a few minutes walk to the centre, but its a nice quiet area.

I did have difficulties with the water temperature in the shower, it was either 'bracingly cold' or 'skin removing hot', but that's a minor thing really

The hotel is modern, beautiful, and well-equipped, with large rooms and bathrooms. The location is good – fairly close to Durian Roundabout and riverside, but in a quiet area. They have a nice pool in the ground level, though it's not very large.

Breakfast ended already at 9:40, which I consider a bit early for vacation times. One some days it was served buffet-style, but on most days one could only order a dish from a fairly short menu, probably because there weren't enough guests to justify a buffet. Now I don't blame them for not offering a buffet when it won't be eaten, but the menu options could be made a bit more comprehensive and filling.

Het personeel sprak enkel Aziatische talen. de de douche had schimmel. Het zwembad was heel raar: enkel een bak water naast de ingang zonder bankjes of plek om te zitten.

Breakfast - no fruit when we arrived and wasn't renewed or replaced. Nothing for veggies as the omelette was in the same pan as sausage and bacon. Pool is very small and on ground floor almost inside the reception area.

Está bien ubicado porque está a unos 15 minutos andando del mercado nocturno y del paseo marítimo. La habitación era correcta, aunque algo pequeña. Limpieza y personal bien.

La habitación recibía la luz de una cristalera que daba a un pasillo exterior, así que había que cerrar las cortinas porque era como estar expuesto en un escaparate. El desayuno no me pareció muy bueno ni variado.

Clean, and staff were nice.

Electric sockets didn't work, so couldn't charge phones in the room. Also restaurant closes at 2pm, so not possible to get an evening meal.

We got a free upgrade on our room so we had a balcony to watch the sunset from which was amazing! The place was spotless, quiet and close to everything! Staff were so helpful, it was $2 per kg of washing the aircon was great and beds very comfy. We had a gecko in our room but what can you expect!

Our double room was really nice + the coffee shop down the hotel is cool

If you have a simple room you’ll have a room which looks like and aquarium, and it’s really not comfortable + breakfast was a nightmare

Love it but the room is a bit small

This hotel is amazing, the room is so clean, it’s immaculate, housekeeping was great, the hosts were brilliant, anything we needed wasn’t a problem, the swimming pool and balcony was an added bonus, Kampot town was walkable but on a busy road so location is slightly out but that didn’t put opus off as it made up for everything else.

Can’t say we didn’t have anything we didn’t like.

Poor hotel staff with problems with basic English, even at reception Fatal breakfasts - hopelessly composed buffet and the staff understand nothing at all in English although they claim to know the language. I felt like I was staying the night in Fawlty Tower and talking to Manuel. Strange architecture of the hotel: - a large empty hall on the ground floor, but most rooms have a window to .... corridor (on the plus side, we were offered to change without extra charge because there was no occupancy). - Swimming pool - small, on the ground floor completely in the shade. Location - theoretically in the centre but most of the places of interest are not in the area but beyond the roundabout. To sum up - The quality of this hotel deserves 2* and not 4*. I regret that we let ourselves be tempted by this property instead of choosing a competing hotel without a pool nearby.

Location is almost central and most needed things are within a walking distance. Cleaning service is good. Breakfast was average and not a buffet style but it was due to lack of customers. Staff is extremely kind and helpful.

If only staff could speak better English they would earn one more star.

That the room never had an external window only looked out onto landing so had to keep curtains closed otherwise everyone walking passed stared in ! The pool was very small in the shade so really cold with no beds to relax

The friendliness of the stff, the cleanliness and the location. The person at reception was lovely. The cleaning team also so nice! Even though we said we didn't need anything they still came to bring fresh towels, water etc... lovely team!!

Super comfortable stay in a quiet but central location. Welcoming and helpful staff. Happy we chose this hotel for our two days in Kampot.

The rooms are relatively new, clean and comfortable. The staff is friendly and can help you to organize drivers to get around in the area. The town is relatively close but a 10 minute walk on roads without sidewalk and a lot of stray dogs

There is no breakfast option in the hotel nor in the closer area - you have to walk for at least 10 minutes. Unfortunately the coffee shop which is part of the lobby serves only beverages but no food at all. The staff was friendly but it was a bit difficult to communicate. For example, when they organized a Tuktuk to go to La Plantation the driver didn't know we would spend the whole day there but thought it will be a half day tour even though we tried to explain to the staff in the hotel that we are planning to stay the full day there.

This is not a 4 star hotel. 2 to 3 star at most. It is a little out of the centre so quiet but a tuk tuk ride to the centre. The pool has no area to lounge. No resteraunt.

I make this hotel a regular stay when I come to Kampot. It has an ideal location in the city, a small pool to relax in and a cafe that serves great coffee! The rooms are modern, comfortable and are equipped with everything you need for an overnight stay.

Not a big fan of the fridges they have in the rooms - they don't get cold enough to store anything but water in.
