Appartement très bien situé,on peut tout faire à pied , bus à proximité pour Grand Baie Dans l appartement,rien ne manque Résidence bien sécurisée J ai passé un très bon séjour,je reconnais !

Určitě dostupnost. Ubytování je kousek od jedné z nejhezčích pláží na Mauriciusu. K tomu velmi dobrá cena za noc a spojení s krásným klidným místem v boční uličce s bazénem super pro začátek dovolené.

Pokoje jsou lépe na focené, než ve skutečnosti vypadají. Je to starosti ubytovací dům, takže člověk nemůže očekávat dokonale nové čisté dlaždičky. Avšak opět v porovnání velikosti pokojů a ceny je to velice krásný apartmán.

Logement très vétuste. Le mur de la salle de bain s’effondre, avec de grandes fissures dans la faïence. L’eau chaude n’est pas présente dans la cuisine et dans la douche il faut attendre plus d’une minute. La climatisation, présente que dans la chambre, ne permet pas de rafraîchir efficacement le logement

La proximité de la plage

Les equipements de cuisine en mauvais etats.le frigo ne fonxtionnait pas ,le four tres mauvaus etat inutilisable .il n y avait qu un seul feu qui fonctionnait sur la gaziniere. Les fauteils n etaient pas confortables les ustensiles de cuisine un peu archaïque.

Localisation proche commerce et plage, parking privé, quartier calme

Piscine non entretenue, aucun personnel croisé en 7 jours, pas de changement des serviettes de toilette ni des draps en 7 jours, ménage minimal fait 3 fois en 7 jours. Aucun lien wifi transmis, aucune consigne pour depart. Aucune attention personnalisée. Eau froide dans la douche et pas de pression.

Der Strand war mir zu überlaufen und hatte zu viele Boote in Strandnähe, sodass ich keine Lust verspürte dort ins Wasser zu gehen

My stay was excellent. The staff was helpful and listened to your needs, adapting schedule if needed. The owner is nearby, the facility is secured with locks and cameras and the neighborhood is safe. The beach is about 5mins walk. There's a convenience store and restaurant within walking distance.

The wifi signal can be weak if there are a lot of guests

Отличное расположение, пляж 10 мин ходьбы, есть свой бассейн . Вежливый персонал, ежедневные уборки номера . В номере есть своя личная кухня ❤️‍🔥

За время нашего проживания не было лежаков у бассейна, но были с тулья на которых не удобно .

Excellent location, very close to Trou Aux Biches beach. The apartment was clean and very cosy. We felt very secured. Air conditioning was excellent. No bugs or mosquitoes. Right now I’m in a 5star hotel in Grand Baie and got lots of mosquito bites.

The beddings were too thin and at night we felt very cold especially during the cyclone. Floor not sound proofed. Could hear the upstairs neighbours every time.

The location was good and the apartment was a nice size.

There could have been a second toilet roll provided considering the length of the stay. The wifi was not good throughout the apartment and didn't connect in the bedrooms.

So we ordered before arrival but the room was not ready even though it was offered. That wouldn't have mattered. Then the owner's son arrived with sheets which we had to make ourselves! Things in the fridge and in the basket from previous guests. If it hadn't been paid in advance I would have left immediately.

Excellent location close to restaurants, shops and services, as well as 5 mins of easy walk from a public beach. Clean and cosy. Wonderful owner, always willing to help.
