Good beach, good pool, good food, multiple food and drinks locations, everything was complete. Ceyhan, Victoria and the Spa lady were really nice and helpful.

The staff was really helpful. They always asked if we were having a good time. The food was very good. The room was comfortable although there were some flaws (eg. balcony door wasn't closing tightly) probably due to end of the season after the heavy use. One of the things I liked most was the quite chill ambiance of the hotel unlike the neighbors, which had heavy techno music during the day. I particularly suggest the place for the people who are planning to focus on swimming, drinking, and eating.

There are not many things for children. There could be a small playground.

Everything is in the hotel you don't need to go out : restaurant, street food, ice cream shop without any extra charges. Personal was very kind and thoughtful especially Victoria.

Das griechische Essen A la carte war sehr lecker. Wir haben das Ambiente und die Harmonie des Hotels sehr genossen. Das Personal war sehr hilfsbereit und wir haben uns sehr umsorgt gefühlt. Vielen Dank dafür. Unser Sohn (10) konnte sich frei bewegen und den Aufenthalt richtig genießen.

O pequeno almoço e a oferta de comida e bebida todo o dia. Acesso ao mar muito bom . Excelente limpeza. Animação noturna variada . Piano todos os dias ao fim da tarde.

Os empregados, na grande maioria, não falam inglês. A maioria dos hóspedes deixa toalhas durante a noite a reservar as espreguiçadeiras e por vezes, durante o dia nem sequer as utilizam.

We had a lovely five-night stay. The hotel was clean and comfortable, the staff were friendly and helpful, and there was a good variety of food and drinks. The pool area was enjoyable, and the location was convenient for exploring Kemer. Overall, we felt very welcome and had a relaxing holiday.

There was nothing significant that we disliked. At busier times, some areas could feel a little crowded, but this did not affect our overall experience.

The food was delicious, the hotel grounds were beautiful, and the beach was great. The rooms were comfortable, and the staff were very friendly. Overall, we had a very pleasant and comfortable stay.

Very small cozy hotel, has almost everything you need. Clean territory and rooms, cleaning every day. The staff is very friendly.

The territory was a bit too small, not much to do around if you’re not at the beach. But the worst thing was food - the same menu every day, very limited choice and everything did not taste well. Especially hot menu, there were no „dishes“ per se - just smth cooked, like fried fish without any glove to it. Felt a bit like a canteen with no possibility to choose. The entry to the sea is from the pierce - was fine for us, but could be a problem for, e.g., family with kids. The hotel staff should really do smth about sun loungers at the beach. Most of the are „taken“, but in fact someone’s stuff is just laying there and people never show up. The staff should simply not allow to leave belongings for the beach overnight.

Un hotel micuț, renovat cu arhitectură frumoasă, cu o priveliște minunată și personal amabil , în deosebi vreau să o remarc pe Victoria, o domnișoară foarte atentă și amabilă care își execută munca la 100%, pe parcursul vacanței eram anunțarăți de către ea, despre toate activitățile de pe teritoriul hotelului , am primit o mică atenție din partea ei și a celor de la recepție , ceea ce a făcut să ne simțim cu adevărat oaspeți doriți, aș mai vrea să o remarc pe Șura , domnișoara barmen, de la Lobby Bar , foarte iscusită , cele mai gustoase cocktailuri le face ea, se vede că iubește ceea ce face, mâncarea foarte gustoasă și diversă, Sneack Barul ne-a plăcut foarte mult , făceau pe loc ceea ce cereai, ca ex: Pizza, cheesburger, cartofi pai, salate și altele,teritoriul hotelului este amenajat cu gust, foarte curat și cu multă verdeață , un loc instagramabil a redat și zona Chill Out unde DJ avea muzica bună, mixuri faine, plus muzica live în Spaniolă & Turcă, cel mai mult ma cucerit peisajul din mare , cu vederea spre munți, și liniștea care o transmiteau aceștea, ceea ce a făcut odihna noastră să fie așa cum ne-am dorit-o.

Am rămas puțin dezamăgiți de calitatea serviciului de curățenie, prosoapele nu se schimbau zilnic, curățenia nu se făcea calitativ, și pe parcursul a 7 nopți lenjeria de pat sa schimbat doar o singură dată, la baie nu se suplinea cu produse de igienă până nu am cerut la recepție, baia foarte mică și incomodă , lumină în cameră puțină /insuficientă, șezlonguri nu erau suficiente pentru câți oaspeți primește Hotelul,la fel și mesele în restaurant nu erau destule, trebuia să așteptăm până se eliberează , sau suplineau ei cu câte o masă două în restaurantul principal, la fel și afară la terasă aceeași problemă , afară fiind foarte cald , mulți dintre oaspeți preferau să mănânce în Restaurant unde era destul aer condiționat, deoarece afară aparatele de aer condiționat erau doar două , puține pentru capacitatea spațiului, varietate mică la înghețată, și când am cerut cu alt gust ni sa spus că până nu termină cutiile începute nu deschid alte gusturi, ceea ce nu mi se pare corect pentru serviciile de Ultra All Inclusive, la fel și cu băuturile scumpe și mai bune, adică cele importate, nu le țin la vitrină, și le au doar în Lobby Bar, trebuie să întrebi ce au, și să ceri exact ceea ce cunoști și dorești , Restaurantul A La Carte a fost o dezamagire pentru noi, nu am rămas impresionați, nu aș recomanda, nu pierdeți nimic. În raport calitate /servicii , prețul este ușor Exagerat, Mărit/ Crescut, nu sunt 4 stele bine stăpânite ! Sper să se ia în calcul minusurile care le au, și recenziile oaspeților pentru îmbunătățirea serviciilor , am scris minusurile ca să ajutăm la îmbunătățirea calității serviciilor ce le prestează pentru a deveni un Loc într-adevăr la 100% din toate punctele de vedere !

Очень не плохо! Специально с мужем выбирали небольшой отель, без аниматоров и прочей суеты. Это именно такое место. RoseGarden позиционирует себя, как камерный отель. И это у них получается: красивая современная музыка, живое исполнение на белом рояле перед ужином в основном ресторане, очень красивая территория, грамотное разделение зон: везде можно перекусить, при необходимости, а вечером отдохнуть и послушать живую музыку. Все максимально тихо и спокойно. Пляж - шикарный! Идеальный порядок! Персонал все время чем-то занят))

Очень громкая музыка соседнего Ring BeachHotel с дикораздирающими криками конферансье!🙈🙈🙈 Но через два дня - привыкаешь к этому, к тому же можно воспользоваться берушами😝

La serveuse de la patisserie est très mauvaise ainsi que certains serveur des différent bar. Odeur de la cigarette dans la chambre mais Ceyhan nous a rapidement changer de chambre et nous a offert le restaurant a la carte pour le désagrement.

We had a wonderful stay at Rose Garden Premium! The food was absolutely delicious, with plenty of variety and excellent quality. All the common areas, as well as our room, were spotlessly clean and very well maintained. Every member of the staff was polite, welcoming and professional. A special mention must go to Ali, who truly stood out. He helped us with everything we needed, always with kindness, patience and genuine empathy. His warm and caring attitude made our stay even more enjoyable. We would happily recommend Rose Garden Premium and would definitely love to return!

Обновленные номера с приятным дизайном . Матрас на кровати комфортный- спать одно удовольствие. Уборка отличная. Питание разнообразное и всего в достатке : особенно оценили великолепный гриль каждый день - рыба и мясо свежайшие , гриль-шеф готовит замечательно. Персонал отеля очень старается , чтобы пребывание в отеле оставило у гостей только лучшие впечатления.

К территории сада и бассейна примыкает зона ресторана соседствующего отеля - если скрыть ее стеной с живым плющом и цветами - отдыхать на балконе будет гораздо приятнее

Никакой надоедливой громкой музыки и толпы. ​Пляж и бассейн: Выход к морю прямо с территории отеля. Полноценно заходить в воду удобнее с пирса, так как у берега дно каменистое. This was our second visit, and once again, we had an amazing experience. The food was delicious, with a great variety of choices, the location was perfect, and everything was honestly 10/10. The all-inclusive service was excellent, and all the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. A special thank you to Ceyhan Hanım, who was so lovely and welcoming. She went above and beyond for my birthday by arranging the A La Carte restaurant and personally bringing my birthday cake over herself. It was such a sweet and thoughtful gesture, and I really appreciated it! Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend this place. Everything exceeded our expectations. Everything was exceptional. The only thing we didn’t particularly enjoy was that the sea was quite rocky in most areas. It would have been even better if there had been more sandy areas throughout the sea.

It was a pleasant experience. Hotel facilities are new , clean and comfortable. Personnel speaks English and Russian. Food is very tasty and there is a lot of choice. Special thanks to manager Veronica, who took an extra mile in hospitality.

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub und können dieses Hotel von Herzen weiterempfehlen! Besonders gefallen hat uns die traumhafte Lage des Hotels – eingebettet zwischen Bergen und Meer. Die gesamte Anlage ist wunderschön und lädt vom ersten Moment an zum Entspannen ein. Ein großes Lob geht an das gesamte Personal. Alle Mitarbeiter waren unglaublich freundlich, aufmerksam und jederzeit hilfsbereit. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir Viktoria aus der Gästebetreuung. Sie hat uns persönlich empfangen, eine kurze Führung durch das Hotel gemacht und uns bis zu unserem Zimmer begleitet. Während unseres gesamten Aufenthalts war sie immer für unsere Fragen und Anliegen da und hatte für jeden Gast ein offenes Ohr. Ebenso möchten wir uns bei Manager Ali bedanken, der ebenfalls sehr freundlich und engagiert war. Man hat überall gespürt, wie fleißig und motiviert das gesamte Team arbeitet, damit sich jeder Gast rundum wohl und bestens aufgehoben fühlt. Ein herzliches Dankeschön dafür! Auch der Spa-Bereich ist sehr empfehlenswert. Die Mitarbeiterinnen dort sind ausgesprochen nett, hilfsbereit und nehmen sich Zeit für die Gäste. Sie geben außerdem wertvolle Tipps und Empfehlungen. Das Essen war einfach hervorragend! Die Auswahl war riesig, alles war frisch, geschmackvoll und hochwertig. Hier findet wirklich jeder etwas nach seinem Geschmack. Zusätzlich gibt es mehrere Bars auf dem gesamten Hotelgelände, an denen die Barkeeper mit viel Leidenschaft leckere Cocktails und immer wieder neue Kreationen zubereiten. Hotel und Strand sind zwar etwas kompakter als in manchen großen Resorts, aber genau das macht den besonderen Charme dieses Hotels aus. Es hat ein Boutique-Hotel-Gefühl und ein ganz eigenes, entspanntes Konzept. Es gibt keine klassische Animation, was wir als sehr angenehm empfunden haben.

Der einzige kleine Kritikpunkt war, dass das WLAN am Strand bzw. auf dem Steg leider nicht verfügbar war. Für uns war das jedoch kein großes Problem, da wir dort ohnehin die Zeit zum Abschalten, Entspannen und Schwimmen genutzt haben. Deshalb hat dieser Punkt unseren Urlaub kaum beeinträchtigt.

Terrible service and not as described here on Booking. The staff were rude and not helpful at all. I booked a King and Twin bed and they had a double bed instead.

The staff, starting from the client relationship -Ceyhan- to house keeping, bartendars, waitresses all were super kind, clean, decent.

i wish there was a fitness. and next door hotels have lower sound systems.

Everything was great, there are wide range of delicious and fresh food , kind and helpful staff, very clean rooms made our stay amazing. Throughout our stay Victoria was great and helped us for anything, a big thanks for her. Highly recommended hotel.

Gästebetreuung: Ceyhan und Victoria, super hilfsbereit. Vielen Dank. Rezeption: Ali, wir haben uns oft unterhalten. Auch sehr hilfsbereit. Anlage und Meerbereich is schön gestaltet. Frühstück- in Ordnung Abendessen - ok Snackbar essen 1A - außer die Nudeln hatten jedes Mal gefühlt eine Kelle Öl im Teller. Strandbar MA 1A Der kleine Cafe gleich am Eingang super MA und sehr freundlich. Kaffeegeschmack am besten im Hotel. Der Rest der MA, ist eher neu und muss zuerst mal lernen was es heißt in der Gastronomie zu arbeiten Ich würde das Hotel eher für 2-3 Tage weiterempfehlen, aber für den Sommerurlaub 10Tage, würde ich es nicht buchen.

Wir durften ab 22Uhr uns in der Spiel- und Leseecke nicht aufhalten, da die Lautstärke die anderen Gäste stört. (Nachtschicht Rezeption) Keine Bedienung, alles muss selber geholt werrden. (Lobby,Restaurant, Meer, Pool, etc.) Kein Gözleme. Keine Waffel. Am Anfang war das Zimmer sauber, aber danach werden die Zimmer auf die schnelle gereinigt - 0815 Reinigungskraft eher unfreundlich. Nirgends ist Musik zu hören, zum Glück ist die Animation und Musik im Nebenhotel sehr laut. Keine Animation. Lobby Bar arbeiten zu 90% der Bedienung ob Sie nur kurz sushelfen müssen. Unlust! Die russische MA im spa sehr unfreundlich. Ich bin ein Frühaufsteher und bin recht früh schwimmen gegangen und wollte um ca, 11Uhr mein Handtuch wechseln, da es recht eingenässt war. IHRE Aussage: Nein, die Handtücher werden nur einmal ausgetauscht und wie hast du es überhaupt geschafft das Handtuch nass zu machen?" Es war ein DJ Abend geplant, der um 21Uhr starten sollte. Um ca. 21:20Uhr musste ich selber nachfragen, wann es den anfängt. Der DJ hat wegen sporadischem Regen abgesagt. Das Problem hier ist, das kann ja passieren, aber eine Info wäre wichtig. Die Nebenhotels, hat das bisschen Regen gar nicht gestört und die haben weiter gefeiert. Schlecht organisiert! Ich möchte nicht, das es falsch rüber kommt, aber das ist für mich eher ein 3Sterne Hotel und definitiv keine 5Sterne verdient Duschbrause ist defekt. Nicht alles ist Kritik, sondern teilweise auch eine Info für Leute die das anders kennen und nicht so enttäuscht sind wie ich, wenn Sie hierher kommen.

Beach bardaki arkadaşlar ve kafeteryadaki Şura hanım da çok özverili ve güler yüzlüler. Özellikle Şura hanımın çocuklarla iletişimi çok iyi. Yunan alakartını Ceyhan hanım sayesinde deneyimledik herşey çok lezzetliydi.Gayet memnun ayrıldığımız bir tatil geçirdik.

Victoria was the soul of the the hotel everyday we would see her at least once and she was making sure that everything in our stay were as pleasant as they can be. I ended up getting really bad sunburn on my foot and Victoria was extremely helpful in getting a nurse and then a doctor to arrive to tend to my burn. After that incident she always remembered to ask me how my foot was. Whenever we needed something a little extra like an ice bucket for example Victoria was more than willing to help. The food is far beyond what I expected for an all inclusive. There is live entertainment and a love paino every evening for dinner. The staff are always friendly and down to earth and will joke around with you. I certainly recommend going you get great value for your money.

Небольшой и очень уютный отель. Стильные зоны для отдыха, комнаты после реконструкции , свежие. Очень приятный персонал, особенно Виктория. Невероятно приветливая и отзывчивая. Понравился Snack bar, где делали вкусные блюда. Потрясающий вид на горы, чистый и ухоженный пляж, персонал заботится об отеле.

Для тех кто любит тишину этот отель не подойдет. До 23:30 вы точно не уснете, так как слышна музыка не только из отеля , но и из соседних. Для 4* отеля еда неплохая, для тех, кто привык к all inclusive 5* отелей будет недостаточно разнообразия. Достаточно мало мяса, часто представлена курица. Но соответствие цена качество замечательное.

Отель в европейском стиле. Тихий, уютный и очень красивый. Персонал дружелюбный. Море чистое, с частным пляжем и большим количеством лежаков, находится максимально близко. Еда очень вкусная абсолютно вся. Потрясающий вид на горы. Коктейли хорошего качества, алкоголь не жалели. Спасибо Виктории, которая оперативно улаживала любые проблемы. И спасибо за позитивный настрой.

Hodnocení: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ (5/5) Termín pobytu: 19. 6. – 24. 6. 2026 Ideální dovolená pro páry s luxusním servisem a skvělým jídlem V hotelu Rose Garden Premium v oblasti Beldibi (Kemer) jsme strávili necelý týden a byla to naprosto fantastická volba. Pokud hledáte obrovský resort, hledejte jinde – toto je nádherný, menší a útulný hotel, což mu dodává úžasnou atmosféru. Co bych chtěl obzvlášť vyzdvihnout: Gastronomie (5 hvězd): Jídlo bylo zkrátka úžasné. Vše neuvěřitelně chutné, čerstvé a s perfektním výběrem. Tady si kuchaři zaslouží obrovskou pochvalu. Obsluha (5 hvězd): Personál je neustále usměvavý, milý a profesionální. Servis je tu na naprosto špičkové úrovni. Pláž s bílým pískem: Hotel leží přímo u pláže, která má jednu obrovskou výhodu – je na ní bílý písek, který ani v tom největším horku nepálí do chodidel. K dispozici je také skvělé hotelové molo. Večerní zábava: Komu se nechce večer jen tak sedět, hotel má vlastní venkovní klub, kde se konají skvělé večerní diskotéky s parádní atmosférou. Důležité upozornění na závěr: Tento hotel je absolutně ideální pro dospělé a hlavně pro páry, které si chtějí užít klid, dobré jídlo a večerní zábavu. Naopak ho vůbec nedoporučuji rodinám – děti tady nemají absolutně žádné vyžití. Nejsou tu pro ně přizpůsobené aktivity, a proto je to tu pro dospělé taková oáza klidu. Za nás naprostá spokojenost a rádi se sem vrátíme!

We had a lovely time here. The food is exceptional and the cocktails are made well above the standard of any all inclusive that I have been to. Our stay was made even more comfortable with the inclusion of Victoria. She is absolutely wonderful and tried her best to accommodate our stay in every way possible. We had a bottle of English Sparkling wine and needed a bucket to cool. Once we let Victoria know that we needed one she was more than happy to help us.

The hotel's setting is beautiful, with mountains on one side and views of the sea on the other. The location is also convenient, with a relatively short and straightforward drive to and from the airport.

The overall experience fell well below our expectations, especially considering we had booked and paid for a VIP room. Many of the basic amenities we would expect were missing. There was no telephone in the room, so every request required a trip to reception. There was also no coffee machine or kettle, meaning we had to leave the hotel just to get a morning coffee. The room did not include an iron or ironing board either. Instead, ironing had to be arranged through an external service at an additional cost, with long waiting times. For an all-inclusive stay, these extra costs and inconveniences were disappointing. We also found it difficult to work in the room or lobby because there were no conveniently located power outlets, and staff could not provide an extension cord. The hotel also offered no breakfast boxes or alternative breakfast option for guests with early departures, which is a fairly standard service in many hotels. Beach towels had to be returned before 7:00 p.m. each day; otherwise, fresh towels would not be available the next day, making the process unnecessarily inconvenient. The room was poorly soundproofed, with frequent noise from outside, neighboring rooms, and housekeeping. Cleaning was inconsistent, often requiring reminders at reception and sometimes not taking place until late afternoon. The complimentary bottled water was also frequently left in direct sunlight and arrived warm. Customer service was another weak point. Most staff spoke very little English, and there appeared to be poor communication between reception and the guest relations representative. As a result, requests often had to be repeated several times or were simply ignored. Finally, the shared facilities felt overcrowded. There were not enough sun loungers for the number of guests, and the meal service hours were surprisingly limited, with staff closing the dining area promptly at the end of each service.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Rose Garden. The food was absolutely fantastic, with a great variety and delicious meals every day. A special thank you to Victoria who made our stay even more enjoyable with her friendliness and excellent service.

Every morning, towels were placed on the beach chairs very early, reserving them which meant we never got the opportunity to use the chairs on the wooden deck.

I liked the overall concept of the hotel. It is quite cosy and elegant in terms of architecture and facilities. There are plenty of rose bushes near the entrance and elsewhere around the venue which does make the place truly reflect on its name. The staff are quite lovely and helpful. I could only recall Ali, Victoria and Eduard by name. However, everyone in the team was quite nice, as well, which is a great asset for the hotel. My priority for seaside vacations is always the quality of the water and the beach - and this venue didn't fail me. The water was majestic, with very reasonable number of people in peak times, making the swimming experience both enjoyable and relaxing. I wish I had stayed longer! There is also a very convenient and elegant pier which allows great entry deeper into the sea bypassing the traditional beach zone. The pier has sunbeds and umbrellas to protect from the sun, which is quite convenient to alternate between swimming and lying. They remain on the pier in the evenings creating a wonderful space to enjoy the view of the sea, the sky and the moon - great for both solo relaxation, as well as for romantic endeavors. There is also a large outside pool within the main hotel area - but I did not use it. Rose Garden can also boast quite decent food options. There is the main hotel restaurant with seats both inside and outside, an a la carte restaurant nearby (which I've attended only once - and it was great), a seaside cafe (which, unfortunately, I barely tried, but heard that it's good), as well as a very nice coffee place with sweets, ice cream and barista made coffee near the entrance and a mini bar inside the hotel. Both the variety and the quantity of available food was quite reasonable. The timings for food (breakfast from 7:30 am to 10 am, lunch from 12 pm to 2 pm and supper from 7 pm to 9 pm) were sensible. There is also a lovely mini venue next to the pool with live music and drinks in the evenings.

The only noticeable downside has nothing to do with Rose Garden itself, but with its neighboring hotel: they seem to have more of a partying concept and organize discos in the evenings. The latter are usually loud and may go on until 11 pm in the evenings. As my room was up and closer to that hotel, I could hear the music. However, somehow, it did not ultimately disturb my sleeping patterns or overall stay in Rose Garden. However, if you are a light sleeper, it might make sense to bring some earbuds and to maybe ask for a room that is further away from this neighboring hotel. A few words on the coffee place near the entrance: it is a lovely venue with good coffee and choice of sweets/ice cream. However, it would be nice if the team could add the option of having decaffeinated coffee (they don't have it currently) and oat milk. It would also make sense to change the opening hours of the coffee place from 10 am to 6 pm to 6/7 am to 4 pm, for instance, - after all, most people prefer to drink their coffee early in the morning :) And also a very minor note regarding the lamps on the pier: their angles are a bit edgy, so it might make sense to add a bit of protection on these sides, perhaps.

The hotel’s location, the staff’s conduct and the quality of service were excellent. We would particularly like to thank Ms Ceyhan, who is in charge of customer relations. We were also very pleased with Mr Rüştü’s warm and friendly manner at the Snack Bar. The meals were extremely tasty and there was a very wide variety on offer. We also appreciated that the rooms were cleaned with great care every day. Nothing at the hotel is ordinary or done haphazardly just to get by. You can feel the care and attention paid to guests everywhere.

В основном ресторане большой выбор и все вкусно! Каждый день много вкусных фруктов! Для меня как для любителя сыра и оливок-это рай 5.Номера чистые, наполнение всяких шампуней приятное) 6.Персонал приветливый, готов помочь в любом вопросе Виктория лучшая)

Отель очень красивый, ухоженный, чистый, персонал приятный, еда очень вкусная и разнообразная, каждый день добавлялись новые блюда. Особенно хочется отметить ресторан А ля карт, безумно вкусно и красиво! На пляже и у бассейна играет хорошая современная музыка, которая добавляет атмосферы. По вечерам играет диджей, и два раза в неделю выступает латиноамериканская группа, нам очень понравилось!

Не хватает хоть какой-то минимальной анимации. Да, это больше как релакс бутик-отель, но в списке услуг была заявлена аквааэробика, которую мы ни разу не наблюдали за 7 дней. Один раз только был акваджампинг, на который к сожалению нам не удалось попасть. Плейлист диджея по вечерам часто и густо был скучным (однако, если собирался кворум, то музыка становилась лучше), но очень сильно зависит от компании отдыхающих, нам повезло, что во вторую половину нашего отдыха мы познакомились с веселыми ребятами, которые и сделали весь движ. Не хватает больше активностей и человека, который бы всех подбадривал и создавал приятную атмосферу, как будто отдыхающие сами себя должны развлекать

The location is perfect. The beach is nice and well maintained. They have also evenings with live music and DJ sets. The music is very good, the DJ is doing a good job. The hotel is small and makes it very friendly and you have a comfortable stay. Good drinks and barman always in good mood.

Nice boutique sea hotel. Liked the design of space & facilities. Staff was nice and well organized. Special thanks to Nuri & Hacer from housekeeping and Ceyhan. Food and drinks are ok. Sea is wonderful. Stony coast but hotel has its own pier & small beach with artificial sand. Sea shoes would be useful if you prefer entering the sea from the shore. Enjoyed the cozy and nice music as long as next-door hotels did not have noisy entertainments.

Bathroom, ala carte food, parking area and bellboy service can be improved. Underwater access ramps/easy to use ladder to facilitate safe entry and exit into sea & pool for old or disabled guests.

The hotel was nicely designed, and we had all we needed during our stay. Staff were nice and professional, and we really enjoyed the beach, the pool, and the great variety of food.

Fiyatına göre çok iyi bir oteldi. Yemeklerin kalitesi, odaların ve otelin temizliği, ayrıca personelin ilgisi gerçekten harikaydı ve bize çok güzel bir tatil deneyimi yaşattı. Gecelik yaklaşık 200 dolar seviyesine kadar olan fiyat kategorisinde gerçekten fiyatını fazlasıyla hak eden bir oteldi.

Tek olumsuz nokta, ikinci kata asansör olmamasıydı. Birinci kattan ikinci kata merdivenle çıkmak gerekiyordu. Bu durumun oda açıklamalarında belirtilmesi ve bu odalar için küçük bir fiyat avantajı sunulması daha uygun olurdu. Bunun dışında her şeyden memnun kaldık.

I stayed at this hotel with my family and had a very pleasant experience overall. The food was really good, with a nice variety and fresh options every day. The surroundings and landscape were beautiful, which made the stay even more enjoyable and relaxing. Inside the hotel, the atmosphere was very well designed and comfortable, with a clean and aesthetically pleasing interior. The staff were friendly, responsive, and always willing to help with any requests. They even helped organize a birthday surprise for my mother, which we really appreciated and made our stay extra special. We also felt safe throughout our stay, and the hotel arranged the transfer for us, which made everything very convenient and stress-free.

One small downside was that the room cleaning service could have been better. At times, the cleanliness of the rooms was not up to the expected standard, and this was the only noticeable issue during our stay.

La piscine, la plage, ainsi que la cuisine dans son ensemble (buffets et restaurant) était très bonne. Le personnel est aussi agréable et gentil.

Les chambres de l’annexe sont petites avec un bébé, les salles de bain très petites et vieillottes. Heureusement, nous avons pu changer de chambre en cours de semaine dans le bâtiment principal sans supplément, merci. C’est bruyant en raison des deux hôtels de chaque côté et de la proximité de la route.

Fijn klein resort met persoonlijke aandacht. Genoeg ligbedden zodat je niet hoeft te zoeken. Eten is goed en gevarieerd. Wij hebben het naar onze zin gehad.

Kamers zijn aan de kleine kant en het balkon van onze kamer was zo smal dat we er niet comfortabel konden zitten (maar er zijn genoeg andere knusse plekjes op het resort).

La piscine et l’accès à la plage

The resort is small and cozy, with a very personal approach. We felt looked after and included (in a good way). The staff also immediately addressed a small issue we had. The food is tasty, plentiful and with some changes daily. Plenty of sunbeds around the resort.

The rooms are not that big and a bit older and the shower has some mold. Overall they are fine as you don’t spend much time in the room anyway. The wine they serve is not that great, so we stuck to beer and cocktails.

Unser Aufenthalt im Rose Garden Hotel war einfach hervorragend. Das gesamte Personal war unglaublich freundlich, aufmerksam und hilfsbereit. Besonders die Managerin verdient ein großes Lob – sie kümmert sich mit viel Herzblut um die Gäste und sorgt dafür, dass man sich vom ersten Moment an willkommen fühlt. Auch das Essen war ausgezeichnet: frisch, abwechslungsreich und sehr lecker. Es gab eine große Auswahl, sodass für jeden Geschmack etwas dabei war. Besonders beeindruckt hat uns der Service am Abreisetag. Unser Check-out war bereits um 12 Uhr, unser Flug ging aber erst um 23 Uhr. Trotzdem durften wir den gesamten Tag weiterhin die Hotelanlage nutzen, am Strand entspannen, essen und trinken. Sogar eine Duschmöglichkeit wurde uns vor der Abreise zur Verfügung gestellt. Das ist wirklich nicht selbstverständlich und hat unseren letzten Urlaubstag unglaublich entspannt gemacht. Vielen Dank an die Managerin und das gesamte Team für die herzliche Gastfreundschaft und den außergewöhnlichen Service. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und kommen sehr gerne wieder. Absolute Empfehlung! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐🌴☀️

Ein Hotel, das Gastfreundschaft wirklich lebt! Vom ersten bis zum letzten Tag haben wir uns im Rose Garden Hotel bestens aufgehoben gefühlt. Das gesamte Team ist sehr freundlich, zuvorkommend und immer bemüht, den Gästen jeden Wunsch zu erfüllen. Ein besonderes Dankeschön geht an die Managerin, die mit ihrer herzlichen Art und ihrem Engagement einen großen Teil dazu beiträgt, dass man sich hier wie zu Hause fühlt. Das Essen war durchweg lecker, frisch zubereitet und abwechslungsreich. Jeden Tag gab es genügend Auswahl und für jeden Geschmack etwas Passendes. Was uns aber besonders begeistert hat, war der Umgang mit unserem späten Rückflug. Obwohl wir unser Zimmer bereits mittags verlassen mussten, durften wir bis zu unserer Abfahrt am Abend weiterhin alle Annehmlichkeiten des Hotels nutzen. Wir konnten den Tag entspannt am Strand verbringen, die Verpflegung genießen und uns vor der Reise sogar noch duschen und frisch machen. Dieser Service hat unseren letzten Urlaubstag deutlich angenehmer gemacht und zeigt, wie sehr hier auf das Wohl der Gäste geachtet wird. Vielen Dank an das gesamte Team für die schöne Zeit. Highly recommend Rose Garden Premium! The hotel has a fantastic boutique atmosphere-very peaceful, uncrowded, and right on the beach with a gorgeous garden setting. Everything was clean and well-maintained. Food was amazing. The absolute highlight of our trip was Victoria. She was incredibly attentive, treated us amazingly well, and went above and beyond to make our stay special. She made our experience truly premium and has officially made us loyal customers. We can’t wait to return!

Les chambres n’ont pas vu sur mer et les hôtels sont proches les uns des autres on entend donc la musique des hôtels mitoyens en soirée mais cela ne finit pas tard.

Отель отличный. Расположен на первой линии. Территория не большая, но очень продуманная и ухоженная. Отель после реновации, в номерах все новое, везде чистота, никаких вопросов. Анимации в отеле нет, как и детского клуба. Персонал дружелюбный и отзывчивый, с коммуникациями никаких проблем. Основной ресторан, снек-бар - без нареканий. Соотношение цена/качество одно из лучших в Бельдиби. Рекомендую.

The staff and management were exceptionally kind and genuinely did their best to make us feel comfortable throughout our stay. While the restaurant offered a rather limited selection, especially when it came to beverages, it was always very clean and well-maintained. The food was good and met my expectations. A special mention goes to the fish dishes served at dinner—they were plentiful, fresh, and very tasty.

The hotel was completely different from what was advertised. The pictures did not accurately reflect the reality, which was disappointing from the start. We had specifically requested a double room with separate beds, but upon arrival, we were given a room with only one bed. Resolving the issue during check-in was stressful and took considerable time and patience. Better communication before our trip could have prevented this situation and spared both guests and staff unnecessary frustration.

This hotel is a little gem. A small hotel in an area of huge resorts. It felt very relaxed and chilled, with thoughtful music throughout the grounds (a hugely positive contrast to the jarring music on the resorts either side). There was a live piano at dinner and live entertainment on a few evenings, the outdoor bar area had Ibiza-style vibes throughout. The food throughout our stay was great, with a wide selection at breakfast, lunch and dinner (the fruit table was a particular highlight!) the a la carte restaurant was really delicious and I'm so glad we were able to get a space during our stay. The pool and beach areas are very thoughtfully laid out and never feel like they're too crowded or crammed in. All in all we had a lovely stay and would happily come back!

Mir hat besonders gut gefallen, dass der Service im Hotel wirklich sehr freundlich und herzlich war. Die Mitarbeiter waren richtig nett, aufmerksam und hilfsbereit, sodass man sich direkt wohlgefühlt hat. Besonders Viktoria war super lieb und hatte immer eine Lösung, wenn man etwas gebraucht hat. Auch das Essen war sehr gut. Die Snackbar mittags war richtig lecker und das Buffet war abwechslungsreich, vielfältig und geschmacklich wirklich gut. Außerdem war der Strand sehr schön und das Wasser war total klar. Insgesamt war die Atmosphäre im Hotel sehr entspannt, und ich würde auf jeden Fall nochmal hingehen.

Die Zimmerreinigung war nur in Ordnung und hätte an manchen Stellen etwas gründlicher sein können. Die alkoholfreien Cocktails waren nicht immer gleich gut, da es sehr vom jeweiligen Barkeeper abhing. Außerdem war bei der Handtuchausgabe und Rückgabe öfter niemand da, was manchmal etwas unpraktisch war. Die Hotels nebenan waren teilweise etwas laut, aber nicht so sehr, dass es den Urlaub wirklich gestört hat.

Вид снаружи был просто прекрасный, очень атмосферное и красивое место. Комната тоже была очень уютная и красивая, особенно понравился балкончик. В целом отдых оставил только приятные впечатления. Все сотрудники отеля были очень хорошие. Отдельно хотим отметить Викторию — она была очень милая, отзывчивая и всегда старалась помочь во всех вопросах. Очень приятный и добрый человек, благодаря таким сотрудникам чувствуешь себя действительно желанным гостем !

Единственный небольшой минус — интернет иногда работал слабо и сигнал не всегда был стабильным. Но в остальном всё было прекрасно!

Hotel jest przepiękny, a obsługa przemiła. Na każdym kroku dbano o nas i często pytano czy wszystko jest w porządku. Dostaliśmy także miły prezent obsługi i czuliśmy się wyjątkowo. Jedzenie było przepyszne, codziennie można było zjeść coś innego, ale też sporo rzeczy było na stałe. Bardzo polecam też strefę spa.

Niestety bardzo słychać muzykę i okrzyki z hotelów obok, więc jeśli ktoś szuka bardzo cichego miejsca to ten hotel jest w otoczeniu innych, z których dobiega głośna muzyka.

Нам понравилось . Для Турции отель не 4*, а скорее 5*. Очень комфортный и удобный . Небольшой , но не тесный, все продумано . Очень чисто и вкусно . Десерты в кафешке у входа очень радовали каждый день . Персонал вообще выше всех похвал : уборка, менеджеры, официанты, бармены - все идеально и очень внимательно к каждому гостю . Отдельное спасибо всем садовникам , которые создают такую милую атмосферу своими растениями . Большое всем спасибо за прекрасный отдых с семьей. Мы вернемся осенью !

Очень вкусные завтраки и ужины. Все свежие, много овощей и фруктов. Красивый сад. Море рядом. Тихо. Очень хорошее обслуживание. Быстро и ненавязчиво. Особенно хочется отметить Викторию на ресепшене. Помогает по всем вопросам. Владеет информацией не только по отелю но и по всему Кемеру. Отель очень понравился. Тихая, спокойная обстановка, нет громкой музыки. Рекомендую.

What made our vacation truly special was the kindness and friendliness of all the staff — everyone was welcoming, attentive, and always ready to help. The spa experience was also amazing, especially the massage, which was one of the highlights of our stay. Thank you for the great hospitality! L'hôtel, le cadre, l'emplacement, l'accueil, le buffet, le snack-bar, la piscine, les équipements. Nous tenions à remercier Victoria, Ali, Veli, Sait et Can pour leur gentillesse et pour nous avoir accompagnés tout au long de notre séjour.

La chambre était bien mais trop petite pour 3 personnes, on a dû rapprocher nos lits afin de créer de l'espace au sol pour pouvoir ouvrir nos valises et circuler correctement sinon c'était impossible, alors que nous n'avions que deux valises.

Все очень понравилось. Отель уютный, чистый. Сад очень красивый, розы цвели, обожаю розы. Бассейн, пляж - все отлично расположено, красиво, ухожено. Еда тоже очень понравилась, отдельно отмечу слабосоленый лосось и креветки jumbo - далеко не во всех отелях таким балуют.

Bardzo udany pobyt Hotel Garden Rose w Kemer to świetne miejsce dla osób, które szukają spokojnego, kameralnego wypoczynku, ale jednocześnie lubią wieczorem posłuchać muzyki czy napić się drinka w fajnej atmosferze. Wieczorami organizowane są koncerty lub muzyka z DJ-em, dzięki czemu hotel ma bardzo przyjemny klimat. Dużym plusem jest zadbany teren, czystość i naprawdę wysoki poziom obsługi. Szczególne podziękowania dla barmana Erena — świetne drinki i bardzo sympatyczna atmosfera. Jedzenie bardzo dobre, smaczne przekąski w ciągu dnia oraz restauracja a’la carte na plus. Hotel idealny zarówno na wyjazd we dwoje, jak i z przyjaciółką. Basen sprzyja relaksowi, a ogromnym atutem jest prywatna plaża z leżakami oraz pomost, z którego można bezpośrednio wskoczyć do morza. Warto jedynie wiedzieć, że plaża jest bardzo kamienista — my głównie korzystaliśmy z pomostu i relaksu na leżakach, co było super rozwiązaniem. Większość gości stanowią Rosjanie, ale spotkaliśmy też Polaków i ogólnie atmosfera była bardzo przyjemna i spokojna. Zdecydowanie miejsce warte polecenia.

The atmosphere is so relaxing, with lots of flowers and delicious food and drinks. The management is very friendly and approachable. I especially enjoyed the massage by Natalia and the sauna is in great shape. Plus, we got a complimentary dinner à la carte that was absolutely delicious.

The building had a rather strong cat smell, and I think the hotel management should look into it. We don’t have any problems with cats in the building, but it’s important to keep them away from carpets in the building to avoid any issues for guests with allergies, for example. Also, having food and water bowls would really help prevent cats from drinking from the pool or bothering guests during meals.
