Reviewed Aug 27, 2026La ubicación es excelente. Cerca de todo los lugares de interés del centro histórico. Y salidas rápidas para tomar transporte y desplazarse a otros puntos turísticos aledaños.
¡Ufff, el calor en las zonas comunes es realmente sofocante! El lugar es lindo y agradable, pero resulta difícil disfrutar del desayuno debido a las altas temperaturas. Sería muy recomendable contar con un buen sistema de aire acondicionado o instalar ventiladores de techo que ayuden a refrescar estos espacios. Con una mejor climatización, la experiencia sería mucho más cómoda y agradable.

Reviewed Aug 13, 2026Su ubicación. Cerca a todo. Y la Gatica🥰 era muy tierna. También nos ayudaron con nuestras pertenencias antes del check in y después del check out.
Mucho ruido, tanto interno como externo, todo se escucha. Es difícil cuando se lleva maletas pesadas, pues es un 2-3 piso solo de escaleras. También es algo chico e incómodo. En el baño me golpeaba para moverme. Hay como grietas y humedad. Le hace falta un clóset pequeño o algo para poner las cosas, se queda corto con lo que tienen la verdad.

Faltaba mantenimiento en la habitación, la heladera del frigobar muy ruidosa, la tuvimos que desenchufar para poder dormir. No funcionaba el extractor del baño. Se sentía mucho el ruido de los aires acondicionados de las demás habitaciones.

However, the team members listened to our concerns and provided suitable alternatives within 24 hours. Mistakes happen, but the way a hotel recovers from them is very important, hence our overall impressions are of good service and a pleasant stay. The hotel is also working on its public areas which will only improve first impressions in the future.

Tambien si soy un viajero frecuente semanal, tengo algun tipo de descuento adicional. Debo estar viajando a Cartagena semanalmente hasta Diciembre.

Reviewed Jun 27, 2026La ubicación es lo mejor, es muy céntrica. El personal también fue muy amable todo el tiempo. Las instalaciones son un poco viejas y se nota que le faltan remodelaciones a las habitaciones.
Por las noches se escucha música de los bares alrededor. El desayuno es de baja calidad. Me hubiese gustado que me ofrezcan agua al menos ya que no había recarga de café u otra bebida.

Reviewed Jun 13, 2026The hotel facilities are very good, the staff are attentive and the location is perfect! Close to everything you have to know in the historic part and Porto. The room we initially reserved was very large and with a balcony.
On our second night we couldn't sleep because people started a construction in the front house that lasted until 5 am. With that, we asked at the reception to call the police, due to the silence time but the police did nothing. So, in order to get to sleep, we had to migrate to a room lower than what we reserved, at the back of the hotel, with mini windows, but that served us perfectly.

É próximo de todos os comércios e, inclusive, há padaria na esquina e um mercado 24 horas em frente. A cordialidade dos funcionários é digna de noite sendo todos muito prestativos e dispostos.
A localização, apesar de excelente, é tomada por grandes quantidade de água durante chuvas. A rua chega a ficar intransitável mas acredito que é característico de Cartagena.

Reviewed May 30, 2026Great location, good AC in the room, comfortable bed, good bathroom with hot water, and as I had a room without windows it was relatively quiet. Could still hear music from nearby bar but it was much quieter than if I’d had a room with a window. Staff were all very nice and helpful. Cleaned the room daily.
If you want breakfast at the hotel, you have to tell them the afternoon beforehand what you want to eat and at what time. I wish one could just sit down in the morning and order breakfast. But a small quibble.
