Very clean everything was accessible and plentiful.

It was difficult to get a taxi for this location. I had to use an alternate location and it was not really a big problem

Utensils were inadequate, not kept clean by the previous occupants, no help with the baggage during check out. Taxis don't come through the narrow lane,

Das Apartment ist modern eingerichtet und gut gelegen. Die Gastgeber sind außergewöhnlich nett und haben uns einen früheren Check-In gewährt.

現金がなかったのですが、オーナーさんがバイクに乗せてATMまで行ってくれました。 質問にもすぐに答えてくださいました。 部屋は広くはないですが、清潔に保たれていました。 中心部で、湖までも歩くことができ、行きたいカフェや飲食店にもすぐに行くことができました

スマートテレビがあってYouTubeは見られたのですが、Netflixが繋げなかったのは残念でした

This was a great place to stay for a few days. The host is really friendly and easy going, the location is fantastic, and it was really peaceful and quiet.

No A/C. During the summer it tends to get hot during the day. Only a fan to use.

- de la musique le soir (très léger chez moi) qui s'arrête tôt. Ne m'a pas dérangé mais je pense peut avoir un impact selon l'appartement et le côté de l'immeuble que l'on a

A nice friendly greeting when we arrived late at night, and good communication through WhatsApp. The room was fantastic, with a fully equipped kitchen, and washing machine. The entire apartment was spotless and a nice bathroom with a spacious hot shower. Not to everyone's liking, but the bed was firm, just how I like it. There is a small balcony with a rail to dry your washing. The location was good. Tucked about 20 metres down a quiet cul-de-sac, but seconds away from some really nice restaurants. 15 minute walk to the maze bar and lake, or a cheap Grab. I would definitely stay here again 😁

I RATE 10 ⭐️ Would HIGHLY recommend this place. We stayed here 4 nights but could have easily stayed longer. The room was fantastic. We could walk to anything too, night markets, swan boats ect. Washing machine was really convenient too as we’re back packing and needed to do a load. The owner was beyond amazing. Would reply to my WhatsApp messages almost instantly, and on the day of check out we requested late check out as our sleeper bus wasn’t until 6pm, and they accepted. Allowed us 5 hour late check out and only charged 300,000. We were more than happy to pay that as it made it way more convenient for my girlfriend and I. 1 other thing that made our experience go to another level, was after we checked out my girlfriend left one of her special bracelets in the room. Once I messaged them, again they replied within minutes (which really helped as we were waiting at the bus stop for our sleeper bus). They then cycled (yes cycled, on a bike, not a motorbike) to the bus stop and dropped it off to us. I insisted to pay him for that but he refused to take anything. THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR THAT ❤️ If we have the opportunity to stay in Dalat again, we will 110% stay here. Will recommend it to any friends/family that come to Dalat too, as well as whoever is reading this 🙌

When visiting the city of Da Lat, you should take into account that it is oversaturated with hotels and guest houses, so I recommend staying in guest houses where it will be quieter and more comfortable for an overnight stay for several days. You also need to understand that in this city there are no air conditioners anywhere, neither in hotels nor in guest houses, so be prepared for cool days or nights. Our room was in a completely new built guest house building in the very center of Dalat. This is a studio that had everything and a kitchen and a washing machine and a spacious wardrobe and a wonderful bed with a very dense mattress, probably the best we have ever seen. I would like to separately praise the wonderful interactive TV on which I could project the contents of my phone;)Despite its location, the room was very quiet and the view from the window was onto the courtyard. Atypical for Vietnam overall very clean staircase and separate entrance we could even store a motorbike fully protected inside the front door! In the attic of the fifth floor you can dry your laundry so that you don't have to do it in your room due to high humidity. Special thanks to the managers for their efficiency because we booked a room within half an hour of arriving in the city.

Very new, modern apartments. In a fairly quiet area away from the centre of Da Lat. The apartment has everything you need, and the staff are very friendly and helpful⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I will definitely be staying there again when I’m next in Da Lat 👍🏾

Everything was good - comfortable and clean. Curtains are able to make dark enough, blankets are perfectly heavy.

A lot of appointments way beyond other properties (rice cooker, plenty of kitchen utensils, washing machine, and a drying rack on the patio).

It was a beautiful apartment, but due to my own medical problems I found the bed a little too hard, and I needed a more comfortable sitting area.

The apartment was extremely clean – really spotless – which we appreciated a lot. Even though it was quite small, there was a surprising amount of storage space, which made the stay very comfortable. The location is excellent: there are plenty of lovely cafés and restaurants nearby, and everything is within walking distance. The hosts were truly kind and attentive – very welcoming and easy to communicate with, which made the whole experience feel more personal and cared for.

However, we stayed in the unit on the first floor, which felt a bit dark and not very cozy. The mattress was also extremely firm and while we’re used to harder beds, this one was quite uncomfortable. The kitchen could have been a bit better equipped for example, dish towels and glasses would have been useful. Overall, it’s a great place if you value cleanliness, kind hosts, and a central location, just be prepared for a firm bed and a few missing kitchen basics.

There was a lot of mould :( anything left in one place for too long got covered disappointing as now I am dealing with the aftermath of this

We booked this place because all other places were busy, we didn't have time to book in advance, so it's good that it was vacant. Location is rather close to a kinda "tourist center". Staff was friendly and helpful.

Awfully hard mattresses, even for people with low weight. Mould on tables and chairs.

Good customer service ! Room very clean. The owner very helpful, helping me looking for motorcycle to rent. I'm very sure that I will come again to KoZe Mini Apartment !
