Hotel Alameda Plaza

It is brand new, everything very clean and the staff super attentive. The terrace has a cool breeze and a great view of the city center and the surrounding mountains.

The entrance and the neighborhood of the hotel are not the best.

Fabulous!

Climbing the stairs!

Many good restaurants around this hotel for lunch, and dinner within 200 meters. Inside the Room: Strong Wifi with a individual Wifi Extender inside the room. Good Air Condition, Hot water for shower in the bathroom, security gate on each room.

The breakfast was good and the location is good if you like Seafood and Fish.

The 2nd night of my stay my room had no water. The employee brought me a bucket of water to use for brushing my teeth and I don't know what. This was The Evening Employee is not very courteous and acts like sweeping the floor is more important than attending to the customers. When I tried leaving the Hotel I had to tell her 2 times to unlock the door to allow me to leave. I also asked her for clothes I had her wash a few times.

It’s very clean, comfortable and nice

The place was clean and the view at the top was great. Breakfast was fine.

Didn't like that I had to wait for someone to get inside the hotel, but I understand it must be for security purpose. There was no hot water, just slightly warm. A sign at the street entrance would be the minimum for people to find it.

Beautiful facility, however I think there was a problem with the municipal water supply the day I was there. No water at all available. Employees did what they could to accommodate. Again, I don't think this is a problem with the hotel. Just bad timing with the city.

Nice hotel, almost new

The area is not the best in Cali

Very comfortable, helpful and kind host...would stay here again for sure!

Wonderful attention, friendly staff, impeccably clean.

The hotel exists on the third to the fifth floor. Very difficult to find with no street level existence.

Place really clean and confortable, staff very kind and reactive 🫶🏼

The personal is really trying their best to give the best service. Really good service. Everything is new and fresh in the hotel.

I have a store back so prefer a little softer bed. But other than that it was a really nice hotel.

Very clean, and the staff was super supportive and kind. Nice view. Comfortable bed. Hot shower.
