The view from the house is simply breathtaking – one of the best views we have ever experienced. Waking up and looking over the landscape and the ocean is unforgettable.

Super schönes Haus in toller Lage. Aussicht auf das Meer und das Baden im Whirlpool einfach grandios! Sehr sympathischer Gastgeber mit vielen Tipps und immer erreichbar, wenn es sein muss. Umgebung sehr ruhig und ländlich, schöne Wanderungen in der Nähe. Super nette Einwohner! Außerdem ganz liebe Katzen auf dem Gelände. Auf jeden Fall ein Ort, den wir ganz fest in unser Herz geschlossen haben.

In all aspects an absolute top location and house. Unique setting, unique host, unique stay. I am a very frequent traveler and can confirm this belongs for sure in my top 3 houses. Want to take your family to a top location in the Azores? This is it.

Der Wasserdruck war leider ein bisschen wenig beim duschen.

Nomen est Omen. Wirklich ein Paradies. Fantastischer Platz in einem idyllischen ursprünglichen Örtchen. Nicht nur der Host war super freundlichauch, die Leute im Ort ebenso, insbesondere der Besitzer des kleine Gemischtwarenladens. Das kleine zusätzliche Häuschen mit XXL Jacuzzi im Garten ist ein Traum. Dach und Seiten des Häuschens kann mann öffnen und hat einen einzigartigen Blick auf das Meer. Wir kommen wieder. .

We loved the place. The host is super helpful, if necessary. This is the place to go for perfect sunrise at the most eastern point of the island, even from you bed. Great moon at night. The house is equipped with everything you need. We also loved the Jacuzzi with its breathtaking view. This is the place to relax, calm down and get distracted from busy life.

We really loved both the place and the host. David showed us everything, explained how things work, and gave us great tips on beautiful spots around the island. The house is clean, cozy, and full of charming little details. The ocean views are stunning. In the yard, there’s a table with chairs, a hammock, and a jacuzzi – all overlooking the ocean. It’s just a 5-minute walk to the water. I would happily come back here again.

David his hospitality was just great. He gives you immediately the feeling of coming home. The place is just electrifying. The magnificent view from the house is great and give yourself a walk of 200m for a breathtaking one. The answer of seeing this was for the whole family just silence. The jacuzzi is great to relax after an intense day on the Açores. Do not doubt to book here if you want to stay on the eastern part. The best place for the sunrise.

The house is nestled in a serene town, offering a peaceful atmosphere that is perfect for relaxation. The view from the house is breathtaking, with the ocean stretching out before you and the opportunity to watch the sunrise every morning. Our host, Dave, was wonderful. He provided detailed information about the neighborhood and the island's attractions, and even shared some birthday cake with us. The house was well-equipped with everything we needed and was impeccably clean. Dave was also very responsive, always available to answer our questions. If you're looking to recharge in a tranquil setting on the island, I highly recommend this place.

From the ocean view to the friendly cat, everything was amazing! Perfect host and spotless clean house, definitely worth it!

Wonderful experience. Magical views of the ocean and surrounding fields. Peaceful town with friendly people. The house is nicely restored. Full kitchen and comfortable beds. Being able to do laundry was great. The hot tub was a great ending to the days. The house is very close to so many beautiful spots and only 1 hour from the airport.

The location on the most eastern point of the island is amazing. You can see the ocean from basically every window in the house. If you want, you can even enjoy the ocean view while taking a shower - highly recommend! The house itself is super cozy, so even if the weather is not the best, you can just make yourself comfortable on the couch or sit in the hot tub (also with an ocean view). Also one of the best equipped places we've been to so far. And if it isn't enough that the place is so nice: David is also an amazing Host. Super friendly and helpful. We'll actually miss that place! :)

Beautiful location overlooking the ocean, very private, very small village off the beaten path, kind and welcoming people in the village, helpful and responsive host, comfortable property, wonderful to relax in the hot tub in the evenings looking out on the sea.

We liked everything about our stay. However it is not for you if you want a pristine 5 star hotel. It is a slightly rustic place that feels like a home, not a resort.

Lo mejor de este alojamiento es su localización, con unas vistas impresionantes y super tranquilo. Respecto a la casa, está completísima de equipamientos, limpia y muy bien decorada, y por supuesto el jacuzzi, perfectamente puesto a punto y limpio. De 10.

La presencia de cucarachas, pero no es culpa del alojamiento, es lo que tienen las localizaciones rurales.

The accommodation is in an amazing location where it is completely peaceful and you can watch and listen to the ocean and watch the dolphins. The owner David is very kind and speaks perfect English, he will help you with everything and we even received a small gift and a delicious pastel de nata from him. It also has a telescope in the accommodation for observing the ocean. In the morning you can watch the sunrise. There is only 1 small shop in the locality and otherwise it is completely quiet. The jacuzzi is wonderful, and you can enjoy it especially in the evening after the trek. The kitchen is well equipped and in the vicinity of the village you can go on a nice walk along the coast. It was a balm for the soul.

The owner was very friendly, the location was amazing and the jacuzzi was quite great. Direct access to a nice but dangerous trail.

The owner dog was a bit too friendly. If you come by car, be careful the slop is quite hard to climb.

This place is an extraordinary gem on the ocean shore in Pedreira. The view is stunning and on a clear day you can see thousands of stars in the sky, huge mountains and beautiful green nature surronding the apartment. The apartment itself is well-equipped, also a jacuzzi is at the guest's disposal at any time. The owner, David, was waiting for us at night with some cold beers to show around the property. He was extremely helpful and kind to serve with tips about the surroundings. We would recommend this apartment for everybody wishing to stay at an extraordinary place with kind people and beautiful nature.

The apartment was excellent and David was a great and pleasant host. Great tips for activities in the area, especially Luis' small supermarket right in town as well as horseriding with Pedro. Wonderful apartment, super quiet and the terrace and the jacuzzi with the view are the icing on the cake.

Una vista spettacolare sull'oceano. La casa è molto accogliente e spaziosa. Cucina con tutto il necessario e anche di più. Possibilità di fare bbq e Jacuzzi con vista da 10 e lode. Il proprietario è stato super disponibile, ci ha dato parecchi ottimi consigli! Luogo ideale per godersi la pace dell'isola.

Unsere absolute schönste Unterkunft auf den Azoren. Alleine der Blick von dort aufs Meer ist es wert, dort mehr als ein paar Tage zu verbringen. Wir haben unsere letzte Urlaubswoche bei David verbracht und haben es sehr genossen. Richtig schönes Haus, tolle Ausstattung, sauber und das I Tüpfelchen ist der Jacuzzi mit Meerblick. Da wir auch ein, zwei Regentage hatten, haben wir ihn in der Zeit gerne genutzt. Einfach ein Traum. David ist ein super netter, zuvorkommender Gastgeber der sich direkt um jedes Anliegen kümmert. Wir haben uns wirklich gefreut seine Gäste zu sein und kommen auf jedenfall nochmal wieder. Totale Empfehlung von uns.

Dave is one of the greatest hosts. It was a pleasure to be in his house. The view of the house, pizza oven, jacuzzi and especially the village are just a view things which made the stay to a special one. Dave made sure that we have a great stay. We can recommend it and would come again.

The view was incredible. The pictures don’t do it full justice. In the sun and the rain, at night and during the day, the views were stunning. We traveled across the island each day to see all that makes Sao Miguel a magical place. There is so much to see and experience. We enjoyed returning to the charming setting (and cows and birds) at night. The traditional building with modern touches was comfortable. The hot tub was a very nice feature. David was generous and attentive and thorough. He explained everything that we needed to know about the property, area, and island before leaving us in privacy. Before we left, he gave our kids small, traditional gifts to take home. We cant wait to return.

Die Unterkunft liegt traumhaft schön und bietet neben viel Platz alles, was man zum täglichen Gebrauch benötigt. David ist ein super freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Gastgeber. Besonders hervorzuheben ist der Jacuzzi mit Blick auf den Ozean :)

Prachtige locatie en uitzicht, zeer rustig en ontspannend. Dave is een geweldige host die je met open armen ontvangt en je meteen doet thuis voelen. Het huisje is op alles voorzien en je komt niets tekort, voorzien van goeie wifi en smart-tv, alsook een pizza-oven en BBQ. Zeer handige parking net voor de deur. We mochten op elk moment gebruik maken van de heerlijk warme jacuzzi. Als we ooit terug naar het eiland komen, komen we zeker hier terug!

Hier kan ik oprecht niets bedenken.

We experienced a very warm welcome, not only from David but also from the people of Pedreira, which was very special to us! The location is perfect if you're looking for an authentic and quiet place. The kitchen is perfectly equipped to cook or even use the pizza oven :D David has been very hospitable and helpful - we can definitely recommend staying at this beautiful place and will come again!

The awesome view on the ocean, silence and the warm welcome and hospitality of David.

The place offers stunning views of the ocean and the eastern shore of the island. It is situated relatively away from bigger cities, which was an advantage for us. You can find a local shop with essentials and a bar in Pedreira. David - the owner - was super helpful, friendly and willing to suggest good spots to check out on São Miguel. The house itself has all the necessary amenities, enough even for a longer stay.

If you look for some peaceful nature with a jaw breaking sea view without any humans in sight, this house is made for you. It was a real pleasure coming back to the cosy house after a long day hiking and enjoy the sea with a glass of wine. David the host was super friendly and welcomed us like his own friends, offered us some local pastries, porto and beers. He gaves us plenty of tips about the area, and was super available. I will definitely recommend it and come back.

A localização, a tranquilidade, a estética da habitação, as possibilidades incríveis para uns dias de férias. E o anfitrião faz questão de os mimar de uma forma muito natural.

Apenas um pequeno senão, mas que até ajuda a fazer um pouco de desporto, a rua de acesso tem uma inclinação muito acentuada.
