Die Unterkunft lag toll, mit Blick zum Dorf und Meer, Frühstück sehr gut, Omelett, Spiegeleier werden an den Tisch gebracht. Jeden Tag frisch aufgeschnittenes Obst, vor allem Ananas. Gute Käseauswahl, Wurst eher begrenzt. Am Abend romantischer Blick auf beleuchtete Brücke und Kirche. Outdoorpool und kleiner Innenpool, ebenso Sauna.

Leider älterer Teppichboden im Zimmer, Bad schon älter, das hat aber den Aufenthalt nicht beeinträchtigt. Matraze leider etwas durchgelegen. Sind vom Bett immer nach unten gerutscht.

Super Lage Schöner Pool Kleine Sauna und Spa-Bereich o.k. Das Frühstück war sehr lecker (außer dem Kaffee)

Die Matratzen waren völlig durchgelegen Es gab nur sehr ungemütlich couchähnliche Sitzgelegenheiten, keine normalen Stühle und Tische Der Kaffee schmeckte unerträglich

L’hôtel est bien situé dans un petit village pittoresques et calme de l’île. La chambre était grande et confortable, bon petit déjeuner. L’accès au spa pour les clients est un vrai plus. La piscine est aussi très agréable

Dommage que la carte du restaurant soit toujours la même. Surtout quand on est en demi pension pendant plusieurs jours. Mais c’était de qualité

Abendessen nur in Timeslots und dann ist das Restaurant mit max 5 Personen belegt und alles frei. Zudem Badekappenpflicht in den Pools die man selbst kaufen muss und Innenpool winzig. Extrem unflexibles Personal. Gebt euer Geld lieber woanders aus.

Unterkühlter sachlicher funktionaler Empfang . Gebäude und Garten sind nicht mehr auf der Höhe der Zeit. Es wirkt, als sei in zwei, drei Saisons das Hotel für immer geschlossen. Wir haben aber gut geschlafen, das Zimmer hatte Meerblick und Blick auf die sehr schöne Stadt. Zimmer und Bad waren sehr gut. Während des Frühstücks hätten wir uns gewünscht dass die airkondition angemacht worden wäre, weil die Morgensonne schon sehr intensiv war.

Las vistas son preciosas y la tranquilidad del entorno.

La habitación tenía la moqueta bastante sucia, entendemos que hay manchas que no se pueden quitar. Tiene un problema con las hormigas había muchas en la habitación, tanto cuando llegamos por la tarde, cómo por la mañana cuando nos levantamos.

Es war erst sehr spät möglich im Restaurant zu essen, weil es ausgebucht sei. Unsere Wahrnehmung war anders. Handhabung Badetücher war auch speziell. Personal dürfte zuvorkommender sein.

The beds are comfortable.

The app was big, but totally unfunctional. No normal table to play cards...there were only 3 chairs in the kitchen. We were 4.

Great massage in the spa, nice view from the pool and restaurant.

The dishes we ordered in the restaurant were not great, missing some sauce and spices. The breakfast coffee tasted like instant. The spa did not really feel like a spa, only two saunas and a small pool inside and one outside, however nice with pools!

Marvellous location overlooking the town and out to sea. We were upgraded to a suite with far more room than we needed! Very comfortable large bed. Bathroom grout needed some care but overall very clean. Excellent water pressure in shower. We enjoyed local fish at dinner - good and convenient after a long day sightseeing - and a generous, typical spread at breakfast. We did not have time to explore the pool and spa facilities. Staff was quick and professional at checkin/checkout. Would recommend and only wish we could have stayed a 2nd night in this breathtakingly scenic area of the Island.

there wasn't anything in particular that we didn't like. our room did not have a balcony but we didn't mind, because there were plenty of options to enjoy the outdoors at the hotel, like lounging by the pool. the only reason why it doesn't get a 10 is because I would only grant a 10 in exceptional circumstances, but I would definitely return to this place.

Apparently if you have hair, you can't go in the pool. You need a bathing cap. Bit ridiculous at $300 a night.

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt im The Lince Nordeste sehr genossen. Die Lage ist ruhig, mit einem wunderschönen Garten. Unser Zimmer war großzügig, modern und sehr sauber. Das Frühstück ist reichhaltig, das Abendessen im hoteleigenen Restaurant sehr gut. Der Service freundlich und aufmerksam. Ein idealer Ausgangspunkt, um den Osten von São Miguel zu erkunden.

Es hat alles gepasst. Dass man im Pool eine Badehaube aufsetzen muss, hat uns verwundert.

Ne prenez pas de massage ! Nous avons réservé 2 massages et chacun d eux a été raccourci de 10 minutes. Malgré avoir signalé ceci à la masseuse, elle m a contredite. Et je me suis plainte à la réception que ça faisait un peu cher pour des massages si courts mais aucun geste commercial n a été fait ou aucun remboursement partiel …

The coffee at breakfast was undrinkable!

Nicely located in a hilly street with view to the town. Breakfast is very complete and with an open, comfortable room. The staff was super nice and helpful.

It does need a big refurbishment as it feels a bit outdated. Price-quality ratio is a little bit below for what you normally get in Azores for that same price.

Beautiful, comfortable and quiet hotel in the northeast part of the island. Enjoyable outdoor and indoor pools, as well as sauna and hammam. Breakfast was very good, staff always reachable and helpful. Definitely recommend!

Die Betten sind sehr gemütlich, das Zimmer grundsätzlich schön, wenn auch der Teppich bessere Tage gesehen hat. Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Es hat eine tolle Aussicht. Man hat uns aufgrund unserer Flitterwochen extra Sekt und Herzen auf das Zimmer gelegt.

Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist nicht entsprechend. Das Frühstück hat uns nicht gefallen. Als jemand der gerne Kaffee trinkt muss ich sagen, dass dieser eine Katastrophe war. Es gab (vermute ich) Instant-Kaffee und dieser schmeckte teilweise sogar verbrannt. Das Abendessen war wirklich durchwachsen. Es gibt teilweise gute Gerichte. Aber es war mehr eine Qual vier Tage in Folge dort Essen zu gehen. Die Poolanlage ist etwas schmuddelig und die Tatsache dass man Badekappen tragen muss (anscheinend aus hygienischen Gründen) hat dafür gesorgt dass wir den Pool einfach gar nicht genutzt haben.

Lentitud a l’hora de netejar les habitacions. Ens van dir que tenen temps fins a les 17.30h i gairebé cap dia estava feta abans de les 16.30h. No m’havia trobat mai que més tard de les 15h no pugués tornar a la meva habitació perquè encara no estava neta. I parlem d’un hotel de poques habitacions.

The staff members were amazing, friendly and helpful. We only stayed 1 night because of flight delays changing our schedule but I would definitely go back for a longer stay.

Needing a hairnet for the pool was interesting to be informed about, odd as we saw people in the pool without one.

Even though the hotel has a nice restaurant, I recommend to eat somewhere else if you do not wish to wait very long to even get the menu and then be forgotten all about for the next hour. The breakfast selection is very poor and the coffee is terrible

Hotel situado en un pueblecito tranquilo y preocupado por el reciclaje y la ecologia con grands vistas. El hotel está muy bien, con habitaciones amplias, cómodas y con un baño grande y una terraza cin grandes vistas al mar y al pueblo. La cama es grande y reponen diariamente el café,té y agua. Posee una piscina externa, un spa y un jardín donde puedes ver conejos y diversos tipos de aves. El desayuno está muy bien y el restaurante para cenar es excelente.

Arrivati abbiamo fatto 2 domande: 1 potreste consigliarci un ristorante per stasera. 2 potete aiutarci a capire come prenotare un escursione. Risposte: 1 i due ristoranti suggeriti erano chiusi come tutti gli altri della zona il lunedì a cena. Peccato averlo saputo tramite Google solo molto più tardi senza altra possibilità che ordinare due piatti take away nel loro ristorante..che abbiamo dovuto consumare lì perché non avevano box per portarli via. 2 prenotate voi on-line. Dopodiché ci portano nell appartamento. ABBIAMO SPESO PIÙ DI 100 euro a testa per una notte!! Hotel 4 stelle!! Per la prima volta alleggo foto! Lungo le scale per arrivare in una cucina anni 40 un porcellino di terra ogni gradino. Mi siedo su uno dei 3 sgabelli e si sgretola la finta pelle che lo ricopre polverizzandosi sulle mie gambe. Vado in bagno e scopro che in tutti e due i bagni i bidè sono tappati. Inutilizzabili. Il pavimento di un bagno in linoleum!! L altro con piastrelle sbeccate. In cucina non c è nulla: olio sale detersivo. Nulla. Un bollitore di plastica che sembra un gioco per bambini. Mio figlio si incasta in una doccia minuscola e macchiata ed esce dicendo " mamma, scusa ma questo posto è una truffa legalizzata!" Ho prenotato con mesi di anticipo felice di fare una sorpresa ai miei figli spendendo un sacco per un 4 stelle!!! SPENDENDO UN SACCO!! Ho aggiunto un punto in più perché la ragazza, la mattina, è stata molto gentile e mi ha stampato una mail che ho inviato. Ma all uscita ho detto della mia insoddisfazione e..nulla. "mi spiace" stop. CIOÈ, io mi trovo delle bestie in camera e in un 4 stelle nessuno mi sconta almeno il disturbo di pulire in terra bestie e pezzi di sgabello? Accessori per il bagno 1 cuffia e una saponetta mini oltre al dispenser di sapone?tutti i mobili delle camere macchiati! In un 4 stelle??? Ma davvero??? Presi in giro. Danno e beffa! La notte precedente con 100 euro abbiamo dormito in 3 in un appartamento delizioso!

The hotel is in a great location — the northern-facing terrace offers a beautiful start to the day with breakfast. The facilities are nice, but we were surprised to have to buy swim caps for the pools.

Our mountain-view room ended up having no view—just the parking lot. We may have been near some machinery, as a constant noise disturbed our sleep. The bar and restaurant also offer limited vegetarian options.

Prachtige locatie. Helaas geen uitzicht bij deze kamer, maar je kunt op het gemeenschappelijke balkon zitten. Zeer ruime badkamer. Goed ontbijt.

Hard, onprettig bed. Matig restaurant. Schimmel in de airco. Voor deze prijs moet dat beter.

The beds are comfortable. The view is beautiful. The breakfast had a good selection. Very good hot shower. I enjoyed the chairs and table out on the deck. Good size room.

No toiletries in the washroom except for body wash so had to go to a store to buy shampoo and conditioner which for a 4 star hotel is unexpected. The lighting in the bathroom is not good for applying makeup due to where the fixtures are placed. Also there is no 'night light' or low light option so you have to leave the bright light on with the door closed so you can see where you are going at night. Considering it's a spa hotel-would be nice to have robes and slippers in the room. The carpet was quite stained in the room. There is no water in the spa area or place to fill a bottle. the hotel overall has no ambience or character. No music of any kind in the dining room for breakfast or dinner. No fresh flowers in the entrance lobby even though there are wild hydrangeas growing everywhere outside. It just lacks any kind of personal touch or detail.

Il est dommage que le personnel de la réception ne parle pas pas le Français, Seulement l'anglais. A mon avis, la salle de bain est dans le passé pour un établissement de 2017.

Meersicht mit Sonnenaufgang und Blick auf die Kirche. Restaurant direkt im Hotel mit freundlichem Personal und feinen Speisen (Abendessen und Frühstück). Schöner Indoor-Pool. Aussenpool war leider zu dieser Jahreszeit noch zu kalt. Perfekt gelegen, um den Osten der Insel zu erkunden.

Excelente pequeno almoço. Empregados super atenciosos e disponíveis. Vinhamos numa situação complicada e conseguiram tornar a nossa estadia muito agradável.

Portas dos roupeiros penduradas/partidas. Apartamentos com escadas íngremes, perigoso para crianças. Funcionários da limpeza rudes a perguntar porque nao se pôs a placa "do not disturb" mas ela simplesmente não existia no apartamento.

Das Hotel liegt sehr ruhig etwas erhöht vom Dorf. Die Zimmer sind sauber und haben eine gute Grösse. Das Essen im Restaurant bietet eine kleine Auswahl, so das es von allem etwas hat.

Very small indoor pool; we had to wear swimming caps (which we didn't know so we had to buy them for 4e at the hotel reception). We had to collect the robes for the spa at the reception, but it didn't come with slippers. The rooms are also not very well isolated so you can easily hear people in the corridor.

Cudownie miękkie, przestronne i wygodne łóżka. Błoga cisza za oknem, z pięknym widokiem na miasteczko i ocean. Apartament z dwoma sypialniami to mieszkanie: dwa poziomu, dwie łazienki, salon z kominkiem, dwa balkony/ tarasy. Restauracja na bardzo wysokim poziomie.

Jeśli miałabym się do czegoś przyczepić: to bardzo intensywny zapach natury. Duża wilgoć, a tym samym mocny zapach stęchlizny w pomieszczeniach ale to ‚urok’ tych wysp. Tutaj, można pomóc sobie klimatyzacją.

Superbe hôtel, situé à Nordeste, avec une magnifique vue de notre chambre sur la piscine, les jardins et la mer. La chambre était très spacieuse et propre. Les thermes sont intimistes et agréables. Grand parking pour y garer les voitures.

Le petit-déjeuner était sympa le premier jour mais devenait très répétitif. Nous avons été au restaurant le soir mais n’avons pas très bien mangé.

Très belle vue sur la ville et la mer et belle hôtel qui met un peu de confort dans le roadtrip. Le restaurant est très bon et les serveurs se mettent en 4 pour nous satisfaire.

Da alcatifa nos quartos e de terem unido duas camas de solteiro, quando pedimos atempadamente cama de casal.

Alles etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Spa Bereich mit Schwimmhaubenpflicht die dann an der Rezeption gekauft werden sollen, Bademantel und Handtücher muss man sich auch extra ausleihen gegen Bezahlung.

Lage oberhalb der schönen Gemeinde. Zugewandtes Personal. Reichhaltiges Frühstück.

Gostámos bastante da nossa estadia no hotel. Os funcionários foram sempre muito prestáveis, simpáticos e atenciosos, o que fez toda a diferença na nossa experiência. Tivemos a oportunidade de passar algum tempo no bar e o ambiente é realmente muito agradável e acolhedor. Os quartos são confortáveis e a vista é simplesmente linda, o que torna a estadia ainda mais especial. O hotel, no geral, é muito bonito e bem cuidado. O pequeno-almoço também superou as expectativas, muito saboroso e com bastante variedade, permitindo começar o dia da melhor forma.

A única situação que nos desapontou ligeiramente, e que não está diretamente relacionada com o hotel em si, foi a utilização da piscina. Durante a nossa estadia, a piscina encontrava-se frequentemente bastante cheia, sobretudo com muitas crianças a brincar e a saltar para a água, o que acabou por não ir ao encontro da nossa expectativa de um ambiente mais tranquilo e relaxante. Além disso, tivemos alguma dificuldade em encontrar espreguiçadeiras disponíveis, tendo sido necessário voltar várias vezes à piscina até conseguirmos lugar, já que estavam constantemente ocupadas. Também sentimos falta de cabides ou um espaço mais organizado para deixar os nossos pertences. Ainda assim, compreendemos que estas situações podem acontecer, especialmente em períodos de maior afluência.

The view was wonderful. The food was excellent. We chose the half board and had a very delicious 3 course meal. Breakfast was also a treat

My bed was somewhat lumpy and not as comfortable as I would have expected.
