Grandview Residences with awesome view

Its mediocre

Elevator not functioning properly. It wont go to tbe rhird floor when wanting to go down. One has to go to the second floor anf one usrs a cane it becomes hazardous Can clearly smell cats which was observed by the cats at night. Not grand view as the name implies. Hard to find. Reception area no lighting. Gloomy

The WiFi service is close to nothing, mobile data is also weak from inside the room - I need to have my phone in the window just to get proper mobile data so I could work.

I booked 2nights on this accommodation for my elderly parents to celebrate new years in great city baguio, because the place got good reviews and ratings online. To there disappointment and frustration, it is not as good as the reviews and photos shows. Its misleading, Upon arrival, my parents described, that the place got a bad smell, and they struggle to open the door to start with. They had to ask help with the neighbours flat. The pillows on the sofas appears to be stained. There's only 1 thin blanket (and its December in Baguio) when my parents message the host, he just replied that theres no extra blankets, no personel and theres no laundry shop open since its new years. This is unacceptable, even if its new year, as a host you should provide the basic amenities to ensure your guests have a comfortable stay. And if this is an issue then the place shouldn't be available to host guest on newyears. The bathroom/shower situation, my parents had to use the bucket and add hot water to wash and because the shower is not working. The towels provided appears old and dirty and a Very small soap. And overall appearance of the place as described by my parents is old and needs updating, in.contrary to the photos online. The host is not responding to my parents queries, not with emphaty, and no concrete action plan to make there stay memorable, it is memorable but for the wrong reasons, instead, they got frustration and disappointments.

I like the room, the location, and the overall accommodation of my 9-day 8-night stay. They have provided my requests for toiletries and extra blankets, the room is neat and clean, and it has a nice overlooking view outside. I feel safe in the vicinity, especially with my valuables that I always leave behind whenever I go out, and the city center is within walking distance.

It would be nice and very helpful during my stay if the area has good wifi and/or data reception because I happen to be working online during weekdays. The Globe Broadband provided in the room has a very weak signal. I always have a hard time connecting online, and I somehow use my phone data, but Smart also has a weak signal in the area.

Easy access to downtown. It’s like a 10minute walk going to burnham park, near Sm baguio and what i like the most is the convenience on getting a cab to go everywhere(tho Grab is also available like less than 15 seconds you already have a taxi). The Rooms are well cozy and you can feel the breeze of baguio.

Not Actually like but i am looking forward to have at least air conditioning still for rooms tho i understand that there is no need to have because of the weather. Well this is just me.

The room should be cleaned thoroughly. Pls clean the cabinet under the sink. there's unpleasant smell coming from the toilet drainge and under the kitchen sink.

The mattress was just a thin slab of foam and not a real mattress. But most of all we were infuriated by the lack of a proper blanket . We realise that it was a short stay apartment and not a hotel room, but we froze without a real blanket. It’s spoiled the experience of what is actually a good apartment .

The location is nice, far from the noise of the bustling city, not too cold, yet not that warm as well. You have so much privacy and the place is so neat when we checked in. Highly recommended for couples

Had a slight inconvenience with cellular signal, but it's intermittent. It's hard to get a taxi due to the peak season, but overall, it's quite nice

The water pressure in the shower was okay. Hot water worked well. Instructions to access until were clear and precise. Good sized fridge, which was on and ready to go.

There was a strange odour in the unit. Some air freshener or a good airing out before the guest arrives might be a good idea.

It has a large window thus, you get a good sunlight and a good view. It has a lobby where you can loitee around. The guard is friendly.

There was a construction on going that was directly outside our window. It was loud. The location is not good for us as it’s far from session road, Cathedral, and SM, by foot. The utensils were bad and not properly washed. There were no extra garbage bags. There were no slippers. The towels look like rugs. The water pressure of the shower was weak. The CR was slimy. The tiles of the room were slimy as well. The blanket was wayyyy too small. The pillows were ready to retire. The wifi connection was weak. Well comparison is easily done once you have the taste of perfection right? Our previous accomodation was better compare to this one. Way better. But, if you have no other choices since all are fully booked, you can bear with this one.

The location was very good, considering our previous stay. It was very accessible to public transportation, and lots of key places. Great view as well, overlooking, and seeing SM from our window. We had a chance to experience fog as well, which further enhanced our experience.

It’s located behind a steep ascent, and if would not recommend to inexperienced walkers. We’d always ask the taxi to go up to the entrance, rather than walking up ourselves

The owner is easy to deal with and really helps us especially with the internet connection. Even let us check in early and stay a bit longer. Depends on the availability of the unit.

It’s hard to get back to the hotel without riding a taxi because of how steep it is to reach atop.

We love that it has a great view, nice sofa, nearby restaurants and 7eleven and internet. They have an Ogawa chair and a mini gym upon request.

The blanket was too thin especially for two people staying in Baguio. 🥶 Internet connection was a bit of a problem since it’s reloadable and sometimes loses its signal.

I like the location, it is near the city especially Burnham Park but very quiet, I do not hear the traffic. I love the view. The place is clean and all appliances and wifi are working.

Location was good, near Burnham park, SM, Market, etc. Well kept, clean, appliances all appeared to work as expected. View looking partially towards the city, including SM & Sky Ranch. Decent cookware and mini fridge available for cooking at home. Free reliable wifi. Self check-in (going straight to the unit after checking in online) and not having direct contact with any management, was actually a positive for one of us.

Part of the view out of the only window in the unit, was looking straight down into relatively close and unobstructed views of neigh orange houses, which made it a bit uncomfortable to keep the window shades open for enjoying the rest of the view. This was up a fairly steep driveway, which some taxi drivers found difficult to drive up or find. It was also a bit rough to climb up and down, if choosing to walk anywhere. No feasible or legible signage was posted along the road or building as viewed while approaching the hotel, so it was hard to tell where the location actually was, or if we were at the right building, until we got to their lower carpark. The front or 'face' and entrance of the building was actually facing away from the road, towards woods/trees. Perhaps this is planning for future development, but it didn't lend to easy identification or a good impression/image of the building. Otherwise no real complaints, overall satisfied and would have stayed longer if there was availability.

Non ! The renter at room 311 Mr. Jerwin Puzon was not accessible since arrival, tv and wifi was inaccessible even the unit owner was intermittently giving us orders on how to operate his wifi box and cable box...

The stay at Mr. Jerwin Puzon unit 311 in the Grandview Residences was a disaster.

Really nice view! It is overlooking SM Baguio and the entire Burnham area. The hosts were very accommodating with me. They greeted me right when I arrived at the lobby.

Blankets are quite short. Wished there was a mop so I could clean after myself since I was in and out of my place. Host was a little difficult to reach out with. Wished there was liquid soap or something, so bring your toiletries with you and maybe flip flops too.
