It was a good place to stay because it had a parking stall. The security is very nice! They helped us finding the specific elevator for the building. The condo was clean and spacious. It was very nice to see a welcome sign.

The condo had a smell that seemed stuck on the walls (old wood so most likely has mold). Please beware if you are also senstive to smells like my family and I. The towels also had a smell - maybe they did not dry well so we went out to buy some to use.

Location,amenities,cleanliness was all perfect. We had a party of 4 and we all fit comfy. Thank you for a pleasant place to stay during our visit to Baguio.

The place was very clean and spacious. I especially appreciated that the kitchen utensils were new and well-maintained. What impressed me the most was the thoughtful welcoming note placed on the balcony, it was a lovely touch.

On the first day, the elevator was not functioning, so we had to use the stairs. Unfortunately, we were with an elderly person and a baby, which made it very difficult for us.

Bathroom/CR/toilet both smelly and have ants, no bidet so for sure if you poop, you will use the shower head. The trash can was almost full when we arrived. The towels were so smelly. We bought donuts at the mall, we just left them on the dining table for an hour and the ants were already in our food. We couldn't sleep because of the loud noise around because of the karaoke. My brother woke up with his lip swollen, something bit him, we don't know if it was a cockroach or an ant, really disappointed. We all woke up at 5am because we were not compy so we decided to go to hotels, even though we booked here for 2 nights.

Need improvement for towels

Very clean, cosy and relaxing ambiance, homey at the same time. You can bring food and cook your meals with water dispenser provided. All kitchen utensils and appliance available. Very near to Burnham park and sm baguio. Very good value for money. Highly recommended. My family enjoyed their stay. Thank you.

Almost nothing. Just I hope there will be lock and bidet in the lower floor restroom. Otherwise, everything's amazing.

You really have to be extra careful when showering or using the toilet on the 1st floor. The water flows through the door. The best is to take a shower on the 2nd floor.

The property is near burnham park and highway road

The karaoke around neighborhood is 24/7 you can still hear the loud noises even at 3am! Opening of the room was messed up. The host gave us a wrong passcode and instead of resting after we found the place at around 3-4 AM we waited for hours for his reply and got the correct passcode! We already advised him that we will arrived by that time and yet he didn’t make sure the place if it’s accessible or not. After that incident, i haven’t got any sorry from him! And in addition, the room was in the top floor and we couldn’t use the elevator because it’s broken! Imagine we have luggages to carry by stairs!

There were lots of extra mattresses available and the place was clean. Little extra details were very much appreciated. ( The place smelled good with the essential oils, the welcoming sign, nice sturdy chargers, drinking water station)

The bath towels were not absorbent and didn't help with wet hair. Also, we needed more thicker blankets.

Elevator is not working - I have one child who is currently on a leg cast and my aunt who has difficulty to walk long distances that made our trip uncomfortable because of this issue. We only stayed overnight but they weren’t able to repair the elevator. Some of the cellphone charger and hair straightener would not function properly.

- Proximity to Burnham, Baguio Night Market, and SM Baguio; - Accomodation is SUPER comfortable. My companions also said so. Space is good for a decent-sized family, TV has all kinds of subscription channels to watch series out of, kitchen has cooking and eating utensils. Showers had heaters. Room had blankets. Hair dryers and hair straighteners are also available (tho weren't able to test them). Towels enough for everyone. Drinking water also available. Also disposable toothbrushes and simple amenity kits. Lots of beds and chairs! - Always love the welcoming message at the balcony. =) - Place is clean and looks well-maintained! Both times I stayed here I didn't mind just lounging around this accommodation and doing nothing because it's really super comfy.

Being picky here but just some of the towels had a weird smell so we didn't use those. Others were fine though! Aside from that everything was good!

Good for big group.

There’s a faulty smell in the bathroom on the main level. Cockroaches crawling on the floor and in the bathroom. No restaurant or convinient store in the area.

The place is very nice and comfy. The small things and touches made us feel home such as the air humidifiers and the lights. The amenities are complete! We only needed to bring ourselves in. If I’m gonna come back to Baguio with a big group, I’ll book it again for sure! Thank you.

Those bed sheets specifically pillow cases are quit stinky need to be change every time if there’s a tenant. And toilet tissue is not enough for 9 people for 2 days.

Almost everything! The space is big, clean, and comfortable. Utensils and appliances are complete, they also have towels and toiletries. What you see in the pics is what you get. Walking distance from Burnham Park too. I regret only staying for a night. Will book again if we come back to Baguio!

The first floor comfort room has a weird smell and the short roads going up to the condo are very steep.

The property has sewage smell and our stay was very uncomfortable throughout. The towel provided does not absorb water, it repels it. The water faucets flow in the bathrooms are very slow.

Spacious, everything you need is already there & most of all the internet is the best. Near the city proper.

The connecting doors is not in it's good condition. Very low water pressure from the shower. And the toilet/shower don't have enough space to take a nice & warm bath. Need more parking space.

The room was very spacious that can fit the whole family. We are 10 pax including children but still have more available space/beds. Very near to Burham park and other tourist spot. You can cook your fave food and near to groceries. Highly recommended condo and deffinitely will come back again. Thank you very much.

The location is great because it is at the center of everything. Aside from that, the place is very clean and well organized. They also have provided the drinking (mineral) water and cooking equipment. It was also able to cater to our large group without being cramped. The 4 bedrooms are superb!

Just one thing: the shower heater on the upper rooms is not functioning. We had to boil water just for us to take a bath upstairs.

- Spacious apartment - Walkable distance to/from Burnham and Session road - Internet connection is reasonably fast - We got complementary drinks, fruits and toiletries

- There is a faint, bad smell at the entrance, we tried to cover it with some spray and perfume. - Bathroom on the first floor is very small so taking a shower is difficult with the toilet inside. Second bathroom is reasonably large. - There is no water on Sunday and this extends until Monday noon. Host did not disclose this to us knowing that it is day before Christmas. We have to solve the issue by purchasing gallons of water from the nearby water station and occasionally getting water from the toilet downstairs when water pump is weak. Rest of our stay was ok. - Host was unreachable when we had water issue. We contacted the host since morning and received only a reply in the evening when we already found a way to solve the issue. This is something the host should improve on. You should not be accepting guests if you are not able to assist or you should fully disclose issues if they are recurring or give a heads up if you would be away.

It had 4 rooms, 2 bathrooms although second BR very small. Contact less check in. Laundry facility next building. Unit on 5th floor but had elevator. House cleaner very helpful.

Lost WIFI last 2 days of stay, asked to find another place to stay and to vacate in 2 hours. Host not very personable. Road to building very steep, not good for people who have difficulty walking.

I like the unit. Complete tools in kitchen and rooms.

The rooms were as displayed in the pictures. The place has cleaning items such as garbage bags and dishwashing soap to keep the place clean. The place is conveniently near a small grocery store and a water refilling station.

Overall, the rooms and the place were clean. But the bathroom's glass doors still had hair from previous guests. There's also a faint smell of old cabinets and cockroaches in the kitchen. And all the small fans are still dirty with dust. Also, the showers on both floors have low water pressure.

The location and the size of condo was fine.

The toilet drainage, it smells a lot. And also the early check out of 11am.

what you see is what you get..location is very near to the tourist spot,,rooms are big ebough for large group..they have also spare beds...will definitely comeback here...
