Extremely unprofessional and disappointing experience. I made a reservation four days in advance through Booking.com and arrived expecting my confirmed reservation to be honored. Instead, I was told that there was no availability and that they could not accommodate me. The most shocking part was that when I contacted the person responsible, they did not even seem to know that the property was still open and accepting bookings on Booking.com. They were not aware that the property was available for booking. This is a serious management and communication failure. If you do not know whether your property is open for reservations, you should not leave it available for customers to book. I had a confirmed reservation and arrived at the property only to discover that their internal problems had become my problem. Completely unacceptable and very unprofessional.

Это не отель, а апартаменты. Если приезжать компанией, то подойдёт. Есть вайфай и горячая вода. Хозяин сразу связался и встретил

This is private house converted to Hotel even not any facilities. He can charge more with provide some guest facilities.

The view on the rooftop is amazing, amazing host very accomondating The room (I stayed in) is very very spacious has 2 beds (1 single & 1 Double). Very silent and peacefull area, you will see horses, camels and donkey's on the road....

Ammar hotel, despite its simplicity, is considered one of the most beautiful places you can stay in, as it makes you feel like it is your own home. The most beautiful thing about it the people who supervise the place, they make you feel really glad with their high-class treatment and respect for you as a customer, especially the very polite and respectful young man, Mr. Ahmed Heggy, whose brilliant. Ahmed Heggy is a man who understands tourism and history and is considered a model in customer service. The important thing is that the place is located a stone's throw from the pyramids and is considered a popular place that meets your daily needs and is surrounded by reasonable price shops compared to other places in the tourist area. Therefore, Ammar Hotel will be my destination on every visit to Egypt and I can't replace it with any other place. I also really liked the roof, which has a beautiful seating area that allows u to see the pyramids and the Sphinx, especially at night, which puts you in the peak of happiness and relaxation.

Generally, great price for a private single room. Overall - good stay. 10 min walking distance to Giza Pyramids - if you are interested. In neighbourhood, not detached from local community.

The bed was comfortable and the ac was nice to have, it worked well.

A case where you get what you pay for. The place is quite dirty. The table in the entrance was covered with food and crumbs. The carpet in my room was very dirty and the bed as well. When using the squeegee in the bathroom after showering the water came away brownish. The view from the terrace is quite nice, but the host has to be there to unlock it for you. If he isn’t around, you’re out of luck. The booking was supposed to come with breakfast, but when asked about it, I was told that it didn’t and if I wanted it the price would come out of the other hosts pay. The WiFi also never worked. There is no 24hour reception beyond messaging on WhatsApp and waiting for a reply. Lastly, make sure you get a roll of toilet paper when you check in because the bathroom isn’t checked and restocked.

It was homey, had all the right necessities - a bathroom inside and outside the room, hot water, jacuzzi (although we didn't actually use it), a large bed, cupboard space, privacy and even stylish furniture in the lounge with the option to smoke if you are a smoker (we are not and there was no smell of it). Above all else the service is top tier. The family that run this business are extremely nice and if you need anything that are willing to help

Ammar is a really nice person, I He's busy at work, but he look after you, if you need anything you can text him. His cousins are really nice too, the are happy to show you around, and you'll discover the traditional local food. The geographical situation of the place is perfect

My stay at Ammar Pyramids View was simply fantastic! I met so many wonderful people who truly touched my heart. The room was spacious and very clean, with a huge, spotless bathroom. The location was perfect, everything within easy reach, and the view from the rooftop terrace overlooking the pyramids was absolutely breathtaking! Unfortunately, my stay was too short, but I would love to come back anytime!
