De ligging was ideaal! De duplex is ruim, schoon, de AC werkt perfect, leuk zwembad. De bedden waren ontzettend comfortabel en het personeel deed alles om het naar onze wens te maken.

De handdoeken zijn aan vervanging toe en ze hadden een vrij muffe geur.

La proximité du centre-ville et de la plage, voir louer des vélos sur place avoir une machine à laver c’est très pratique avec la lessive. En plus c’est très bien je conseille.

Le petit déjeuner assez limité. Chaque jour il était donné de formes différentes (de pire en pire, servi à la fin dans des assiettes pour enfant en plastique).

The location, facilities were great. The duplex we were in was large and well kitted out. The pool was larger than the photos make it look like. Slightly set back from the main.street, it is lovely and quite. But everything is within easy walking distance. If we want to be on the beach, this isn't for you, as the beach is a 5 minute walk. If we are looking for a quite, well-maintained comfortable place to stay within walking distance of shops, beach, massage places, bars and restaurants, this is a great option.

Restaurant onsite is limited, but great for breakfast (about 8 a la carte options to choose from). But many restaurant just on the main street.

Lounges around pool can get fully occupied at certain times. It also only takes one boisterous family to dominate the pool and ruin it for everyone else.

Beautiful pool, spacious rooms, daily cleaning service and friendly staff. Ayumi and Septya in the restaurant were a delight to interact with each day - so welcoming and helpful ❤️ Huge rooms, comfy beds. We loved having a washing machine (with powder provided) and plenty of drinking water (great to avoid buying plastic water bottles). We enjoyed being able to order room/pool side service and the fantastic location- we could walk to everything. We will be back!

Quiet location away from the busy road. All the staff are very friendly & helpful. Spacious duplex apartment with comfortable beds & balcony overlooking the pool. Very clean. Lovely swimming pool & had an excellent massage at the spa. Enjoyed the food.

Breakfast was room service only because the restaurant was closed for renovations but the meal was stone cold and although we ordered the night before but forgot our drinks and had to ring twice to get them. Although the rooms were nice the living area was blocked in behind walls and offered no view at all. Sorry won't be staying again.

wir haben uns in dem Hotel sehr wohl gefühlt, alle Mitarbeiter waren sehr sehr freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit wir werden definitiv wieder herkommen das Frühstück war sehr gut und die Mitarbeiter sind hier besonders hervorzuheben an konnte uns bei allen Anliegen immer unkompliziert geholfen werden

The breakfast was Perfect and so is the whole place. We have come to Bali about 7 times now and this has been the Best Accommodation so far. We will not hesitate to book here again. 10 out of 10 for us thankyou

We were so impressed with the size, quality and cleanliness of our two bedroom apartment. The rooms were huge and comfortable, the air con worked great and it was well stocked with everything needed for our three night stay. The washing machine was a huge bonus after traveling for a couple of weeks and would be great with kids too. The pool area is relaxing and the water is a great temperature. Staff were lovely and friendly and it was a bonus to have room service offered each morning. The location is ideal, close to everything on the main shopping street and only a short walk to the beach front. It was super quiet at night. Will definitely book again in the future.

A long term resident with a medical condition who spoils every guest stay. Although management is aware of it and offered for us to move to a villa prone to flooding at the time so we stayed put, they seem reluctant to follow their policy about guests disturbing others which is a shame in such a nice resort.

Świetny basen . Duży , czysty i zadbany. Dobrze wyposażona kuchnia . Miła obsługa w recepcji w restauracji i ekipa sprzątająca.

蚊帳のあるベットルームは、蚊帳が半乾きの臭いがして不快でした。毎回洗濯してもらった方が良いと思います。 シャワーの排水溝が詰まっており、長い時間シャワーを浴びると水が流れず不衛生です。

Если идет сильный дождь, то затапливает дорожки и нельзя пользоваться бассейном. Море специфическое. Все чисто, но есть много водорослей и мелко

We had 4 nights in Sayang Sanur and really enjoyed it. The location is great, the rooms huge and well airconditioned. Location is great and the pool better than it looks on the pictures. The kids really enjoyed the stay and as its set back down a long drive from the main road and its super quiet but also safe, so the kids were roaming around freely! The front desk staff were super helpful and we ended up using the driver we had as airport pick-up for 2 whole days! the pancakes are immense- our children looked like they had bathed in them after!!

The SPA has to be booked a day in advance, which is not great. I ended up going out and getting myself a different SPA for a fraction of the price! the breakfast is a little monotonous after 4 days!!!

Great location, friendly staff, good breakfast and the beds were comfy!

De ruimte van de woning beviel het meest, met 2 slaapkamers. Ook de locatie was top! Alles werd ook goed schoongemaakt.

Het geheel was vrij sfeerloos, erg steriel, weinig gezelligheid ook niet bij het restaurant.

Очень хороший, удобный, большой номер. Практически все необходимое есть на кухне. При заселении было все необходимое в ванной комнате, включая зубную щетку и пасту.

Полотенца - они очень застиранные и уже не белые, а желтые.

The proximity of the resort, very clean and the staff were amazing.

The breakfast could have a bit more variety eg cereal, omelettes and the coffee was very average.

The location was great - good access to restaurants, beach and shops.

The breakfast and lunch menu was poor, very dull and repetitive. There weren’t enough sun beds around pool to cater for all guests. The pool temperature could have been a bit cooler. This resort is very tired and needs some money spent on it.

Missed not having lush tropical garden and didn't enjoy walking past chicken pens to main street.

This property exceeded my expectations. The staff were amazing, our villa was perfectly equipped with everything we needed, pool was great, breakfast was great, location was exceptional, very private and quiet. I will definitely be back :)

the only tiny suggestion would be some hooks for towels/ clothes etc in bathroom would be handy, but can't really fault anything

Great hotel in a great location. 1 minute from restaurant and 10 minutes from the beach. Very quiet location and nice breakfast.

The property was exceptionally clean, comfortable and spacious. The complex was private, tranquil and pleasant. The pool was lovely. The staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly.

Some more variation on the breakfast menu would be nice.

The staff were excellent - very helpful. It is in a great location and in close proximity to the international airport. The apartment was clean and very roomy. we would definitely stay there again

Limited options in the restaurant. Not enough loungers around the pool

Duplex is right in front of the hotel pool and lounge area-- walk out the door and dive right in! The duplex was a lot more spacious than we expected. Huge living area downstairs, upstairs two bedrooms each with their own bathroom (shower+toilet). Beds are comfortable and clean. One bedroom is connected to a balcony, great for chilling out. Living area comes with a fully equipped kitchen, including microwave for heating up those snacks you brought home;) Also a guest toilet is available downstairs. Staff is absolutely amazing; one night something tripped the breaker which was immediately resolved by the front desk staff, while on a day-to-day basis staff is happy to suggest places to visit and arrange transport there. Room cleaning is daily, and if needed extra towels etc., they're happy to provide that too. Staff can arrange for laundry services -- but actually there's also a washing machine outside (near the back door). Location is wonderful - 10 minute walk to the beach, similar time walk to a new-ish mall, plenty restaurants nearby both local and international. Extremely good value-to-cost ratio, and would definitely come back.

With this property, as with similar ones all around Bali, you may expect the occassional visit of the odd lizard or two, and perhaps frogs. More unwanted visitors are kept at bay via pest control regularly arranged by the property staff, which can cause odd smells.

A quiet and private location, off the main road, but close to many dining options and shopping. Excellent breakfast included, spacious, good air-conditioning, and the most comfortable bed of our trip. Friendly and helpful staff.

This is one of the best guest apartments we have stayed in different countries. The location, the space, the facilities, were all perfect. The staff were super friendly and helpful, The property also has charming bamboo features: the big open space dinning hall with a high bamboo ceiling; the main entrance lined with arched bamboo trees, and the narrow alley between buildings was lined with bamboo plants. We were so happy to find this lovely place in Sanur Bali. If you travel with your family and friends to Bali, and want to have a place that is close to the beach (7 min walk) and not too far from the airport (so not have to worry about the challenging traffic), this is a wonderful home away from home!

Everything! This place was just heaven for us. Beautiful breakfast, rooms, pool and location. I was very sad to leave.

To be really picky, it would be nice to have tea & coffee available in the room.

Breakfast and restaurant wonderful, loved our kitchen and lounge area , pool was amazing and being allowed access to the yoga shala was great . STAFF WERE HELPFUL TOO.

RESTAURANT CLOSED AT 5PM SO WOULD HAVE BEEN GOOD TO EAT DINNER THERE. DRIVEWAY A BIT DANGEROUS MY FRIEND TRIPPED ON PAVERS AND FELL HURTING HERSELF, ALL THE RAIN WAS PROBABLY THE CAUSE THOUGH. THE COST OF DUPLEX ROOMS WAS A BIT PRICEY TOO .

Beautiful clean resort in a great position within Sanur. Good value for money in a villa that gives you good air conditioned space. Lovely staff. Very safe. Loved having on tap cold/hot water that was safe to drink and a big fridge/freezer. Breakfast was lovely.

Small things like no hand towel in the downstairs toilet. No tea towel or free tea, coffee or milk in the kitchen. It would be lovely if there were bigger cups in the kitchen for my coffee bags in the morning to enjoy on the balcony 🙏🙏🙏 🔥🔥🔥Please do not use the money changer in the lane to the resort. When checking money after changing money he short changed me by 200,000 IDR 👎😡 He was very clever even with having my friend with me. I should have double checked his counting.😭 Please double check if using his man. The pool was very warm with minimal shade.

Lovely area, close to everything. Beautiful location of the vilas- so quiet and tranquil.

We had to move villas half way through our stay, which was really inconvenient with a toddler :(

Breakfast was good eventhough with a limited option. Location was prime.

There is no desk/table on the second bedroom with the twin beds. The house phone did not work, so I cannot call the reception desk or the room service from the room phone.

We stayed in Duplex 5, plenty of space and great pool just out the front.

The pool. It was huge and looked amazing but the water was hot. Not good for a refreshing swim when you get home for the day or to lay beside in the sun.

The location was great. Easy walking distance to the beach, bars, cafes and shops. The two-storey apartment had everything you needed for a comfortable stay, and a balcony overlooking the pool. The breakfast was very filling and the staff were friendly and helpful. it was only a short drive to the Port for catching the fast boat to nearby islands. Close to the esplanade walk and cycle path along the Bay with cafes and shops - a lovely way to spend a morning.

We should have stayed for more than one night.

We arrived very late and were able to check-in with the security man on arrival. We have stayed here before in duplex 4 which was quiet. This time we stayed in unit 3 which was the mirror image of no.4. All still well equipped with drinking water, good air conditioning and very clean. Breakfast is very good with a good choice of options and generous serves. The staff are friendly and accommodating. The pool is amazing! We would definitely stay here again.

The noise from the pool filter in the duplex behind is disturbing, running constantly at night. You can hear it from the second bedroom.

You get alot of value for money at this resort. The pool is beautiful and clean and the apartment was amazing. The bod was very comfortable and the view over the pool gorgeous. Right in the heart of Sanur but far enough off the street to be very quiet.

Good options could be better but there are plenty of restaurants on the street and the beach is very very close too

The breakfast was okay, a complimentary latte would have been nice rather than be told it's an additional cost. Perhaps some basic items in the fridge would have been nice and a bottle of wine? A little something would go a long way!

N/A.......all good, other than complimentary latte and things mentioned above, would have put the icing on the cake! On the whole, first class!
