Reviewed Jan 30, 2026服務人員很讚（例如 加棉被或是借酒精棉片很快就送到了），床很好睡。早餐晚餐品質都很好。 活動安排蠻用心的，值得參加。晚上的原住民歌舞表演很精彩，非常感謝族人小朋友的舞蹈與熱情～ 對了，室外裸湯很讚，溫泉水質滑順！同時，置物箱，毛巾放置，拖鞋都有編號，細節做的很好。
一泊二食的晚餐我們沒辦法預約到17:30 那一批，等到19:30時已經前胸貼後背。如果是 19:00 應該普遍大家能接受的時間。建議可以調整一下。 洗手台容易積水，廁所太小了。

Reviewed Jan 30, 2026各式溫泉 飯店房間也有溫泉可以泡 房間寬敞 舒適 床很舒服 枕頭也算舒服 廁所跟淋浴分開也很不錯 樓層安靜 有檜木香很療癒 整體都很不錯 早晚餐buffet也很喜歡 超讚 吃不膩 菜色一直換 都很好吃 偶爾晚餐有點讓人緊張 因為 若不早點下去 好像排隊人潮太多
第三晚吃的船歌餐廳 鍋物 真的很普通 吃不出價位的價值 湯頭很普通 而且我明明記得我訂的三個晚上是都是吃Buffet但最後一天晚上竟然換成了吃鍋 雖然 櫃檯說可以再換回去buffet但我們想說吃吃看船歌 沒想到很失望 也沒看到有介紹說的特色湯頭 紅烏龍 或是 菊花 覺得火鍋很不值用buffet 980去換 下次不會再吃船歌 可能選鐵板燒 或是就一直吃buffet buffet很讚 另外 有點美中不足的是飯店提供的套裝行程，我原本以為是由知本老爺酒店提供然後就直接出發，沒想到是外包的旅行社，當天導遊通知早上8:30就要在樓下集合，害我們時間有點趕的吃早餐又非常準時的出現，沒想到上車後才知道還要開車近1小時到台東市區，去載其他飯店的旅客就因為我們最遠，所以要先上車，這讓我們覺得很不舒服，因為我們也花一樣的錢，沒想到並不是同樣都是知本的旅客直接可以一起出發還要去載其他地方的人時間也拉很長，回程時我們也是最晚走的就為了要送其他人，覺得這個部分如果有先講的話，我可能就不會想要參加了。

1. 早餐不如以前優秀；room service價格提高但也沒有以往好吃，點了義大利麵卻完全不會鹹(雖然最後靠著附上的鹽罐勉強吃完)，也不會香；水餃一樣好吃，酸辣湯則偏普通。 2. 非本國籍的員工變多了，以往碰到服務人員都會親切的打招呼，現在還是有但變少了，親切和賓至如歸的感覺不如以往。跟客人打招呼是你們的一大特色啊，希望可以留住本地員工好好栽培！

Reviewed Jan 19, 2026我們訂了晚餐及早餐，晚餐較值得期待，菜色很豐富，海鮮很新鮮，我們全家人吃的超飽的，早餐就比較一般般，但也算新鮮可口，服務人員態度非常良好，下午時的按摩師傅很厲害，浴室很大，溫泉很舒服，下次如果過來渡假會優先考慮。
整體都蠻滿意的!!

辦理報到櫃台前的小桌的桌腳太小,放東西上去後容易晃動,當下會擔心倒落,建議可以改為更穩定的櫃子,這樣放東西比較安心.另外想建議2樓大澡堂外是否可以擺放牛奶/飲料販賣機,感覺櫃檯員工有時有點忙,而且只有晚上提供牛奶,設了販賣機客人自行購買也比較方便,這樣白天泡完湯也可以購買,泡湯完喝牛奶就更舒服.
