Reviewed Jun 26, 2026從開幕到現在已經入住超過10次，這次是體驗最差的一次，房間內東西都是壞的，換了第二間房還是一樣有相同的問題。 之前的晚餐跟早餐樣式豐富，這一次去整個體驗感非常的差
房間清潔與設備

Reviewed Jun 25, 2026整體都非常不錯，提早入住下午還會有課程可以參與。休閒有漫畫房、瑜珈房，也可以借遊戲機和麻將。我住的房間看出去就是山景和知本溪，玻璃也擦得很乾淨，塌塌米房型房間夠大間。洗完澡吹風機的部分風量很大也不會很燙。
我認為的小缺點是泳池泡湯區在戶外，只用竹圍籬隔起來我覺得會有點隱私上的疑慮，好處是房間熱水打開就是溫泉了，擔心的可以在房間休息泡湯。塌塌米房型內如果有靠背的坐墊我覺得可以更放鬆。
