The living room sofa was broken. The ceiling fan at master bedroom not working. The location to the major road is 2.5km.

Underlighting along the corridor. Using of timer for corridor lighting, should be look into from the weather. I checked in at 3.00pm it was heavily raining, the corridor are wet n very dark.... Hardly see the door keyhole. The padlock at the mailbox should be changed, it was so tiny the numbers are not visible, it took me nearly 14mins to unlock it. Underlighting too along the entrance, , should be more friendly to the elderly as their eyesight are barely poor.

Reviewed Apr 12, 2025The property is situated right next to a beautiful long beach which was very clean and just what we needed after 3 weeks of travelling. The beach is superb at low tide as it is possible to walk right out and swim around the rocks, very safe swimming and for kids. There are resorts a few kilometers to the north and south with shops and restaurants but we much preferred the quiet empty beach on our doorstep and just used Grab to get out and about. The apartment had everything we needed, including a washing machine and was neat and tidy, however, it is in need of refreshing, the bathrooms need deep cleaning, the towels and bedding should be renewed. We booked for 15 nights and there was no replacement linens provided. Compared to other properties we have stayed in around Malaysia it was not cheap, the seaview is interrupted by trees and by grilles on the windows. If you want peace and quiet and a pristine secluded beach then this is the place for you. If the host pays more attention to detail regarding the points i have made it would be an absolute gem. i would still recommend staying at the apartment.
The bedding and towels need replacing, the tiles and grout in the bathrooms need scrubbing

Reviewed Feb 14, 2025Checking in and out was a breeze... The kitchen bathroom utilities are complete. Sufficient cutleries for family with small kids. Very thoughtful host, washing machine equipped with liquid detergent and softener. Facing seaside and the iconic turtle painting on rock in Kuantan is only 5mins walk on the beach! Awesome.
Cob web at the ceiling fan & bathroom needs to be cleaned thoroughly. Only 1 heater in the master bedroom bath.

I also fell in love with the beach nearest to the property!! Such a pleasent experience hope the best quality is properly maintained by the owner. 100/100 recommended.

Reviewed Jun 30, 2024The location is great, just a short walk to the beach. The unit comes with covered parking. Got all basic amenities, including microwave, towels, iron, simple cupboard, hangers, washing machine, full-fledged fridge, iron board and prayer mat. All bedrooms are airconditioned with fans, though a bit small than usual. The best thing was the mattress, firm and comfortable. Wifi was great.
The living room is equipped with only fan (no aircond), but luckily it was not too hot so it is still comfortable.

Reviewed Sep 13, 2023Easy access, though had to go over 21 road bumps. Helpful staffs at the guard house. Convenient parking for 2 cars. Short stroll to a clean beach. Not very busy, so plenty of privacy.
Would have liked a bigger TV with more channels to watch on astro eg. sports and movies, as it is quite remote and quiet in the night. Have to check out the pool times. Not available daily and it is a small pool.

Location is in residential area, so pls expect multiple road bumpers and winding road. Otherwise pretty near to Teluk Chempedak
