Reviewed Aug 19, 2026L'appartamento è molto confortevole e ha in dotazione tutto quanto serve. È vicinissimo all' aeroporto e qui di logisticamente ben posizionato.
Per chi arriva in macchina il parcheggio c'è, ma entrare per la vietta non è agevolissimo. E lo so deve fare in retromarcia. Poca cosa...il resto tutto positivo.

Reviewed Jun 10, 2026Appartamento moderno e spazioso con due camere matrimoniali e divano letto. Cucina adeguata, spazio esterno con barbecue, bagno attrezzato e spazioso, camere comode. A due passi dall'aeroporto ed a prezzi molto competitivi. Possibilità di acquistare cibo dalla dispensa.
Nonostante le zanzariere mi son ritrovato svegliato ripetutamente dalle zanzare accompagnate dai millepiedi (area divano letto), consiglio una migliore ispezione su eventuali insetti presenti, nelle camere tutto bene.

Reviewed May 7, 2026Locali ampi luminosi e ben puliti. Forniti di tutto quello che può servire. Ampio spazio esterno per stendere, grigliare, ecc. Parcheggio fuori dalla porta. Staff cordiale e disponibile. Ci hanno fatto trovare 12 uova delle loro galline 😍.
Non c’è nulla che non ci sia piaciuto.

Reviewed Apr 23, 2026Het was een schone en verwarmde woning. De douche was heerlijk. Het huis was goed ingericht en prettig om in te verblijven. De bedden waren prima. We werden ontvangen door de gastvrouw, wat erg prettig was.
De oprit was lastig met name om terug te gaan naar de weg. Verder was alles prima.

Reviewed Aug 31, 2025Appartamento pulito e ben arredato. Cucina ben fornita (ci sono anche le cialde per il caffè) Wifi perfetto. Parcheggio sulla strada ma molto comodo. La posizione è strategica perchè si trova tra Horta e Capelinhos, aeroporto vicino (gli aerei non si sentono). Ci tornerei sicuramente.
In effetti il lavandino è un piccolo per cui lavandosi si fa un pò di bagnato. Poi consiglierei di mettere le lenzuola in cotone...

Reviewed Aug 1, 2025La casa es enorme y bien equipada (aunque no hay tijeras en la cocina, yo las veo tan básicas!!). Está cerca del aeropuerto y considerando el tamaño de la isla, cerca de todo. Marla súper atenta. Nos dejó huevos caseros, riquísimos. Aunque no nos hizo falta, ponen a disposicion de los huespedes un pequeño numero de productos basicos (o no tan basicos) a precios bastante buenos, por si llegas fuera de horario de super o si no te apetece ir directamente segun llegas. La casa tiene lavadora y una zona abierta pero con tejado para tender, esto ayuda muchisimo especialmente si eres de rutas de montañas todos los días.
Lo principal es el ruido, aunque no está en la carretera directamente, el ruido de coches se vive como si estuvieses sentado en el arcen. Si eres muy sensible al ruido será complicado dormir. La otra cosa que para nosotros fue llamativa y un punto negativo es que las sábanas no son de algodón, sino sintéticas, e igual que el punto anterior, afecta a la calidad del sueño. Tiene parking, nosotros no tuvimos problemas para entrar, salir y girar el coche alli mismo, pero alquilamos en 500. Justo al lado está aparcado una camioneta y tb es capaz de entrar de frente, aparcar sin problema y volver a salir de frente. Otro punto es que no hay acera a la salida, por ejemplo para sacar la basura hay q caminar por la carretera (y los coches van rapidisimo!).

Kitchen well equipped, maybe a better kitchen knife would be good. Barbecue at the outside terrace with wood available. Marla's husband catched some fresh fish we could buy.
Location is nearly at the airport, there is however no ocean view neither mountains

Reviewed Jul 18, 2025Het huis is erg groot en heeft alles wat je nodig hebt. Er zijn voldoende pannen en ze zijn van goede kwaliteit. Wij houden van zelf koken, dus dat is fijn. De slaapkamers zijn groot en hebben een fijne kastruimte. Je kunt buiten zitten onder de overkapping of op het bankje op het tweede terras. Alles bij elkaar een geweldig huis! De locatie is vlakbij het vliegveld, gemakkelijk te lopen. Je hebt weinig last van de vliegtuigen, want er landen en vertrekken rond de 10 (kleinere) vliegtuigen per dag.
Alles was prima!

Reviewed Jul 14, 2025Echt een fantastische week in deze accommodatie op Faial met ons gezin gehad. De gastvrouw is zeer vriendelijk en betrokken. Ze zorgt ervoor dat je je heel welkom voelt. Bij aankomst verse eieren en tussendoor nog voorzien van heerlijke komkommers en sla uit de de moestuin. De ligging is perfect, het ligt dicht bij het vliegveld en andere bezienswaardigheden op het eiland. Het huis is van alle gemakken voorzien en zeer schoon. Het is echt met zorg ingericht. Ook de patio met de bbq maakt het af.

Reviewed Jul 2, 2025Appartamento moderno, ristrutturato di recente e molto pulito. Posizione comoda, a pochi passi dall’aeroporto e vicino a Horta. Dotato sia di condizionatore che di riscaldamento. Il vero valore aggiunto è stata la disponibilità della proprietaria: ci ha permesso di fare early check-in e late check-out e ci ha lasciato anche delle uova fresche delle sue galline.
Entrata del parcheggio un po’ scomoda per auto medio/grandi. Lavandino del bagno piccolo. Nelle camere da letto consigliamo tende più oscuranti.

Reviewed Feb 5, 2025Wir durften einige Stunden früher in die Unterkunft, weil wir die Insel mit einem Morgenflug erreicht haben. Es war alles sehr unkompliziert und entgegenkommend. Das Häuschen hat uns gleich gefallen und wir haben uns wohl gefühlt. Die Klimaanlage ist zwar an einem merkwürdigen Ort (im Flur) platziert, macht es aber problemlos warm. Wir konnten uns gut selbst versorgen und haben gut geschlafen. Wir würden die Unterkunft wieder buchen.
Die Nähe zur Straße ist störend, wenn man draußen vor der Tür sitzen möchte. Die Parksituation ist ein wenig kompliziert durch die sehr enge Zufahrt ohne Wendemöglichkeit. Die "Bettdecken" sind etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig, es waren für uns auch viel zu viele und nur mit dem rutschigen Laken drunter nicht wirklich angenehm und bequem. Die Küche könnte ein bisschen besser ausgestattet sein, der Sandwich-Toaster war nicht benutzbar, die Beschichtung teilweise abgekratzt. Aber das hat uns alles nicht großartig gestört und wir haben den Urlaub genießen können.

Doskonałe położenie - 2 minuty od lotniska, blisko do najważniejszych atrakcji Faial, niedaleko sklepy i restauracje. Nie mam zastrzeżeń - polecam :)

Reviewed Sep 25, 2024Ein wunderschön hergerichtetes Ferienhaus, großzügig, mit nettem Aussenbereich, gut ausgestattete Küche. Es stehen ein paar Grundnahrungsmittel zum Selbstkostenpreis bereit, super wenn man Sonntag Abend anreist und die Milch fürs Frühstück noch fehlt!!! Auch frische Eier stehen bereit. Ausserdem wird man mit frischen Blumen begrüßt. Sehr nette Gastgeberin. Fußweg zum Flughafen weniger als 10 min.
Die Straße ist deutlich zu hören und: man ist auf dem Land- der Hahn weckt morgens beizeiten. Das sollten geräuschempfindliche Menschen wissen.

The best of it though is the host. She is very sweet, caring and she stays in touch with you throughout the stay so you feel taken care of.

Reviewed Feb 18, 2024Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und großzügig ausgelegt. Die Lage zum Flughafen ist ideal, fußläufig in 10 Minuten zu erreichen. Die Wohnung liegt etwas abseits der Straße, so dass man sie nicht hört. Die Fenster sind doppelt verglast. Es kommen kaum Flugzeuge und der Lärm ist nicht störend. Es gibt einen tollen Grillplatz vor dem Haus. Die Küche ist hell und gut ausgestattet. Die Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich und unkompliziert.
Leider gibt es keinen schönen Ausblick. Man sollte unbedingt ein Auto haben, da Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants weiter entfernt liegen.

Reviewed Nov 11, 2023-Struttura interamente ristrutturata e pulita - Gentilezza della proprietaria e continua attenzione nell'assicurarsi che avessimo tutto il necessario per il nostro breve soggiorno - posizione ideale soprattutto se si vuole raggiungere l'aeroporto e non si ha un'auto. Abbiamo scelto questa struttura per il nostro passaggio di 24h al ritorno da Pico avendo un volo la mattina presto e non volendo noleggiare un'auto per un periodo così breve, e devo dire che è stata una scelta azzeccata

Есть кухня со всем необходимым: плита, большой холодильник, стиральная машина, кофемашина, чайник, посуда, кухонная утварь. В гостиной есть телевизор со Smart TV и удобный диван. В спальнях очень удобные кровати и матрасы. Есть дополнительные подушки и теплые одеяла. В санузле есть биде и удобная большая душевая кабина. Рядом с домом есть место для барбекю. А сама хозяйка делает потрясающую пиццу - очень советуем её заказать!! A moradia excelente a 5 minutos a pé do aeroporto. A casa é espaçosa, com dois quartos grandes. Há uma cozinha com tudo o que precisa: fogão, frigorífico grande, máquina de lavar roupa, máquina de café, chaleira, louça, utensílios de cozinha. Na sala de estar há uma televisão com Smart TV e um sofá confortável. Os quartos têm camas e colchões muito confortáveis. Há almofadas extra e cobertores quentes. A casa de banho tem um bidé e uma cabina de duche grande e confortável. Ao lado da casa há um lugar para churrasco. E a própria anfitriã faz uma pizza fantástica - recomendamos vivamente que a encomende!!! The excellent villa is a 5-minute walk from the airport. The house is spacious, with two large bedrooms. There is a kitchen with everything you need: stove, large fridge, washing machine, coffee machine, kettle, crockery, kitchen utensils. In the living room there is a Smart TV and a comfortable sofa. The bedrooms have very comfortable beds and mattresses. There are extra pillows and warm blankets. The bathroom has a bidet and a large, comfortable shower cubicle. Next to the house is a barbecue area. And the hostess herself makes a fantastic pizza - we highly recommend ordering it!!!
Нам всё очень понравилось и, если мы ещё приедем на Файял (а я в этом уверена), то мы будем останавливаться только здесь! Есть только маленькое предложение - сделать несколько крючков в санузле, чтобы удобнее было размещать свою одежду и другие банные принадлежности. Adorámos tudo e se voltarmos a Faial (e tenho a certeza que voltaremos), só ficaremos aqui! Só uma pequena sugestão - fazer uns anzois na casa de banho, para ser mais cómodo colocar a roupa e outros acessórios de banho.

A pochi passi dall’aeroporto di fajal, ha una posizione comoda per girare l’isola e riprendere un nuovo volo.

La localisation un peu éloigné de Horta. Le rideau de douche qui n'est pas pratique.
