Wunderschöne Aussicht direkt auf/ins/übers Wasser und viele outdoor Möglichkeiten. Für unseren Kurzaufenthalt optimal.

Reviewed Aug 16, 2026The view and location of this place is fantastic! Also highly recommend visiting the distillery for a tasting and tour, the staff is lovely.
A potential I see is to have the distillery open more hours and offer breakfast and dinner there for the cabin guests. It would really add the touch that this place deserves. We appreciate that there was a well equipped kitchen available, but when you’re on vacation you sometimes just want to be able to eat somewhere and that was very limited in this area.

Reviewed Aug 10, 2026Il Cabin più bello di tutta la vacanza. Vista incantevole sul fiordo e cura in ogni dettaglio. Cucina dotata di tutti gli elettrodomestici e stoviglie. Spazi ampi e puliti in un'atmosfera davvero magica. Ci siamo trovati molto bene
Unico locale un po' sottotono è il bagno che potrebbe essere migliorato nell'estetica e funzionalità (la doccia è con la tenda e c'è un boiler a vista con tutti i tubi e fili elettrci esposti).

Kein Platz für das Gepäck. Sitzgelegenheit im Innenraum sehr schlecht, hier gehören 2 schöne Sessel hin, damit die Aussicht genossen werden kann. Schade um den schönen Ort.

Litt av poenget med å dra hit, var nettopp omvisning i destilleriet. Vi hadde nok ikke lest nettsiden godt nok, og gikk glipp av omvisning ankomstdag. Dagen etter måtte vi dra tidlig.

Wij hadden gepland 1 persoon in de slaapkamer en 1 op de slaapbank. Maar de laatste was niet fijn omdat het in de ochtend zo heet werd dat je niet kunt slapen. Nergens kan een raam open. We hebben iets geknutseld om de voordeur een stukje open te zetten maar dat was niet genoeg. De ventilator is niet afdoende. Het was goed schoon, behalve de bank. Veel haren en als je tussen de kussens kijkt is dat lang niet schoon gemaakt. In de douche zou een deur veel beter zijn dan een plak gordijn.

Sengene kunne vært bedre. Ble utrolig varmt i oppholdsrommet på morgenen når solen sto på vindusflatene. Det er utrolig at det ikke er noen vinduer som kan åpnes!

w-lan nur für ein gerät, kein geschützter zugang, personal überhaupt nicht hilfsbereit. kochherd hat nicht funktioniert und wir wurden nur auf die guest brochure verwiesen. code für key box wurde nicht zugestellt und konnte nur mit hilfe der distillery in erfahrung gebracht werden.zimmer war sehr klein, überhaupt kein platz für gepäck.

Reviewed Apr 4, 2026La vue et le calme incroyable de cette endroit. C’est un vrai retraite pour l’esprit loin de tout et déconnecté c’est très appréciable. On a vu de belles aurores boréales, des voiliers et des dauphins depuis notre cabine, c’était exceptionnel 😍
C’était 2 lits simples donc pas le mieux pour un couple mais nous avons passés de très bonnes nuits.

Reviewed Mar 13, 2026Beautiful location, lovely cabin, it was fantastic to watch the Northern Lights from your own sofa
But, there was someone who was staying who was flying a drone and looking right into the cabins. While I understand there is nothing they can do, it is in the power to remind customers that anyone caught flying a drone will be reported to the police (as per Norwegian law) and asked to vacate the premise immediately with no refund. I understand this would be hard to manage, but the expectation and consequences would be clearly set. It would also be nice if the Distillery was open a little more frequently.

La salle de bain est très petite et la douche est peu pratique. Aucun espace pour ranger ses affaires, pour nous la seule option était de laisser la valise ouverte au sol à côté de la porte.

Ein Doppelbett das nicht auseinander rutscht wäre fein, und die Info bei der Buchung über booking welche Kabine die Sauna und welche das Whirlpool dabei hatt!

The distillery wasn’t open and would have liked to visit. Also, did not receive email regarding cabin number and code, even in the spam section. Made numerous phone calls and sent an email. I did get a response about 20 minutes after an email was sent, however, waited 40 minutes to get access. The location is extremely remote so I was panicking in the event we didn’t hear from the host.

Easy drive from Tromso and clear instructions and the guest guide manual addressed everything needed. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything to cook your meals and the hot water is available with very good pressure. Highly recommended place

Reviewed Jan 12, 2026Everything was amazing, from the check-in process (although the code was provided rather close to the check-in time but it was communicated through the app, email and text) to the room’s & facilities to the quaint location, it was personally an unforgettable experience. Personally I felt like this cabin was far better than staying in those glass houses, with a rather small but spacious room and adequate necessities. Not to mention, we have managed to catch the lights on all 3 nights of our stay! It was such a lucky event, but staying in the cabin means that we can stay comfortably warm while watching the lights. I will definitely choose to stay here again next time I am back in Tromsø.
It can be a quite inconvenient to travel to, with the nearest town more than 10mins drive, but that is also the beauty of the location. The staff are not working over weekends, so it might be hard to get some help or assistance with needing extra supplies. But not too big of an issue.

Would have liked paper instructions for use of the cooker. More cushions in lounge would be nice. Very little not to like!

Reviewed Dec 11, 2025The location is pretty but not as remote as expected. More functional Ikea than Scandi chic. well equipped kitchen.
The cabin was on the edge of the fjord, but the view was spoiled by the lights on the opposite coast. The cabins are very close together and look into each other, so they're not private unless you keep some of the curtains closed. The advert mentions hearing water lap against the shoreline - none of the windows open, so this is only possible if standing outside. The bathroom would benefit from having the plumbing boxed in a shower cubicle rather than a shower curtain, which doesn't feel very hygienic. It could be amazing with a little more thought and opening windows.

beds weren’t super comfortable and the big window wasn’t clean - I’m well aware that in location like this (on rocks just by the fjord) it might not be that easy to clean it from outside, but on the other hand this is why we choose this place. It wasn’t a problem at night at all but during the day it wasn’t that pleasurable to enjoy the views because of a lot of streaks on the window
