En liten välplanerad lägenhet i lugnt fridfullt område men nära till centrum. Väldigt fräscht och välstädat. Alla faciliteter tipptopp.

Appartamento accogliente e pulito, dotato di tutto il necessario. Avevamo anche il parcheggio sotto casa. Tutto perfetto, lo consiglio.

Asunto oli erittäin siisti ja hyvällä maulla sisustettu. Sängyt olivat erinomaiset, jopa selkäongelmaisen henkilön mielestä. Kaikki tarvittava löytyi ja plussaa oli pieni parveke ja ilmainen parkkipaikka.

Parvekkeelle olisimme kaivanneet toista tuolia.

Moderno monolocale molto spazioso, luminoso, pulito e accogliente. Ottima pulizia. Letti comodi. Angolo cottura ben attrezzato, con set cortesia, caffè, zucchero, tè, carta da cucina, strofinaccio. Forno elettrico e microonde. Balcone spazioso e comodo posto auto riservato. Si trova in un tranquillo quartiere residenziale al sesto piano con ascensore. Molto chiare le indicazioni ricevute per arrivare alla struttura.

Molt net i ràpids en respondre a tot el que necessitàvem. Cuina molt equipada amb rentaplats, fregalls, paper, bosses, sal, cafè...

Erittäin siisti ja viihtyisä. Sijainti hyvä. Hinta-laatusuhde erinomainen. Kaikki tapahtui sujuvasti majoittajan kanssa.

Kaikin puolin erinomainen majoitus, lapsi oli vakuuttunut olevansa hotellissa. Hyvä varustelutaso, kaunis, rauhallinen ja siisti asunto. Ihana tukikohta rauhoittumiselle kiireisten päivien jälkeen.

Tyylikäs sisustus ja kiva puistomainen sijainti.

Le logement est très bien situé et propre. Il comporte tous les équipements dont nous avions besoin. L'arrivée était facile grâce au message de l'hôte.

Il n'y a qu'un rideau bien opaque, le logement pourrait en avoir un second afin que toute la fenêtre soit couverte.

Graziosissimo appartamento dotato di ogni comfort. Accogliente e ordinato al 6 piano di una palazzina poco lontano dal centro. Abbiamo trascorso e nostre vacanze in totallrelax. Superconsigliato.

Świetną lokalizacja, blisko centrum, autobus, sklepy. Bardzo ładny apartament. Super kontakt z gospodarzem.

We really enjoyed our stay at Arctic Suite Evakko. The apartment was spotless, very comfortable, and thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed. It felt easy to settle in and relax right away. We also loved how quiet the building was, which made the stay even more peaceful. Tiina was very kind and welcoming, and we truly appreciated being able to park our car in the parking lot. Overall, it was a lovely and stress-free stay, and we would be very happy to come back.

Asunto oli juuri niin kuin kuvissa, jopa viihtyisämpi. Oli erittäin siisti ja hyväkuntoinen. Ala-aulassa tuoksui uudet pinnat. Kirjautuminen oli helppoa. Oli positiivinen yllätys, että asunnossa oli kahvia. 👍🏻👍🏻

Toinen tyyny olisi voinut olla, kun on tottunut nukkumaan kahdella tyynyllä. Kylpyhuoneen katossa ilmastointi venttiilissä oli pölyä/ likaa, tämäkin pisti silmään vain, koska olen alan ihmisiä.Parkkipaikka oli loistava juttu, mutta isolla autolla nurkka paikka oli äärettömän haastava.

Small but cozy, nicely decorated and modern space. The location is about 15-20 min walk from the city centre, but the area was nice and quiet. Room facilities were good.

It was small, but very cozy. It was always very warm in the room. There are all facilities you may need on a short stay, including plates, cutlery, dishwasher etc.

Sijainti, siisteys, lämpötila, kiva sisustus, ystävällinen vastaanotto, helppo asiointi ja autopaikka pihalla. Asunto on uusi ja siisti, kaikki toimii hyvin. Hyvät sängyt.

Very clean and beautifully decorated new apartment in a very nice neighbourhood. Comfortable beds, felt like home! Totally recommend! Around 10-15 min walk to the railway station and same to the city centre.

Kjempe Flott leilighet, godt utstyrt, rent og gode senger. Flott beliggenhet. Hadde forlenget opphold om det var ledig.

Host rapidissima nelle risposte, gentile e, a fronte del caldo anomalo, pronta a recapitarci in ventilatore.

Hosts was very responsive. When we could not the internet she came immediately to provide a replacement. Also provided us with a standing fan as it was really hot

The aircon was not strong so was a little uncomfortable to sleep at night

Everything perfect and very clean

We only stayed for a night but lucked out with the weather, which made our stay even better. The small snow-covered playground in front of the building was great in the sunny weather. The location was superb, a cozy neighborhood within walking distance of the main attractions. As for the apartment, it was impeccably clean and stylish, with attention to detail in every aspect (I loved the Moomin ceramic kettle and snowflake lamp). Tiina was too kind to let us check in early, although we ultimately arrived well after 15:00 because of other reasons.

The room is nice and tidy The staff is friendly and she let me put my luggage eventhough the check in time was too early.

Too far from public transport or train station specially when it was snow on the road. Draging the luggage all the way to the place was very hard.

This property exceeded my expectations as it was everything and more that a solo traveller could hope for. Very spacious and clean, comfortable bed, kitchen and bathroom are good and the balcony was nice to pop onto. 6th floor easily reached via elevator and parking the car for free on the street was fine. The host provided all the information I needed, easy to follow, no issues at all. Lovely night and I'd stay again.

Friendly welcome. It was very clean and a quiet night in a lovely area.

Personally, I think an allocated parking space would be better. rather than having to find on-street parking. There was a parking area directly in front of the apartment block with no one in it, but we were not allowed to use it.

I travel to Rovaniemi quite often and I have seen quite a many rented apartments in Rovaniemi. This apartment belongs to top-class among those I have stayed in Rovaniemi. The apartment is in newly (2019) built house at top-floor. It's a modern and fresh flat, with big windows from floor to ceiling. The view is neutral, over the roofs of neighbouring block of flats. There is no direct insight inside the apartment since the opposite high-rise building is lower than this apartment. Apartment is quiet, elegantly decorated and it has a black-out curtain (which is very important equipment in windows in Rovaniemi at summers due to midnight sun) The apartment is very well equipped and the hostess has even eye for small details which increase hospitality and comfort like free coffee and cooking fat in the fridge for the visitor to use.

There is very little to improve in this apartment because almost everything was perfect. The things I mention here are very small things so don't take me wrong (I'm a picky, experienced traveller seen lot of apartments, please remember that... ;-) But I'd add a second black-out curtain in the window because the one hanging there doesn't completely screen out the two windows currently. Besides free coffee, I'd leave free tea for the visitors since it virtually costs nothing for the hostess in courtesy. (I actually left couple of tea bags in the apartment I happened to have with me). Besides free coffee and tea, I'd probably add some small milk portions in the fridge for whitening the beforementioned beverages. (some of us cannot drink their tea or coffee without milk, sorry for that...) But as said, this is almost perfect apartment to rent in Rovaniemi and you are gonna have hard times finding better than this especially for this money.
