Excellent room upstairs with great view of the valley and Mt Agung. Quiet location close to good restaurants and the rice terrace walk. Spacious, bright and clean. Balcony with table and chairs. Bathroom a bit dated but clean and good shower. Good wifi. Large comfortable bed and lots of shelves for storage. Kettle/tea,/coffee/water provided. Very helpful, pleasant family owners

The electric plug sockets were slightly too small for the plugs - the table lamps as well as my chargers. Had to really force the plugs in The aircon unit didn't work in our room but at least the nights were reasonably cool

Nous avons eu une chambre l’une à côté de l’autre avec Julie. Le cadre était sympa avec un équipement complet. Le personnel était adorable, accueillant et serviable. Je recommande +++.

Our room had beautiful views of the rice terraces and the bed was one of the comfiest we’ve slept in during our trip! The whole room was very clean, especially the bathroom. Staff were super welcoming and we were even able to leave our luggage at reception whilst we did a cooking class :)

Only downside was the noise from the road. Nothing that can be changed but could be quite loud from passing trucks and drivers. We had earplugs so wasn’t a big issue but something to take into account if you’re a light sleeper.

Pobyt byl nádherný! Pokoj prostorný, na Indonézské poměry VELMI čistý a personál vstřícný a usměvavý. Lokalita je to fantastická. Máte výhled na rýžová pole a roztomilou terásku, kde se dá posedět. Nechali jsme si v hotelu i vyprat za skvělou cenu. Poměr ceny a kvality je neskutečný! Po cestách po Javě a Lomboku jsem byla opravdu mile překvapená. V okolí se nachází spousta příjemných restaurací, levných, ale kvalitních spa i turistických podniků. Osobně doporučuji procházku po rýžových terasách, na které je výhled přímo z balkónu. Ubytování nemám co vytknout.

És molt cèntric. Les instal·lacions són netes i molt maques. Just d’avant de l’habitació hi ha una vista fantàstica i un temple preciós. A més, ens han acollit i ens han allotjat amb tot el que han pogut. Moltíssimes gràcies per tot.

Superbe chambre et vue. Equipe et famille adorable. Propose de nombreux services en plus. Emplacement superbe pour partir marcher ou explorer la région en scooter. Endroit calme et reposant. Super !

The staff are friendly and always smiling. It’s also very convenient that you can rent a scooter directly at the hotel.

It’s very close to the road, so it’s quite noisy. They didn’t change the towels or take out the trash.

The views and the staff was very pleasant. Worth every penny.

La gentilezza dello staff, la posizione vicinissima alle terrazze di riso e a diversi ristoranti, la vista spettacolare. Davanti all’hotel c’è un delizioso ristorante che prepara ottimi pasti con vista sulle risaie.

Il rumore dei motorini che passavano, ma l’hotel offre tappi per le orecchie che funzionano molto bene.

La vue est magnifique et la chambre très grande ! Nous avons adoré notre séjour ici.

Nous n’avons pas pu faire fonctionner les chaînes sur la télévision. Quand il pleuvait, il y avait quelques gouttes qui tombaient dans la chambre et la salle de bain.

Absolutely everything! The room was massive, incredibly comfortable and super clean! I can't get over how incredibly comfortable the bed was, after backpacking for so long this was the best bed I've slept in in ages! Staff were lovely and helpful in booking scooter rental for us. The location is lovely, short walk into town and close to the rice fields walk too. The location in Sideman is beautiful, so peaceful!

L’emplacement central et la gentillesse du personnel. La chambre était très propre, avec cleaning tous les jours.

Vue magnifique sur la nature, vraiment à couper le souffle. La chambre est très cosy et bien équipée. Le personnel est accueillant et souriant.

Malheureusement nous avons séjourné à un moment où ils faisaient des travaux donc c'était très bruyant. Même sans les travaux, les murs avaient des trous donc laissaient passer tous les bruits extérieurs.

The room was very tidy, and comfy with aircon to keep the room cool as well. The view of Mount Agung was incredible.

Whilst it is understandable, it should be noted the property is on the edge of a corner in the road which does result in a lot of traffic noise throughout the day/night. As well as construction currently being performed on the building.

Nous étions 3 et nous avons eu la bonne surprise en arrivant que l’on avait une chambre chacune. Personnel très accueillant et les chambres sont vraiment supers

L’hôtel est très calme, la vue est magnifique. Le bungalow est confortable, la douche est parfaite. C’est très propre ! Des resto autour et un petit market . Les photos paraissent moins bien que la réalité !

No free water refill and most of all…. It was SO loud at night. Not the accommodation’s fault but it’s right on the main road and lots of trucks pass through especially in the night and we were all woken up several times per night. If you aren’t noise sensitive you’ll be fine.

Das Homestay liegt direkt an der Hauptstrasse in einer Beschleunigungskurve. Ein Gefühl als würde der Verkehr durch das Zimmer fliessen😅Personal verfügt kaum über Englishkenntnisse und die Privatsphäre ist nicht wirklich gegeben. War der einzige Gast (für eine Woche)und man wollte mein Zimmer am liebsten um 8h morgens putzen. Warte nun, obwohl mehrfachen Bittens, seit 4 Tagen auf eine Rechnungsquittung, die nicht kommt. Ärgerlich!

Ik heb twee dagen extra geboekt, dat zegt voldoende. Personeel vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Ik werd tijdens mijn verblijf ziek. Het personeel heeft alles gedaan om mij te helpen. Ze stonden met vijf mensen aan de deur van mijn kamer om te kijken hoe het met mij ging. Om de twee dagen werd mijn kamer schoongemaakt en beddegoed vervangen. Prijskwaliteitverhoudeng meer dan goed. Verder is Sidemen een geweldig mooi plaatsje. Ik kom zeker terug.

Het vertrek. Ik had graag langer gebleven.

The view

This is the first time I've had to give a bad review. This hotel has no reception, and communication here is incredibly difficult. I don't even know the owner. He only communicated with me via WhatsApp and called me "sis/bro," which I found very odd. The women who work here speak terrible English, which makes things very difficult for me. The room wasn't cleaned once, and the trash can in the bathroom is overflowing. The bed is far too warm with a thick down comforter (without a cover) – just the bare duvet, like the kind I use in Germany during the cold winter. It's also incredibly noisy here because it's right on the main road at a bend in the road; I didn't get a good night's sleep at all. And the Wi-Fi is terrible here. Even when I brought it up, they weren't really helpful. I was given the password for a bad Wi-Fi network, but they wouldn't give me the password for the one with a better signal. I definitely wouldn't recommend it, even though the view from the room is breathtaking.

The view from the room is amazing, really special on the rice fields. Also the location is good, right next to the center on Sidemen, with good restaurants near by. Very clean and comfortable beds, big bathroom with shampoo and shower gel available. Hot shower. Staff is really nice, we had a problem with one of the services offered and they were very helpful and caring.

Really close to the main road, so it is a bit noisy. A bit a pity that there is no breakfast or food available in the structure, considering how beautiful is the balcony.

This is one of the most beautiful places I've stayed in Bali. The ricefields' view from the room is stunning! Also, the room is very spacious and spotless, plus there is kettle, coffee, bottle of water, and hairdryer in the room. Table and chairs on the terrace.

But...I'm sorry to say that the room was smelling of mold quite badly...even if there was no trace of it. Also it is right in front of a very noisy road.

De kamer is ruim en licht met eigen terras. Een prachtig uitzicht op de berg Agung. Goed bed. Ruime douche. Restaurantjes en eettentjes op loopafstand.

De ingang is wat rommelig, vanwege verbouwing (maar dat was al vermeld op de site). Het ligt in een bocht vd weg, dus overdag veel verkeer.

The room was clean and peaceful. The staff was lovely and accommodating. They also offer scooter rental and laundry service at a good price, which is great!

The place was very clean and had an amazing view of Mt. Agung. The staff were friendly and helpful, and it was convenient that they offered scooter rentals (80,000 IDR per day for a small one).

However, there were quite a few downsides. There was almost no hot water, and the noise from the nearby road made it hard to relax. The laundry service was very expensive (25,000 IDR per kilo), and we weren’t allowed to hang our wet clothes on the terrace — even though the clothes we got back were still damp, and some even smelled bad. The Wi-Fi connection was really poor, and there was a slight smell in the room.

Très grande chambre très propre, magnifique vue face au mont Agung et à proximité des rizières. Il y avait également de l’eau chaude et les hôtes sont très gentils.

Werkelijk alles! Wij sliepen in het houten huisje op het dak. Het uitzicht was echt adembenemend: over de rijstvelden, tegen de Mount Agung vulkaan. Alleen om het uitzicht moet je dit al boeken! Het huisje was heel schoon, er is goede airco, allerlei fijne toiletartikelen en we werden fijn ontvangen. Dichtbij - amper twee minuutjes lopen - goede warungs en restaurants. Er is geen zwembad, maar je kunt naast het hotel bij Nana’s Pool & Bar gebruik maken van het zwembad. Via de homestay zijn activiteiten te boeken en er is een wasservice (hier hebben wij zelf geen gebruik van gemaakt). Wij kunnen alleen maar zeggen: verblijf in deze homestay! Het was ons fijnste verblijf in Bali tot nu toe.

Jammer dat er geen ontbijt is. Sidemen heeft niet veel in de buurt (wat vroeg open gaat) waardoor we ontbijt wel misten.

Schitterende locatie met prachtig uitzicht 🌿 Heel vriendelijke en behulpzame eigenaresse 🙏 Na mijn klacht werd er direct actie ondernomen en het beddengoed werd opnieuw schoongemaakt. Ik zag dat een andere kamer veel beter was, dus er zit duidelijk verschil in de kamers.

Sterke rioollucht gemengd met luchtverfrisser in de badkamer. Deurklink beschimmeld. Beddengoed had vlekken en het dekbed had geen hoes (iedereen slaapt dus onder hetzelfde). Ondanks schoonmaken bleef de lucht in de badkamer hangen (ik ben ook wel gevoelig voor geurtjes).

Saubere, gemütliche Unterkunft mit tollem Ausblick auf die Reisfelder und Berge. Badezimmer war sauber und roch gut. Man kann direkt bei der Unterkunft Roller mieten in verschiedenen Preisklassen. Das Personal war stets freundlich und hilfsbereit. Es werden Tips gegeben, was man unternehmen kann, jedoch nicht aufdringlich :) Es sind einige Restaurants und Shops in Laufweite, und sogar Rice field trekking ist nur etwa 15 min zu Fuß entfernt. Wir würden definitiv wieder hier übernachten.

Prima kamer, schoon, zitje buiten, eerste verdieping (alleen trap), mooi uitzicht, locatie goed, alles op loopafstand.

De badkamer was ruim maar wel lastig om spullen neer te zetten (geen plankje of zoiets), en een douchekop die vooral opzij water spoot.

Die Aussicht war wirklich toll. Wir hatten keine Tiere im Zimmer. Die Lage war sehr zentral und mit dem Roller kommt man überall gut hin. Meine Freundin hatte hier eine wirklich gute Massage. Sie bieten günstigen Wäscheservice.

Der Geruch im Bad, aber das ist auf Bali normal. Das Personal war sehr nett und hilfsbereit, aber manchmal war es schwer sich auf Englisch zu verständigen :)

Las vistas a los campos de arroz son muy chulas y la habitación estaba limpia y era espaciosa. Además, disponía de caja fuerte y cerradura con llave en el armario. El alojamiento ofrece un montón de servicios: lavandería, masaje, excursiones, moto, etc. Nosotros alquilamos la moto y muy bien todo.

Ruime kamer en je kijkt uit op de rijstvelden. Alles ziet er super netjes uit en heerlijk geslapen.

Tout : la literie est géniale et le logement l’est tout autant, l’équipement est plus que complet (télé, bouilloire, café) le personnel fait tout pour rendre le séjour le plus agréable possible.

Great room & bathroom, nice smart tv in the room. Hosts were very friendly. Beautiful views of Mt Agung in the morning for a coffee on the deck.

We rented scooters on site for 2 days and paid upfront. On the last night at 6.30pm, they asked for the keys back, I explained that we had dinner booked and needed to drive there but she still asked for the keys. We had to cancel our dinner reservations because we had no scooter to get there. It's a shame, I would've given a 10 if it wasn't for this.
