Reviewed Aug 25, 2026Nas imediações do apartamento existem restaurantes muito bons e com ótimo ambiente. Supermercado logo ali no piso -2. Apartamento confortável, com camas ótimas, muito espaçoso e limpo. O anfitrião foi sempre muito prestável e comunicativo. Permitiu igualmente que a nossa bagagem ficasse no apartamento umas horas depois do check-in.
Uma piscina apenas, para 6 blocos de prédios com 7 pisos cada, com vários apartamentos por piso. Difícil ir à piscina uma vez que está sempre cheia. Tem apenas 4 espreguiçadeiras. Nos sete dias que estivemos em Tânger conseguimos ir uma vez à piscina e ao fim da tarde. Piscina sempre à sombra. O apartamento é perto da praia municipal de tanger, mas sendo esta uma praia familiar e no centro da cidade não é adequada a mulheres ocidentais nem ao uso de biquíni. A zona cheira a esgoto e é suja. A animação/música dos restaurantes muito alta. Ouve-se muito, mesmo com as janelas fechadas. O AC do vizinho faz tanto barulho que até parece estar dentro de casa, não se conseguindo dormir uma noite seguida.

Reviewed Aug 21, 2026We hebben echt een fijn verblijf gehad in dit prachtige appartement. Alles is aanwezig qua apparatuur, maar ook de wifi, airco en rolluiken waren heel goed. De ligging was perfect, alles is op loopafstand, de supermarkt zit voor de deur, het strand op een kwartiertje lopen en er zit een geweldig restaurant genaamd 'comedia' waar je echt alles kunt eten. Zelfs een Nederlandse kapsalon met salade en frietjes :) Er was een prachtig uitzicht over de haven en de Medina (Oldtown). Wij hebben genoten!
Het enige wat beter zou kunnen is de waterdruk van de douches en het geluid van de airco op de achterste slaapkamer. Maar dat zeg ik alleen omdat dat de enige verbeterpuntjes zouden zijn in het gehele appartement. De bedden waren wel erg hard, maar de ervaring hiervan is natuurlijk voor iedereen anders.

Reviewed Aug 15, 2026Die Sauberkeit, die zentrale Lage, alles Fußläufig in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Sei es die Altstadt, der Hafen oder der Strand. Der Pool war sauber und vor der Tür direkt zwei super Restaurants mit Meerblick. Ein Einkaufscenter unterhalb des Gebäudes (Marjan), viele Läden, viele Cafés , viele gute Restaurants alles sehr nah. Der Abstand zur befahrenen Straße ist gut und entsprechend Ruhig. Ich kann die Wohnung und den Vermieter nur empfehlen. Kommen bestimmt gerne wieder zu dieser Wohnung. Danke und die beiden Badezimmer waren top für uns als Familie.
Die Beleuchtung im Treppenhaus. Wir waren in der ersten Etage. Die Beleuchtung war defekt und nach mehrfachen mitteilen der örtlichen Mitarbeiter wurde es nicht repariert. Nach 4 Tagen wurde eine von drei Leichten repariert. Das war unangenehm für mich und meine Tochter dort hoch zulaufen, weil Sie nicht den Aufzug benutzen möchte.

Centre commercial sur place, toutes boutiques également, taxis, restaurants au pied de l’immeuble avec une vue sur la baie. Pas loin de la plage à pied (10mns) L’hôte est très disponible et très serviable, il est également très réactif pour chaque chose!
Proximité de bars avec des animations jusque tard dans la nuit.

La ubicación era perfecta ya que se podía ir andando a todos los sitios .Pero sin duda lo que más nos gustó fue lo bonito y cuidado que tienen el apartamento,y la amabilidad de los propietarios. Very helpful arranging transportation. Well equipped with full kitchen and full laundry facilities.
Only one toilet paper roll was provided per toilet which we were told was the standard for two people for two nights. Apartment is in an older building and no access to the lift until after self check in. Cannot use lift after check out. Hot water was quite limited and water pressure not that great. Either the aircon or the hot water boiler was making labouring noises at night which affected sleep.

I presonally prefer to have a reception desk to deal with check-in/check-out or easy to easy to adress when I have a problem or need an advice for my trip. On the otherside the online communication was also wonderful

The apartment has good equipment for cooking and also washing machine. There are two toilets in the apartment and one is included with a water gun, which is a very nice addition.
It would have been perfect if alongside washing machine there was also a tumble dryer.

Reviewed Oct 14, 2025Résidence sécurisée : gardiens jour et nuit Appartement spacieux, calme (en octobre), conforme à la description 2 chambres - 2 salles de bain - grande pièce à vivre - cuisine ouverte - cafetière Nespresso Très bien situé pour visiter la ville à pied - nombreux taxis sur le boulevard à proximité Restaurants (bon rapport qualité/prix) en bas de l'immeuble Centre commercial en s/sol (attention, ça peut surprendre : presque toutes les boutiques sont fermées 🫤) mais le supermarché Marjane (8h30/22h00) et la pharmacie en face sont ouverts 🤗
Difficultés à trouver la résidence : plutôt donner le nom City bleue ou centre commercial Tanger Boulevard. Le GPS trouvera plus rapidement et le chauffeur de taxi vous en sera reconnaissant 😉 Peu d'ustensiles dans la cuisine (pas de tire-bouchon par exemple 😥) Balcon un peu petit (nous avions l'appartement au 1er étage). Pour y rester à 2, ça va mais il ne faut pas être plus... Matelas de bonne qualité mais bien trop dur à notre goût 🥴 Piscine à l'ombre : ça doit être bien pour se rafraîchir en plein été mais en octobre, c'est très froid malgré le beau soleil ☀️ et les t° plus que clémentes (pas de baignade possible 🫤)

Er werd zelfs een babybedje voorzien en ze reageren altijd supersnel op vragen. Ik moest om 11:00 uur uitchecken, maar hoefde pas om 17:00 uur in de luchthaven te zijn. Ik mocht mijn bagage in het appartement laten tot mijn vertrek, wat ik enorm waardeerde. Ze zijn ontzettend vriendelijk en begripvol. De locatie is ideaal: alles ligt dichtbij, met winkels en de supermarkt Marjane recht aan de overkant. Dit verblijf is zeker voor herhaling vatbaar!

Reviewed Jul 28, 2025L’appartement était propre, équipé, spacieux et bien décoré avec un très bon emplacement. Le personnel était réactif et disponible à tout moment pour n’importe quel question, ce qui a rendu le séjour encore plus agréable.
Rien de particulier à signaler, le séjour s’est déroulé sans problème.

- they charged me for the apartment's parking without telling me at first, the host suddenly decided to ask for money (30MAD/day) -the host's attitude was a bit greedy after asking to extend our stay for a day (he asked for the same price but withput booking as a middle-man)

Reviewed May 24, 2025My apartment was a good size (I had 1 to myself) and equipped with everything I needed. The location was idea for walking to the Madina, places to eat/ drink etc, although, the Petit Taxi's are very abundant on the road outside the apartments. The host sent me clear instructions on how to enter the property, access Wifi etc via Whatsapp. The hosts were also easy to contact if needed via Whatapp and responded very quickly to any questions.

Reviewed Apr 12, 2025Great apartment, super comfortable, well managed by the owner Youness. Location is perfect for exploring downtown, Grand Soco, Petit Soco and the Medina & Kasbah. Our host was very helpful. His recommendations for local places to visit were great. We would certainly stay here again. One thing to be aware: when arriving at the building, Google maps might bring you to the back street at the rear. Better to arrive at the front entrance to the complex on the main street.

Having to put the rubbish out when you don't know where to put it or how to sort it, surely this is the cleaners job? The swimming pool was very nice but very public.
