Reviewed Aug 19, 2026Trato excepcional por parte del personal. Estaba todo muy limpio. El desayuno muy rico y completo. La habitación es tal cual puedes ver en las fotografías, tienen aire acondicionado y todo lo necesario para una estancia agradable
Por la noche sufrimos pequeños cortes de luz aunque no tardaba en restablecerse.

Se había cortado la luz en todo el hotel y cuando llegamos el chico de la recepción, no nos dijo absolutamente nada, era de noche y ni siquiera nos ofreció una vela para subir las escaleras. Esa noche la luz iba y venía (por supuesto, no ha sido culpa del recepcionista).

The windows aren’t soundproof so you can listen to the streets, neighbours and cats all night. There should be something done about the mold on the bathroom walls.

Only thing was the electricity kept cutting out a few times but other than that it was a nice experience :)

Reviewed Aug 3, 2026Le personnel est vraiment à l’écoute, attentif et très réactif à nos demandes. Leur gentillesse a rendu notre séjour plus agréable. L’emplacement est également idéal. Il y a de nombreuses boutiques, restaurants et la plage municipale à proximité, ce qui permet de tout faire à pied. En revanche, si vous souhaitez visiter des endroits comme le Cap Spartel ou d’autres sites touristiques, il faudra prévoir une voiture ou prendre un taxi.
Le principal point négatif est l’insonorisation, qui est quasiment inexistante. Malgré les fenêtres fermées, on entend très clairement tout ce qui se passe dans la rue (conversations, éternuements, bruit des passants, etc.). En journée, ce n’est pas très gênant, mais la nuit c’est dérangeant. On entend parfois les bruits à l’intérieur de l’hôtel, notamment lorsque des personnes parlent un peu fort dans les couloirs ou lorsque les portes des chambres se ferment.

Tuvimos problemas para ducharnos por escasa cantidad de agua y no fue fácil por momentos tener agua caliente. No nos dejaban mas que un rollo de papel higiénico por día y encima lo dejaron mojado. Toallas y sabanas de escasa calidad.El desayuno peor de lo esperado, con poca variedad y sabor muy mejorable.

Reviewed Jul 19, 2026El desayuno es el punto fuerte de Riad Sultana. La ubicación es buena,en la Medina ,aunque un poco complicado llegar. No hay cartel en la puerta y si llegas tarde nadie a quién preguntar.
La habitación que nos tocó solo tenía una pequeña ventana que daba al patio interior. El cuarto de baño no tiene ninguna ventilación. Toda la humedad y los olores permanecen en el dormitorio. Pedimos otra habitación pero estaban completos,nos dijeron. Nuestra estancia era de 4 noches y se hizo complicado. ElRiad tiene 8 habitaciones de las cuales 4 sin como la nuestra.

- il y a aucun plaque qui indique que c’était un raid donc même avec Google maps je me trouve en face d’un mur blanc . - dans le jus j’ai trouvé une petite bestiole ça m’a dégouté du reste. - les chambres sont humides + les coupure d’électricité tout la journée. - les chambres sont très basiques part à porte le prix !!!! . - les chambres sont mal décoré + une fois dans la chambre il y a aucun vue just en face d’un mur abîmé de l’ancien médina. - pas d’ambiance ni de jolies décorations dans ce raids à améliorer. - les photos des chambres trompeuses c’est pas joli comme sur les images.

Al estar en el centro de la Medina y no funcionar el internet de nuestros teléfonos en Marruecos se nos hizo difícil localizarlo, ya que tampoco Contaba con carteles en el exterior, nos han cobrado de más el Impuesto que figuraba en nuestra reserva, no cuenta con ascensor, ojo si llevas mucho equipaje

Curățenia în camere lasă de dorit, camera este fiarte mică, baia este fara geam, era apa pe jos ori de câte ori făceai duș stropeai inclusiv vasul de toaletă, a trebuit să ani tam noi de fiecare data sa vina sa usuce cineva. Am cerut noi prosoape, deoarece nu erau, la fel și săpun.

Reviewed May 19, 2026Mohammed was extremely helpful, arranging transportation from the ferry to the Riad, a driver for a 1/2 day we wanted to do, and a guide just for us for a tour of the Kasbah, Medina and nearby areas, which suited us perfectly. Other staff were lovely also. Breakfast on the terrace was delicious and fresh. We were a bit concerned that we wouldn’t find our way back when we went out but it was not that difficult. We were happy to not be o. Top of the hill.
Our room was very clean but could use a dehumidifier as it could be a bit damp, which I’m sure is not uncommon in that area.

Reviewed Apr 27, 2026The staff was very friendly and responsive to emails. They arranged for a taxi to/from the airport, and for a tour outside the city, all at a fair price. The decor was lovely, and the large breakfasts were really delicious, especially when eaten up on the roof terrace. The beds were comfortable if you like harder mattresses, and the water pressure was ok.
The staff, though responsive, didn't always follow through. We had to ask 3 times to have the toilet fixed, and repeat requests for blankets and other amenities. The bathroom was extremely small with zero counter space, and the shower had no curtain, with no bathmat, so you stepped out on to a cold, wet floor. Also, in my room, definitely not enough hot water - I barely got even a 5-minute shower. Last, and this is not the riad's fault at all, it was a little rough to have to walk so far to get to a main street for a taxi, but if you want to stay in the medina, that's the price you pay.

The staff was not good managing some issues. We had a bus at 9 am, so we decided to book a taxi at the riad. We booked it at 8h20 and at 8h30 nobody gave us any answer about our taxi. I repeatly ask for information and finally the staff took us to a taxi who had been waiting for 15 minutes at the stop. The taxi driver ran as fast as he could, and we arrived to our bus less than 5 minutes before leaving. Besides of paying 10 euros which is more than the double they normally charged from ctm to the medina, the experience was awful.

El baño es muy pequeño e incómodo y las habitaciones son frías.

Very small room with no window to the outside. The window opens to the doorway which you want closes so people cannot look inside. There is bad smell from the drainage because of poor ventilation. Rustic floor design makes you not notice easily that it is dusty. No hotel name sign and house number is not visible so I had to guess the door of the hotel upon arrival.

La humedad en las habitaciones ya que en periodo lluvioso y con ventanas al pasillo interior se hace difícil la ventilación necesaria.

Reviewed Apr 11, 2026Um riad com excelente trabalho de host e acompanhamento dos hóspedes. Antes da chegada arranjaram-nos transfer do aeroporto, visita às zonas circundantes de Tânger (como Cabo Spartel) e saída no dia de check-out para Chefchaouen num grand táxi. Os pequnenos almoços são deliciosos no rooftop. Riad super central no emaranhado da medina.

-l'hotel s'affiche pas de nom devant sa porte .c'est comme si l'on sonnait à la porte d'un particulier encore qu'un particulier mettrait son nom sur la sonnette! Très difficile à trouver dans les dédales de la medina, il est peu connu des habitants et ce fut une galère pour y arriver . -confort assez sommaire pour le standing et le prix de la chambre .éclairage blafard, lits durs, pas de penderie,peu d'éléments décoratifs. - la terrasse quoique très agréable pour y prendre son petit déjeuner ou un verre, aurait grand besoin de restauration : mobilier jadis blanc, rouillé, coussins à changer et certains parasols destroyed !

Chambre sombre sans fenêtre (ouverture donnant vers l'intérieur du Riad), mauvaise isolation et très bruyant avec les chambres voisines.
