Studio was spacious with the largest bath. Location is central to Breda, so close to everything. Staff were responsive when help needed. Bed was very comfortable.

There were small amounts of insects seen, drain flies, silverfish, spiders. Shower area did not smell good, and because it is a studio, could also be smelt when in bed. Apartment was quite shabby. No wardrobe in area.

Super gezellig appartement op een toplocatie. (Helemaal als je van een hapje en een drankje houdt) Wij hebben niks negatiefs te melden. Er stond zelfs een waaier klaar bij ons bed, ivm de warmte, zo fijn. Contact met host(s) was ook een prettige ervaring, duidelijke uitleg wat betreft incheck/uitcheck en ook tussendoor even een appje om te vragen of alles oké was :) Wat ons betreft een mega aanrader! Nogmaals dank.

Good location in the centre of town and close to all amenities.

Breda is a party city. The accommodation is on one of the main streets. We stayed on a Friday and Saturday nights - the noise from the crowds outside didn't cease until gone 3am in the morning. Perhaps it's better mid week, but being able to sleep is a vital part of any stay. If you are more of a party animal then maybe this accommodation is for you.

Door de enkele ramen hoorde je letterlijk ieder geluid. In de ochtend om 6 uur de vegers. Was niet echt schoon, veel stof en wc was erg vies.

The apartment is very nice overall. The location is perfect , right in the main square, in the heart of Breda. Great pubs and restaurants downstairs. We were even lucky enough to enjoy a live band concert just below the apartment. The bed was very comfortable. The oven worked great. The dishwasher, washing machine, and dryer were excellent.

It can indeed be noisy at night because of the pubs, and early in the morning there are delivery trucks moving bottles and supplies. Not enough space for clothes. No cupboard/storage space for food products. All in all, it is a very good option for a short stay.

Locatie en mooie inrichting

Kreeg geen raam open en ook geen reactie op vragen of dit wel mogelijk was. Hierdoor bleven etensluchten, lang hangen, ook prullenbak verdient aandacht om onprettige luchtjes vast te houden. Deksel!

Perfecte locatie, mooi ingericht en heel ruim. En een heel prettige sfeer. Ondanks dat je meteen aan de grote markt zit met drie grote ramen, is het toch heel rustig en stil binnen.

Twee kleine kritiek puntjes: iets van hanggelegenheid voor kleding is welkom. Al is het maar een kapstok in het halletje. En de kraantjes bij de wasbak spetteren heel snel je kleding nat wanneer je de kraan opendraait. Geen hele grote issues maar meer kleine verbeterpuntjes.

Het appt was super schoon en de ligging was top!!!

Appartamento delizioso, dotato di ogni comfort e arredato con cura. Posizione nel cuore della città, in zona pedonale, molto vivace la sera. Mezzi di trasporto raggiungibili a piedi o in bicicletta in pochissimi minuti.

Locatie avond nacht en vroege ochtend. Veel schreeuwende mensen buiten. Binnen erg gehorig, stampende gasten en vroeg in de ochtend herrie van transport karren en in de ochtend 7.30 glazenwasser

Locatie en een ruim en gezellig appartement. Alles was er.

Het was niet zo schoon. Servies wat vies in de kast stond, vrij veel stof en meubels die hun beste tijd hebben gehad.

Het was er wat benauwd toen we binnenkwamen. Maar gelukkig stond er een ventilator. Het ergste was dat er vieze handdoeken nog lagen.

Location, the bath, the bed and hosts were very nice.

The blinds were hard to use and there was no shower gel and salt. It was also very noisy outside, but it is not under the control of the host.

Great little apartment. We will stay here again.

Very charming and comfortable. Staff is friendly and accommodating. Bath tub is an awesome addition. I loved the wine and snacks they left for me as a welcome gift. Location couldn't be more cental. Recommended for a couple or a solo traveler.

Prime location! A minute walk from anything important. very recommended! I forgot my shoes and they were shipped to me after 2 day without any trouble. Amazing service!

That we couldn't stay longer!

The apartment was very nice and spacious, just a short 10 minute walk from the train station and located in the center of the Groete Markt in the center of Breda. The location was convenient to access the sites and cafes. The apartment was well furnished, and had a small kitchen for cooking in and a refrigerator for storing food. The host left a nice bottle of wine upon our arrival, and provided good information for what to do in Breda prior to our arrival.

It was very loud until late in the evening on the weekend (1-2 am) as it is just above the cafes. It was less noisy during the week. There is no air conditioning, and due to the noise in the cafes below, we couldn't open the windows for ventilation. Be mindful of the weather, as it was above 80 degrees during our stay! The host did bring a fan for our third night. Also, it is not a hotel, so the normal toiletries (i.e shamppo) are not provided. Also plan to bring your own spices if you plan to cook.
