Noise in the lobby and elevators made by groups of young people, acting as rude persons Not many chances to have dinner around the hotel; only the hotel restaurant, or in your own kitchen very spacy.

침구 청결도가 조금 아쉬웠습니다. 물론 교체해주셔서 다행이긴 했는데요. 객실 청결도에 조금 더 신쳥써 주시면 좋을 것 같습니다.

층간 소음, 벽간 소음, 술 취해서 복도에서 떠드는 인간들, 의자 끄는 소리가 밤새 울리고 소음엔 너무 취약함. 의자 식탁 다리에 스폰지라도 붙이세요. 온천은 좋은데 시설 열악. 물 내려가는 곳 돌판이 깨지고 엉망인 건 좀 교체하세요. 빠져서 발 다칠 뻔 했습니다

Reviewed Oct 20, 2025La chambre était grande et confortable 🛏️. L’hôtel est bien situé, à proximité du parc Seoraksan 🌄. Il y a un Nice to CU juste en bas, une salle de sport bien équipée, un mini-golf et un bon petit-déjeuner 🍽️ — parfait pour une escale à Sokcho !
L’annonce mentionnait 93 m² mais la chambre semblait plutôt autour de 50 m². Le lit était très grand mais le sommier grinçait à chaque mouvement 😅. L’insonorisation est moyenne : on entend les voisins, les gens dans le couloir et même la pluie. De plus, la réception parle très peu anglais, ce qui peut compliquer la communication si vous ne parlez pas coréen.

1)샤워시 수압이 약하고, 온수가 잘 안나와서 불편함(온수조절이 안됨). 냉수는 잘나옴. 2)룸이 끝쪽에 배정되어 베란다 외벽에서 빗물이 떨어져, 빗물이 거실유리창에 뿌려져 우천시 문을 열지못함. 3)기대하고 갔었는데, 숙소전망이 전혀없어요. 안좋았습니다.

Reviewed Jul 1, 2025It was a good price, clean and spacious rooms. The resort is surrounded by nature. Seorak mountain is a place highly recommended to visit. There is a good hike but go prepared with drinks, snacks and take time to rest. We didn't eat at the restaurants as we had our plans but there is a restaurant and a convenient shop on the same level where reception is located. You can get there a lot of emergency food and drinks and basically all you need.
We booked two rooms and according to the information provided on Booking.com there were supposed to be beds but we had only one double bed in one room and beddings provided for sleeping on the floor in another room. We were a bit disappointed about it.

Reviewed Jan 17, 2024Location 6 km from terminal express bus, we can take there by taxi approximatle 9000-10.000 won. Big room ,warm, all kitchen amenities ready to use , rice cooker also. I love the smell of body wash so fresh. Comfortable bed. The room I choose fit for 5 people (2 bed room)
No suttle bus to Seoraksan National Park but you can take taxi. Staff will help you. Futon will be perfect if thicker.

Our own fault, but the floor is quite hard for futons. Would book with actual beds next time. Also, difficult to communicate with staff in English.
