Reviewed Jul 19, 20261. Great Location - a few hundred meters to the north of the Secret Garden. 2. Great host who communicated throughout and was super helpful. 3. The riad has character and it was lovely to see the inside of a traditional Moroccan home. Given the hustle and bustle of the souk, step inside Riad Rose Eternal and it is calm, quiet and peaceful. 4. Aircon, hot water and wifi were all brilliant. The shower was fantastic - very hot water what ever the time of day. 5. Delightful sun terrace provides a place to relax, read a book or gaze over the Marrakesh rooftops. 6. Value for money was fantastic

El chico que nos atendió super risueño y atento, incluso le pedimos desayunar 15 minutos antes de la hora prevista porque teníamos excursión y no tuvo ningún problema en atender nuestra petición. Está dispuesto a ayudar con lo que sea, todo genial.
Por decir algo, cuesta un poquito encontrarlo. Como referencia al final usamos el Riad que hay justo al lado (Dar Tritit) porque ese si que aparece en la ubicación de Maps de manera más clara. Dimos muchas vueltas para encontrarlo (también fue error nuestro por no escribir antes al chico que está el Riad, porque en cuanto escribimos nos envió la ubicación. Así que, recomiendo hacer eso nada más ubicarte por la zona). A los taxistas (o el vehículo que elijáis para llegar) darle como referencia el college Mohamed V, es lo más fácil

Reviewed May 30, 2026Traditionelles Riad in einer guten Gegend der Medina. In der Umgebung schöne Geschäfte und gute Restaurants. Sehr schönes Zimmer mit einem großen Doppelbett und Sitzecke. Betten sehr bequem und insgesamt sehr sauber. Gutes umfangreiches Frühstück! Schöne Dachterrasse mit traumhaften Blick! Ein sehr netter Betreiber, der für uns ein Taxi organisiert hat und uns dorthin gebracht hat!

Mettre des draps housses pour matelas épais éviterait qu'ils ne s'enlèvent toute la nuit et qu'ils se déchirent. Mettre également une couette plus légère permettrait d'avoir moins chaud.

Reviewed May 18, 2026Loved the Moroccan ambience and hospitality. Hamouda was an excellent host. It was pretty much in the souk. As the shops in the souk was always active, as a solo female traveller, I was not too uncomfortable being alone at night.
It may not have been too ideal a place if I was there too late at night once the shops in the souk was closed.

Reviewed May 11, 2026Accueil, disponibilité, propreté, simplicité, chaleureux. Le Riad est magnifique. Mohammed et sa collègue sont top. Toujours prêt pour nous satisfaire. Toujours joignable. Nous avons pris le buffet marocain proposé pour un soir la salade marocaine et les tajines un délice. Le petit déjeuner le matin est un véritable plaisir. Il y a une magnifique terrasse, et un salon extérieur. Les chambres sont très spacieuses et magnifiques. Le Riad est très bien placé pour accéder aux taxis, et pour se promener dans la médina et les souks. Proche des points d'intérêts. Je recommande et je reviendrai avec ma famille car c'était un grand wk entre copines.

Foram todos muito simpáticos e preocupados, o pequeno almoço era incrível e sem dúvida foi o melhor chá de menta que bebi em Marrakech. Excelente anfitrião o Mohammed foi super prestável connosco, certamente quando regressarmos a Marrakech é neste Riad que vamos ficar.

The Riad is beautifully done up, the rooms are large with nice beds and bathrooms. Also super helpful hosts sorting us out with everything we needed for our departure. Location suited us perfectly, close to everything but not in the hectic part of the medina

El dueño ha sido muy cercano y amable con nosotros desde el primer momento, siempre pendiente de si necesitábamos algo. Los desayunos estaban muy buenos, se notaba que estaban hechos con cariño y era un gustazo empezar así el día. Además, nos ayudó a gestionar el taxi para el aeropuerto, lo cual nos vino genial y nos quitó bastante preocupación. El riad es tranquilo, bonito y perfecto para desconectar después de todo el día por Marrakech. Si volvemos, repetiríamos sin duda 👍

Стаята ни беше просторна, със самостоятелна баня, чиста, а кърпите миришеха много хубаво. Риадът има красива тераса на покрива. Препоръчвам го като много добро съотношение условия/цена.

Vielen dank an Hamouda Top Gastgeber. In meinen Augen gab es nichts zu bemängeln. Tolles typisches Frühstück aus Marokko.

Reviewed Mar 20, 2026Molto bello avere un Riad completamente privato avendo 4 stanze con il terrazzo completamente riservato a noi Accoglienza ottima tè alla menta al nostro arrivo nonostante l'orario di arrivo in tarda serata Hamouda, colui che si occupa di gestire la struttura, veramente disponibile a soddisfare ogni richiesta dalla prenotazioni di taxi a varie richieste Il mio marsupio si e rotto mi ha subito aiutato portandolo lui stesso a ripararlo Abbiamo chiesto la colazione da asporto partendo presto per Ozoud senza alcun problema hanno soddisfatto le richieste, stesa cosa per stampare le certe di imbarco Ci hanno permesso di depositare i bagagli l'ultimo giorno della partenza Veramente una persona disponibile Colazione preparata da lui e una signora ottima e tipica Il Riad molto accogliente pulito, lenzuola e asciugamani cambiati regolarmente Posizione ottima a 10 minuti a piedi dall' piazza, i taxi tremano molto vicino al Riad comodo per escursioni La posizione Maps è corretta, mettetevi in contatto con il Riad prima del vostro arrivo per avere supporto nel caso non lo troviate Siete delle persone speciali continuate così
Consiglio di installare in tutte le camere porta saponi nelle docce, per evitare di appoggiarli a terra Una camere è leggermente piccola per 2 persone verificate in fase di prenotazione o se siete un gruppo di 8 persone tenute conto che una camera è piccola meglio per una sola persona Ulteriore consiglio: aggiornare i moduli per il check-in sono molto complessi da comprendere soprattutto per stranieri non sapendo quali campi riempire Meglio avere di moduli con i soldi campi da riempire in lingua inglese

Te reciben con un té con pastas que se agradece bastante , se duerme muy agusto y hay una ducha calentita que reconforta el duro día de caminata. Mohammed es fantástico súper servicial y atento. I would especially like to highlight the staff. Mohamed was always available and ready to help with anything. We also had dinner at the riad, and it was absolutely delicious.

No es difícil acceder al Riad con coche, 4 minutos desde la parada de taxi más cercana y fácil llegar al centro o restaurantes. Buen precio y facilidad de comunicación con el staff y sobretodo que no tenía ruidos, algo que me preocupaba bastante por lo que había leído de otros alojamientos.
El desayuno podría ser más grande e incluir más proteína. Es casi todo azúcar. El idioma del stuff es principalmente árabe y francés, complicado con otros idiomas. La TV de la habitación no sirve para nada, decoración realmente.

Reviewed Dec 20, 2025Mohammed is a great host. Despite our late arrival, we were served a delicious Moroccan dinner. The riad is located fairly centrally. There are many shops and places to eat nearby.
We traveled in December, and it was quite cold outside and inside.

Reviewed Dec 18, 2025Unlike every other place we have stayed when our driver called to tell them of our impending arrival and asked to be met to show us into the medina the response was :let them find their own way! Our driver was appalled. We had requested a number of times for ironing facility and told to speak to reception However the very rude manager said it was not available. Called the owner who told him to take it to laundry which we paid for but when retuned brand new outfit was dirty. When we mentioned it he threw a tantrum throwing things around and storming out. Spoke very little English so intimidating. Only accom no bottled water in room Only accom no tradition Moroccan welcome tea TV didn't work Light bulbs out on bedsides so just disconnected from socket Very unfriendly and clearly doesn't like his job
