Reviewed Sep 8, 2026The accommodation is basic but very clean, the shower worked well and so did the air con and the bed was very comfortable. The location was perfect for us. It is right beside the Airport bus stop and only a little further from the railway station. Despite this, we did not have any problems with noise.. You might not want to spend a week here as it is just a room (no other facilities) but for a few nights at a reasonable price, you couldn't do better

Reviewed Sep 7, 2026The location is amazing just right beside the mestre station and right in front of the Actvo bus stop where we got dropped off from the airport. It’s easy to locate, the person in charge is responsible and responsive via the booking.com messaging and WhatsApp. The staff is really helpful and friendly too in assisting us to drop off our luggage before our check in time. The room is simple, small but very clean and well maintained.
If there’s something to pick I would say that the staff only starts work at 1045am but we arrived in Venice around d 830am so we had to pay for luggage storage for 2ish hours before the staff arrived. But he did inform me beforehand that we can only leave our luggage from 1045am onwards so that’s not really an issue.

Reviewed Aug 30, 2026Can literally see the train station from it. Front desk person was very nice.
The room was clean but smelled very strongly of air freshener which I don’t enjoy. I think it comes with the territory but the room is pretty loud next to the station. I didn’t realize that this is pretty far from a traditional hotel, i.e had to message someone on WhatsApp to let us into the building.

Reviewed Aug 17, 2026Once you’re in the room, it’s OK. It’s small and not half as good looking as those pictures however it’s clean for a quick night over.
The problem with this property is the location, it’s that a bus station and that’s very scary. There is train noise all night until midnight and people wandering around there’s no way for you to know that you are at a hotel..
