I like the employee the way to treat their customer they have beautiful breakfast It was very clean. Location was nice close to Metro. You can walk. It’s in the quiet area. perfect for family stay!

Kedves, segítőkész személyzet. Minőségi pipereholmik, fogkefétől a hajbalzsamig, alap tisztálkodási szereket nem kell vinni. Fantasztikus, bőséges és finom reggeli kínálat. Az M4 metro, Acibadem állomása alig 10 perc séta, amivel kényelmesen, közvetlen lehet eljutni a SAW isztambuli reptérre. A szálloda mellett, 3 perc sétára egy nagyobb élelmiszer bolt és éttermek találhatóak.

Wenn man sich etwas Erfahrung hat, ist es verkehrsgünstig gelegen, etwas familiär und im Umkreis findet man viele nützliche Orte. Es ist nicht touristisch überlaufen.

Das warme Buffet könnte Abwechslungsreicher sein.

We had a fantastic stay! The room was perfectly soundproofed, ensuring a very quiet and restful sleep. Everything was spotlessly clean and smelled great throughout the hotel. I also really appreciated the high-quality toiletries provided—the shampoo, conditioner, and body wash were excellent. The breakfast was delicious, and the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. Highly recommended!

The bed, bed sheets and the pillows could be more comfortable. If you have a big car, parking lot in the garage is too tight.

Wirklich perfekt. Ich bin mit dem Motorrad angereist. Es gibt eine Tiefgarage. Das Frühstück ist super und die Mitarbeiter so sehr bemüht. Ich hatte eine Anfrage zum Fotografieren und gute Orte. Die Antwort war sehr differenziert und perfekt für mein Vorhaben.

Breakfast was good. Staff were very helpful. Room comfortable. AC worked well.

The location is convenient for patients of Medipol Acibadem. The internal design and decoration are good and make good impression. The staff is friendly and helpful. The breakfast is good. There are some good restaurants nearby.

The room furniture is good looking but not functional. There are no drawers at all, there are no shelves in the wardrobe, very small number of hangers and no one hook to hang something outside of the wardrobe. The same for the bathroom - no shelves or hooks around the sink, no glass or something else that can be used as toothbrush holder.

Stuff is friendly and happy to help. Breakfasts are nice with good variety and high quality of products. Hotel has a nice lobby where you can chill at the evening and order something from 24/7 caffe. The room is small but nicely designed and everything was accessible there.

Location is terrible for walkability: next to it is the highway, and you have to walk along the highway to get to the metro station. You can’t go anywhere by feet: it is located in a residential area, so even dining places of Moda were 20-30 mins away by metro. Our arrival to this property from IST took more than 2 hours, so for shorter trips like ours, I would recommend looking something better located. Wi-Fi is slow and disconnects from time to time.

Very nice and well managed hotel located in a quiet neighborhood, something that is not easy to find in the lively and wonderful Istanbul. The breakfast is possibly the best I've ever had, very comfortable beds and very clean rooms and surroundings. There are several restaurants nearby, and while it is true that the number of options is limited in comparison to the center of Kadikoy, the quality of the food is quite good. The location is very convenient, close to the metro that goes directly to the airport, and to a Marmaray station. Many buses stop basically outside the hotel, going to Kadikoy center or to Uzkudar. In contrast to other small hotels/guesthouses, they enforce a strict no-smoking policy, so there are no hints of cigarette smell anywhere, which is crucial for me. Despite being close to a mayor highway, the traffic noise is very faint and did not disturbed me in any way, despite being a light sleeper. I would definitely come back!

The air conditioning is just a bit noisy, but maybe that is not the case in all rooms.

Ok, but without much variety. If you stay for 1-2 days, it's ok, but if you plan to stay for 6-7 days, it can be really repetitive.

We had 3 rooms, 2 were ok, but the 3rd one had a bad smell and it had no window. The name of that one was standard room, but we paid the same amount as for the others. We were moved by the staff on the last day, but not a pleasant experience overall. We stayed several times to Buem Hotel Koşuyolu (before the rebranding), but we didn't had any issues. We won't be coming back...

The hotel is very easy to find due to its smart facade. It is designed tastefully. The lobby is very welcoming, and the working staff is nice and professional. The guest experience is very valuable for them. Food was so good - I would skip a dinner in the city to have it in the hotel. My room was a very good size, comfortable, and cozy. The hotel location allows you to enjoy the Asian side, which is breathtaking, and a super-easy commute to the European side. Overall, I was very pleased with my stay there.

I wish the rooms had a Do Not Disturb sign - I had severe jet lag, was sleeping till 4:00 pm, and was up till 4:00 am. And the cleaning staff would knock to ask if I needed cleaning, and oftentimes, the disrupted sleep would cause headaches. If I could put a Do Not Disturb sign on the door, they would know. By the way, the cleaning staff is also very nice and does their job wonderfully.

Wspaniały, kameralny hotel z cudowną obsługą i przepysznymi, bardzo różnorodnymi śniadaniami. Czysto, spokojnie, idealnie zarówno na krótszy jak i dłuższy pobyt. Bardzo polecamy i na pewno wrócimy :)

Sehr gutes Frühstück. Die Zitronen Limonade ist der Hammer. Freundliche Mitarbeiter. Alles bestens.

Die Zimmer sollten gelüftet werden. Der Teppich im Eingangsbereich sollte getauscht oder gereinigt werden. Es erzeugte ein Geruch im Zimmer.

Das Frühstück ist exzellent und sehr umfassend, die Zimmer schön groß und gut ausgestattet. Die Lage des Hotels sehr ruhig, es gibt auf den Straßen neben dem Hotel kaum Verkehr. Nur wenige Minuten zu Fuß befindet sich eine Bushaltestelle, mit der man ins Zentrum von Kadiköy und zum Fähranleger fahren kann, wo man die Fähre zum europäischen Teil Istanbuls besteigen kann.

Das Hotel befindet sich nicht in einem belebten Viertel (z.B. in der Altstadt von Kadiköy), sondern im modernen Teil. Man muss zudem die Brücke über die Stadtautobahn nehmen, wenn man abends von Kadiköy mit dem Bus zurück zum Hotel fährt. Diese Straßen sind abends relativ leer. Zu zweit ist es kein Problem, abends zum Hotel zu laufen, aber alleine und nachts würde es sich vielleicht nicht ganz sicher anfühlen. Alleine sollte man vielleicht überlegen, ein Taxi zu nehmen (vom Zentrum von Kadiköy zum Hotel sind das 10 bis 12 €).

Odaların ve çarşafların temizliği gerçekten çok iyiydi. Lokasyonunun Acıbadem Kadıköy Hastanesi’ne yürüme mesafesinde olması büyük bir avantaj. Odanın ve hotelin dekorasyonu oldukça şık ve özenliydi, fotoğraflarda gördüğünüzün birebir aynısı diyebilirim. Kahvaltısı da gayet yeterli ve tatmin ediciydi. Personelde gayet yardimci ve güler yüzlüydü.

İlk kez bir hotelde sevmediğimiz hiç bişey yoktu.

Чудовий готель. Смачний завтрак, дуже чисто. Недалеко від Kadıköy. Є ресторан, де можно смачно повечеряти.

İkinci kez kalıyorum. Kadıköy'e geldiğimde burada konaklamaya devam edeceğim. Konfor, temizlik, wi-fi, konum ve personel 4/4.

Awesome stay thank you.. close to the dentist i travelled to Turkey to attend. Food was great, had the pasta alfredo 4 times it was so delicious. Staff were so friendly and nothing too much trouble. 100% recommend.

Schöner Aufenthalt mit sehr freundlichem Personal. Ich hatte ein Zimmer mit einer Terrasse, was unseren Abend verschönert hat. Alles war sauber und gut organisiert. Ich habe mich wohl gefühlt und komme gerne wieder.

Estancia perfecta!! Hotel nuevo con limpieza impecable y desayuno muy completo. Personal muy amable y buena ubicación además de tranquila. Han tenido las habitaciones preparadas con todos los detalles al llegar y nos han preparado unas bolsas con bocadillos frutas tortitas y un muy buen café bastante temprano para que pudiéramos desayunar algo el día de nuestra partida. Gracias por todo!!
