Apartamento limpio y comodo. Situado cerca del centro. Mucho ambiente alrededor y pegado a la bonita plaza de Santa Catalina.

Zentrumsnah, genug Platz für 4 Erwachsene, Lokale und Supermarkt in wenigen Minuten, Waschmaschine und Trocker.

Einrichtung (Vorhänge) verschlissen, Gitter zur Straße nur umständlich zu öffnen. Zugangsdaten zum Appartement erst nach Aufforderung übermittelt.

Nothing!!! Terrible place! Dangerous region with drug users around. My uber driver asked me to be careful as soon as we left the car. I am not playing here. The place is not what they show on the photos. The entrance was an old gate covered with lots of rubbish bags. A homeless guy was opening the bags and had to help us remove some from the entrance, or we couldn’t get into the gate. Not good hygiene conditions in the house. I have plenty of photos to show it. I was booked for one week and left the place after the second night to find a better place to stay. I don’t recommend it at all.

The following letter was sent to the owners, and it explains a lot, I think (they haven’t replied this message): “…I am writing to inform you that we have just left your room. I am here to communicate my check-out. We decided to change hotels. We were extremely disappointed with your room. Both due to poor upkeep and maintenance, as well as the lack of cleanliness. Let's mention a few things. 1- The initial disappointment came right at the entrance of the building. Accumulated trash at the door and an extremely dirty and poorly maintained entrance corridor. Terrible first impression. 2- At no point did you inform us how difficult that staircase is. Practically impossible to climb those grueling 3 flights of stairs with large luggage. 3- As soon as we opened the building door, we could smell a strong odor of cigarettes, which continues throughout the day. So strong that it could be smelled inside our room. We are non-smokers and suffered greatly from this terrible smell inside the building. 4- The condition of the towels and utensils in the room. My towel had a hole about two centimeters long, and the edges of my towel and the bathroom floor towel were significantly frayed from use. 5- The living room lightbulb was not working (maybe broken) 6- The terrible hygiene conditions of the kitchen utensils. The pans were covered in oil and the glasses had residue and dirt. 7- The kettle had a disgusting layer of green and white mold with a foul-smelling liquid inside. Very disgusting indeed. To the point that we almost vomited. This was the point that made us decide to look for a better place. 8- The freezer was completely filled with ice, impossible to use. 9- The toilet seat, old and without paint, showing the lack of maintenance of the house. 10- No shower curtain. After showering, the bathroom was completely soaked. I won't write more defects here. There are many… countless.

Great location and apartment set up. Comfortable bed and bedding. I felt good and slept very well in the apartment, which was just sufficient for my needs.

The instructions for the key box could be clearer, but I could reach the host by phone to clarify the key box location. Note that the hosts are not responsive to email, and everything is very basic in terms of toiletries, shower curtain not properly installed (it's too long with too cheap of a rod that fell down and was hard to put up again). A kitchen towel would have been nice, and a little bit more sufficient supplies, but overall it was o.k. There is a heavy smoker below who smokes in the staircase, which could be bothersome for someone who is sensitive to smoke, as it travels up to the third floor and into the apartment hallway.

All'arrivo il vicino di casa ha aggredito mio marito minacciandolo con un coltello e tirandogli addosso un bicchiere che si è schiantato sulle scale, molto strette e ripide. Ho chiamato subito booking che si è attivato per mettersi in contatto con il proprietario che non ha mai risposto. Noi l'abbiamo chiamato e sollecitato per tre volte a darci la sicurezza che non fossimo.in pericolo. Internet non ha mai funzionato e alla richiesta di asciugamani puliti che mancavano per una persona il proprietario ha lasciato una busta sulla porta con gli asciugamani la sera dell'ultima notte. Il problema di internet non è mai stato risolto. E al mio contatto il proprietario ha risposto due giorni dopo, che ormai stavamo partendo. Avevo chiesto di preparare il divano letto per fare dormire una persona ma nemmeno quello abbiamo trovato preparato quindi la persona ha dovuto dormire senza lenzuola. Insomma diciamo che dal.punto di vista dell' attenzione al.cliente, non ci siamo. La casa non pulitissima, ma non abbiamo sollevato problemi perché ne avevamo altri di più importanti da risolvere. Peccato perché la casa è carina e la posizione stupenda.

Pulizia insufficiente, divano-letto scomodo. Dalla descrizione sapevamo fosse un terzo piano senza ascensore ma non ci aspettavamo scale così strette (scomode per salire e scendere con valigie, bambini e passeggino)

La ubicación es perfecta, al lado del centro, en una zona muy buena de bares y restaurantes, pero tranquila. Tiene todo lo necesario tanto en cocina, como lavadora y secadora, toallas ..

En realidad nada ..por poner una pega no hay ascensor, pero ya lo sabía

Die Wohnung und die Einrichtung war zweckmäßig und hat der Beschreibung im Angebot entsprochen. Durch die Lage ist man in Brüssel schnell an vielen Sehenswürdigkeiten. Wer mit dem Zug unterwegs ist: In 15 Min kann man zum Bahnhof Central laufen. In unmittelbarer Nähe gibt es ein vielseitiges Angebot an Restaurants und Bistros. Trotz extrem heißer Außentemperaturen war die Wohnung recht angenehm.

Die steile Treppe zur Wohnung ist schon oft beschrieben worden, mit großem Koffer ist sie anspruchsvoll. Wir haben ein wenig gebraucht, bis wir die Schlüsselbox gefunden hatten. Das Haus ist hellhörig und das gastronomische Angebot der Umgebung ist in der Wohnung hörbar.

The apartment was spacious and the location was excellent. The washer and dryer was a plus! There were many good restaurants nearby. Easy walking distance to Grand Place and the Central train station.

The TV was non-functional the entire time we were there. The host had promised to fix it before we arrived but never did. We had problems working the stove top. The host came by and said that the problem was the skillet we were trying to fry eggs in was not compatible. He took both skillets and said that he would replace them but he never did, so we could only boil eggs for breakfast and it limited what we could cook in the kitchen during our stay. The bathtub was dangerous! It was very slippery and there was no rubber mat or hand rail. The apartment was on the 3rd floor and the stairwell was very narrow so it was hard to get luggage up and down. There was no elevator.

The property location was in a great area, lots to see, do, eat and drink nearby. If you enjoying walking this is the area to do it from.

We had difficulty finding the property. The address we were given was for a Wine Shop which was next door to the entrance to the property. When I called the Owner to ask him where his property was he proceeded to yell at me saying we do not give out our codes. I never asked for his codes, I had those, what I did not have was the entrance to his property so I could use his codes.

The location is in the old city, with plenty of restaurants and shops, at only 10 minutes by foot from Grand Place and 3 metro stations near-by. The view is indeed amazing, the room is big, the bed is very confortable. The feeling is like home, with beautiful furniture, a wardrobe, a big TV, a well equiped kitchen, a warmed terasse with chairs and a table. The location and the neighborhood are safe and quite.

It was a little cold one evening, when the weather was cold, and the warming in the room didn't function.

Nancy the host is very nice and helpful. The lcoation is excellent. The apartment itself is spacious and equipped. The bed is comfortable. The view is lovely.

Some additional blinds or blackout curtains would be useful.

Nice view of rooftops and spires but strong smell of cigarettes in the apartment. TV wasn’t working properly and in spite of reporting it promptly nobody responded for two days. Fittings are generally poor quality such as the shower rail falling down and the furnishings being cheap and sparse. Therefore found it overpriced compared to previous apartment rentals in St Cathrines.

The stairs are just dangerous and a proper railing to avoid suitcases falling down the staircase would not cost much. A bit more attention to cleanliness in the apartment would be appreciated. New towels would also be appreciated. The alley is rather gloomy and dirty.

The location is excellent. The view on Saint Catherine cathedral is superb. The terrace is equipped with heaters. The kitchen is well equipped.

The staircase is a bit of a challenge, to say the least. Sometime bad (smoking?) smell is coming from other apartments or from the staircase.

The location is the best! The property is small for family with long stay. The neighbor is a smoker and smoked in the stairwell daily, so be prepared.

This was a great location, in a quiet area but with lots of restaurants and bars nearby. Also close to the grand Place. Bonus that it had both a washer AND dryer. The kitchen is well-equipped and fairly large.

The only hiccup we had was in checking in. We were told we could leave our bags there but then this conflicted with cleaner having the keys and we had also only received partial checkin info. Communication was quick though and quickly rectified. The shower is at a bit of an awkward angle but these were very minor inconveniences.

Excellent location, close to metro, trains, shops, sights, museums etc. No end of restaurants, cafés bars etc. Quiet apartment, no disturbance from neighbours or local cafés. Well appointed apartment, with everything we needed. Easy check in / out with clear instructions. Would recommend.

No complaints.

The place is quiet, all you need for a comfortable staying, we certainly enjoyed the balcony. There is no AC, we were in May and opening the windows was sufficient to cool the place, I don’t know how it would be in the summer. We recommend the place, it felt good.

Have in mind that the appartement is on the 4-th floor, there is no elevator and the stairs are steep and very narrow, it was very challenging to get the luggage up, and it was tiring going up on the stairs daily carrying the bags with water and food.

There were some problems (broken bed) but the property fixed them immediately. Next time we would like to find the apartment already in good conditions (nothing broken). Tks

Τhe stairs are very narrow and steep and it is very difficult to carry the suitcase up and down. Despite this, the apartment is excellent and in an amazing location.

Great location for access to city's attractions and St Catherine restaurants and bars. Easy access to rail stations for visits to Bruges, Ghent etc. Very comfortable apartment and quick and easy communication with owners.

Excellent location! Many restaurants within a 2 block radius and fantastic bars within easy walking distance. Loved the property with the private deck and a view of Ste. Catherine.

Loved the balcony. Quiet area. Near attractions and restaurants. Nice bathroom with heating. Very nice view.

Missing dishwasher detergent so had to wash up by hand instead. The room had no plan for fire evacuation and had no fire alarm.

Booked apartment has been modified due to technical problem, the new place was supposed to be an upgrade but there were a lot of problem with it : some shutters not working, several light bulbs missing, door from bathroom taken out and left in room, wooden floor severely damaged in bathroom, unpleasant smell in bedroom, ... This place was definitely not prepared to welcome guests. Which is a shame as it has a good potential. Prearranged time of check in was not respected too.

Location is exceptional. It was a secure and private apartment with lots of space and a lovely balcony. The staff provided clear instructions for finding the place. Our only regret is that we couldn't stay longer!

Unfortunately, the motion-sensitive lights in the alley way did not work one night. I tripped on the step just before the entrance door and dislocated my right shoulder. I spent half the night in the emergency room, where the doctors reset the arm and shoulder. I also had to curtail my trip and pay for a new ticket back to the U.S. It is an unfortunate accident, but the owners of the properties in the alleyway should be doubly vigilant about the motion sensitive lights.

We receive very clear instructions by email, with where to find the property, how to enter the gate and how to collect the keys. It was also very easy to check-out, without the need to make a specific time appointment with the host, that coming from abroad, can be difficult to schedule. We arrived before the schedule timing and there was the cleaner still there, but she was very kind and allowed us to put the bags into the apartment.

Everything was very good in the apartment, there was everything needed for the first days and we were able to buy from grocery what we needed. If I'd have to say something, even if it totally depends on the personal taste, some more pillows would have been appreciated :)

A lovely apartment in a great part of town, it felt like a peaceful oasis in a hot and busy city. The terrace made all the difference in such hot weather and was a lovely spot in the evening. Many great places to eat nearby, easily walkable to some great sights and so close to the Metro - a great spot to explore from.

Four flights of narrow stairs were a bit of a challenge with luggage / at the end of a long day but no big deal.
