Reviewed Sep 16, 2026L'environnement, petite rue Italienne bien située au calme à coté du centre historique (5 minutes a pieds) et d'un parking couvert à 20 € pour la journée. Très bon accueil et suivi de notre arrivée en Italien, anglais et français léger, jeune femme très gentille, accueillante, serviable, nous à donné un plan avec toutes les visites et le lieu du petit déjeuner également à 5 minutes à pieds. La chambre et salle de bain moderne, très propre joliment aménagé avec tout le nécessaire. Vraiment un très bon lieu et séjour, je recommande sans restriction !

Hellhörig und kaut. Ein Hund hat immer gebellt. Datenschutz von unseren Daten haben eine Nachricht bekommen für nochmaliges zahlen.Frühstück ist nichts besser nicht nehmen und im der Stadt frühstücken.

Reviewed Sep 11, 2026Das Zimmer war modern eingerichtet, es war sauber und hatte ausreichend Platz für zwei Personen.
Ich habe dieses Hotel gebucht weil mit einem inbegriffenen Parkplatz geworben wird, die Realität ist, dass man in den umliegenden Straßen nach einem Parkplatz suchen muss. Man kann Glück haben und findet einen kostenlosen oder muss bezahlen, ein Parkhaus ist direkt daneben kostet 1€ für eine Stunde. Das Frühstück ist absolut erbärmlich, 1 Croissant und 1 Kaffe das war's? Ihr werdet in einer Bar Frühstücken, mein Tipp nehmt das Zimmer ohne Frühstück und geht selber Frühstücken.

Reviewed Sep 10, 2026Mycket bra läge nära gamla stan och rent fint rum. Skön säng och allt kändes fräscht, kaffe och kaka bjöd på rummet Vin, vatten mm kunde köpas på rummet.
Vi bodde bredvid receptionen vilket var mycket störande då det var mycket lyhört. Andra rum var säkert bättre. Frukosten serveras två kvarter bort vilket bara var en kopp kaffe och en croissant Parkering svårt att finna nära förutom dyrt parkeringshus. De tar inte kort bara kontanter så det var lite struligt att betala den extra skatten för rummet samt inköp från minibaren.

Nada grave, pero como tiene bebidas en el frigobar y otras bebidas en la habitación, me hubiera gustado que chequearan que todo estuviera en orden antes de realizar el check out para evitar malos entendidos.

Reviewed Sep 7, 2026La ubicación. Estabamos a 2 cuadras del centro histórico. Las instalaciones y la limpieza excelente. El desayuno, bien, en una cafetería a dos cuadras del alojamiento.
Todo estuvo muy bien!!!! Lo único que quiero recalcar es que en la página de Booking la habitación que reservamos decía que tenía heladera y la que nos dieron no tenía heladera, tenía un frigobar pequeño.

Reviewed Sep 7, 2026Bereits bei der Anreise war die Kommunikation mit Sabrina außergewöhnlich gut, extrem freundlich und hilfreich. Aber auch persönlich wie ein Botschafter von Matera sehr hilfsbereit und unterstützend. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber, ein leicht verstecktes Juwel, mit all den Tipps leicht zu öffnen. Nur 5 Gehminuten ins Zentrum, Gutschein für ein Frühstück in einem sehr netten Café am Weg in die Stadt.

Reviewed Aug 7, 2026The room was so comfortable, aircon worked great, the bathroom was clean, the fridge was helpful and the location was great, only a 7 minute walk from the old town. The staff were so friendly and let us leave our bags there before checked in.
There were snacks and drinks to purchase in the room, but we felt that for the price we paid we should've had something complimentary. Also while it says free breakfast, it's just a croissant and a coffee or tea from a local bakery. We tried to ask for a hot chocolate or juice but it had to be coffee or tea so that was slightly disappointing.

Reviewed Aug 5, 2026La struttura si trova in una posizione perfetta, fuori dalla ZTL quindi comoda per parcheggiare gratuitamente nelle vie limitrofe ma allo stesso tempo a due passi dai meravigliosi Sassi di Matera. La stanza è ampia e pulita, ottima anche la colazione al bar.

Το πρωινο ειναι στοιχειωδες δηλ καφες και κρουασαν Η τοποθεσια ειναι βολικη αλλα εκτος παλαιας πολης και σε συγχρονο κτιριο.

We appreciated the free parking available in the alley next to the hotel entrance. The host was very friendly and provided helpful recommendations for the main tourist attractions. A particularly memorable feature was the wall beside the bed where guests could leave messages and reviews. It was fun and interesting to read the notes left by travelers from around the world. Overall, we had a pleasant stay and would gladly recommend this place.

Reviewed Jul 12, 2026La struttura è bellissima, curata in ogni minimo particolare. Dotata di ogni confort. Letto e cuscini comodi, bagno con una grande doccia , spazioso e dotato di tutto. Anche la stanza è molto comoda e accogliente , con angolo caffè/ tisane , frigo, lavandino, tavolino e sedie. La camera è veramente perfetta....ma la cosa che più ci tengo a sottolineare è la pulizia di questa struttura: sono un soggetto asmatico e devo stare attenta alla polvere/ laniccia soprattutto sotto al letto ( che spesso mi ha causato problemi)....ma qui la pulizia è stata da 10 e lode , impeccabile! Consiglio vivamente di soggiornare in questo b&b ; anche la signora Sabrina è stata gentilissima e cordiale, attenta ad ogni necessità ed esigenza. Il posto è in posizione centrale quindi si può girare tranquillamente a piedi ( anche trovare parcheggio vicino al b& b è stato facile). Infine vorrei fare un ultimo complimento anche ai gestori del bar ' Fortunello ' : sono stati carinissimi e la colazione era buonissima. Matera è una città speciale da visitare assolutamente, così come la struttura ' Vicolo Fiore'.

Deceptions: - Claimed to offer free parking? All I got was a map showing nearby streets that might have some free parking spots, if you're attentive to signage and lucky to find a free spot. So I ended up paying 55€ extra for parking 4 nights. - Claimed to offer free breakfast? All we got were vouchers for 1 free coffee + 1 free croissant at a roadside bar, 4 blocks away, where you'll be lucky to find any sitting space at one of 3 small tables. Nothing like the breakfast they advertised on a photo. - Provided an invoice asking for cash payment for a city tax that was 12 € more than indicated on booking.com . On-site person insisted that booking.com was wrong, even after I showed city tax info on Matera's town site confirming their miscalculation. Later I was told by chat that their invoice was an accidental mistake. - Reception was usually not attended. Need a phone call to unlock door. Access by car is difficult, by a narrow dead-end street

Pozwolono nam zaparkować przy apartamencie, choć nie było tego w ofercie. Zarezerwowano nam stolik na uroczą kolację z przepięknym widokiem na stare miasto. Do tego w cenie jest pyszne, włoskie śniadanie w typowej włoskiej kawiarni. Wszędzie blisko. Polecamy w 100%

Reviewed Jun 17, 2026We stayed for one night in Matera and this location was all we needed. It is 15 minutes away from the bus station, as well as from Matera centrale train station and 10 minutes away from the old town. The staff was very friendly and helpful, we have received all the information in advance, and the instructions were very clear. The room was clean and well equiped. I strongly recommend this location for your stay in Matera.

Reviewed Jun 15, 2026Me gusto la habitación increíble, decorada preciosa y llena de detalles . La ubicación es 10!! El equipamiento precioso, dejan todo vino, aceite de oliva, galletitas, si precisas lo tenes disponible. Nos dejaron paraguas y justo llovió. Recomendaciones de restaurantes.

Reviewed Jun 14, 2026Clean, modern and cleverly equipped. Great location, easy walk into and out of town. Parking in streets was no problem. Lovely, helpful staff member.
It is a guest house so noise from other guests can be heard. We had no problem as we were up early anyway.

Lugar aceptable pero con algunas cosas a tener en cuenta. Nos quisieron cobrar €10 extra para cambiar las dos camas individuales por una matrimonial. También €10 para hacer early check-in por solo una hora y media. Y lo más molesto: no tiene persianas, así que nos levantamos a las 6am con el sol pegando de lleno.

Reviewed Jun 7, 2026Superba sedere la acest cazare, curat, dotat cu cele necesare, prosoape, produse de ingrijirea corpului. Dispunea si de o mini chicineta daca aveai nevoie. Camera noastra a avut si un pat extensibil de care ne-am folosit pentru fetita noastra. Situat intr-o zona foarte buna si foarte apropiata de inima Materei, as zice 10 min maxim de mers pe jos. Pe strazile recomandate de proprietar nu am gasit parcare deoarece era si o perioada mai aglomerata insa am gasit contra cost(1euro/h) la 1 min pe jos de propietate. Micul dejun e unul tipic italian, croissant si cafea. As zice sufiicient pentru micul start al diminetii.

Reviewed Jun 4, 2026La ubicación era buena pero conseguir estacionamiento no lo fue. Dejé el auto a unos 150 mts y no lo toque por dos días. Está bueno el ingreso acordado en horarios locos como yo llegue por retraso de avión. Llegué a la medianoche. Salís luego a comer. Estuvo de diez. Faltaría un poco de estantes para disponer la ropa. Porque con las dos valijas y bolsos de saturaba. Buenísimo los costos de bebidas. Las copas poder tomar un vino al volver de una cena es muy bueno.
Lo poco que podría decir pero no baja mí puntaje en nada es que la heladera no enfría tanto en el congelador y el aire acondicionado prácticamente enfría muy poco o le falta cambiar filtros. Porque andar andaba a la mañana recién se sentía un poco fresco. Lo demás de diez.m demasiado. Muy buena onda todo
