Le petit déjeuner servi dans un café à quelques mètres de la chambre. Le personnel n'était vraiment pas agréable. Nous avons fini par obtenir un expresso avec un croissant. Alors que nous souhaitions un café allongé.

Reviewed Sep 7, 2026El alojamiento es muy acogedor y muy bien ubicado. Se recorre todo caminando. A pocos metros se puede iniciar un recorrido por los Sassi Caveoso. El estacionamiento es en la calle en las marcas de líneas blancas. Cuesta encontrar lugares libres, pero no es imposible.

La décoration est soignée et de très bon goût, du coup même si la maison est partagée en 3 logements distincts , nous, avions notre salle de bain en face de la chambre et bien ce n’est pas grave, tellement on s’y sent bien.👍 . Petite terrasse et cuisine au Rez de chaussée partagée avec une autre chambre . Explication d’arrivée très pro .

Accueil très professionnel, nombreuses communications via le WhatsApp. Conseils sur le stationnement gratuit à proximité de la réception. Attention, le logement est situé en ZTL ! La chambre est confortable, lumineuse et attenante à une petite terrasse. Coin cuisine partagé.
Salle de bain située de l'autre côté du couloir (accessible avec une clé). Check-in à la réception, qui se trouve dans un autre bâtiment. Chambre à l'étage accessible par un petit escalier en colimaçon (pas très pratique avec les valises).

La posizione centralissima, accanto a uno dei punti più panoramici di Matera è sicuramente il pezzo forte. Per il resto, camera molto carina al primo piano con terrazzino molto ampio. Bagno super bello e check-in in autonomia. Colazione presso un bar vicino, anche qui personale gentile e grande scelta.
Forse il fatto di avere il bagno privato ma esterno rispetto alla camera è un po' scomodo, soprattutto di notte.

Reviewed Aug 20, 2026L’appartamento è in una posizione perfetta, a due passi dai Sassi. È spazioso ed accogliente, con tutto il necessario (anche phon, ferro da stiro, occorrente per la cucina). Pulito e ordinato, letti comodi e bagno ampio e pulitissimo. Molto graditi caffè e caramelle offerti! La ragazza che ci ha accolto alla reception è stata molto gentile!
Migliorabile la colazione che viene fornita presso un bar nei dintorni. Comprende soltanto caffè/cappuccino e brioche per gli adulti e latte/succo e brioche per i bambini.

Το κρεβάτι χρειάζεται αλλαγή. Ετριζε κάθε φορά που γυρνουσαμε στο κρεβάτι. Δεν υπάρχει ένα μικρό ψυγείο στο δωματιο. Υπάρχει ένα κοινό κοντά στην είσοδο του κτιρίου στον κάτω όροφο, αλλά δεν είσαστε hostel.. Επίσης η ελικοειδή σκάλα για τον πάνω όροφο που ήταν το δωμάτιο ,ήταν στενή και ιδιαίτερα άβολη .

La stanza era davvero piccola, in due con il letto estratto si faceva davvero fatica a muoversi. Ma per una notte va benissimo!

Ci ha dato una panoramica della città e delle possibili attività da svolgere indicando i posti con la migliore vista sui sassi di Matera. Bella la soluzione al primo piano con terrazzino. Consigliato!
Un po’ di difficoltà nel trovare parcheggio ma alla fine abbiamo optato per quello a pagamento. Letto comodo ma con una struttura un po’ rumorosa.

It was very small, had no charm whatsoever, and the “balcony” was actually a shared terrace, which was disappointing. Another major issue was that the bathroom was not inside the room, which was very inconvenient and not clearly communicated. The biggest issue was the breakfast. It was advertised as included, but in reality it was just a voucher for one croissant and one coffee at a nearby bar. We weren’t even allowed to sit down to consume it. Calling this an “included breakfast” is very misleading. The property is also outside the Sassi area, yet it’s overpriced for what it offers. To make matters worse, I paid extra for parking, but the “parking” was simply a spot on the street, not a private parking facility as one would reasonably expect. It was also very difficult to find a parking space; we had to drive around for a long time before managing to park. Overall, the place is clean, but lacks character, hospitality, and value for money. I would not stay here again.

De wenteltrap omhoog met grote reistas is niet handig. De badkamer is boven gescheiden van de slaapkamer. Je moet over de gang lopen, waar ook andere mensen een kamer benaderen. (Dus geen gedeelde badkamer maar een aparte badkamer behorend bij de kamer)

Man sollte aber wissen dass das Frühstück in einem Café 300 m entfernt eingenommen wird und nur 1 cornetti u 1 Café beinhaltet Für Menschen die gern frühstücken😊etwas karg Und dass das Deluxe Zimmer über eine sehr schmale Wendeltreppe erreicht werden muss- Koffer hoch .. eher nicht

La communication est excellente (par Whataspp). Vous pourrez poser des questions et obtenir des bons conseils. Je recommande.

Reviewed Jun 11, 2026Excellent location. Paid multistore parking is just around the corner, same as one of the main sightseeing spot of the city. Restaurants and gelaterias is minute away as well. The apartment was clean, and has everything you need for a short stay at the city. You can add early check-in, or late check-out, if needed. The host at the reception were really nice, speaks well in English and gives all the details you need to find the apartment easily.
If you're planning to stay for a longer time, be aware that soundproofing between apartments is not the best, we were woken up by our neighbour's alarm. However, since we stayed for a single night, it didn't bothered us that much and other benefits of the apartment redeemed this downside.
