駅から近くスタッフも親切でした！

ゴキブリが出たのですが掃除をしてくれませんでした。 また、お風呂もあまり掃除をされてない感じがしました。

ソウルでは新しいホテルの建設やリノベが絶え間なく続いておりますが、最近のブティックホテルは新しくきれいなだけで調度品も簡素で、お部屋も狭い、全体に安っぽい印象を受けます。日中は外にでているので寝るだけと思えばそれまででしょうが、一日を終えて、お部屋でくつろぐことをやはり大切に思うと世宗ホテルは最高です。古くささを問う方もいるでしょうが調度品も立派だし、お部屋も広々、本当にお部屋での時間が翌日の英気につながり休めました。懐かしい雰囲気を所々感じるも、やはり老舗のホテル、本来のホテルの姿ってこれだなと感じました。ただタオルに関し口コミで心配しておりましたが、入れ替えされたのか新しい快適なタオルでしたよ！

口コミで知った入り口でのデモ？も認識済で宿泊。熱波警報がでていた暑さもありさすがにデモの方もお休みだったようで看板などが残されていただけでした。でも世宗といったら昔はとても高級で憧れのホテル、そのホテルのエントランスがあの状態はなんだかとても悲しい気持ちになりました。どうか早く解決されますように。

明洞の繁華街まで歩いてすぐで、とてもロケーションは良かったです。ただ、空港リムジン6015番で来ると、ホテル前で止まるのですが、ぐるっと大回りしてくるので、ちょっと時間がもったいなかったです。（荷物があるので、手前の駅で降りて歩く、というのもできませんでした。。）4人部屋に宿泊しましたが、タオルのセットが３セットしかなく、フロントで言ったらすぐにもらえました。二日目はちゃんと4セットありました。ロビーにWOWPASSの機械もあり、便利でした。ホテルの入り口に、デモの道具が散乱していますが、特に気にならなかったです。徒歩圏内にコンビニもあり、水も買うことができます。お部屋には一泊につき1本のペットボトルの水が置かれていました。設置されているシャンプーなどの質も普通で、使うことができました。（肌荒れなどもなかったです。）水圧は若干弱いかな程度で許容範囲。シャワーヘッドの角度が変えられないので、背が低い私には少し使いずらかったです。全体的には、清潔感や使い心地など、可もなく不可もなく、日中はで歩いているので、寝るだけには全く問題ない、という感じでした。

廊下の香水か洗剤の匂いがとてもきつかったです。清潔にしてくれている、ということではあると思いますが、ちょっと匂いがキツすぎました。お部屋の中は特に匂わなかったのですが。廊下が気になりました。

Only the bed (mattress) was good .

Room curtains was torns and commodes broken . Towels very old and had bad smell . Worst part is they are not listening you. I was asked to reception don’t clean my room but again they enter my room without my permission.

Great location right next to metro station and the night market. Lots of shops and restaurants in the area. The room was comfortable and big with everything you need; bathrobes, slippers, chargers, toiletries, fridge, coffee/tea etc. Cleaned every day to high standard.

All was good. Some may find the interior a bit dated, but we liked the look.

とにかく立地が良い。もう30年以上ソウルでの宿泊はここです。足りないものが何もない。そして部屋も他のホテルより少し広いのが気に入っています。

入り口のデモが更に悪化しています。コロナで社員を相当数減らした様で腹いせに入り口横に小屋を建てて大音量で曲を流し、抗議文を貼りまくっています。以前は入り口外だけでしたが、今回は入り口内にもゴミの様なプラカードっぽいものが山積みになっていました。

Location and the size of the rooms were the saving grace of this hotel.

THe facilaties were dated and the toilet was extremely small and there were mould on the ceiling.

明洞駅からすぐでロケーションは最高でした。日本語ができるスタッフが多かったです。エステができていて宿泊者に便利。スーツケースの入る24時間まで無料ロッカーがあるのもべんり。

建物が古いのでオートロックだけど、ドアを自分で閉めないと空きっぱなしになったり、シンクが詰まりやすかったりした。bookingドットコムで喫煙室を予約したのに全室禁煙で、喫煙所が不便なところにあったので喫煙者には勧められない。

施設が古いのは仕方ないことだけど、掃除が行き届いていなく埃が多かった。コンセントも少ない。

Traditional hotel services. Convenient location. The hotel staff suggested family room when I requested for adjoining room since there were 6 of us. It turned out just nice for us. One of the bathrooms was renovated to be elderly friendly which were just nice for our elderly grandma. The furniture dated but it worked just fine.

It’s a pity that the demonstration left their things at the entrances. But good thing that their lobby is large and immediately cut-off the unpleasant sight the moment we enter the lobby.

Good Location .It is within easy walking distance to Myeongdong shopping area . You can spend your time somewhere else and come back to shop ,eat and enjoy Myeongdong vibes at night . Hotel is nice with a big room in an old style ,but i like it .The house keeper is nice

Located right at the end of Myeongdong. Rooms were spacious. Toilet had a bidet and bed was big.

Hotel is quite dated and has a weird smell. There were lots of stuffs stacked outside the main entrance. Pillows were too soft.

The cleaning staff were absolutely lovely. It’s in a fantastic location. Perfect view of namsan tower. Good high tech toilets. Receptionist staff were very professional and had great English skills.

Building is old & outdated. The entrance is very dusty, walking in you can smell the dust in the air. A lot of rubbish accumulating the entrance area. No working fan in the bathroom, I noticed mould in the ceilings. I was also concerned to learn about the protests related to the hotel's alleged unfair employment practices.

Sehr zentral gelegen

The location was excellent. The bus stop in Myeongdong, with buses going to and from the airport, was only a few seconds’ walk away, which made transportation very convenient. The night market was also nearby. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and accommodating throughout our stay. The room was clean, comfortable and I like the bathrobe and slippers.

The only minor issue was that the bathroom countertop was a little lower than the standard height and outside the hotel was kinda messy with the banners and protest sign, but other than that, everything was great. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay.

The hotel is at prominent place. There is a restaurant but there is no service at 7pm. old property. not maintained well.

Restaurant was not serving at 7pm, closed. yet you will find lot hotels nearby.

The Sejong is an older and well located hotel with bigger than average rooms. We were upgraded to a spacious corner room which was great. The room was clean and comfortable, although it hadn’t been updated for many years and looked old and tired.

We tried breakfast on our first morning and it was truly dreadful. There were very few Western options, no cooked to order eggs or noodles, and all of the food was lukewarm, with heating containers left open. There was only one staff member on duty the whole time for the entire dining room, and he couldn’t cope. Soon there were no eggs or bread of any kind available. From the start there were only two types of fruit available, only plain coffee, and no pastries of any kind. The cost was KRW 22,000pp. We didn’t return. Many reviewers have mentioned the permanent protest group on the footpath outside the hotel. They are apparently paid protesters and they are still there. In the hotel foyer itself there is a large pile of rubbish and debris- several cubic metres- looks appalling. The whole hotel gives the impression that no one cares, and no one takes responsibility or ownership. Rather sad, and we won’t return.

Tout était parfait ! Chambre spacieuse par rapport à ce qui se fait dans le quartier. Ménage effectué tous les jours. Personnels sympathiques et disponibles. Accès centre donc parfait pour balade, shopping et métro.

明洞に宿泊の際は何年も前よりこちらを利用しています。立地がとても良いです。地下鉄を上がったらすぐ目の前です。短いスティでソウルを楽しむのなら最高です。 部屋も広くゆっくり過ごせました。 窓からNタワーが見え、韓国好きにはたまらない部屋でした。

古いホテルなので、カビや下水の匂いがします。宿泊時は匂いが取れるスプレーを持参しています。 一階は以前から揉めている元従業員のゴミが沢山あります。昨年よりひどくなっていました。ホテルの前でデモをする姿もありましたが、慣れているので気になりませんでした。

立地は10番出口目の前で、雨の日でも苦にならない。日本語対応も問題なく、意思疎通できる。

Amazing location to greenway for running along river, Myeongdong night market and metro, sightseeing, airport, train station, everything. Clean and functional room that was large and a great view and was quiet.

The workers were on strike in the front, the air conditioning did not work very strong, the shower sprayed all over the bathroom floor and the light switches were confusing

立地が良く移動するのに便利でした 自動チェックインの操作を手伝ってくれて親切なスタッフもいた

エントランスに元従業員のデモの段ボールが積み上がっていて美観が悪かった、もし知っていたら予約しなかった 朝食会場の案内係の女性が感じが悪く、席を自由に選ばせるのに、広いテーブルを選ぶとそこはグループ用だと、どくように言われました。でも席は10以上空いており、私の後に広いテーブルに一人で座った男性にはどけといわず。そのスタッフに確認したらその男性は後で連れがくるからだと説明されたが、私が食事中に連れは現れませんでした。座れない席があるなら案内すればいいし、席がたくさんあまっているから、机をつなげたらいいし、残念に感じました。

窓の正面にソウルタワーが綺麗にみえました🗼 カードキーを差し込んでも照明がつかなかったので、フロントに連絡入れたら。速やかに交換していただきました。

立地が良く観光にべんりでした。

Need freshness smell and improve hotel enterance

The room was good. Staff are friendly and helpful. Location is super good. The shocking part was the main entrance of the hotel which looked like a run down hotel but when you are inside the hotel looks good.

room was bigger then most of the other hotels we have stayed at that price range. location is great for subway, other transportation, food, shopping and many other things.

Great location. Central and close to Myeongdong station exit.

The entrance was filled with rubbish during our stay and the mattress was incredibly hard and uncomfortable to sleep on.

立地、ホテル入ってからの香り、部屋の広さ、トイレにティッシュがそのまま流せるのも衛生的でよかったです！日本人ばかりなので、それも安心できました。 備え付けで、香りの良い、ハンドソープ、ボディーソープ、シャンプー、コンディショナー、スリッパ、ドライヤー、シャンプーハット、綿棒、ポット、水もあって、めちゃくちゃよかったです！リピしたいです　(*´˘`*)

韓国語で急に緊急ブザーみたいなのが鳴ってビビりました〜その後、様子を見ていましたが、特に何もなく？誰かがエレベーター近くにいたようなので、ブザーでも押したのでしょうか？韓国語聞き取れなかったので、できれば英語で言って欲しいです！
